We purchased the Maldives package from VIP Traveler. We saw the deal and it was really good. They were doing a promotion for that new resort in the Maldives. They also gave me a promotion deal to pay 50% upfront and 50% at a later date. We booked it for our honeymoon. I did it online and it was really easy to do. They were very helpful. It's been a good experience. I highly recommend VIP Traveler.

Booking our trip to Maldives with VIP Traveler was a seamless and very easy process. The price was excellent and it was a promotional package. We communicated with them via email or chat, and they were very good.

Selecting the Maldives package with VIP Traveler was fine and easy. It was all done online. I also checked the prices of similar trips to the Maldives and they were the least expensive. Plus, they had great reviews as a company. I also wanted to know what my timeline was and they answered right away. They were very informative.

I booked a package to the Maldives through VIP Traveler and it was very easy. It was not too restrictive with the dates. They were very flexible with having to change dates, which I've had to do since. Everything was done online. They provided information via email where the request could get sent to. But the response time was a little bit longer than what I expected. It was between 24 to 48 hours. I expected something a little bit faster.

I purchased a trip to the Maldives and I wanted a refund because they charged me in full. They didn't answer me for weeks, so I had to go to my bank and file a claim. They paid immediately and they said I have two months to book it. But I contacted them right away about canceling and they didn't answer me for two weeks. I said I'm not doing this because it was $6,000. They finally contacted me after the claim went through and they said, "Why did you do that? We would've answered it." I said, "You never answered me." They were trying to get me to stop the claim so they could refund me. But my bank told me, "There's no point in doing that because we filed a claim." So they took it off my credit card. They have to fight with my bank now. I feel like they were trying to scam me again and trying to say, "Oh, take it off." And then they wouldn't refund me.

Booking through VIP Traveler is really easy and good. I like the deal that they offered. I didn't end up going on the trip. But I contacted them to talk through canceling and possibly setting up a new trip and they were super reasonable and easy to talk to.

We called VIP Traveler and we booked a trip. But there were several things we had to do that VIP should have done. I told them that since we booked this trip through them, they should be the one to help us with booking our spa in Indonesia instead of us having to pay money to call all the way to Indonesia to see about getting the spa. They gave us this God awful long number and we had to call Indonesia. We had to call both of the hotels there and book both the spas there. Their hours are about opposite to ours, so three times we had to call there and when we got somebody, they couldn't understand us and we couldn't understand them. We were also making sure that we had our reservation for one of the motels there and we had to call that place, too to do that. We've traveled a lot and when we used Wingbuddy, they had everything down to the T. But VIP Traveler wasn't like that.

I made the reservation online for Maldives and paid for it. The one I got was cheap and I have until May of this year to tell VIP Traveler my dates. Selecting a package was very easy because the inclusions are well written and what you can expect is all made out. VIP Traveler is easy to navigate online and everything is laid out. I'm hoping it's gonna be okay and there is nothing hidden that’s gonna be a problem soon. But I'm expecting it's gonna be great because my friend told me she never had a problem before. I showed it to my friends because it’s a good deal. It's the lowest so far that I've seen in Maldives. So, they're looking at it right now.

I was planning to travel Bali this year, so I did some research online. VIP Traveler's package price was very reasonable, so I booked with them. They charge 295 a year for the membership. The upgrade on their package was a very good deal, and when I tried to email and ask a question, they responded right away.

I booked a trip but then I cancelled it within a day because I realized I couldn't go on those days. They were very good with refunding me my money.

VIP Traveler was wonderful to work with. We booked this a week in their Maldives property, which was a short taxi boat ride from the airport, which we thought was ideal. I have a goal to catch giant trevally. I started booking guides. They told me that I would have to get away from the main island of Malé because all the fish are further out. I found another property with the same price as the one I just booked but it's 300 miles out, which meant I had to pay for a sea taxi which was expensive because they land on the water. But it would take us out to where the fishing was better. So, I had to cancel that one because we're staying at another property which is 300 miles away. But the all the reviews about fishing are better. So, I called VIP Traveler to cancel and it was wonderful. They were gracious, and “Thank you,” and done.

I liked VIP Traveler's deal. And it was actually where we wanted to go for our honeymoon. So, it worked out. Their website is very user-friendly. I reached out so they could coordinate with the hotel for my transportation to the resort. It was quick.

VIP Traveler had a good deal. Also, they responded quickly and were able to answer all my questions. They're good because I was looking to book a vacation to Bali. And I was happy to get their marketing because it was helpful. It was one of those times when the ads actually made sense. Try it too.

I booked a package for Punta Cana with VIP Traveler and it was in my price range. I like how they offer that swim-out suite, which was one of the selling points for me. The website was very user-friendly. Everything was self-explanatory with what they offered already on the website. I used the chat box before I made the purchase to know what the resort was because it didn't specify the resort and they quickly told me. The marketing process was very convincing. Even the ads I saw on Instagram and Facebook didn't seem like it was a scam-type thing. I even researched VIP Traveler online and it seemed fine also.

We did a lot of research and VIP Traveler seemed to be the best and most cost-efficient choice. We were a little nervous because we didn't know anything about VIP Traveler, but the hotel has confirmed everything and that's the most important thing. They were also very responsive and using them was easy. They're consumer-friendly and they have a good graphic user interface. It's no Expedia, but it's good enough.

I did a little bit of research on VIP Traveler and looked at some reviews and tried to see if it was legit. There were some good and bad reviews, but it seems like the negatives were not anything related to them being a scam. It seemed like people were able to get what they paid for. We chatted with VIP Traveler during the booking process. We are a party of four, and we were wanting to purchase two over-water bungalows that are two-person bungalows. So, our question was whether or not we could get those two bookings linked or make sure that the reservations were together. We ended up booking them all together, and then they said they would put us in touch with the hotel afterwards, which we still haven't done because it's so far out but we're optimistic that we can get that taken care of.

They had a good offer and their website was very easy to use.

The website was very easy to use. I didn't even need to speak with an agent. It was very self-explanatory. The process is easy. After I booked it, I confirmed with the hotel directly and everything went through.

The pricing seemed very fair versus other places so I went with them. I booked online and it would have been helpful if someone had reached out. I know the flights were separate from the booking on VIP Traveler and there was a note about talking to someone from the resort or VIP Traveler once the flights were booked. It would have been nice to have someone reach out and get that all sorted out.

I booked VIP Traveler because they have a promotion that they were running. However, there was a little issue with our dates at first. I had to go back to the resort because when the resort sent me the confirmation, it had the wrong dates. I didn't know if I put the wrong date in or if they did. But they fixed it on their end right away and sent me a new confirmation. We got it straightened out and everything was fine. The whole package was cheaper than buying it directly through the resort. They also gave me a lot of additional promotional things, like free cocktail, a boat ride, one hour massage, that you wouldn't have gotten if you booked it through the resort.

I was a little skeptical of how good the deal was with VIP Traveler and if it was real for a minute. But everything seemed to check out. Booking with them was easy and they sent me a promo code that allowed me to only pay partial amount upfront. I had an agent help me over the phone and via email, and I felt like he was annoyed with me because I kept asking if it was real. But he was very helpful and responsive.
