I went thru and asked for a big mac and a lg fry no salt, nothing more, i got my order, big mac was fine, Fries were not salted but super cold, and old and very tiny pieces of fries, like fry chips, i drove back around and the drive thru girl was flirting with the car waiting for food and 2 cars beside that, laughing and giggling, i couldnt hear what they were talking about and didnt care, only that it was very annoying when I was trying to get my order corrected. I waited 4 more minutes while the big bac is obviously now getting cold, i get to the window and i tell her the fries are stone cold and OLD and she takes em, comes back 20 sec later with hotter fries no salt, when i get home i see they are the same tiny pieces of fries, most pieces less than half an inch, only microwaved at best, i was so f'n pissed off with the poor service and worse product ive had from mcdonalds in a long time. Is it too much to ask for to get an employee to give a crap about the customer anymore? There was no receipt in or stapled to my bag which further pissed me off, maybe its becaues it was late and no one on that shift gives 2 cents about a damn thing, but it sucks when you pay close to 6 bucks and have to get such poor product and even worse service. But the non apology, along with the obvious microwave fix I received was unforgiving. Its late and im doing this to let you know, I could care less if you try to fix it, Id rather eat glass than go through another experience like that

andrew of stroudsburg, PA October 6, 2009

When I drove up to the local Stroudsburg PA McDonalds on 10/5/2009 located on lower Main Street at approximately 11:50PM EST, I noticed there drive thru menu board contained an advertisement for a free coke glass when you purchase a large extra value meal. So at the drive up I ordered to purchase 2 large extra value meals, drinks and dessert with total cost being 17.78.

Neither the Drive Thru In-take Ordering Clerk and Order Payment window clerk who confirmed my order did not indicate that McD's was out of stock of the coke glasses. It was only when I got to the pickup window was I informed that McD's free coke glasses were out of stock and not available and that the promotion is over. I immediately registered my complaint to the attending clerk at that window of the false advertising on the McD's Menu Board. The clerk agreed me and she urged and informed me to call the local McD's admin office and complain.

So I did just that the next day and I spoke with a manager who advised that there is language on the McD's Menu Board that says the coke glass promotion is "while supplies last". However I responded indicating that I as a patron cannot visually or clearly see that small print on Menu board for the coke glass promotion while sitting in my car at the Drive Thru due to the distance between the car and the Menu Board. The free coke glass with extra value meal is in large print and clearly visible but the fine print is not visible.

The local manager offered 2 free sandwiches as a substitute for the inconvenience and because I felt that I was duped into buying the meals for the free glasses. But I want my free coke glasses, or full refund of my purchase instead plus maximum damages allowed by law for McD's false promotional advertisement scheme for a free coke glass with the purchase of a large extra value meal.

kevin of ravenna, OH October 5, 2009

on friday october 2nd at 630pm i was in the drive thru at oakwood mcdonalds ordering a large coffey with 4 creams put in and a large vanilla capachino. when we pulled to the first window to pay as instructed, I was told the order came to 7.83, coffey 1.75 that means the cappachino was 6.08 but sence I had never bought capachino there befor I thought, ok, and I paid for it for my daughter who was waiting at a football game for me,

when i pulled to the next window they handed me a drink carrier with 3 large drinks, when i asked what they were because I had only ordered 2 drinks, the manager got very frustrated and insured me thats what I ordered, but she reluctantly refunded 1.75 for the extra coffey i never ordered,

after pulling away from the window i stoped in the parking lot to open my large coffey with 4 creams to start drinking it when i crasped the lid it started to overflow from the cup, so holding the cup forward past my legs i pulled the lid completly off and the cup was so full to the very rim, it spilled out of the cup onto my hands and being very hot of corse i jerked a little but it was to late the coffey had already spilled on my hand, my pants burning my legs and all over the seat of my S.U.V.

so i deceided to go back in and get napkins which they dont like because you didnt order a burger, not that they put a napkin in the bag for you, you have to ask for one in the bag, and i told the very rude manager that they shouldnt fill the cups past the full mark on the cups, she said well mabey you should learn to open a cup the rite way and asked if i wanted her to diminstrate, by this time i was so angry i just asked for my money back and told her i wouldnt be back to this pigstie place ever again, her reply, well thats fine we dont need your buisness we have thousands of costomers a day why do we need you,

people like this should not be working there or anywhere for that matter they need to just sit at home on there very large butts and continue to spunge off the american public and never be allowed to be in charge of anything, i had my girlfriend who is a student nurse take care of my burns and as for the S.U.V. well it has to be cleaned to get the stain out of my seat, but thats ok I guess because mcdonalds in a major company and im just a little guy huh. how sad, what a world.

