    I ordered a beautiful white vanity with gorgeous marble top and white sinks. Not what I got. I called to explain the situation and see how to go about getting the correct item and was told, "Yeah, I see you're right but that's a different department. I can't transfer you and it's taking about ten WEEKS to get a callback." Lesson learned: Customer service is a thing of the past.

    The absolute worst company to deal with. They should not be in business one bit. They do not deserve this one star at all but there is no option to provide 0 or negative stars. I have been trying to return/refund one of their damaged items and they have given me hell and beyond. I will be putting everywhere I can not to order from this incompetent company. No idea how they are even allowed to carry on their business. All lies and cheats.

      As multiple reviews show a zero/one star evaluation, I have one more. I ordered a remote control ceiling fan/light unit. It appeared to have a crystal bowl shaped shade. After reading the instruction book, it described assembling chains, with crystals to the light, which would be a nightmare to clean. In addition, the remote receiver was not assembled to the light, and required wiring to be performed, which I was not comfortable doing, risking an error that could ruin the unit.

      Nothing but the instructions were removed from the shipping container. A request for return was answered with a request for photos, and photos were provided. The response was that we got what we ordered, even though it bordered on deceptive advertising. We cannot install this, therefore we possess hundreds of dollars worth of useless equipment. I'm not surprised, after reading all the negative reviews. Read reviews very carefully, before considering to order anything from Bed Bath and Beyond. My mistake, was not doing this BEFORE ordering. Buyer beware.

      Let me start with the good news, the 2 bathroom vanities I purchased are good quality and delivered without damage. I had an issue with the delivery and when I called BB&B customer service reps were nice and tried to help. They escalated my call to the delivery customer service and I never received a call back. My other issue was with the 3rd party delivery service called Ceva Logistics. This deliver company is pitiful and has terrible reviews on Reddit. Why would a big company use such a terrible customer service delivery company? The tracking gave me a delivery date and I waited all day. No one showed up or called with an update. I called the local San Antonio number for Ceva and no one answered and I wasn't able to leave a message.

      Three days later the vanities were delivered and luckily I was home because again, no one called to let me know. The employees put the 250 pounds each vanities on pallets in my driveway. I asked if they could move them 20 feet to my garage and they said no, I didn't pay for that service. They said that delivery charge would be $300-$800 depending on where I wanted the vanities. They said I had signed up for a drop and go. It was going to rain that day so I had to frantically look for help to move these heavy pallets to my garage. I wondered where the miscommunication happened since I would of course not purposefully choose drop and go delivery.

      When I went back to the order online I saw that BB&B needs to change their order form to make this delivery option more clear for buyers. It just says FREE SHIPPING since the order was $2700. But you have to click on the DROP DOWN menu in order to see other options. If I wanted the drivers to put the heavy pallets in my garage it would have been an extra $20!!! Of course, if the options were listed and not hidden behind a drop down, of course I would have paid $20 extra. The delivery drivers at Ceva Logistics were absolutely terrible and didn't care at all. They said many people complain about this so maybe someone could have figured out their order form is flawed and not easy to see all the delivery options.

      I am giving 2 stars only for the 2 customer service reps at BB&B who were helpful and I like the vanities. But BB&B delivery dept customer service never called since my issue was escalated (I guess that means escalated to the trash) and Ceva needs to work on their customer service like calling to give buyers a heads up when they are delivering 500 pound pallets and maybe someone who actually answers their phones.

      Placed order on 5/22/26, requested cancellation 5/23/26, received denial email late afternoon on 5/26/26. Called 5/27/26, again requested cancellation, was denied because warehouse had “processed “ order and created shipping label. Don’t understand why the warehouse gets to dictate customer satisfaction. It should be easy to cancel an order. Was told there is only a 1 hour window to cancel an order! Seriously? Terrible customer service policy. It would save them money and the hassle for me to return the item. Will never do business with them again.

      I bought an outdoor coffee table online. It was beautiful, easy to put together, I loved it. I had it for a week, it was outside on my deck. It was covered with a protective cover. I was having company, so I took off the cover and found a split in the wood all the way down the center. I was very surprised because it had seemed like good quality. Bed Bath & Beyond quickly sent me a new one, which made me very happy. A week later, the same thing happened with the new one. I called to get a refund this time. I asked if they could send me a box to ship it with as it was pretty large and I could not find a box to fit. I was told to go to a store and ask for a box from their floor samples. I’m beyond frustrated. No, I’m not going to go look for a box. Just give me my refund. You have the pictures, clearly the table is damaged. Very unhappy with the customer service of this company.

      I purchased a couch from your company back in February and never received the item. I contacted customer service, and while I was on the phone, your representative spoke directly with UPS. UPS clearly stated that there was an issue with one of the tracking numbers and that a claim needed to be filed by the shipper. UPS also advised that I could file a claim myself if I had the shipment's origin details. However, when I asked your representative, Dion, for this information, I was told that I could pursue legal action because the information could not be found.

      At this point, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and customer support regarding an item worth over $2,000 that I never received. There appears to be little consideration for customers when shipment issues arise. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be pursuing further action. Based on this experience, I would not support or recommend your company again.

      So far, my bookshelves are outside, exposed to the elements instead of being placed under the protection of my covered porch!!! I hope it doesn’t rain because I have to wait 2 days for my husband to get home, as they’re heavy!

      I purchased a furniture item through Bed Bath & Beyond’s online marketplace. The item arrived in multiple pieces, and the quality did not match what was shown or expected from the listing. When I tried to return it, I was told I would be charged a $100 return fee. Customer service offered only a partial refund of that fee rather than a full resolution, which made the return process expensive and frustrating. Overall, the experience felt misleading, and the return policy was difficult and costly for the customer. I would be cautious before purchasing large or high-ticket items through this marketplace, especially furniture. After losing 100 dollars, I will never shop here again!!!!!

      Return policy is horrible. Bought outdoor cushions and colors were not the same as the picture so I have to pay to ship them back.
