    I ordered two housecoats from these people on Jan 1. Supposed to be delivered on Jan 5th. By the 15th nothing. The post office never received anything. I cancelled my order. They refunded everything except the $12.98 shipping and handling. Why should I have to pay shipping and handling for something that never shipped. What a rip off company. I want all my money. I could see if I returned the product but I never got anything.

    I've been a customer all my life. My Mom before me. But apparently my opinion counts for nothing. I reviewed a recent purchase and they refused to publish it. The will not tell me why. Perhaps it's because I disagreed with their new return policy and having to pay a restocking fee if dissatisfied with an item. I told them they need to address quality control issues. Sizing is inconsistent and has been for some time now. I advised readers to size up on this item in order to be helpful. I won't be shopping with them anymore and I'm stuck with an item I can't wear.

    DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I returned a pair of booties that were sized incorrectly. I received 2 emails that the package had arrived at their facility. I called a week later about the refund. They told me they didn't receive the product. After 35 minutes when I threatened a bad review miraculously they discovered the product in their warehouse. They still wouldn't refund. Instead they issued a gift credit, which I repeatedly told them I didn't want. Then they said I would be charged for a refund. I finally had to go to my credit card resolution dept.

    This company has lost myself and my mother as customers due to their ridiculous fees, policies and general shadiness. Their sizes are never the same. I had to return a shirt for that reason and they deducted shipping or whatever they wanted first then the balance they gave me on a gift card. I asked for a refund to my original payment method. I already purchased the corrected size from them. Now that I know it's not a BBB accredited business I will not be doing business with them again. And they also don't care if they lose customers. My mother tried talking to them about her separate issue and they just read off a script. There seems to be no supervisors or good customer service.

    les items suddenly become full price when you click on a size. If you order from them make sure to double check your bill. I thought I was buying a very inexpensive dress (on sale) and did not notice I paid almost $80 and to add insult to injury it is really ugly and cheap looking. Off to donations it goes.

    Customer service was terrible. They flipped me back and forth to different people. Came up with different reasons why They cancelled my order without talking to me Then would not give me the sale prices if I reordered the items. Whatever I will be closing my account. I am sure they don't care anyway. 😠 They put me on hold for over 40 minutes. Guess that was their answer.

    Ordering and returning was very difficult and frustrating and expensive. The agent tried to "upsell" me about ten times, not getting to the order entry without needless offers/distractions. They charged a "restocking fee" for an item that was received, didn't fit, and promptly returned. Getting the Return Authorization was especially difficult and irritating. I will not order from them again, though the product was nice - it just didn't fit. The investment of time just wasn't worth it!

    The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in 50+ years regarding a reimbursement for an item I cancelled and had tried to use "credit due" from a previously returned item. At that time, they would only issue a credit not a refund. I have tried to get this "credit due" for over a year now! I finally discarded my notes from tc's to the company regarding this matter on 12/18/25 when they said, the issue was resolved and a check for the amount of $68.77 was going out the next day and I should receive it by 12/22/25. As of today, 12/30.25, I have still not received their check and when I called them about this today, they said they could not look into it without the original order number - this does not appear online and no emails are sent by the company confirming an order. Buyers BEWARE!!! I WILL never ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND TRYING TO SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT HOW AWFUL THEY ARE TO WORK WITH!

    In the past, have purchased from this company without problems. This time has been a nightmare. Before Thanksgiving I started an order on Woman Within wanted to make some changes so didn't complete. Received several emails that I had left something in my cart. Then received email that my order had shipped. Called and the woman I talked to said there was nothing she could do it had shipped. 3 days later I received another email my order had shipped. When I received the order, everything was too large which was one of the changes I had planned on making and the quality of the clothes was poor. Besides the fact that I had to pay $11.99 to return the order I had not placed.

    Called again – the rude woman I talked to said nothing could be done. I calmed down and called again – nice man apologized and told me no problem. He would take care of everything. Finally received a credit to my credit card, it was $34.35 less than the order. Of course this meant more unsuccessful phone calls. No supervisor available. Received phone Number for the specialist **, which was always busy. Called customer service again. Again – no supervisor. Had to repeat my story again in order to be transferred to supervisor, nice lady put me on hold to contact the supervisor. Next, I don’t know which happened first, being disconnected or receiving an email from Happy Returns and a gift card (estimated) of $95.22. I still want the credit of the amount owed to my credit card. Not that I have any hope of this happening.

    I ordered clothes through PayPal, which they chg. $51.43, never received pkg. Because they didn't put on address on it, so it was rerouted to Woman Within and they credited PayPal $37.86, their mistake, lost $13.57 in the deal and wasn't even my fault they didn't put address on pkg. And they sent me a notice why I didn't get my pkg. Because there's no address! Only had my name and city and state, no number or street! I'll never shop there again!!!

    My experience with Woman Within has been absolutely awful, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. To start, the shipping costs are ridiculously high. I placed one order and was charged $20.98 for shipping. Immediately after submitting that order, I realized I had forgotten one item, so I placed a second order for just one bra. For that single item, I was charged an additional $10.98 in shipping. Paying nearly $32 in shipping alone for two orders placed minutes apart is unreasonable and unacceptable.

    I immediately contacted customer service and asked if they could bundle the two orders into one shipment so I wouldn’t be charged twice for shipping. The representative told me this was not possible unless I canceled both orders and re-placed them. However, doing so would mean I could lose the coupon I had already used. This put me in an impossible position — either pay outrageous shipping fees or risk losing my discount.

    What made the situation even worse was the customer service itself. The representative did not speak English well, which made communication very difficult. Instead of trying to help or escalate the issue, she became dismissive. When I continued to explain my concern, she abruptly hung up the phone on me. Being hung up on as a paying customer is beyond unprofessional and disrespectful. There was no attempt to help, no flexibility, and no concern for customer satisfaction. The entire interaction made it very clear that Woman Within does not value its customers once they have your money.

    Between the excessive shipping fees, the language barrier, the refusal to bundle orders, and the disrespectful behavior of hanging up on a customer, this has been one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. Other companies manage order adjustments and customer concerns every day — Woman Within simply chooses not to. I strongly advise others to shop elsewhere. There are many retailers that offer similar products with fair shipping, better policies, and customer service that actually cares. Woman Within needs serious improvements in both pricing transparency and customer support.

    Ordered boots but was unhappy. Looked up the return policy and bam - they will give a refund as a gift card and if you want an actual return of what you purchased, they would deduct a 10.99 fee. No, thank you. Good thing I got the boots for 46.0p. I can live with that loss.

    My mother bought a pair of jeans from this awful company in November 2025. I had also purchased something from Bloomchic. Today, mine came in. Hers still have not. So I called Woman Within because on the site it showed it wasn't delivered yet??? But the rep said it was delivered and I would need to write an affidavit that it wasn't? They would be able to "replace" the missing item ONLY if I bought it again. Like wow, thanks. What a deal!!!!....for them.

    Jfc, what a business model. You get money, the customer gets NOTHING. I reported this crappy company to the FTC and have filed a complaint with Paypal against them. This is actually the second shot my mother gave them. First time they scammed her was when she ordered clothes, they signed her up without her consent to a monthly subscription to receive their magazine??? It was like 20-30 a month too. Such a BS company. Stay far, far away

    It doesn't matter what I buy. The quality of these clothes is absolute dogsh¡t. It's subpar, foreign-made garbage on cheap foreign material. Fabrics pill, seams split, winter items are cheap synthetics, there are no high quality blends. They always have "sales" but it's only ever on their crappiest items, so when you get it home you're thinking, "it was only a few bucks"... It's still sh¡t. I bought a crew neck sweatshirt for Christmas, washed it ONE time. Now it's a ¾ sleeve, CROP-TOP!!

    The prices on my confirmation email did not match the prices I was charged when the items shipped. I emailed the customer services and they sent me a screenshot of the shipping email. I highly doubt they even looked at my confirmation email.

    Definitely zero stars, my wife ordered a coat, the representative added a second coat in my cart which did show up in my cart after checkout. Proceeded to check out. Checked out. Then I received my email statement and there was a second coat at 199.00 that I was charged. Call them. They said it was not their problem and they had no way to cancel. I have to wait and return the item. Which is totally wrong. Was told a supervisor would call back in a day. That was 3 days ago. Still no call. The worst company to do business with.

    I have ordered several times and really like the clothes. HOWEVER--DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Their business is fraudulent. I made an on-line order for over $400. I received no confirmation or receipt from the order. Legitimate retailers send both confirmations and receipts after accepting orders. Thinking I had messed up I made a second order. When I again got no recei-pt I realized they did not send them out. I called to cancel the order. I was told orders can NOT BE CANCELED. I would receive the duplicate items. I refused and demanded cancellation. They refused. I called my bank and they investigated.

    The Credit Card company declined to pay for the second order. Woman Within sent the items anyway. They are demanding payment and threatening a collection agency. I responded by letter explaining why I was not going to pay. I have also sent messages to customer "service". We are still being threatened with collections. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS SHADY BUSINESS!