Stephen of Worcester, United States September 19, 2009

I have started procedures against McDonalds, Stratford On Avon, Warwickshire Branch, For Accident / Incident / Personal Injury to myself, on Wednesday 16th September 2009. McDonalds...Wednesday 16th September 2009. Contacted Lawyers & Business colleagues in Media. Thursday 17th September 2009

Purchased an Apple Pie. Approx 3pm Weds 16.9.09. This pie has apple 'self contained in an oblong parcel like wrapper'. I was very hungry & immediately unwrapped the thin cardboard like wrapper. Proceeded to 'bite in to the pie' Then the entire pie exploded in my face. Badly burning Mouth, Cheeks, Lips & Tongue. I was in agonising pains & Trauma, caused by this.

No one came to my rescue. I had to get the McDonalds cleaner to bring me some ice. This took 15 Minutes to bring & then by this time, I was in very bad pain & distress (Due to length of time taken to get any assistance) & (To extent of injury to face & Internal...Lips & Tongue). I asked to see the Manager for a Complaints procedure. There are NO SUCH Incident Forms, NO Personal Claim Forms, NO Reporting NOR Procedures to deal with any injuries OR Incidents. I was informed by SEB Shift Manager. That HE/THEY/WERE NO Way that anyone could or would be able to NOR want to assist in any way.

This Pie was like a BOMB that exploded BOILING HOT SAUCE & McDonalds are to blame for their extremely High cooking temperature, thats REMAINS EXPLOSIVE for a very long period of time, due to a gaseous nature. I have today, been advised to contact both 1). Health & Safety Executive 2). Environmental Health (To which I have contacted). Further contacts discovered & to be explored. Also advised to FULLY INFORM McDonalds Head Office LONDON. N2 8AW.

This company have been and are NEGLIGENT in BOTH their SERVINGS of Boiling Hot Foods (To the Dangerous Nature) To The IGNORANCE of the facts and to the NON ASSISTANCE & IGNORANCE of their Trading regulations. There apparently are NO Customer Incident Forms. No Procedures for Accident, NOR Personal Injury Claims / Incidents.

I have several business friends who operate in the Media & will be most interested to publish my findings / experiences & Trauma, should this be necessary to further my claim. I wish for McDonalds to take better care & responsibility for their business tradings. If this had happened to a small child, or indeed, had there been anyone close to hand: (Had Boiling Hot & Explosive Liquid) Hit their face and or body part, then this would have been a different story, if the person had been blinded.

Tammy of Buffalo, NY August 30, 2009

It was very late (23:54)on 8/29/09 (according to my receipt) and after washing 50 little league football uniforms at the laundromat I decided to reward myself with a late night snack. I had 2 helpers and decided to treat them as well. I drove to a nearby McDonald's and ordered through the driveway. As I was paying at the first window for my food, a car pulled in front of me up to the second window. I asked the cashier, jokingly, if he was going to steal my order. She responded, "Oh, somebody probably has a problem with their order." I pulled forward and then my car, as well as the other 4 behind me (that I could see), waited while a passenger from the car at the window, got out of the car, got several drinks passed to him. He then proceeded to go up to the window, lean inside and ask for free stuff. He was given 3 or 4 sweet iced tea's (one was tossed out the front passenger side window because someone in the car yelled out that it "tastes like water." The male leaning into the drive thru window hollered out "You don't have the hot & spicy's ready yet?" He added "I should climb through this damn window and lifeted his leg like he was really going to do it." After a short wait, he decided to go inside the building and laughed while he told the car's driver to pull up so the long line of customers could get their food because he knew they were getting mad.

I took two pictures of him at the window with my cell phone (unfortunately I don't know how to send them to your company) as proof that it really happened because I couldn't believe it. As he went into the building, the car did not pull forward as asked but instead sat at the window for the guy to return with a bag of (free) food. The young lady working the window did not even apologize for the incident the wait or the UNPROFESSIONALISM. If the children that were with me would not have been hungry and the hour so late, I would've taken my business elsewhere. I think the male who was leaning into the window should be FIRED!!! The sad thing about the entire incident is that the same individual who leaned into the window was seen (by myself and my son) on another occasion, pulling next to another car in the same drive thru and hollering to the person working and was handed free food. He is bad for business!!!! He also appeared to be in a Manager's uniform. Very sad!!!!

elyzabeth of balch springs, TX August 28, 2009

It was 7:03am in Balch Springs,TX when i walked up the doors to McDonalds noticing 2 other people standing looking in. Doors were locked but there were at least 8 customers alreay in there. They looked at us and shrugged shoulders. two employess looked at us and nothing so i walked around to the door by drive-thru. Then the manager looks at me after i bagan knocking on door with my keys and stared and walked towards the other door and opened it.

