It was a breeze, buying a bed at Sit’ n Sleep. This is not the first time I purchased at the store in Oxnard. We were greeted by the store manager, who showed us a few options based on our price range and softness/firmness quality of the beds. My son tried a few beds, found the one that he liked and we were on our way. Thank you Marty!

Had a great experience, Luis helped us find our firmness then worked with us on our budget through several brands and types each one offered. Delivery was next day. Exactly when they said it would be.

Bed was delivered within time frame given. Excellent communication regarding ETA. The service men went above and beyond in transferring old bed into guest room and installing my new bed. Super efficient, professional, clean, and quick!

The salesman Mr ** was very nice and not pushy at all when we bought our mattress at the Downey location. I told him how much we wanted to spend and he recommended a King Koil mattress. Was delivered today quick no hassle. Quick set up.

I was casually browsing mattresses on a Sunday and came across Sit 'n Sleep. From the pricing, to one day delivery and hauling away my old mattress. You can’t beat it! I had my mattress my Monday and couldn’t be happier.

Finally a bed purchase that was amazing! From our salesman Dave to the delivery drivers! Perfect! We walked in to Sit 'n Sleep, met Dave, We told him what we wanted and he took care of the rest! From the moment that we walked in the store we were provided with great customer service! Greg ** helped us out with the whole process. From gauging our personal needs, to showing us multiple options for a potential bed, and to giving us the best deal possible for the bed we’ve always wanted. He made the process so easy and just received our bed today! The delivery men were great as well and put everything together in record time. We appreciate their hard work and thoroughness! Ugh! I don't like mattress shopping. They're expensive. If you don't select the best fit..you're stuck with it for several years. My mattress was 20 YEARS old. I bought it at Sears. My back is hurting. My hips are hurting. Getting old is frustrating. Then you have to pick a mattress store. Narrow the list down to only those that will take the old mattress. After years of hearing Larry on the radio, I went to Sit 'n Sleep. (In my old age, I changed the name to Sip n Sleep...but my family knew what I was talking about.) I enter the store and it's empty. Great...now the salesperson will be a nuisance. Nope! Didn't happen that way. Wayne was a "soft sell" salesperson. He listened to my mattress history, did the fancy bed match and then showed me mattresses in my price range. He did not try to upsell, which I appreciated.

Our store experience was excellent. We were greeted very politely and asked what we were looking for. Our sales person was detailed enough, and focused only on our needs. We really found the best fit mattress. The delivery experience was fantastic. The crew was very knowledgeable and took great care with our property and bed. We had an amazing first nights sleep with our new bed!

Enjoyable shopping experience. We went with 2 Avocado beds. I like that these beds are made of natural materials and very comfortable. I will be recommending friends to this location. Thanks Sit 'n Sleep team!

The only company I know that truly delivers as promised. Quality products with timely, professional and efficient delivery. Moving crew was kind, courteous and clean. I have white carpets and they took it upon themselves to take off their shoes! I appreciate them so much!

Stephanie was so nice to work with, and very knowledgeable. I usually dread shopping at places where the sales people get commission, but I never felt any pressure from her in anyway. She let me spend hours laying on beds until I found the perfect fit.

Very good experience with Sharon from Sit N Sleep. From purchase to delivery it all went smoothly. No pushing or rushing a decision. I took my time in selecting a mattress. I didn’t even purchase the mattress/bed until a month later and Sharon remembered me.

The delivery today 11/15/2025 went very well in spite of the heavy and crazy rain. The three guys who delivered my mattress - Marco, Aldo and Kevin did a great job of putting together. My unit is at the second floor of the building and underground parking. It’s a little difficult of carrying the mattress and all the parts. My business experiences with this company was exceptional. I will be proud to recommend to my family and friends.

Salesperson was very helpful and we were able to order different bed and base based on what we wanted. They were able to deliver in a couple of days which was great. Delivery was quick and painless and we have a two story home. Very pleased so far.

John ** at Ontario Sit ’n Sleep provided exceptional service and made our mattress exchange completely seamless. We bought a King Koil bed two years ago that developed a rare sinking issue, and John arranged a full warranty replacement with professionalism and care. Truly outstanding service—this is the store to go to!

Both the sales and delivery staff were very helpful. They even offered to remove our old mattress, box spring and frame, even though we only bought a mattress. The mattress was reasonably priced and high quality.

Had a great experience buying our mattress from Sit 'n Sleep. It’s rare these days, but I genuinely think this company is really good — good in the way companies used to be before private equity started squeezing the soul out of everything. Sit 'n Sleep feels like a place with a solid culture and pride in what they do. We got a great deal, excellent service, smooth delivery, and an overall outstanding customer experience. We love our new mattress — and, surprisingly, we actually enjoyed the process of buying it.

The young lady who helped me find my bed really listened to me and found just what I needed. I tried several beds and went back and forth between a few of them until we found the right mattress. The only trouble I had was with payment. Paying by check is not optimal, but we figured it out. The bed was delivered on time and by friendly, helpful people.

My first experience buying a mattress from a mattress store was pleasant and satisfactory. Chris was knowledgeable, patient, caring, and helpful. He spent a good amount of time to figure out what my needs were and made suggestions accordingly. No pressure. I have the right mattress. Thank you.

Sit 'n Sleep in Moreno Valley was the best thing that we could have done. Dave was very informative & friendly. Finally slept like a rock on the perfectly matched mattress for my Husband & I. I recommend mattress shopping for anyone at Sit 'n Sleep.

Very friendly and helpful Host Dennis and many comfy bed/pillow options. Delivery was scheduled to a convenient date and delivery men were friendly and gave tips for best bed placement too. I bought a Hybrid Infinity Mattress v2, a King Koil Paradise Pillow, and a PureCare Silver mattress cover. I would purchase from here again if I ever need another mattress.