    Absolutely horrible customer service. Some of the clothes are ok & some are defective. Returns are ridiculously difficult. I spent almost a week & had to send 4 emails to get info on how to return without printing the label AND IT WAS ALL WRONG! Took return package to PO as instructed & code I was given showed as invalid. Told i had to take to UPS. UPS charged me for printing the return label because code WW sent also showed as invalid here, then told me to take back to PO to mail. Are you kidding me? Totally insane process.

    Never buy anything from “Woman within.” I spent $40 over six months ago on some underwear. I received half of the order but they don’t fit, so I cancelled the other half. They said I’d get a $20 credit, which apparently they sent as a gift card in an email. So now I wanted to order some shirts, and I wanted to apply my $20 credit. I can’t find the email and after speaking to several agents I’m told they only keep it on record for three months. I also deleted a lot of emails because my emails were too full and stopped working. One guy told me he’d talk to a supervisor and I should hear from them in 24 hours which didn’t happen. So now I’m out $40 and I’m never shipping from them again.

    If I could do a negative star, I would!! Terrible customer service and you can never talk to anyone. Bought a shirt, wrong one was shipped, paid to return it and then they said they didn't receive it, even months later. We were told over the phone to not pay the bill, someone will contact us when it's received. Called multiple times over 6 months and never received a call back! Then they sent us to collections! Supposedly now the collection agency is serving us with papers! What the heck?!? Never received a collection letter either. Oh, also I'm disabled in a wheelchair on a fixed income!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL BUY FROM ANY WOMAN WITHIN ASSOCIATES!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

    I allegedly ordered a pair of pants from them over 4 months ago. They just charged my account $60 on Dec. 09. I immediately contacted them to tell them I did not place this order. They, of course, insist that I did. Who orders something in July that won't be fulfilled until mid-December? They say, "no worries" just return it...of course, I have to pay to ship these pants I have yet to receive back! I filed a complaint with the BBB and they flat out lied about their business practices. They refuse to issue a refund. I will NEVER order from them...ever. I have no receipt to upload to become a "verified buyer" as I NEVER ordered these missing pants. Their clothes are shoddy and cheap anyway. Nobody likes them! Read the reviews.

    I bought several items with a discount code. One item was on back order and I received it a month later at full price. It was actually on sale for a lower price. Was told by the rep I’d have to return it and repurchase to get discount. Almost got charged a 10.99 restock fee but they took it off. First rep was very rude and raised her voice with me on the phone when I told her this was a horrible policy. Second rep much nicer. Did not get a call back from supervisor until I left a negative review a week later. Was originally told I’d get a call back within 24 hours. I do not trust them and will no longer buy clothes from this company.

    I placed an order that came to 71 dollars. When I looked at my account it was charged 77 dollars. When I went back to check the receipt it was up to 81 dollars. The next day they tried to charge me another 32 dollars but my bank flagged it in time to not get charged thankfully. I contacted them about it and they tried to claim that they didn’t charge me that extra 32 dollars so I asked why the total kept changing even if they didn’t charge me that $32 which I have pictures of even if they claim it never happened.

    Their answer was “sometimes the prices change after checkout due to taxes or shipping” to which I informed them that I also run an online shop and I’m aware that changing the price after the sale is complete is 100% illegal since a sale is a legally binding contract between merchant and seller. They hung up on me. Absolute trash company. Oh and don’t look now but I was checking my order to post this and make sure I had pictures they added another dollar!

    I would like to give this zero stars. About a day after I ordered a coat from Woman Within, I looked online for a way to cancel the order as I no longer needed it, and there were no options. So I called, and was told that there was a time limit to cancel an order, but there was no mention of a time limit online. After I got off the phone, I sent an email. After a couple of messages, I was promised that the return would be processed without their processing fee. Just today, I find out that they will charge me the processing fee after all.

    This is not what I call customer service, I will no longer shop from this company, and I would warn you to not shop with them. I don’t even wear their sizes, I just wanted a larger coat. So I had to wait for it to be shipped to me, and then wait for it to go back and the return to be processed, this all took several weeks. I even opened one of their credit cards to get a discount on on the order, and if they don’t give me the refund in the next couple of days, I will have to make the minimum payment to save my credit score, and then I will have a credit balance. I plan to cancel the card.

    I normally wear a size 3x pant from other retailers. Even after comparing sizing charts and ordering a 2x and a 1x in the same sweatpants, they were too big. In addition, the fabric felt cheep and the construction poor. One pair never arrived and was cancelled by the company. After paying a hefty 17.99 shipping charge to get this crap, I was appalled to have to pay another 10.99 to return the items. I kept one pair that the tag came off and I hope will shrink in the washer. My total for one pair of clearance pants was $39 (10 + 17.99 +10.99).

    I was sent a top that was 4 sizes larger than I had ordered. After a long customer service conversation, I thought they were giving me my full refund. However, when my refund showed up on my CR card statement, I had been charged $10.99 to return an item I didn’t order. This was their mistake but they did not care! I will not order from them ever again.

    Can't get an active phone number for customer service. Clothes were wrinkled and stuffed in a bag. Poor fabric quality. I returned via USPS, had to pay 21.00 in fees. Not worth ordering from you guys, very disappointed ordering from you.

    Infuriating customer service. Non-English-speakers who struggle to understand intent and meaning. Just made my last return and am done forever.     I really like this company. I’m not sure why they are getting negative reviews but to each their own. Their prices are good, quality is good, customer service were friendly and helpful. I love the magazines included with every order and I have been able to find items that I haven’t been able to find with other companies that really remind me of the 90’s, which is fun. I haven’t had to return anything so I can’t speak on that but all in all, highly recommended, no complaints.

    Sales are often bait and switch, against the law in many places. Shipping is stupidly high, and nothing is packed nicely, just squashed in a bag. The color palette is more than 10 years old, nothing looks modern. Sizes work for me, but the photos are not accurate regarding and color and pattern. None of the free offers are available even on the first day. Coupons don't work. And there are no breaks for shipping free. or at lower rate. WW thinks it can get by without customers, but I doubt it. All done for me.

    Misleading pricing and false advertising - It shows Fineline Jeans under clearance, certain colors $5.97. You click on item to purchase it and the price goes up to $48.99. Guess they are betting you won't notice when it goes in your cart.

    I ordered from Woman Within because the catalog stated that it was offering FREE shipping and returns. It failed to mention that there would be a $10.99 processing fee for returns. I contacted them several times through the chat and was assured that I would get the processing fee after I received the refund for the items that I returned. The catch was that I had to contact them again to get the $10.99. Well, they would NOT refund the $10.99. I will not order from this company again.

    They had a hard to find size of Skechers I was looking for. I put them in my cart and immediately got an offer for a code to reduce price by 50% if I signed up for emails. I signed up, got the code, but it didn't work. I've since tried every code they've had and get "This code will be applied when conditions are met". The details of the codes don't exclude Skechers explicitly, but have vague language of "some third party merchandise" and "Additional exclusions may apply". So they can basically not allow coupon codes on anything. I've tried putting other items in my cart and codes never work. Shipping is high on sale items making them not worth the cost. Also watch out for "qualifying for shipping protection" which signs you up for a monthly subscription! Too many scams on this site!

    I thought I will save on sale- but I lost LOTs of money. I would spend less in retail stores at the end. I lost so much time and have bad anxiety dealing with their customer service... Sizing is totally wrong on MANY items. It IMPOSSIBLE wear them. They charge LARGE shipping fee to get staff. Fee to return $10.99. Customer service is horrible. It feels like you are speaking with the wall. They are not willing resolve issues. I got $25 membership to lower high shipping cost, and even with membership it cost about $5. But discount wasn't applied to my order! I had to contact them so many times to get my discount.

    I retuned some items, paid $10.99 fee, they sent staff back to me with the note that I missed the deadline. Refused give store credit. Why I was able to print the return label then for these items?? I e-mailed to clarify how it was calculated that I missed 60 days - they ignored my questions and their answer was just copy of their return policies. They do it it a lot- ignoring questions. Well, they was able to cause me big loss one time, but I learned my lesson and will not be shopping with them again.

    Their credit card is also pretty bad experience- I have credit score above 700. The first credit line was $300. I got it just get their promised discounts- I have money and I have another credit cards. This credit line felt like slap in the face comparing with another credit cards I have. Also, worst APR EVER! About 35% Also, I forgot that this new card is not on autopay. $30 late fee. I paid soon, set autopay and asked return late fee (first), they returned only $15.

    The quality for the price is just not worth it anymore. I recently ordered some items and they arrived stained and some were just extremely poor quality. The return process is so difficult too. They want you to jump through hoops and still charge a return fee unless you opt to have your refund in the form of a gift card so that you can shop with them again.     I ordered a bra in my normal size but the one that arrived was way too big. I started the return process and was shocked! In order to get a refund they want to charge me $10.99 on a $25.43 purchase! The only way I can get a full refund is to accept a gift card. This company is a total scam. I will find something less likely to me wrong with this gift card and then I will NEVER buy from this company again.

