Bought Walk fit shoe inserts at TARGET for $19.99 plus tax. So I did not have to deal with the crap from the company that everyone else had to. Got them for the pain I have in my foot. These were hard as rocks. They were very uncomfortable. I tried all 3 inserts pieces. Returned to TARGET. Got my money back. These suck.

I ordered inserts for my bad feet and ended up getting charged on my credit card for pills that I did not order. I told the guy when I ordered inserts I did not want any of the free stuff he was offering. I told him directly just the inserts and slippers I wanted. He went and sent me pills anyways and now they are charging my credit card. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. SCAMMERS. How do they get away with doing this? It's not bad enough my feet are in so much pain. THEY MAKE IT WORSE BY STEALING YOUR $ TOO!!!

Ordered Walkfit, the actual orthotic wasn't bad. Came with herbal joint pill that I threw in the trash. When you buy the product it doesn't include S&H it's an extra 12.97. A month later, more bottles of this "joint junk" shows up in the mail, so I checked my credit card to find out they are sending you this junk at 44.85 a month and another 12.99 shipping. Checked on how to stop the order or return, packing slip says no instructions for this. To return, you have to call a number for this. I wonder if anyone has gotten thru on that number, I had zero success. It's a shame the site is a ripoff. They could probably actually market the product successfully. I supposes it does take less effort to rip people off.

I placed an order with this company and did not receive two out of three items promised for 19.99. When I called twice I was told both times "we'll just pay 14.99 more and another 9.99 shipping and we will get those right out to you!" When I told them I had date and time of tv ad they BOTH said "this is all we will do," and also "we don't have any managers or Supervisors here." When I said they were cheating people they both laughed and said "oh well".

I called Walkfit customer service to disputed some additional charges to my credit card, so someone by the name Jose answered the call, which he did answer the phone properly and he asked me what's the reason for calling. I started explain to him about my order, that I have place an order and Walkfit charges me two times and which my order was only $19.95 without S&H fee, and Walkfit charged me $32.55 and $43.39. When he check his system he said the same order was place twice. I told him NO it's only one order I want and that the system mistake and I need him to correct the problem.
Jose started to tell me that I have to pay S&H fee and that the comfy form slipper I have to pay for that too. I told him the advertisement said the slipper was a free bonus and NO S&H. All of sudden he did not wanna hear me speak anymore. So guess what this disrespectful Jose did. He put me on hold two times and playing music in my ears without informing me, and then returned to the call and disconnected the call... very disrespectful. This guy Jose need to go back and get proper customer training before he sits behind a desk and computer to help customers.
Fortunately I called back and this nice lady by the name of Linda ** answered the phone and help me. She saw what was the problems were and the mistake the system made and correct it, refund me my overcharge money back to my credit card account and solved the situation. Thanks to Linda. She is a great customer service rep. I did spoke to the shift supervisor and explain the situation so I hope he have a very good talk with that DISRESPECTFUL JOSE.

Terrible customer service. I spoke with numerous CSR's and a CSR supervisor and all I got was excuses of why my money hasn't been refunded yet. And also they told me to send back by refusal of mail so that I would not have to be paid shipping. And then they say they never received, and so then they don't post to your account your refund. It has been over a month. Is been a terrible experience. I would not deal with this business again and I forewarn people that do.
All I had was electronic answering service and to just push buttons and added things to your account that you did not order and billed your credit card. And then there was not a live CSR to speak with but they did air the infomercial on a Friday night but the CSR's are not available till Monday morning. And then your order is already processed by then. There was one CSR that tried to help me on two occasions but the company would not process the refund. I commend him in his belief of being a good CSR, but he can't help but the company does.

