Tammy of Knoxville, TN October 8, 2009 This company continually charges my checking account each month for 17.95. I have called them 4 times and have e-mailed them. Last month I was short on cash and their charge went through the day before payday and I got socked with a 35 overdraft charge. Somebody needs to put these people in their place and make them stop stealing our money. Shelia of Toney, AL October 5, 2009 A charge of 17.95 was on my account every month for a year or more and I couldn't find out who it was. Finally I found it....it was Vista Print. We had used their services 26 times and were happy with their merchandise, but they enrolled us in VPCLUBUS without our knowledge and I HOPEFULLY got it stopped today. We'll know soon. In these economic times I cannot throw away 18 a month on anything. Jack of Philadelphia, PA October 3, 2009 ordered card several months ago. when I received my next bank statement I noticed an amount of 14.95 taken out for Family FunMB. I am still receiving that amount taken out of my checking account. I did not know that Family Fun wouldf take money without my authorization. Tasha of Carrollton, GA October 1, 2009 STOP! Don't use Vistaprint! We used their free logo design service and loved the logo, but as we were about to place the order, we noticed that the price had gone up in the fifteen minutes that it took us to complete the design process. We called their customer service department and eventually spoke to a supervisor named Terry. He apologized and told us to go ahead and place the order, then he would mail us a refund for the difference. It all started to sound fishy, so we googled Vistaprint scams and found the many complaints that others have made. Whew! That was a close one! Greg of Stanwood , WA October 1, 2009 Apparently I have been the victim of similar items mentioned here but for a longer period of time. over 40 per month has been taken from my credit card from Shopp Essentials and BizMax. THis has happened for over a year! My bank, Bank Of America credited back 134.00 worth of these charges which is the maximum they are allowed, by Federal Statute, to credit. Bizmax which also operates Shop Essentials refused to credit me with any monies. I am contacting VistaPrint to file a complaint with them. brenda of lake wales, FL September 30, 2009 i have been a repeat customer for a about 2 years. their refer a friend program is not what it claims. i have referred 4 people and ever time it takes them to my account and they order from my account so therefore i don't get my credits. i have contacted vista and they keep telling me to all sorts of things that i have done. i love their products.but will not refer or use them anymore. Lynn of Lenexa, KS September 30, 2009 I would just like to warn others that Vistaprint is really slipping in their customer service department. They used to have a phone number listed on their website which they have removed recently. I am a reseller, but they are constantly rerouting me out of the reseller site into their ordinary site and adding charges. It's really a shame. Charged all kinds of extra charges I shouldn't have been and now I will have to chase them down. Their customer service department used to be open in the evening but not any more. tamika of vistaprintsucks, CA September 24, 2009 866-811-1674 VISTAPRINT.COM They are a company that tries hard to screw their customers BUT if you're careful you can manuever without being charged and find their number on their website, call their partner company (which is them!!!) They are from JAMAICA!!! Here's their #: 1-866-811-1674 Renee of Niagara Falls, NY September 22, 2009 All I want is the tlephone number that I can personally talk to someone. It was avertised that until Oct 11 we can receive free psoters. WHen I was finished with my poster, they added a charge of 5.95 plus shipping. I am a very good customer and ususally don not have any trouble. The E mail I received was Wer're giving Away the Farm on September 18, 2009. I thought I had made a mistake but printed out the add and it still says the psoters are free. It is the principal of false advertising that I am concerned about. My order has been confirmed but I would like a person from Vista to contact me. I did send an e mail the other day but no response as yet. This order was on September 20, 2009. All I really want is my money back and a telephone number I can call someone. Other than that I was very happy with their work. Jennifer of Hamden, CT September 22, 2009 I ordered invitations in 4/09. That went well and I was pleased with the process. As I was checking out I clicked on the 10 rebate box, but seeing the request for information and "enrollment fee" for the rewards program, I closed it. Apparently merely clicking on the box enters you into the program. I was charged for 4 months at 14.95 a month. When I called the phone # on the charge on my credit card bill (as I didn't recognize the charge) they said they were a "customer service center hired by the company" (not the company itself) and were not authorized to remove charges. I contacted VistaPrint via live chat on email. The company representative seemed more than accomadating. She agreed that I was "mistakenly" enrolled. She said she would deactivate the account and reimburse me for all the charges. When my next credit card bill came, only one month was reimbursed. It took another call to the number on the credit card (which somehow was the right #) to figure it out. And eventually, I have been reimbursed for the entire amount. However this is quite a scam and still leaves me with finance charges from my credit card company(who has been even more unmanagable...but thats more for a different post.) Report Your Experience