    I hope that others are reading this before they purchase anything from this company. 2 1/2 years ago, I purchased merchandise. It was $100. When I received it. The sizing was all wrong. I was told to send it back which I did and I had a receipt from when I sent it And I knew they received it. Of course they said they didn’t. While I was fighting the bank to prove that I had sent it back I was charged interest. My $100 purchase became $400. I just paid it off. I never wanna hear the name of this company. Again be very very careful, if you read other people when I got in touch with the Better Business Bureau they said this is one of the worst companies to deal with.

    I PLACED AN ORDER ON AUG 19th 2025 (needed said item by Halloween)… There was no flagging on said item that said it was on backorder…. I get 1 email stating it was on backorder and then another stating it wouldn't be in until jan 2026!! Called to cancel said order and the rep didn't speak english well and kept repeating the same bs and would not cancel my order and then proceeded to hang up on me!!!     I was excited to find a site where I could order a wide width shoe. 7.5 W is my go to size but when these things came in the mail I could barely get my foot into the shoe. I could see by looking at it that it was not even as big as my foot. I did not know the shoes ran about 2 sizes smaller than the average US shoe size. When I looked at the sizing chart it said the width of my foot makes me a 10. Not sure what to do but I am returning them for an e-gift card. I'll give it one more try in maybe WW width.

    I would give them a negative 10 if possible. I've never been so frustrated. I received a discount card but then wasn't allowed to use it. I ordered some boxers that I have ordered several times in the past. They changed the quality of these boxers and now they just fall apart. I thought I ordered the wrong ones because of the elastic was crap and stitching came apart after 1st wash. It took 6 weeks to get them because they apparently don't stock them (which is why I didn't get my discount) then because I wasn't receiving them I called to cancel and was told I couldn't cancel the order. I'm assuming I couldn't cancel so they could charge me $10.99 to return their crappy product. Do not order from this company. Total rip off!!! They don't stand behind their own product. You can order them on Amazon and Amazon will stand behind their crappy products but they won't.

    I have been a customer for over 20 years and have seen the Service at Woman Within go down. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and only received 2/6 tops. When I ordered, they all said "in stock". I find out today the 4 remaining tops are on back order and are expected to ship Dec 10-12-25. Three months to get an order is unacceptable! No email was sent to inform me they were on back order and no mention on the packing slip that was with the 2 shirts that were shipped. I canceled the back order and I will be closing my account and going elsewhere.

    I was happy to find the style and size of bra I was looking for, and just my luck they were bogo, so I took a chance and ordered 2. I got the bogo, but with the shipping (which was outrageous) added in, I still paid almost full price for both bras. Got them on time. Thankfully, they fit properly.     I ordered two items from Woman Within. When the items came, the quality was awful. The sizing was off, the body being large and arms too small. The second item looked very cheaply made, the colours did not look like the picture at all. Returning them was a nightmare. I made 4 calls. Even on the 4th call they were trying to say the computer was down and to call back. I said NO.. The first lady said I could not return at all, the 4th said I could giving me an address in TX and a label to another state. In the end I lost over $ 35.00 of my $60.00 refund as the postage was $20.00 and there was a restocking fee. I will never buy from this site again. If I could give them less than one star I would.

    I am beyond disgusted with this company. My mother is disabled and on a very fixed budget. She has a hard time finding clothes that fit and unfortunately Woman Within has sizes that work for her. I placed an order for her that was apparently delivered but stolen off her porch. I immediately reported it and customer service was flat out rude and wouldn't even allow me to get in a word edgewise. I was told to fill out the affidavit form to start a claim, which I did electronically only to later be told it must be physically filled out.

    I'm sorry but what company in the year 2025 makes you fill out and mail in a physical form. I let them know with my mom's disabilities it would be best to mail the form to me which they strictly stated would not be allowed.. Bottom line is, no refund issued, no empathy for the situation and not a chance they care to make things right which is outrageous. They will never get our business again and I'll continue to let everyone know how terrible they are

    To whomever uses this company you should save your money and time. I ordered a bathing suit top as I always do. It came with the wires poking out of it. They did not send the free gift also. So I ordered again, I opted out of the free shipping to get the gift. They did not send it and said the code was not applied. TOTALLY WAS. I even made the order on the phone.     I placed an order on August 5th. I was attending a local government meeting on August 19th, and it was a must-have pants kind of thing. I didn't have appropriate pants. I saw it hadn't been shipped by the 9th, and I contacted them in a panic. They told me that the website didn't always update info and said it had already been shipped. I explained the urgency and they reassured me that it was on the way. I contacted them again on the 12th, and they said it would be at my home the next day. Today is the 18th.     Half the time when I try to order from the catalog, the items are out of stock or on backorder, even on the day I get the catalog. If I order online and put in the catalog number and item number, it's often a different price and sometimes won't take my code for free shipping. Shipping is extremely high. From now on I'm throwing away any catalogs they send me because of these issues.

    Original review: I tried to cancel my order before it ever shipped. They told me I couldn't. They told me to wait then they wanted me to pay the shipping to send it back. Finally they said we will give you free shipping to send it back. You just have to wait for it to arrive. Well 10 days later. I'm still waiting. And all the customer service will say is I wouldn't be mad too. If this was happening to me they have no sympathy and will not do anything to help you except for tell you to wait and wait some more. Please do yourself a favor and do not purchase from this company.

    I keep WANTING to order clothing from this catalogue, but it seems that the prices on the clothing changes in the time it takes for me to click on an item and have it placed in my cart. i.e., The price I thought I was going to pay goes up for some unknown reason. Additionally, the shipping fees are egregious, and add a hefty amount to the overall bill. I've filled and then emptied my shopping cart several times due to the shipping. I've also requested they stop sending me paper catalogues, but one arrives at least once per week anyway.

    I placed an order on the 31Jul 2025 and on 09 Aug 2025 I gave them a phone call asking where my shipment was. I was told they ship only on Fridays. It takes about 4 to 5 days to process the order to begin with. That in itself is a delay of 6 days counting the 31 Jul 2025. Then they have up to 10 business to get the order to you as well. I was told that my order would not arrive until the 14 Aug 2025 to begin with. Anyone who does not know that DHL is owned by the German Postal service also.

    I suspect we have to wait for the order to arrive from Indy from overseas in order to fulfill the order to begin with and when I call customer service it goes to an overseas call taking company also. I asked for a supervisior/manager to file a complaint and was told no manager on duty then I was told so sorry but manager would tell me the same thing she told me. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. TOTAL RIPOFF IN MY BOOK!!!! PS I would give them half a star if I could instead of a whole star.

    When you return any item back to Woman Within, you are NOT reimbursed for their shipping cost and tax, which I understand. BUT, they charge $20.98 for shipping!! This is outrageous! I will never order anything from this site again. They won’t cancel an order even when it’s “pending” and NOT shipped! Poor customer service!

    I can’t believe how awful these jeans are and not worth what I would have to pay to return them. Bought two pairs of jeans-1 supposed to be 100 percent cotton and the other cotton and modal. Both are some kind of cheap polyester, badly cut and poorly constructed. They are horrible. Then find returns are only free if I get their gift card-why would I want more godawful crap - and I would have to pay 10.99 each to return them to get my own money back. For some reason, I thought this company had a good reputation, but it is horrible all around. May as well flush you $ down the toilet.

    I bought a swimsuit in June for my vacation in July. I paid for expedited shipping. I got the bottoms, no top. Top is on back order until Aug.     I had a bad experience years ago with Woman Within. Recently, I tried to give the company another chance. When you put items into your cart, there's a time limit. So I hurried up, and didn't have the time to really look things over. After placing the order, I realized they charged me $14.98 to ship three items. I also accidentally joined their loyalty club, for $4.98 per month. I remember now how scammy they were, and still are!

    WW represents many plus-size clothing lines. Because of this the sizing can vary widely if purchasing from several brands. I find the shipping expensive; however, we have all been conditioned by free Amazon shipping. Because of this, I shop in bulk vs just one pair of pants. The quality of the goods is not great. You are unable to search your order on their site, irrespective of the order number. The ONLY way you can return an item is with the VERY small invoice included in your bag. If you lose it, you're out of luck, as the returns appear to be operated by a third-party company through a different website. Most importantly, my daughter, I, and my best friend all incurred fraudulent card charges from WW that our bank caught and stopped. This happened after visiting their site.

    The last few times I have ordered items, I have received poor quality items that came nowhere near fitting. This last time I had a coupon for about $20 off and they billed me $20 for shipping! The dress was really bad for the high price I paid especially and I had to pay $11 more for shipping it back. So ordering and sending it back cost me 1/3 of the price I paid for the dress! Plus they always load up your purchase with heavy catalogues which up the price of shipping. Also they send you tons of catalogues in the mail, even when you try to get them to stop sending. I wish there were some actual stores for all of us plus size women where we could actually try items on without being at the mercy of these online places.

