I am extremely satisfied with everyone I came in contact with at Solar Optimum. Starting with my energy consultant (Kevin **), the numerous staff members (esp. Jilbert **) who promptly answered all my calls, texts, and email messages, and finally, the professional installation crew of Green Electric. The team performed a superb and clean work upgrading my main service panel, installing the roof solar panels, and the IQ Combiner.
On the last day of the project I was shown how to turn the system on and off (once the Permission-to-Operate was received from the utility company) and was provided with instructions and a preview of the included mobile app. I highly, and without hesitation recommend Solar Optimum to all my neighbors, friends, and relatives.

We entered into a contract with Solar Optimum on November 6, 2023 for the installation of solar panels on the roof of our residence which we found out later required an upgrade to the electrical panel. We were told the system could be up and running before Thanksgiving. The installation caused leaks in our roof, and the system was not running until January 2024. The leaks were eventually repaired, and the ceiling damage was repaired as well. However, we were also told that the company would cover two months of electric bills, which they did not. We paid the bills to keep our power on.
I filled out a survey online through the finance company and basically said I would never recommend Optimum to anyone. The finance company contacted Optimum and let them know about our complaint. We were in contact with Optimum the next day, May 30th. They said they would send out a check to refund us the total of the two months of electric bills. Today is June 23rd and we have still not received the check.

This company is good solar company for anyone out there looking to go solar.. I use them for my solar.. They are one of the very decent and honest to with.. Especially KEVIN, my agent that help from the begin to the end.. His make sure I understand all the process concerning solar which I was pleased.. And installer JUSTIN, was also Awesome with neat installation. He make sure everything was in order. I recommend SOLAR OPTIMUM for the pricing and neat job with good material...
