I returned a camera to AOL Shop Direct. I received an E-mail on 1/14/04 from "returnconfirmation@aol.webhelp.com" which states:
Since receiving this E-mail from AOL, i mailed them five Certified letters to question them as to why they did not credit my account. I received return receipts for all five of my Certified letters to them. As of today, 10/27/04, I have not heard from them. Their E-mail address is not valid nor are any of their phone numbers. I wish to be credited for my returned merchandise in the amount of $158.63. I hesitate to acquire a follow-on camera until this credit is given to me as agreed. Report Your Experience