    I found a charge on my page that I did not make. They said it was a reward program that I would get cheaper shipping, but yeah, with 16.95 every month how in the hell is that cheaper? It is more by my books. I had to call another place to get it removed and they said I clicked on it while ordering. I said I absolutely do not make use of programs because they end of charging me before I can remember to cancel. Except this time I had no clue it was even on my account!!! They cancelled it but only gave me back one month of money, So the slip I ordered costs double since they charged me 16.95 on top of the slip. I am not ordering from them anymore. I was a customer for 15 years, and I don't deserve to be treated like that! Is business that bad that they have to sneak in something unawares on people? Watch out. They will get you somehow.

    I purchased what I thought was a one piece bathing suit for $54. It turned out to be just the top! They changed me a $10.99 shipping charge and didn't disclose anything about a return policy... total out the door was over $74. When I went to return the 1/2 of the suit I was sent a shipping label and told to run around the country to find a FedEx store... after 3 attempts they wouldn't take the package! I'm stuck with this.     I’ve never ordered from this company yet I’ve received no less than a dozen packages with return labels listing my address as the destination, but to someone named “Demarkus **.” I do not know that person, and I tried calling the phone number also listed on the label, but the number is not in service. I contacted WW customer service and they said to just send them the packages back - at my expense? Nope. I keep giving them back to USPS, UPS, FEDEX, all the services, and tell them to return to sender, but I keep getting new ones.     Have just sent a letter to the Woman Within Customer Service Dept. but have to hope I have the right address. Their website was unable to locate an order by the order number on the packaging and in my correspondence with the company, so I was unable to complete a return in the automated system they provide. The call service has very limited action they can provide, as is true for the warehouse people. Thus, they were unable to resolve my issue online or by telephone, and no address is available at which to write them. I have no idea where the email we can send online goes to and decided to stop "spitting in the wind" and write them (on paper, and send snail mail, with details and pictures). We'll see if I can get anywhere.

    I have been a customer for many years, and while their service always has the feel of a giant corporation that has grown too fast for their processes to keep up, I've generally had good luck. I have mostly purchased clothing for my mother, who I took care of during her dementia. My last order has been a mess. I placed an order of around 120.00 worth of clothes for my mom on February 26. My mom died the morning of February 27. It was not a priority on my mind to cancel the order. I forgot about it. When it arrived, it sat on my kitchen table for weeks. A sad reminder of my mom. So I got online and tried to set up a return (which they charge us for). No dice. Set it aside and tried at a later date. Still within the return window, but it was shrinking. The problem was that the system did not recognize the order number. Let me tell you, the bill collector had the order number.

    Finally, I put the clothes in a bag to donate and thought I would just eat the cost. Then I got an email or call that PayPal had never gone through on the order, so I owed them $113.00. I hadn't yet donated them, so called (this is now June 20) and the customer service rep had no options to return the items because it was "way past" the return date. Ok. Fair. I was late. However, the order had never been completed. There was still an item on back order about which I was not informed until late June, *possibly* to arrive July 24 (order February 26, remember). I assume this isn't paid for either?

    I've written the letter, included copies of everything. We'll see if there's a human being that can sort this. I feel like they have been significantly delayed on their end, so why wouldn't they accept returns on an order that is still really open...? In any case, unless they accept the return/allow me to donate the items AND remove the charge, I won't be buying from them again.

    This company almost has a lawsuit from us on their hands. My very disabled mom ordered YEARS ago some clothes, we paid them off, all was done. Woman Within came back after with a random late fee, an unearned one. We contacted them, thought it was taken care of and went on. We continued to get letters saying this fee was owed, now with interest. We send them so much documentation over the years, called, have tried everything to let them know it was not and to quite harassing my mom.

    Now, Years later, after we have moved even, we got a court summons for this dang fee, and the interest is now up to $800. Comenity Bank is who does their financing, don't use them either! They do not know how to do their job, EXCEPT the dept that harasses people for payments, but they don't look at any documentation sent, or enter any conversations apparently, they are not competent and if this court summons doesn't get cleared up I am getting a lawyer and going to the media for harrasment. Don't get caught in this, stay away from this company entirely.

    I order items for my disabled mother on a limited income. I order a dress for $21.99 plus several other items for a total of $144.34 - which includes $13.59 for shipping. One of the five items did not fit although they were all the same size. I wanted to exchange the dress for a smaller size but no exchanges - you can either get your money back minus $10.99 or get an e-card for the full amount. I choose the e-card. I go to reorder and even with the e-card, the price for the cheap dress is now $18.19 our of pocket for a total of $40.18. The business practices of this company are predatory. Buyer beware.

    Despite using their size guide, items NEVER fit correctly. Was told $10.99 return shipping fee...no it was a "restock fee". Original shipping charges non-refundable. Company also doesn't return a % of tax you are charged (no one had an explanation for this). Also charges a $30 fee if one doesn't make their payment by 5PM EASTERN time....despite bill just stating your payment is due on a certain date, NOT a certain time...in total kept 23% of original purchase price, then charged $30 because payment was not received by 5pm EASTERN time. 2 of 3 customer services representatives VERY rude and unable to add/subtract or grasp English.

    I bought and returned two skirts which were too large. Only then did I realize that Woman Within had taxed both the skirts ($54.98) and the shipping fee ($14.98) for the original purchase, for a total of $6.44. However, for the return, I was charged a $10.99 processing fee, and refunded only the taxes for the two skirts, $5.06, a difference of $1.38. So, I paid $76.40 for the original purchase and was refunded just $49.05, a difference of $27.35 -- or the purchase price of one skirt. It's unethical but evidently legal business practice. Don't buy anything from Woman Within, you may live to greatly regret it!

    I made a mistake and put the wrong City, State and Zip on an order. The order was being sent through Federal Express. I talked to "customer service" at Woman Within and they told me they could not change the information, that I had to contact Federal Express. I contacted Federal Express and they said ONLY THE SHIPPER could redirect/change the shipping address! I called Woman Within AGAIN and they said they could not change it! THEY ARE THE SHIPPERS... you can be sure if they had a million dollar shipment that had the wrong address, THEY WOULD contact Federal Express and change/redirect the package! NO HELP whatsoever!! Very, very frustrated.

    I even told them I would pay extra if that would get the address changed, but still got the "we can't do that" even though Federal Express says they are the only ones that can make changes. They MUST have a SHIPPING DEPARTMENT and someone that is charge that can make changes! I worked in shipping at a huge company and YOU CAN contact shippers and make changes. So frustrated that all I get is "sorry we can't do that" from everyone I spoke with. Customer Service is terrible!!!! I was also told their "system" would NOT allow them to enter an address that was not valid and my order would not be able to be delivered because there is NO SUCH ADDRESS, as entered.

    Uncompassionate Return Policy and Poor Customer Support. My family had a heartbreaking experience with this company that I feel others should be aware of. A close relative of mine ordered over $500 worth of products in hopes of using them for water-based physical therapy. Sadly, she became ill shortly after ordering and passed away before she was even able to open the boxes.

    When we finally had time to sort through her affairs and contact the company, we were told we had missed their 60-day return window — and that nothing could be done. I explained the situation and asked to speak with a supervisor. I left my number and waited two weeks for a call back. When I was finally contacted, the supervisor simply gave me another number to call, which led to more runaround. I was connected with a sales representative instead of someone who could actually help, and once again told that no one would authorize a return or refund.

    Even after explaining the exceptional and devastating circumstances, we received no empathy, no flexibility, and no resolution. This is a large company, and nearly every call seems to be routed overseas, where representatives read from scripts and are unable to make real decisions or escalate issues meaningfully. It’s deeply disappointing that such a large and well-resourced company cannot show basic compassion. I’m sharing our story to warn others: this company sticks rigidly to its policies, no matter the situation, and its customer service is slow, unresponsive, and ultimately unhelpful.

    I placed an order with Woman Within. It was sent to the wrong address. They claim I put the address in - I did not. They processed my payment - $192.45, sent the clothes to an incorrect address and have refused to refund my money OR send me the clothes they sent to the wrong address. I have contacted Customer service 3 times - each time I am told that I put in the address - I do not live in South Carolina so I would not put the address as South Carolina. I have asked to speak to a supervisor - there is never one available. They take my number and tell me the supervisor will call me back. The supervisor has not called me back. I am working to have my payment returned from my payment service. I have never heard of a company that will not reimburse a customer who has never received the merchandise that they ordered - well here is one that did. Please do not purchase anything from this company.

    I had to send a shirt back. They shipped the wrong size. Refund was to be put on a gift card. Tracking stopped at ready to be picked up. 3 weeks later I called was told it had been received. Give it a week to process. I never received refund info. There is no way to see refunds on the site. I called was given the card number and pin. The amount was $2.97. I had to call again this time I got the amount refunded to my credit card. Returns should not be this hard. I just wanted the right size shirt sent but it was no longer available. More transparency on the site for refund info is needed.

