In January, I ordered California king split bed linen. I ordered a set for $149. I am very disappointed with the set. The material is very thin and the fit is not tight and secure. There’s nothing I can do since the bedsheets are not returnable.

I like the analyzing my body and the way I sleep so they can determined my mattress category, Stephanie really help us a lot, from the 1st day and when we got back to decide which one should we get. She is really helpful and I really like my pillow.

We were well taken care of throughout our entire visit. Our sales manager took every attention to detail and did everything he could to get us the best value for our purchase. He made sure were we happy and that our scheduled delivery was perfect for our needs. His customer service is top notch. Kudos to him.

We stopped in after having visited a competitor store and were immediately impressed by the much larger selection. Pricing and warranty comparison was what I looked at first. We found mattresses we liked and the adjustable frame. Savings was $2k better than the competition. Tyson was very easy to work with and set up delivery much sooner than I was expecting. Delivery came and the team was professional. They were in and out in a short amount of time.

I needed a new mattress and the sales team did an awesome job of explaining the different options I had. I was able to use the best bed match system to identify my body's need. At no time did I feel pressured to buy extras/add-ons or pay for rush fee.

The delivery guys were good, but the mattress had some minor damage. The warranty experience was great with old mattress. Jusitina was very nice and helpful. A little disappointed that the new mattress had minor damage, hoping to hear about the damage on new mattress from Sit and Sleep soon. Overall good experience with the company.

Zack was amazing at the store! He was patient and allowed me to look over everything I wanted, answered all my questions and at the end we got to know each other pretty good. He is a great employee and I love my bed. Thank you, Zach.

Michael ** was our consultant. After evaluating what we needed, finding out our pressure points. He showed us several mattresses in several price ranges. Gave us a lot of information to help us make an informed decision. Answered all our questions. Left happy with our purchase.

My Aunt purchased a bed from your company and she recommended me to go to look at beds. It was a great experience from start to finish. I look forward to sleeping on my new bed. The delivery guy were very polite and did a great job setting it up and taking away my old bed.

Well my experience wanting a mattress was excellent. I went to the one in Whittier California. The people who are very friendly and helpful. I really recommend my friends and family. I'm very happy with my mattress.

Moreno valley, Sit 'n sleep. Very helpful. Ask for Dave **. He is great, I felt he tried hard to get me what I was looking for, at a cost I could live with. I would go back again when I need a mattress, sheets, pillows or protectors for a mattress.

Cleat was awesome and was very accommodating with helping me pick out the right mattresses for my new home! The delivery guys were great as well, very accommodating with the delivery time and excellent communication.

We found an amazing selection of brands, sizes and comfort levels for an amazing price. Our delivery options were fast and easy. When we had to make a change to the date it was as simple as calling, texting or emailing and the date I needed was free and set. The day of delivery they kept us updated on the delivery window and removed our old mattress as well. I highly recommend this company for any bedding needs.

The bed looks nice and it was covered in plastic like they told me. Tonight will be my first time sleeping on it. The men that delivered it was very nice too, because they were going to take the old mattress out of here too. They did a good job being very careful not to break anything or bump anything. I would use Sit n Sleep again. Thank you.

I just bought a pretty gorgeous foam and spring mattress. I guess they're called a hybrid mattress. It's been delivered and it's incredibly comfortable. I went into an actual showroom, because I really think you have to lay down on all this stuff. The sales person could not have been more helpful. He knew a lot about mattresses. He asked about my budget and he directed me to the best possible choices. So he was terrific. The next step was delivery. He worked with me to get a date that was best on my end, and the delivery guys gave me notice, showed up on time, and got the bed up into my second floor. They were nice. They were professional. So I'm happy to write a great review for Sit 'n Sleep!

Everything was easy from start to finish. From buying the bed at the store to it being delivered. I will absolutely use this company again in the future. Johnny helped us in the store and Hugo and his crew delivered our furniture. Great guys from start to finish.

We always get our beds at Sit n Sleep. The rep has been there a long time with lots of experience and really listened to what we needed. Excellent customer service and excellent quality of mattresses.

We had an excellent experience starting with Julie in the showroom who did not rush us but educated us, to the delivery team expertly setup the frames & mattress. I would definitely recommend to friends & family.

I was very appreciative of the fact that they were on time and it was at the beginning of the window of time for them to arrive, and they were kind and efficient and got the job done in a very timely and courteous manner.

