Few things have done more to stitch the world together than FedEx. Those willing to pay big bucks can ship urgent documents and parcels around the world with a reasonable degree of certainty that they'll arrive on time and in one piece.

On the other hand, nothing's perfect and the consumers whose complaints appear in this section would argue that FedEx's quality control has not kept up with its growth.

Then there is David, formerly an express mail pilot who has been out-of-work since FedEx strong-armed Congress into giving it a no-bid contract to fly the mail. And just what is the benefit to taxpayers, consumers and corporate customers, David asks?