    I have had the absolute worst experience with this company. Their customer website to place orders on constantly has errors. They quote one price and say that you can sign up for a program for free shipping but then they charged me shipping. I've called several times after placing the order today, they will not cancel the order. They will not remove the shipping. Essentially they will do nothing to assist me. I will never order from this company again. It is my worst customer experience with a clothing merchant. But I have had in a very long time. I will never do business with this company again.

    I placed an order. One day later I received an email for same items at reduced pricing. I called customer service to Honor the reduced pricing. The customer service manager, Tony, in TX, refused. The order had not shipped, but was "in processing". He said he couldn't, reduce, the price and couldn't cancel the current order as it was not shipped but "in processing". He said I could return the items when shipped but then wouldn't credit original shipping charges either. So basically, he did not agree to any kind of customer service.     I usually buy my the same Woman Within boxer shorts from Amazon because I know Amazon Prime gives me free shipping. I like these products very much. This time I thought I would order with woman within because I found a free shipping code. Place order. Waited waited for it to arrive. I checked status and it said it was delivered but I did not receive it. I called customer service and they said I have to snail mail a form before I can get anything. What year are we living in?!!     I usually really like Woman Within clothes, but I've learned recently that they like to lie to their customers. They send you emails that offer Free Shipping and then don't honor that. I called and asked about it and the first lady said she would take the shipping off manually, then when I called back, I was told that it couldn't be done. Also their shipping fees are so high, it's ridiculous. For years they gave Woman Within card holders free shipping 4 times a year with no minimum purchase. Then it was 4 times a year with a $75 minimum purchase. Now the 4 times are not even usable unless you pay full price for your items because the free shipping code cannot be used with any other code. This company does not care at all about the customers. All they care about is money, money, money!!!

    I ordered 2 items in my usual size 22. I didn’t bother to try them on when I got them because they obviously were 18-20’s. I returned them and paid for returning shipping and then got a charged for the ”free shipping” on the original order fee about 4 weeks later. Another time I’d ordered some other things in a 3x, my usual size. They fit more like 26’s. I did keep those because can alter them. However after I washed them I’ve found a 3 corner tear in both of them. They aren’t worth returning because I think I’d end up in the red. Now I get 2-3 catalogs every week.

    You can buy clothes from Woman Within, but you can't get a refund or an E-gift card. They love money and hate their customers. Every single one of their "Start Return" links are programmed to prevent you from returning clothes you can't wear. The customer representative? promises to send an E-mail with a Q-Code to start the return process from "Happy Returns" but when you don't get the E-Mail in reasonable amount of time, they make excuses, saying it could take 24 hours to get the E-mail.     If I could leave a 0 star rating, I would. The prices are extremely expensive and you get poor quality. The fit is never right, no matter the size you try. Your measurements really doesn't matter, it'll all gonna be ill-fitting somewhere. And the materials are just pathetic. They won't last. To add insult to injury, you don't get a free return label. You have to pay an extra 10.99 just to get the money put back on your credit card. Think of it!     Beware of the return policy. It's not free returns through happy returns. A true return costs you money. It's a free exchange or free store credit. This is universal for all their brands. I had an Eloquii return that I never actually received the store credit for. Also don't get tricked into signing up for their program - It comes at a cost. I quickly clicked the link for getting free shipping thinking I was only ** out my email address when I was infact signing up for a program that costs money monthly. I was able to cancel it before I had any charges but it was definitely designed to catch people not paying attention (shame on me).

    I have been a loyal customer of Women Within since 2023. I have always been impressed with the ability to order clothes and if they don't fit, just return them for full credit to my store credit card. That is until now. I made a purchase, $176, in November 2024. Unfortunately , all but 2 items didn't fit properly. As in the past I started a refund online and took everything to UPS and returned it. I didn't realize until the end of December that I had not received credit to my store card and called the Customer Service.

    The representative I spoke with determined, after much waiting, that I had been issued a gift card, that I never received. I could not understand why that would be done when I used their credit card. I was assured it would fixed. The gift card was cancelled and a credit $148 was due back on my account. I made my payment understanding that I wouldn't owe anything else when the credit was applied. In January I get a call from the credit card company that my payment was late. I looked and sure enough there was no return credit. I was told by the bank that I had to talk to WW. I called again, "I am so sorry for your trouble...." . I was again assured that yes the gift card was cancelled and the credit will be applied. So sorry for inconvenience.

    Yesterday I received a call from the credit card company. Still owe $102 and no credits applied. I called today to WW and was given a confirmation # for the credit of $129 to my account. And no they can't track it for me I have to call the bank. They never told me that they would charge me 10.99 to make the credit back to my store credit card. I called the bank and they told me no they can't trace it I have to talk to WW, and please make my payment due. By the way my bill is now $223 for late fees on a card I should not owe any money on.

    I called back to WW and immediately requested a supervisor, not available, call back later. I said no she will call me. Or I am going to the BBB. 3 hrs later and I have not received a call back. I will call back, I will go to BBB and I will close my card. Never been so disappointed and angry with a company for keeping my money and forcing me to repurchase from them instead of giving me my money back.

    I saw an item advertised on sale for 12.99. Ok rang it up and after order was placed it showed up for 33.00.     This is a terrible company with Pricing Gouging Policies. For returns, they do NOT tell you that they charge a $10.99 fee for returning Credit to your Credit Card. They DO tell you that they will give you a WW Gift card for free. When I first called to make an Exchange on size, I was told that they do NOT make exchanges. I reordered the right size and unknowingly requested credit back to my method of payment. Therefore, I was charged $10.99 for crediting the charge back to my Credit Card and on top of that I paid shipping charges. Do not recommend this company although I do like their products. Their company policies are really BAD!

    I called Woman Within to place an order for 5 “Thermal” tops. The Rep. stated all were available, (In my size and chosen colors) but when I received the confirmation…Only one was available and 4 were “back-ordered” until the end of May! (It is currently January) I went online to find what colors were available, called and cancelled the 4 on “backorder” and had the Rep. confirm my new choices. She said because I looked online to see what colors were available, I would not receive the $14.99 original order catalog price!!!

    The conversation became more and more confusing and she finally asked for the catalog #, which I was unable to provide. I had put my catalog in my recycling bin. Seems they should have had the catalog # from when I placed the original order. I settled for the 1 available color and cancelled the replacements. It is frustrating to have dysfunctional customer service, because Woman Within has many very nice products online and in their catalogs.

    Terrible customer service. I ordered a jacket for expediting shipping and never received it. The customer service lady claims it was shipped via Federal Express and she has a picture of it delivered on the porch with a Walmart sack too. We don’t use Walmart shipping and the package was never delivered. My security camera indicates the package was never delivered. I would assume if it was shipped, they delivered it to the wrong house. They told me as far as they are concerned, it’s been shipped and received. She told me I am liable for the charge. End of discussion.

    Never received a confirmation that I placed an order. First contact from them was a shipping notification. When I ordered my items, they did not notify me that one item was out of stock. And the shipping confirmation email didn't mention that either - it was just missing. In addition, the shipping confirmation email had the wrong pictures of the items. Instead of providing pictures of the exact thing I ordered in the exact color, they had the default picture from the website. So of course, I had to log in to see if they'd screwed up my order.

    I logged into the website to look for my order but it did not appear in my order history. If I logged out and used the order number I could find it. 3 attempts to resolve this with 2 chat agents and one phone agent later - though the email address I used on my order and the email address I used on my account are the same, they are unable to get my order associated to my account. In this day and age of online orders - how is that not possible?

    The shipping confirmation email stated I had qualified for free shipping on the order (which did not match my order - I paid shipping). When I went to click the qualification I was directed to a way to sign up for their exclusive club. Very misleading marketing - the only way I qualified was to sign up for their club, for which they charge you. So no, I didn't qualify for shipping on that order.

    Woman Within Rewards doesn’t pay out your claims constantly saying they are invalid. They have you resubmit and then they reject again. Second claimed was entered with representative on the line and again the shipping was rejected. Never use this program. It is three months after my order and I still can’t get paid. It was supposed to be $40 back and is the only reason I ordered in the first place.

    I applied the correct code advertised on their site to get 20% off - and the discount did not appear at checkout. I was charged full price. I wrote to them.     I have been a customer of Woman Within for years. I am VERY upset about the order I was going to place last night. The catalog plainly stated on the cover all knit tops and bottoms were buy one get one for $1. When you opened the catalog to the pictures, it had a yellow box that stated on the items one price and in a yellow box under the item, another price if you bought 2+. Nowhere did it say you could only get the lowest priced item like this. I was going to place my order online, but of the four marked items, it would only allow me to purchase the two lowest priced items like that. When I called customer service for help, I was told I could make multiple orders and be charged shipping on each order. I was highly upset and cancelled my order. This is dishonest advertising.     My mom purchased gift cards for the girls for Christmas. She was told that they would be sent out through the emails and took all the emails from my mom six of us I mind you. Not one of us got an email then they told my daughter they would be sent in the mail the gift cards. Nothing. My daughter wrote six individual gift card numbers with pins for all of us because someone did not do their job. There was a no problem of taking the $300 from my mom's account though.