When I tried to order the Walk-Fit orthotics, the website advertised "Special Price! Three pairs for $19.95. Plus $9.95 Shipping and Handling each pair." Note that it does not say $19.95 per pair. My debit card was declined. When they called back to get it corrected and told me I owed $89.70 instead of the $49.80 I was expected, I asked to cancel the order. Billing couldn't do that (because that would be too easy and make too much sense), so they gave me the customer service number. I called and spoke to Mario, who cancelled my order, but frankly I have no idea if I will still be charged S&H (for a product that was never shipped!) or not because I could barely hear him.
My cancellation number ("it is the same as your order number" he says - but that number was not included in the one and only email I received that told me my card had been declined!) is **. I swear, if they charge me so much as one red cent, they are going to get school in some fundamental business practices! NOTE: I checked Target and Bed, Bath, and Beyond before ordering off the website but couldn't find the insoles at either store. Maybe they stopped supplying their retailers because scamming the public directly was more profitable.

This has been the worst website and customer service I have ever dealt with. After you enter your info and hit submit. You see nothing, no confirmation, order number, not even sure the order went thru. No email of receipt. They don't tell you how much the order is or give you an order or tracking number. I did receive an email saying it was shipped but still no other info and money was taken out of my acct. Waited for 3 weeks, haven't seen package, so I emailed them asking for a tracking number. They sent me a return email saying I need to call customer service, there was no valid address.
So call customer service, they tell me they have to wait until the package is returned then they will send me a letter to either resend package or get a refund. Waited for the letter. A week later called again, they said they would email me the letter (never got email). I told "just refund my money, I was tired of this." They refused, said I need to fill out the letter. So now I'm stuck with trying to go thru my bank to dispute and still waiting for letter. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. TOTAL RIPOFF AND PAIN.

On August 18, I ordered 3 Walkfit insoles through online. Walkfit states that the product will be delivered 2-4 weeks. After two days of my order, I received an email from Walkfit Customer Service asking me to resend my order since they could not locate it. Instead of sending the order as they requested, I sent them an email asking them to cancel my order because it is cheaper to order them via Amazon. In addition, I called Walkfit customer service that I was canceling my order and please do not send the products. They told me that it is ok and just send the package back and they will refund me my money. But they did not inform me that they will refund the cost of the product less shipping and handling.
After so many hours of calling, discussing, and emails, they told me that even though it is their fault, their policy will not change. They will refund the cost of the product but not the shipping and handling. Walkfit is deceitful and greedy. Their product is more expensive than buying it from Amazon.com. Walkfit will charge you shipping and handling and do not care whether they screwed up or not. Walkfit charges $30 (insole, shipping and handling), while Amazon charges $19 with free shipping if you have a Prime membership. You can return the product with no questions asked. WALKFIT is not fair to the customers. All they worry about is to sell their product. The customer service people are rude and do not even want to help.

I entered my order online, 2 pairs womens size 6 1/2 of the Walkfit Platinum orthotics for $19.95 each. I did not receive an order number, a confirmation not tally prior to processing to detail total costs, taxes (if applicable), shipping and handling and total. The only "confirmation" I received was a sentence that my credit card would not be charged until shipment. I can't upload a receipt because I did not receive one. I called customer service, which was in India, to inquire if in fact my order was received and is being processed, what my total charges were and the details. They were going to charge $9.95 dollars for S&H for each pair!!!! I insisted that I only be charged for only 1 S&H charge for a single shipment comprised of 2 pairs.
A credit was offered and that it would take up to 5 days to process. Ridiculous. Once this was settled I complained about that the online system did not generate a confirmation, a detail of the order and charges, and a receipt. I was told that perhaps 1 out of 100 customers experience this and it may be a computer problem on their end. Really???? I think it's downright shady - as a way to impose additional and bogus charges, i.e. an extra S&H and keep customers in the dark and most won't bother to complain.

I immediately called the number on the invoice and I was told to give them away and that they would refund $34.90, but not the shipping charges. Then I was told they would refund $30. I asked what happened to the $34.90. Their final offer was $32.80, which ended up being the exact amount of the shipping charges. I was willing to pay return shipping, but they didn't want them back. I notified my credit card company and requested a total refund of my $67.70.

