Visited store to purchase small space heater. Item was available to be shipped to me. The clerk said 3 or 4 days. My order would be shipped expedited shipping. It has been a week and NO PRODUCT. They are a bunch of liars that take your money. Never again!

Failure to Receive Rebate I purchased a Calphalon Contemporary Stainless Roaster from the Bed Bath & Beyond in Bloomington, MN on 10/24/08 based upon their offer of a mail-in rebate of 20. I completed the rebate form and included all information requested to process the rebate and by the postmarked date, but to date I have not received a rebate. I contacted Customer Service via email on 12/16/08 and never received a response. 12/29/08 I called Customer Service and talked with Scott who informed me that BB&B had switched rebate companies and that I would receive my rebate within 30 days. I still have not received a rebate check.

We submitted two rebates/promotions and both rebate requests were not honored due to Aero bed REQUEST missing UPC number or invalid UPC number. This IS NOT TRUE. The UPC number was sent. I am not responsible for Bed Bath & Beyond mishandling of my information!

I am unable to return the beds because I have sent the information receipts, and cut the box to send UPC NUMBERS. I do not want these products. I purchased two beds a TWIN Aerobed and a Queen Aerobed. I could have purchased these products at another store and for a much cheaper price. The twin bed pump is making a noise and cannot return because Bed Bath Rebates center has all my information.
