    I went into the store to purchase a sofa only. No one bombarded me. I looked around for a couple on minutes before Roger ** approached me. I told him what I was looking for, he introduced himself and said after looking around if I had questions he would be glad to help.. Then he walked away. No pressure which I liked. He had a great eye for decor because the coffee table he picked out for me was perfect for my decor and I wasn’t looking for a coffee table. He was pleasant, great sense of humor and an eye for decor. I ended up buying the sofa and coffee table. If you decide to visit the Glenwood location make sure you ask for Roger **.

    Rooms To Go is truly one of my favorite furniture stores. Every time I’ve gone in just to look around, I end up falling in love with something. My parents bought a couch from them before, and their delivery was quick and easy, so I already knew they were reliable. Last Thursday, I took my boyfriend and his daughter to Rooms To Go to look for a couch and a bedroom set for her. We saw a few different couch options, but the blue sectional with the chaise immediately stood out. We even went to Hayes to compare, but nothing matched what we saw at Rooms To Go — so we went right back and bought the one we originally loved.

    They also had tons of cute girl bedroom sets, but we ended up choosing an Amazon option for that part. Still, Rooms To Go made the whole couch-buying experience amazing. The delivery was honestly the best part. They kept us updated the whole time, arrived within their window, and even brought the couch inside my apartment even though they didn’t have to. The whole team was kind, professional, and made everything stress‑free. I would recommend Rooms To Go again and again. 10000% the best furniture store.

      Update to my review. Rooms to Go made good on the recliner I bought. They did an exchange of my broke Lazboy. Which really surprised me. I thought that was very nice. I thank you guys for doing that. The store is very nice and so are the workers. I will reconsider shopping at this store. Thank you very much to all involved to make that happen.

      Kaitlyn at Rooms To Go provided outstanding customer service. We explained what we were looking for in a TV console, and there was absolutely no pressure. She let us browse, and after a few minutes she approached us, answered all of our questions, and was extremely helpful. We ended up walking out with a new dining room set, bedroom set, and TV console. Great experience overall!

      May 8th I ordered a bed for my son. I did this order online, and in the photo it shows, it looked like it was all one piece. A bookshelf headboard and bed. When it arrived and they set it up, the bookshelf headboard was completely separate from the bed itself and the headboard was wobbly. It seems very unsafe for a child's bed and I called customer service. They confirmed the bed was supposed to have a Z bracket on it to attach the 2 pieces. They sent someone else out and he confirmed the same thing-although did not fix it.

      After continuous calls, someone else was scheduled to come out. They brought a rail for the bed. (Not needed) and said "That's how it comes." I called customer service again, on 5/27 and they confirmed AGAIN it was missing the Z bracket. They assured me they would have it express shipped, and management would compensate me for my inconvenience. I called again yesterday for an update, the rep was rude, said there was a note to "see if they could compensate" but not compensation was provided. Also, they were still trying to send me the Z bracket.

      I paid extra to have my son's bed delivered faster. It is now almost a month later and the bed is not safe. I stayed home 3 different days this month to receive this delivery. I have spent a significant amount of time on the phone with this. My time is valuable as is everyone else's. I have spent almost $20,000 in the last 4 years at Rooms to Go. I have a wall unit, bedroom set, 2 mattresses and this child's bed. I am a good customer. I simply want what I was promised quickly. I made a BBB complaint. Instead of a manager taking responsibility and calling me-they sent the same rep I said was rude to call me! I called back a lady said the bracket will take another 3 weeks. My compensation?? $25. I paid a $150 delivery fee. She tried to set up "an exchange" to get it faster. But her computer was having issues and she said she'd call me back. It would be awesome if someone of ANY authority could call me to ACTUALLY fix this.

      Never and absolutely mean NEVER purchase the additional warranty coverage from this company. I never expected subpar service at this level.

      Quality of y'all furniture is no good. I wouldn't buy a lamp from them! And they won't honor their warranty.

      The sales associate (Aaron) was great but the delivery team and their manager is dishonest. My furniture was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I waited all day, took the day off work, and they never showed. I received a call saying the delivery was rescheduled for today. Again, took the day off waiting and then I get an email that the delivery has been canceled because they couldn't reach my husband or I. This is a lie! We have both been available both days and there have been no attempts to contact us. Their delivery team never intended to deliver my furniture today and are trying to make it like it is our fault. I have been talking to customer service and they said the furniture was not even loaded on the truck! Now I am going to have to wait a week with no living room furniture. Very frustrating and I will not be purchasing from RTG again.

      Winning the store, doing their anniversary celebration and purchase two recliners. The delivery guys bought in to greasy stained recliners. We had to clean them ourselves with upholstery shampoo. The delivery charge was outrageous. I will kill some other furniture company my business..