My father wore them for 2 days and he had extreme leg pains and had to be treated for the strain these caused him. When I called to get return authorization the agent (all customer service is in India) kept telling me to keep the product and I would not be charged the additional money. I kept insisting that I wanted my full money back as promised and he knew to say that original shipping costs would not be refunded -- which tells me they know that a good deal of their profit is in the shipping costs which are never mentioned (just "plus shipping and handling"). Just absolutely bad policy and I would recommend to anyone interested in the product to take two things into consideration. Their bad policy on the return as well as the fact that these inserts hurt within minutes of putting them in. I could only use them for about 10 minutes. Then when the customer calls to find out where the order is, finds out that a staff member put part of the billing address in the shipping address? Instead of the business offering to expedite the order because of their own screw up instead boldly tells the customer there is NOTHING that can be done other than to reship the order for delivery for 14-21 day delivery. BUYER BEWARE OF 'FREE' GIFTS! The orthotics themselves were okay, the online ordering was confusing in that I thought I was giving the size for my `free' pair and ended up ordering another pair. I just said oh well and wrote that off, because it was a decent price. I received them in a timely fashion along with a 'free' gift of foot lotion and some joint relief pills..this is what the buyer needs to watch. I did not sign up for a 'preferred shopper', they signed me up when I placed order..and apparently this 'free' gift comes with strings. About a month later, I pick up my mail and there's this package of pills with a new charge [that I investigated immediately] on my CC.
After going back and finding the paper work that came with the joint pills [which I certainly hadn't used or was interested in], there's print that says since 'I' signed up for this program that they would be sending me these every two months with recurring charges, if I didn't cancel since this was a (unwanted) free gift, it never occurred to me there were strings attached to it. I just ordered the orthotics to help my achy feet! Moral of this story: even though I am a savvy and frequent shopper, as well as checked out the scams for this company and it's products, I didn't see anything regarding this free gift issue..so here it is folks. My husband ordered the shoe inserts for his feet. When the order arrived the shipping & processing was over $20, more than the actual product. There was some bottle of pills that we didn't order or want & we threw them away. We have seen infomercials where they "claim" to send you a "second absolutely free, just pay separate processing & handling fees." Then their fees tack on another $20. We weren't too happy but just figured we would never order from them again & that it was another case of buyer beware.
Then lo & behold we noticed there was another $44 pending on our credit card the next month. My husband IMMEDIATELY contacted the card company & told them not to pay & that this was an unauthorized charge. I got on the computer & found MANY complaints about this company which we relayed to the credit card company. Our credit card company said that they would look into this & get back to us. When they did they informed us that the bottle of pills was a "free trial" & by not returning them we automatically gave Walk Fit permission to charge our card every month.
Nowhere did we see anything about that when the order was placed. It was on the back of the packing slip in the fine print that no one ever bothers to read. In the meantime Walk Fit sent out the bottle of joint support that "makes the inserts work better" so our card got charged another $44. Then when I called to complain they said if I sent them back they would refund the purchase price. So I am stuck paying more of their shipping & processing which is not refundable & also the post office to send them back. I bought the Walkfits a few years back in the store at my mall. Anyway, at the time I bought them, they were a fairly new item, but the design was faulty. Every time I lift my feet up to walk, that damn Walkfits always slid down into my shoes forcing me to readjust them by taking my feet out of the shoes to get them back to where they are supposed to be placed. Terrible item to own because at least with the other gel inserts on the market that they purport on their infomercial as saying that they provide no support, those inserts don't move around inside your shoes when you walk. I thank God that I bought them in a store and not online, or off the TV.
So I only got taken for the store price and when they failed to live up to their expectations, I was able to return them for a full refund with no hassle. A word of advice to everyone, never buy off the TV because you are not dealing with local vendors, especially when you factor in the fact that the local vendors in your time zone would be asleep when you call on them at 3 in the morning so the calls get routed to place where it is morning like in New Delhi. Also, they get you with special 'deals' as a way to hook you. Then they perform the 'bait and switch' maneuver. They make you buy more than you are planning on buying. While they are doing that, they are reading from a prepared script and they won't let you get a word in edgewise until they are done.
You see the reason why they are so aggressive is because they aren't salaried employees. They get paid by commission for every unit they sell and for the extra items they foisted on you, the buyer. They don't care if you are satisfied or not, as long as they get your money in their grubby, lying hands. You can go to hell for all they care. Go to any store in the mall and you can find the items sold on TV there. Don't buy into their advertisement that said these items are not sold in stores because they are. There is even a store call, 'As Seen on TV.' Everything that is ever sold on TV ends up there anyway, so spare yourselves the hassle of dealing with crooked customer service agents for these companies and focus on saving time and energy by going to your local 'As Seen on TV' store and get what you want from there.
If it doesn't perform, you can always return it for a no hassle full refund. Also, the spokesperson celebrity for the Walkfit has been selling this crappy item for years and the company is so cheap especially after all the money thefts they did. They replay the same infomercial over and over again for years. I tell you the same spokesperson celebrity has been selling a lousy item for years. You can tell a lot about a company that fails to update their infomercials every few months. It means the company is taking a hit and can't afford to splurge on new commercials. Also, they can't get new celebrity actors to endorse the product because they are wised to how awful this product and if they can't bring themselves to use it themselves then they won't endorse it.
They have to be concern if their name is being used honestly in the ads. That actor that still endorses it, but probably regrets the decision now, has not been seen in any new movies or TV shows because his name is crap, thanks to the Walkfits. He can't get any more work now because he is dishonest and no one can trust him at his word. Remember, your word is your bond and when you abuse and misplace that trust, you engender from the public at large, you will find that your acting career will sink faster than a stone in the ocean.