The 2 gentlemen came all the way from Los Angeles to Lompoc, CA to deliver our new adjustable bed. They carried out our old king mattress and boxes then brought in the new set and set everything up and made sure we were satisfied and happy with everything. They were very professional and on time. Speaking of time, I was given a 3hr window of 9am to 12 noon. The guys showed up. Got to work and were done by 10 and on their way back to LA.

I purchased my mattress and pillows at the San Clemente location. The sales representative there was highly informative, very helpful, and I was in and out in probably 25 minutes. Best experience ever.

I really appreciated the app that allowed me to track the delivery team’s progress. The guys were polite and courteous. They offered to take my old mattress and box springs. Purchasing my new mattress was easy and a positive experience. Adam, the sleep representative was knowledgeable, helpful, and engaging. I got the right mattress for my sleep. The mattress was delivered when I needed it and the communication was great.

I walked into Sit ‘n Sleep in Palmdale with the hope of finding an inexpensive queen size mattress that was extra firm. I needed to be able to sit on the edge without sinking into the mattress or sliding off it. Causette came to my assistance right away. She was very pleasant and was able to help me find the perfect mattress. I purchased one on 12-04-2025 and the mattress was delivered to me on 12-07-2025. The delivery was also perfect. I would highly recommend Sit ‘n Sleep to everyone.

The seller person of Fullerton Robert ** is a polite and very attentive man with the customers, he helps us a lot with our questions. The delivery guys are so polite and respectful BUT they smell strongly of cigarettes smoke, not pleasant. The delivery guys needs identity at less a T-shirt with the company’s logo and the owns names. Also the truck wasn’t a company’s logo, it’s was confusing and insecure to me, because the insecurity is everywhere. How can I allow a person without identification to enter my home?

Jay in studio city is the best. Knowledgeable, personal and professional. Wouldn’t go to anyone else. He spent ample time with my partner and I and explained everything we needed to know. We’ve had the bed a few weeks and are still happy we found the perfect nights rest.

Went in for one mattress. Left buying two! (One for me & one for my mom!) Eric was very helpful! Also he was very funny and I want to be his friend. Delivery was super easy. Everything went so smoothly!!

Delivery and installation of our 3 mattresses was on time and performed with great care. The old mattresses and packaging materials were whisked away as well. The communication of the delivery window was thorough and accurate.

Bed is awesome, delivery was flawless. Sharon ** is the best and she deserves a huge bonus for directing me to the perfect high end bed. I ended up getting the firm Techogel bed, it's the best decision I've ever made with Sharon's help and guidance! :-) AAA+++

Alex was helpful at getting the right bed. We spent time comparing the mattresses so I had a good fit and sizing the correct bed because mine was a little dated for the mattress size. Just got delivered today, so looking forward to trying it tonight.

We walked into Sit 'n Sleep with the goal of getting a new mattress but we weren’t thinking of spending a lot of money. Eric S. Showed us around and was clearly VERY knowledgeable about mattresses. Eric is a no pressure salesperson, he is clearly trying to find what you want and need — we literally ended up leaving the store with a mattress that was four times our original budget, largely because Eric put zero pressure on us and allowed us to explore the shop on our own terms. We just got the mattress and it is a game changer! I have constant low-grade pain due to age and arthritis and this mattress has already been enormously helpful. Eric also knew exactly what we would need to go with the mattress and made the same very easy for us. I would 100% recommend SNS and I am a cynical, hard to please person. If you stop in make sure and ask for Eric. :)

My first time as Sit 'n Sleep and to purchase, my PURPLE MATTRESS was excellent. Floyd that employee at the Norco store was such a big help. I tried several mattresses and he was very knowledgeable of all the matches that I tried. But my choice of the PURPLE MATTRESS was by far the best one and one of the good parts of it that it was all available for delivery the next day. The delivery was fast clean, and I was very satisfied and so was my wife I would buy another bed. I would go back to the same location and ask for help from the same sales associate the recliner bed and the mattress was excellent. Thank you Sit n’ Sleep!

It was a breeze, buying a bed at Sit’ n Sleep. This is not the first time I purchased at the store in Oxnard. We were greeted by the store manager, who showed us a few options based on our price range and softness/firmness quality of the beds. My son tried a few beds, found the one that he liked and we were on our way. Thank you Marty!