    Try to get a $35 sweatshirt with a promo code then when you add in your shipping and handling and tax it came up to ridiculous $$$. I just feel my mom got ripped off because that's what shirt is not nearly worth but they were asking for. I called customer service and ask them kindly if they would just refund that money back to my mom's account since nothing was ever sent through the emails or no cards were sent out. Big inconvenience for my disabled mom and I was told that they cannot do that so I'm pretty disappointed!!

Could be the PO but the business is hell to deal with. Said they would send me an affidavit to fill out. Instead they sent a card saying the other item was on backorder. Tried to talk to them a second time to resolve the missing order and cancel the backorder. Even though their new ship date is a month out they said they can't cancel it. Repeated the same ** about the affidavit that never came. Will never buy any of their ** stuff again. Give them your email and they will spam you like crazy. I don't mind a prior business sending me email every now and then, but multiple a day sucks to the point that I blocked them. Will start refusing their catalogs now too. Lots of reputable places out there to buy from. Don't bother with this one.

    Received an email that 1 item was backordered, so I asked the item be cancelled. Instead they cancelled the whole order! Well 2 weeks now and still no refund or reply. Turned into the BBB.     The pants I ordered ARE NOT what arrived. I ordered very STRAIGHT leg pants and the ones that came were BELL bottoms. Big mistake ordering from this company. Instead of cancellation, they started monthly charges for rewards program. Called but apparently another company runs program for them.     I am beginning to think this company is a scam. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I ordered an e-gift card on their website for my sister. I got a confirmation that said my order would be shipped to ME. I thought the whole idea behind an e-gift card was that it is electronic and it would be sent to my sister via email. I called their customer service and a person who identified themselves as Jan ** said she would cancel my order and do it so that my sister would get the card electronically. After she did all that I got a confirmation a few hours later that said the same thing it had said when I placed the order!

    I called back and a customer service rep said my order was being held and there was nothing that could be done with it. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Her name was "Mary." Mary said that the order had been placed correctly. She thanked me for being "proactive" and calling to confirm my order. She said that many people don't and then no one picks up the e-gift cards!! WTH? What does that even mean? I will never do business with this company again. If I had bought my sister a card from Amazon or any number of other companies, it would have been processes in a matter of minutes and my sister could have started shopping immediately. It has been 6 days and neither me nor my sister have heard from them!

    I returned items totaling $120, but my refund was only $86. I called customer service and they told me that shipping and handling was approximately $21, and I had to pay an $11 processing fee to get my money back and taxes on both ends.     Was a long time shopper with them. Then they're system glitches and knocks off my 100 dollars off of 200 coupon. Which was whole incentive to get me to buy as much. I try for 7 days with customer service to get a manager cause no one can help me. Managers never call you back. So I'm in the hole an extra 100 dollars at their mistake or return and pay shipping fees etc. Absolute worst customer service and web site that glitches. I don't understand why they couldn't refund 100 on it. Please be very aware of website glitching on you. Even if you got a picture it would make no difference to them..     Have had an account here for nearly 25 years. Now, all of a sudden, they can't "find" my account and so cannot give me a refund for returned merch.     I purchased clothes from Woman Within a few months ago. Everything went well. I received them fast. My first payment came and I paid them with no problem, half the bill. When I received the next bill that's when life changed. I’m going through a domestic violence. My husband cut off all money. So I get a 41 dollar late fee. I call to ask if they can please take off the 41 dollars, I’m going to make a payment but please I don’t need the extra 41 on the bill. They said No, they will only take off 15. So what they are saying to me is that they don’t care about domestic violence cases as long as they get their money because I signed a contract. Well I wasn’t expecting this to happen to my life so thank you women within for have so much compassion. I will never buy a thing from you again and I hope others will feel the same

    I purchased 2 items which I returned due to incorrect size. I reviewed the bill with an employee. We agreed on the amount due. They could not take payment over the phone unless I gave them access to my checking account which I would not do. They also could not email me a copy of the agreed upon payment due. Once the paper statement came the bill was $20 more that the agreed price. I have made at least 6 calls to this company to try to get it straighten out. Each time with I was not able to receive proof that I was being billed the approved amount. I will NEVER order from this company again and I highly recommend that others stay away from this company.

    I don't know how this company stays in business! When shipping costs are added to the final bill, it is not worth it, you are not saving any money by purchasing sale items. I receive 2 catalogs a week. It must cost them a fortune; I don't even look at them. I returned a pair of pants because (even though I ordered my correct size) they did not fit. The return process is horrible to try to figure out and they use a 3rd party company. They do not give refunds but will put a credit on your account. I was okay with this. I got online to order a couple of items a couple of days ago and could not figure out how to maneuver adding the credit.

    So, I contacted customer service, (No phone number, you have to send an email and what for their response, which was fine because they did respond fairly quickly) They informed me that they could not see a credit or return on my account and then informed me that credits only stay on your account for 90 days. What! This is for an item that I paid for and returned, how is that legal? I will never buy from them again!

    Bought two robes, washed them both on day 1 without wearing them to remove factory/plastic bag order. Wore one robe and zipper instantly broke. They will not refund anything that has been washed/tags removed but THEIR ZIPPER broke upon first wash.     I never received any of the items I ordered. Horrible customer service. Horrible company. They don't care about customer loyalty. Fedex kept sending my package back and forth between two cities, according to tracking information. I called Fedex and was told to call Woman Within. I contacted Woman Within, but they weren't helpful at all. They didn't know where my package was, and when I asked for a refund, they told me I'd have to wait about 3 weeks, and then call back to request again. When I told the rep that I've ordered from this company for years, but that I was never going to again, the representative did not care and seemed very nonchalant. No apology was uttered. She refused to let me speak to a manager. This was over a month ago. I've been a customer for years, but will never order from this company again. The quality of the clothing has also declined. Please beware.

    I placed an order In Sept 30th of this year. I called in the order but everyone I talked to said I placed it online. I call all my orders in. Never do it online. The girl I talked to was having difficulty finding my items but I placed the order. The girl sent my order to an address I haven't lived at in 5 years. I call again today to resolve this issue but nothing happened. I was told if I don't pay it I will pay a late fee. Why should I pay for an order I didn't get?     Recently purchased a 10 pack of cotton underwear. The quality is HORRIBLE!!!! They shrunk tremendously after the first washing (they were pretty large before washing). After just one washing, the elastic in the waistband and legs is pulling away from the fabric in 4 out of 10 pairs. Because it's underwear, I can't get a refund or exchange.     Woman Within often uses Bait and Switch tactics. I received an email stating “50% off Sitewide”. There were no exclusions listed however at checkout, only two of 5 items were 50% off. They also advertise 40% off in stock items; most of the items I choose are not in stock. The shipping/handling is outrageous and takes several weeks to get money back for a return. They have a little box for “live help” where you get to enter name and email for response. No responses I have ever received have been helpful. I’m done with Woman Within.

    Woman Within has declined quite a bit in recent years and there were always issues. There are frequent inaccuracies in garment descriptions. For example the type of cloth will be misstated, something will be described as denim but not be denim when I get it. Some of the clothes are oddly proportioned or very badly designed so they are not very useful. Customer service is not good, they offered a free shipping discount that I never saw, for one thing.

    Another issue I have noticed is a large amount of emails that amount to spam. For example, when I make a purchase their automated system will think that something is left in my cart, and I'll get multiple emails about this item left in my cart and how they still have it and ask me repeatedly if I want it. Meanwhile I actually purchased the item. I complained and got no reply.

    Finally, their items are very overpriced in order to make their sales better. I don't mind buying quality but many of their garments are made with thin, poor quality material and weak stitching. They often wear out very quickly. If I had a better choice I would use it but they have also cornered the market on plus size clothes. I'm losing weight as fast as I can just to avoid ever having to shop from them again.

    NEVER order unless you will return in 60 days. On day 61, the order is FINAL. Try on EVERY SINGLE ITEM even if you order identical items. I ordered two pairs of 7-day knit pants (identical except different color). I ordered TALL. I tried on one pair and it fit - assumed the other one would too. Imagine my SHOCK when I put on the second pair (while on vacation) and they were 3 INCHES shorter than the first pair (both tags said TALL). Called customer service and they wouldn't do anything because after 60 days. So much for customer satisfaction!!!!