My account got frozen by my bank as they conducted an investigation. Meanwhile, WalkFit kept sending me notices. I finally opened another account and sent them a paper check. My deposit took some time to clear at the bank resulting in a NSF on the check I wrote to WalkFit, $26 in service fees. I deposited $50 more into my account to cover the check but before that could post, WalkFit submitted the check again.
Most companies wait 3 days to resubmit. WalkFit submitted each day for three days, each time costing $26 NSF and because of the NSF, there weren't enough funds to cover the check. I'm sorry I dealt with that money grubbing company. And if I had known they were based in Van Nuys, CA, I would have refused to buy... racist ** up town (I know, I used to live there). They charged me over 40 dollars. I never confirmed the order and even if I had, they advertise pay one dollar now and the rest in two weeks. They are liars and scammers. First, they take your credit card number, and then a series of offer screens pop up - slippers, gel inserts, vitamins, etc.- to get to the end of the transaction, but no itemized summary of charges. Emails only confirmed order received and shipped - no itemized bill. My card was charged $80! Then a month later, they took money out of my account for $38! When I called "customer service", I got routed to India. The explanation, as far as I could understand, was I owed a "balance". Furious, I got online and found many similar accounts dating back to 2008. I had to cancel my bank card because they have stolen from others’ accounts again and again! Internet order with hidden charges and no "free" item as advertised: I got information from a friend to check out the website for a free trial for Walkfit.com insole pads. I also called them yesterday to confirm cancellation and again was told that they had already processed in spite of all my attempts to cancel. It is nowhere disclosed about S&P charges for the "free" item which has a double S&P charge.
My bank will not accept any payment to you, so stop process immediately. Look at your records to see that I cancelled this immediately after the order came with your pricing! You need to disclose costs clearly and precisely before asking for a person's credit information. Your "free" item is not free with your S&P charges which are ridiculous along with the costs of your product.
As I stated, this is false and misleading. The minute the rep insists that you place your order, then quotes are disclosed and the order is assumed processed immediately, no matter how many attempts you can make to cancel. My bank charges were sent this morning on September 26. I was told that when I get the package to just pay S&P to return it and they would remove charges when they receive the returned item, although they had plenty of time to cancel this shipment that is said to arrive in 7-14 days. Why didn't they cancel on the 24th which was my immediate request? Thank you for any suggestions or help. She said they were designed to heal Plantar fasciitis as well as help with lower back pain. I went in to see a specialist yesterday (April 25, 2012) because my back pain became worse.
In fact, it became so bad that I cannot walk more than 10 feet without being in excruciating pain. I placed an order for a pair of WalkFit's foot soles. When you place the order, their website forces you to go through at least 15 other pages where they solicit you to buy other products, including more of their foot soles. I carefully went through each page to make sure I don't end up ordering anything else than the one pair I ordered. At the end of my transaction, they didn't provide me with my subtotal which I thought was very odd. They emailed me a confirmation email of my order that also didn't list the price of my order.
I knew the product was $19.95 plus tax based on what they advertised on their website. When I received their package, I saw that they sent me 2 pairs of the foot soles and billed me $65.03. I was very upset about this because:
1) I know I did not order a second pair.2) The second pair was 2 sizes bigger than the pair I ordered.
3) I learned that shipping was $9.95 for the soles, which I am perfectly fine with except they billed me twice! One for the soles I did order and another for the foot soles I did not order.
I called their customer service line and spoke to someone from India. I was told that I can return their product that I did not order and pay for the return shipping, but that I was also responsible for paying the shipping and handling charge for the 2nd pair. So to break down the math, even after they refund me the 19.95 of the soles I did not order, I still end up paying almost $50 when I should have paid $32.51. This is a 100% scam.

