Brian of Winter Park , FL August 21, 2009

I was highly disappointed with visit to McDonalds near full Sail University in Winter Park FL on August,21,2009 at 9:58pm. After Being in class for 8 hours I was looking forward to some good food. Me and my roommate decided to head over to McDonalds. Ordering went great but when we arrived at the pick up window. The employ rudely said "hear" and basically pushed the food in the car. On our way home I began eating the french fries ordered and they were cold.

After arriving home I went to eat my fish sandwich and chicken nuggets. I could not believe how dry those nuggets were it was like eating sand paper then when i got to the fish sandwich not only was the fish dry too there was not even a slice cheese as i requested. In the sandwich their was 1/4 of a slice I found this to be so bad that i took a picture of it and can be seen at the link at the bottom. My roommate had ordered an angus burger and that was even dry and he claims that the mushrooms tasted funny. I expect to hear back from the company and I hope some kind of refund will be given may it be for future purchase from the store or some other kind. Today was a very disappointing time at Mcdonald.

Melissa of Wrightsville, PA August 2, 2009

I ordered, from a small latino girl, a Big & Tasty burger with cheese but no ketchup. When I sat down to eat it was a burger in a bun with a blob of mayo. So I took it back adn told the manager, a large blonde women. She yelled back to her people to make another with no ketchup but she didn't tell them cheese. I I told her and she yelled again. I did not like her attitutde. She was rude and did not offer any apology and when they handed her the sandwhich and she opened it up lifted the bun to see ketchup and yelled again for them to make it again as she threw away the second sandwhich. Her yelling had the poor Asian women makng the sandwich confused and I'm sure embarassed.

I also did not appreciate her lifting the bun of what may have been my sandwhich with her hands which were not gloved. When my sandwich arrived as ordered and I returned to my seat, I opened the sandwich to find a dry wilted piece of lettuce, a mushy tomoato and a clod burger with unmelted cheese. By this time my husband had finished his meal and I was too disgusted by the managers attitude to bother to get my money back at the time. Especially becaseu a bus had just pulled up and I heard her complaining about getting a bus.

I waited approximately 15 minutes in the drive thru, only to be told at the window when handing my debit card to the woman, that they only took cash, due to the system being down. I explained that I had just waited 15 minutes, behind a truck, towing a boat, and that was unacceptable, due to the fact that I was now late for work, and wasn't going to be able to eat beforehand.

The manager then came over, and told me that she was telling everyone in the drive thru, that their systems were down. I explained that she had said no such thing. She didn't even give me a total. She just told me to pull up. And I know that she didn't tell the people in front, or back of me either, because I heard their orders, clearly.

Aside from that, once you pull up, you are trapped. I was sandwiched behind a boat, and another car behind me, and the concrete barrier on the side. So even though I knew I was late, after waiting 15 minutes, I couldn't even leave. So in the end, I was late for work, and have a mark on my record, at a job I just started this week, after many months of searching. And I worked a 12 hour shift, with nothing but a bag of chips in my stomach, that I bought at a vending machine. It is completely unacceptable. And more than that, frustrating. Because of a fast food restaurant mistake, I suffer. It's pathetically stupid.

The McDonalds at I-20 and Almon Rd in Covington, GA consistently maintains a disgusting bathroom. Makes you wonder about the kitchen? My fries kinda smelled like urine!

For many years my mother worked as a cashier at McDonalds, and a few incidents that have happened over that time id like to address that has to do with the general store management. While I was serving in the Marine Corps and deployed to Iraq, it was not often that I was able to call home and let me family know how i was doing. There was a case where the only number I was able to get a hold of was my moms McDonalds while she was on a shift. I talked to a manager and asked politely if I could speak to my Mother, she told me she was busy and could not take a call, I told her again and again my situation and where i was and she did not care and hung up on me, even though the entire store knew my situation and that i was in a combat zone and could not just call back.

