I purchased a generator on 9/22/08 and it broke so when I took it back to Home Depot on 10/4/08 they told me they would look at and charged me 35 for customer agreement recall amount. Then I got a call saying that it would cost 600 to fix it and they will not give me another one. They even told me I can complain to whoever I wanted specifically the Better Business Bureau and I still wouldn't get any help from them.

I am now out 500 for purchasing the generator.

I bought this Blue Ember grill From Home Depot less than a year ago . It came with missing parts that you so kindly sent to me. This Afternoon 3/29/09 at 1700 while cooking some ribs with one burner on and a interior temp of 350 degrees my wife had a fire start that she could not put out even with a dry chemical fire extinguisher from the kitchen. She had to reach into the bottom of the grill area where the burnt propane supply line was on fire and like a blow torch and turn off the propane tank valve. She had burns to her hair on her head . We are lucky that we did not lose out deck and house due to your grill malfunctioning.

Loss of grill, Loss of fire extinguisher , Loss of scalp hair

Purchased a geneator for ice storm, larger models unaviavble so I had to buy a lower wattage model. I took it back a couple of weeks later to exchange it for a larger used one. There were four used ones setting on the floor and would pay the difference of the cost. Home Depot would not accept the return. All papers and receipts were in hand. Generator is in excellent condition. I did not recieve a notice of no returns.

This was a father day gift from my wife. We have a heavy cover, and it has a lot of rust on the panels. We never had one to rust as bad this this grill.

I am looking to get a new top cover/awning for our patio swing. I can't find it anywhere. It fell apart after being up for two years. Like it was old material. It has always been protected. I would like to know how much a replacement will cost. The only info. that I have on it is: Charm Patio Swing by Hampton Bay #395 346 This is a Three Person Swing
