Rainbow Vacuum

---

Scott of Lebanon, MO August 7, 2009

Bought a Rain Bow system in March 2009 and was told that if i gave them 4 names i would get a shampooer in 4-6 wks after the 4 people got a demo. Its now Aug and i finally got it. I love the product they sold me but there customer service is lacking. I had to contiually call and bug them for my shampooer. On the good side of things, the shampooer is fantastic.

To the first gentlemen....unfortunately you situation has nothing to do with the PRODUCT that you bought. It doesn't make the Rainbow any less of a quality product than when you first bought it.....it has to do with the person who sold it to you and the selling office. But again, it in no way represents the product itself, it's quality or the manufacturer. You just got unfortunate when you had an appointment with a less than stellar person.

To the 2nd woman....how old is your sisters carpet? 1 year? 5 years? 10 years? 20 years old? Whatever the age is..your sister has THAT much dirt, sand, dust and debris in her carpet and padding (that's why if you've ever seen wall to wall carpeting ripped up it's filthy underneath!) You can go behind the Rainbow now and keep picking up stuff....it isn't the Rainbows fault, it's the products your sister was using before for as many years as she had the carpet. As long as she keeps using her Rainbow she WILL see a the water become lighter and lighter in color (i.e. she's actually picking up the dirt, dust, debris, sand, etc. that is ground into the carpet and padding!)

Do your sister a favor and don't EVER bring your vacuum into her home again. They are extremely unhealthy....don't believe me? Check with the Environmental Protection Agency...perhaps you'll believe them ;-)

omar of concord, CA July 30, 2009

in 09-28-2008 I bought a rainbow system for 2,237.00 so before i got the rainbow the seller Hector Moreira promised 150. gas certificate plus 450.gas certificate total of 600.- and alot of more gifts that I got, but not the gas certificate. so I tried to get the money of the gas certificate but the company went out of business. So I called rainbow the gave another company for the gas certificate but I waited for over four months and I called rainbow again the gave this numbers 18007714004 and 561 844 4537 and I called no answers I left message for about five days still no answer.

So I called ranbow on 7-29-09 and they said there is nothing they can do about it so I'm not happy with that I just want what they promissed me if you please can help me. I'll appreciate it. Thank you.

My friend bought a Rainbow for 2,300 and realized that it doesn't work even close to other products. They feel like they had been scammed even more so when I mentioned 8yrs ago my sister in-law bought one for 1,200. We haven't been able to find any information regaurding a satisfaction garuntee.

What do we do?? She's had it only two months and I used my vac on her carpet just after she used her's and I picked up all kinds of dirt. that's not healthy at all