While my mom was working there she was diabetic and had to use insulin daily and was not in a shape to drive more then needed. Early in the morning after arriving at work her blood sugar was low and her manager asked and asked for her to give her a ride home even though she was not in any shape to he insisted because he knew she was a caring person and would give in. After taking her manager home on her way back to work she was killed in an accident caused by her not being able to function properly.

A few months following my youngest sister applied for a job to make some money at the McDonalds where my mother worked and she was told to call tomorrow to try to get her times when she would work. She called them and they yelled at her over the phone and cussed her out because she happened to call during their "break". Later after she was working instead of being trained how to actually be a cashier she was just told to clean the parking lot and lobby while being mocked by the management.

On june 30 2009 I visit da restarunt in drive-thru it was about 10:50pm that night first of all I used to work at Mcdonalds on dawson rd about 7yrs ago and I know what the standers are and I never known any restarunt to lower their standers see this is not realy a complaint more of a concern!!!!

Mcdonalds used to be the best place to go great prices service and food!!!! Although that's not the case here!!!! I works at Hardees of albany where I've been since Mcdonalds I am a shift manager there!!! Our guest service is 6 service goes right alone with the 6 burger where our guest can receive the best exsperiance as possible!!! In DT or FC!!! Anyway I knows that Mcdonalds still stands on the top of all restarunts and guest service but, not only is they r shuting the restarunt down before time the whole menu is not being sold!!! 11pm until 12am they are only serving combo #10 the chicken nugget meal and only taking cash!!!

I was the 5th car in line and everybody in front of me pulled off becouse of that!!! Now when I got to the menu bord the order taker yelled in the speaker and wasn't clear, I tried to place my order and I couldn't becouse I could hear everything in the restarunt and she couldn't hear me!!! I tried several times and she never took my order!!!

Now is that Mcdonald standerds??? No I garentee its not I know back when I worked there it was 90sec from the time you hit da menu bord to receiving ur order!!! I tried to call into the store but no answer so I decided to send a email!!! If I don't get an reply I will call becouse this is not Mcdonald standards!!! Yall realy needs to step it up at night see when they knows noone is goin to check up on them that's when they doesn't care!!! If yall needs someone to mystery shop at night or odd hours I will be interested in keeping yall in formed about customer service and S.A.S serious about service!!!

Matt of Spencerport, NY June 30, 2009

On the morning of June 29th I went through the drive-thru at the McDonalds located at 2341 West Ridge Road, Greece, New York and ordered three sausage biscuits. The girl repeated my order back to me on the speaker saying "three sausage biscuits", but when I arrived at work (which is 25 minutes away) I discovered that I had been given and charged for three egg and cheese biscuits. These were totally useless to me and I threw them in the garbage. When I returned to the same location after work that night and explained what happened I was told that since I did not have my receipt that they would do absolutely nothing for me.

I was told the manager's name was Sam, but he refused to even come out and speak to me face-to-face himself, choosing rather to have one of his employees do all the talking for him. I find it pathetic that this store offers such poor customer service and is so unprofessional that it allows the employees to screw up a customer's order, overcharges them, and then the manager refuses to even speak to a customer who has an issue.

Juana of Lyons, IL June 28, 2009

On June 27, 2009 I bought my two boys a breakfast combo with a chocalate milk. Both became sick late afternoon. Non stop vomiting. I belive the chocalate milk was spoiled or it was out in room temp. at one time for a long period of time. We had breakfast at 8:30am. They started vomiting at around 4:00pm and did not stop unitl 3:00am the next morining.

Viola of 10-E Oakhurst Homes, PA June 27, 2009

Today while visiting this establishment I order items including frenchfries. One of the managers who was putting the food on the trays covered the tops of the fries with her bare hands after she had been touching other utensils. She was not wearing gloves nor did she wash her hands prior to handling my food. I then observed this same individual proceed to wipe her face, mouth and nose area with her hand and ick up someone else's food in the same manner, again she never washed her hands. I did not notice any of these employees wearing gloves nor did I observe a sink in the immediate area. When I confronted the cashier I was told they did not have to wear gloves and their hands are clean and was not given a refund.
