A printer was advertised for 99.95 plus shipping and handling which totaled 124.30 in three monthly installments. The day my printer was shipped my account was billed 174.30. Hours and days of telephone and email conversations they decided to credit my account for 50.00 for the overcharge. Several days later I received a phone call appologizing for the problem and was told I was right and my account was going to be credited for 74.97 and the installments would be set up properly. Several days later a debit for 74.97 was made from my account. It is taking the act of Congress for me to get this staightened out and still have not done so. They are claiming it was a credit not a debit and the bank claims a payment was sent to them for 74.97. Thus far this printer has cost me 199.27. I am still struggling with someone to help after hours online and on the telephone. Jennifer of Winston-Salem, NC (3/3/03):