At first i was joking with him and laughing it off maybe it was just a misunderstanding and then he says, "i didnt have to let you in and i told the other customers i'd let them in but they better not open the doors for anyone else." what. I must of heard wrong. NOPE!! so i began ordering my meal and my eyes were dry so i blinked alot to try and focus and right in the middle of ordering he just walked away. He could have asked me to hold on one moment or ask another employee to finsih my order.

I finished and paid and he said,"Are you gonna eat all that?" I assumes he was the manager but i culdnt read his whole tag he had on a brown polo with Tommy Brand on name tag.No other employess were aound us at the counter but you can look at the cameras and even read his body language. He was very rude, inappropriate, & needs to not cuss in front of or surely at customers and needs to be taught some CSR skills. I hope that something is done about it althought for some reason i doubt anything will. thank you for your time.

Lisa of Halfax, NS August 21, 2009

The last 3 times my boyfriend and I have ordered Rolo McFlurry's, there has been a STRONG Coffee Crisp flavor to them. I could be wrong but I believe this means that they are not cleaning their equiptment properly before they go from one flavor to the next. It has been very frustrating since I'm not a coffee crisp lover at ALL. ..And not to mention that knowing they aren't cleaning the equiptment good enough for the Mcflurry's makes me wonder what other equiptment they are using without being cleaned properly! Yuck!

Larry of Minden, NV August 21, 2009

We ordered 2 of the new angus burgers. they were so salty, that we could not finnish them. after eating, we both developed headaches, and our legs and feet swelled up. the next day, we both felt strange, and we both urinated excessively. Thank God that we are both healthy, otherwise there could have been kidney damage, or stroke. the sodium content was so high.

LIBA of KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia August 21, 2009

The incident happend when i was having my breakfast with my colleague in MCDONAL RESTAURANT nearby MASJID JAMEK,KL LRT station on last saturday 8/8/2009 between 10am to 11 am. It was off peak hour as i could say because it was only few customers sitting our next table and I remember there were a staff cleaner who was mopping the floor while we are having our meal. After finish our meal, when i am about to leave i only realize my bag was been stolen! I was very surprise and shock because my bag was on the table all the time and suddenly went lost!!

It was impossible, so i report to the restaurant manager i requested her to show me the cctv, she refused and ask me need to make a report police first only she allows to show me.So, i took the hassle to report to the police station and went back to the mcdonal restaurant to show her my police report. Then she told me that i cant enter the room due to her law whatever...saying only can ask the techinician to give me a vcd on the clip between 10am-11an on the date08/08/2009 so i have to waited for a week!!..i was really frustrated that i had been ignored and unrespected!! The staff there even said it was very common that customer lost their belonging in this restaurant like laptop, wallet and etc..! what kind of security is this restaurant provide? customers keep lost their belonging without realized it had been stolen and the restaurant do not responsible for this serious matter!!

okay, i was very patient and never lose my temper at all but feeling deep disappotinment and sad that the things inside my bag was so important in my life was stolen! I was told by the restaurant manager they willl call me once the techinician is back to do the (cctv copy) vcd for me, i had been following up from monday, tuesday, thursday, friday almost everyday nothing...until on saturday my sister called up,they said the vcd was done asked to collect it..gosh!

i was the one who following up and they never had the courteous to even call me or inform me it was ready! i really do not satisfied with their services and the sense of responsibility they handle my case at all...i felt so helpless with such service they provided..When i watched the vcd it was so disappointed it never show i was inside the camera it only show the main entrance, what is the point!!?? what are they trying to hide? Maybe i should not blame them but i really suspect someone must had stolen my bag on my table. Why the restaurant install the cctv purpose at the first place?? I personally think it should be for safety purpose ,right? sigh...i feel so helpless..i wish someone could really help me to get back my important things,i do not care my cash been stolen..i just need back my things inside my bag...i really beg and seek for your help, i would highly appreciate and grateful if you could fight for my rights!