    I have been buying from Woman Within for many years. I have always been very happy with my purchases. However, I recently purchased 6 blouses and 2 of them were in terrible shape. It's a hassle to return them, so I will just go ahead and keep them. The sleeves are sewn horribly and crooked -- it makes the blouse look terrible when I wear it.     My wife bought many clothes from this company, In October of 2023, she passed away. I found some clothes she had just received and not opened. I asked the company if I could send them back and they said yes, I sent them back, but they refused to send me the money she had paid for the clothes.     Catalogue stated that shipping charges were waived with a purchase of $50 or more. I ordered more than I actually would have to meet the requirement. Three of the four items that I ordered were on backorder and not expected to be available for at least two months. When I received the second of the items, I noticed that a greater amount than expected had been withdrawn from my checking account. When I called for an explanation, I was advised that items on backorder were not eligible for free shipping. When I asked why I wasn't informed of that when I placed the order, I was told that it's just their policy. When I asked to be transferred to a manager, I was placed on hold and then disconnected.

    I have cancelled the last two items that were ordered on July 8 and were expected to be shipped in October (with additional shipping charges) and will never order from this company or their affiliates, whether through their catalogue, Wal-Mart or any other website. I do not treat people unethically and do not expect to be treated that way.

    I applied a discount code to my purchase. I was waiting for it to be applied, it was not. When I called customer service they said I submitted it too early. Time was listed as 8 am EST and I applied at 7 am CDT. The representative said too late to cancel. To return the product, a customer is charged. This is fraudulent business.     I ordered $177 worth of clothing from this company. I received an email saying it had been shipped, and then NOTHING. I kept waiting and it never arrived. After a week, I logged into the site and found that FedEx had delivered it SOMEWHERE, but not here - the picture saying delivered was NOT my home. I called FedEx, but the tracking # I had was not recognized, so I couldn't get anyone to talk to me. I called Woman Within and was told I had to fill out a police report and form to start an investigation. They refused to contact FedEx to find out where it was actually delivered and refused to accept a picture of my porch proving it wasn't delivered here.

    FedEx has delivered to the wrong house before, and they didn't care and still wouldn't contact them. I am disabled and going downtown to the police, very difficult and they don't come to you here, and who is the thief? FedEx? My husband contested the charge so the credit card denied the payment. Now, they sent the matter to collections. So, to save my credit, I have to give them $177. They are THIEVES and their customer support is HORRIBLE. I will NEVER EVER order from them again.

    This is a bait and switch company. They will not deliver what you order. When you try and return the item they will try and up sell you more shoes. You will only receive shoes, no clothing.     The prices in the catalog are NEVER the prices online when you put the order in. I applied a discount code and when it showed the order had been placed, the discount was removed. When you return items, they do not credit the card that you used, they give you a gift certificate so you still pay interest on the credit card and are now spending more money by using their gift certificate.

    1) The quality varies and is not what I expected. 2) Shipping time and costs are terrible, it took 7 weeks to get 4 items, I was told that items go out of stock frequently. I did ask why there was not any notice give online that stock was low with no reason given other than that item availability is unknown. 3) I was placed in a “program” without clear notice of the program nor that I would be charged each month to be in a program.

    I made it known I was not going to order from WW anymore due to the shipping & communication issues at the 4-week mark waiting for my items and I did not want any further catalogs or emails. (I unsubscribed as soon as I finally received all of the 4 items I ordered.) However, I was charged $16.95 a month to be in a program that I did not want nor informed I would need to pay for.     Woman Within used to have great clothes for the price. Sometime in 2023, they changed manufacturing from Taiwan to Pakistan. When they did, the quality of clothing has become worse than pathetic. The sizes of clothing is inconsistent at best and the material does not stand up to more than 3 washings. I have complained several times and my complaints have been ignored. They don't care.     The catalogue rotates sales and coupons and claims 4 free shipping coupons a year and that you can stack them. The items you purchase could be marked back up when you return them and they give you a store credit instead of a return. Then the coupons don't stack, but I have emails that claims they can and give expiration dates. But the coupons still won't work. I make multiple calls to get the code to work and they say they will note the order and they will be applied before shipping. Then I get email that they did not apply because the order is now shipped and they can't. The last two orders I made were over $100 and no coupon was applied or worked. My last order was over $100 and only got free shipping. This took 4 chats, 5 emails and nothing was done. They should be reported. They force you to submit your order and payment and THEN they apply the coupon.

    I bought some clothes for my mom from this site and was surprised to see a recurring monthly charge of $16.95 show up on my credit card statement. I don't know how they justify this - they must have a box checked that you have to uncheck to opt out. Fortunately, they refunded my money when I called to complain, but I had to make two calls to do it - first to customer service, then to a membership department. They must get a lot of complaints from customers about it. Someone should bring a class action lawsuit against them for this bogus practice.

    Purchased three identical blouses recently for my wife from Woman Within and we lightly laundered one to remove any chemicals that have been in use during the packaging process. This is standard procedure with new garments. When we removed it from the delicate wash it was coming apart at several seam locations.

    Their customer service dept said if the blouse had been tried on or washed then they would not discuss it. Unbelievable! Never, never again.

    I didn’t have much problem when I first started shopping with Woman Within, but then the last month I order things online three times and every time they give me an issue with my card and miraculously enough, the card was the one that I use all the time for all the other orders I’ve used. Customer service is slow. They don’t seem to understand where I’m coming from and in my opinion if you wanna meet if you wanna make things easy for yourself and do things online another company go to another website. Stay away from Woman’s because it’s just a big headache and hassle.

    AVOID!! I asked a friend of mine where she gets her clothes (she is Plus Size, like me). I purchased a few items from Woman Within and joined their "membership club" for $17/month. In doing this, I received a discount on the order, with the intent of canceling the membership soon after. DO NOT do business with this company. The clothing is kind of flimsy, thin material and loosely sewn. The clothes probably will not last more than one season.

    In that initial order, I ordered a flannel blouse. This order was placed in February 2024. I just received the blouse two days ago. June 2024. It is 101 degrees where I live now. And I'm unimpressed with their products. Started a return on their website, they charge $10.99 to return the blouse! Even though I've been charged $17 per month for this "membership". Contacted them through the message feature on the website to cancel the membership.

    Received an email a day later stating they cannot cancel for me, I have to call a separate phone number. Called the number - the rep cancelled the membership without issue (Glory!). I asked the rep about my returning an item I received 4 months after ordering, and why I am being charged for the return when I was was "a member". She could not help me, gave me another number to call. Just scroll past this company, you don't need this hassle in your life for below average clothing! Stick with "Stitch Fix" or "Lands' End" for us Plus Sizers.

    Horrible! I purchased a pair of boots for $100, returned them and had a credit on my account. Somewhere in placing and returning that order I magically signed up for their rewards program which I never would have done because I don’t order there enough to actually earn anything substantial. This reward program cost $16.95 per month. Unknowingly they have been taking that $16.95/month from my $100 credit for the past 5 months. The only way I found out about this monthly charge is when the credit was used up so they charged my bank card. I called to find out what this charge was… because it doesn’t tell you in order history. I’ve never paid for a reward program because everywhere else they are free. Horrible company. I will never order from them again and will warn all friends and family to beware of their trickery in trapping you on a rewards program.

    This used to be a good company. Recently I purchased a bra on sale that didn’t fit. The shipping price was high ($8 for a $15, lightweight item). I called for return instructions and was told about a special type return that was expensive so I opted (and was told it was an option) to send it myself via USPS, which turned out to be almost $10 for basic shipping. The shipping time turned out to be extremely long due to post office error so I filed a claim.

    When it finally reached Woman Within, 4 weeks had passed, so I called them to explain, to make sure I was within the refund/return window. I was told first by the initial receptionist, who was polite, but not helpful, that I would not receive a refund due to the type of sale. This was not clearly defined during any part of the buying or return process. I asked for a supervisor who was rude and condescending and repeated their “policy” of no refund due to the sale, no matter whether I never knew that and no matter whether their person instructed me on returning to get a refund or the fact I spent a lot of time and money getting it back to them, etc. Terrible customer service not even attempting to understand or meet me half way… maybe a credit? I will never do business with them again.

    People do not purchase from this company. They have horrible customer service. I purchased items on 6/9/24 and realized on 6/15/24 that my delivery address did not save. I caught it before it was officially en route and they could have rerouted it. Did they help me? NO! Did I call from 6/15/24 and talk to customer service? YES! Are they located in the USA? NO! Can you actually speak to someone that can help? NO! Can you get a corporate number? NO! Every number goes back to the call center located in whatever country they are located. Was I hung up on? Yes, multiple times!!

    Since they could not reroute my package, they told me to call them once it shows it was delivered and I could request a refund. So, I did that. They told me I would have to call FedEx and have it picked back up, wait on it to be sent to the distribution center and hope they give me a refund. I spoke with FedEx prior to the delivery and they told me that Woman Within could send what is called a Smart Post to them and they could have rerouted the delivery. I am so mad! I will never purchase another scrap of anything from this horrible company. BUYER BEWARE!

    Today I got an email from Woman Within telling me that the dresses I had just ordered on sale for $32.99 were now on sale for $19.99. So, I went to the site to check, and sure enough, they were. I had a chat with a representative to see if my order which was still being processed could be adjusted to the new price. She said no. I would have to reorder the dresses and then return the two previously ordered dresses. I went to do that and the prices had instantly been restored to $32.99. Therefore, I decided to go back to the email I had received advertising the $19.99 sale price and order them that way. Lo and behold! The email I had received had been replaced with a completely different one. How did they do that? Sneaky! Low down and sneaky! Needless to say, they have received my last order.

    Stay away from this company!! They sent us an extra item we never ordered and charged us $39.99 for a tote bag.... Their packing slip shows the seven items we did order and then the tote added.... No prices listed anywhere... so you would think that the tote was a gift for being a new customer. We spoke to their specialist. He says it was an accident but cannot send us a return label in the mail so we can send it back and get our refund.... Also their policy would be you don't receive a full refund. A $11.95 charge exists.

    I ordered one item from Womanwithin from a flyer that came in the mail. Shipping was free and the price was good. That is the best part of my relationship with them. I recently placed another order with them and when I checked my credit card I saw that I was previously charged $16.95 for "merchandise" that I never ordered or received. The total charge was $18.31. When I inquired what the charge was for I was told that it was a Membership Reward Program. I never signed up for it and there is nothing on their website about it. I will call the number I was given for Clarus Commerce who supposedly runs the reward program. Seems like a run around and the whole thing is deceptive.

    I have been buying from Woman Within for many years. I stopped returning items because I have hundreds of dollars in exchanges and returns that I never got credit for. The sizing???? Why when I order 3 shirts, the only difference is colors but they come in all different sizes. They all say the exact same thing but are clearly off by 1-2 sizes. It's bad enough that most of woman within clothes shrink so much or start to fall apart after just one wash. I would never order from them again but unfortunately they are the only company that offers clothing in my size.

    I have received wrong picks and wrong items and directly donate them instead of going thru the frustration of trying to get a credit. The sizing difference in the same item with the same size numbers is very frustrating. I understand having to pay more for an item because of it being offered in big sizes but to finally find what I'm looking for and then all three of the same items come in different sizes is so frustrating and such a waste of money. Woman within and all of its sister companies definitely have the market cornered on plus size and it's nice that you can use the credit card across all the stores but not if you don't have consistent product and return policies.

    Very questionable company. Made a one time purchase on my husband’s credit card. 10 months after he’s asking me who’s Woman Within and why are they charging us $18 a month. I called the general customer service to get a refund because I did not agree to a membership or recall receiving any info on that. The first customer service representative gave me a number to call, which she confirmed when I repeated it back. However, the number turned out to be non-existent. When I called again, I was given a different number and told they were closed for the day and to try again tomorrow. Despite this, I called anyway and managed to reach someone who provided yet another number, stating it was available 24/7. I am now in the process of receiving a refund for 10 months. The whole process just felt very shady and will not be using their services ever again.

And customer service reps do not seem to be in the United States and can only read a script, as in, completely unable to think for themselves.     Was not able to get an extension on a return by seven days even from a supervisor when I was not able to return an item on time due to a death in my family and having to go out of state and take care of things which yes, took over 60 days! Sometimes there is a valid excuse and it surprises me that a supervisor is not able to recognize this and make an exception. Losing a customer would seem more important that a return of a sweatshirt and two tank tops. There are so many other places to shop.. One would think that Woman Within could see that and place more value on me as a customer.

    First, there was the ridiculous and impossible-to-comply-with return policy (I received a cheap pillow sham instead of the shoes I ordered).     Don’t shop with Woman Within. They have inferior goods made with cheap materials. I have sensitive skin and only like cotton. Their cotton that is used for their clothes is cheap and scratchy. Also, their customer service is horrible. I have been a customer for while and have always paid my bills on time and in full. One time I mailed my check off 3 days before it was due. They claimed they received it too late and I would have to pay the late fee of $29. I refused because I can’t help it if the mail got there late. The next month they put my late fee up to $60. I again called them and complained. This time he said they would waive the $29 because it was my first time but I would have to pay the later $31. Why didn’t they tell me that in the first place? I am finished with them!

    If there was a zero that's what I would give. I ordered 2 tshirts in my regular size, they didn't fit. One was too short, the other was too small. I called to have the rewards canceled, they told me they would. However they still charged me $16.95, I called to get the charge reverse, how convenient that their system was down.     I was sent 4 defective women’s robes. They were sewn improperly so the bottom of the zipper has small plastic tabs that were not sewn down like the robes I bought before. They scratch your legs. I am returning them but will have to pay $10.99 to get a refund. They want me to accept a gift card, but I don’t wish to order any more defective clothing. This is a total ripoff.

But should you order something that does not fit they charge a processing fee to return it. They call it "happy returns". But are charging a $10.49 processing fee on a $15.99 item.     I hope consumers come here to read reviews before purchasing. Woman Within is a rip off. I purchased 2 nightgowns and paid shipping. I wore one only one night, washed it and it was falling apart at the seams where there is a embroidery strip. I called to tell them I would like a replacement and was told they do not take back worn or washed clothing. They would give me 20% off. What a joke. This is bad quality and even worse customer service. I will never purchase from you again and will take the opportunity to leave my review every place I can. Again, washed 1 time and falling apart, should I really have to mend something I just purchased and wore less than 24 hours then washed? It's not my fault it fell apart in the washer, poor craftsmanship is to blame and you should be more than willing to replace it or give a full refund.

    Although the quality of the clothes is pretty good, the return policy and shipping fee policy is atrocious enough that I would never buy from them again. I spent a good deal of time trying to figure out how to get around the shipping cost and the only way you could do that is to have one of their credit cards because you get free shipping four times a year. Of course, you have to get a catalog and get the free shipping code off of that catalog because if you don't do that you won't get free shipping unless you call to place the order.

    The shipping is outrageously expensive, and I think it's that way so that you'll get one of their cards or get a membership where they claim you'll get free shipping, but you're paying for that membership monthly, and if you're not buying clothes every month, it's not worth it. It's the worst scam I've ever seen. Also the exchange policy is horrendous as well. You'll have to go through a whole process and if you are not returning for the exact same thing you get charged to return return plus you get charged new shipping. I managed to raise enough of a fuss that I least didn't get charged for returning the items, but I got charged for shipping new items, which to me is the same thing. They lost nothing in the process. I am an attorney, so I'm looking into their business practices to see if there's a way to bring some heat on them.

    The pants I ordered were poorly made and the material felt cheap. I'm upset because if I spend over $50 on 2 pairs of pants I expect them to be good quality. What makes it worse is they charge you $15 minimum for shipping no matter how much you spend and if you want to return anything they want to give you a store gift card or they will charge you $11 minimum to return what you spent to your original payment method. Why on earth would I chance buying anything else and risk having the same issues? I will never ever order anything from this janky company again!

    I am a 3X size woman. I like the variety and clearance prices of Woman Within (and associated companies). I have ordered a lot of clothes from them for years. I especially like the tunic length, notch neck tops and the cotton underwear. One thing I do not like is their high shipping price. It just about cancels out the sale price of my order. I can only afford their clothes when they have a site wide half price sale. For the price of shipping one would think you would get your order in 2-3 days, but it usually takes two weeks. They have the slowest shipping time of any American based company I order from. It would be nice if one could at least combine a free or reduced shipping code along with the half off code. They are making me pay for the return items, anyway! Do not use this company! That is no way to handle credit ot Business! They are rip-off artists!     I placed 2 orders that went well, I was happy. Then my 3rd order for over $1000, did not arrive. I called the 1-800#, and received the run around from multiple staff! I was told "it's not our business hours", and "you need to call our international #", I had already and it sounded like the same representative, on the weekend. They advertised 24- 7 assistance by phone. After lots different representatives, finally one worker pointed out "it's because your email box is full", I knew that already. What I need to know is why other businesses found another way to deal with this? Others text or send paper mail notifications.

    Then she said insufficient funds, which is hilarious because I can see my bank account was deducted and not returned the amount taken. There had been funds available but I've now canceled my credit cards due to shady business. 6 out of 7 representatives could not see the information in regards to my email boxes full. They kept my money and 1.5 months later, I still do not have the product I paid for.

    Has anyone else experienced itching on the skin with the fabric of these clothes from Woman Within or from Roaman's? I find that if I wear the garments for more than three hours I start to itch all over. I have rinsed them in vinegar to no avail. Would love to know if anyone else has experienced this. I am happy with what I have ordered, but I must say I will have to shop elsewhere for my clothing. I also develop a rash to go along with the itching. And....I always order 100% cotton...or so the ad says.

    I've been buying from this site for awhile, I like the product, but have Big issues with Logging in to the site. It keeps saying login is incorrect, I try to reset, it says email not found. When I finally get logged in its saying I have nothing in account, no shipments, no updates. So I have no idea when my merch is coming in.. I hate being blind on this!! Company needs to realize communication is key when it comes to someone ordering from their site!!