Within one week, my daughter and I realized that these stupid things were doing our feet more harm than good! Invoice said to call customer service to obtain return information/instructions. I called back on four separate occasions but only got recording; never a person.
After being on hold for anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes each time, I finally got a woman, named Shwepa on the phone, who told me that I was beyond my 30-day refund grace period. How can it have only a 30-day refund period if the insoles have a lifetime guarantee? I told her the whole "no refund" thing was unacceptable and I wanted to speak with her supervisor. She kept trying to talk in circles until after the third time and then transferred me to "Shane" after I growled at her. He told me the same thing that she had and I told him that it was unacceptable, especially since I had not been able to speak with them prior to the expiration of my refund window.
I Immediately filed with the Better Business Bureau against them. I also found out that they had over 200 complaints lodged against them already! They agreed after this to refund my money once they received their product back. I have confirmed they received the product but have not seen my refund as yet.
I called the company and was told on August 22nd 2011 by Mandeep that refund in the amount of $29.90 was coming to me. I told him in no uncertain terms that he better re-do his math and fast! I was owed $44.37 from the order after the initial s/h of $5.95 was deducted from the $50.32. He back pedaled and said it would be for $44.37 once tax was added. I think they are trying to rip me off for the regular s/h they usually charge but I have my invoice which proves s/h as $5.95 and I'm prepared to sue their assessment if they think for a second they are going to give me less than what is due back to me!

On January 4, 2011, I visited the Walkfit website. I followed the steps to place an order. I did not ever see a total for the purchase or a confirmation or a “submit to complete the order”. After approximately six different screens of other offers, my Web browser closed/crashed. I logged back in and the browser crashed again, and a third time. I tried to call to verify that my order was not submitted. I reached a recording to call back between the times of 10:00 am and 7:00 pm Monday through Friday. I called the following day, January 5, 2011. I was advised that their computer system had crashed and they were experiencing technical difficulties. I was asked to call back the following day.
Approximately one week later, I received a package with 3 Walkfit devices. I was billed a total of $75.85 on my credit card. On January 18, 2011, I again called the customer service number and I spoke to Peter (ext. 0402) at 10:32 am. He stated that I could return the items, but I would be charged the shipping and handling charge for the three items ($9.95 x 3). I told Peter that I refused to pay the shipping and handling and I wanted a full refund. He stated that the website and company policy states that the product could be returned within 30 days, but only the product price would be refunded. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he refused to allow me to speak to him. He stated that I would have to call back in 5 to 10 minutes because his supervisor was on the phone. I asked for the supervisor’s name and he refused to provide it. He stated that it was against company policy to provide that information.
I called back at 11:08 am and spoke to another operator, Jennifer (ext. 524). I asked to speak to a supervisor. She stated that I could not until I advised her of the problem. I explained my situation and again I was advised about company policy and I could not get a full refund. After numerous demands to speak to a supervisor, she said he was on the phone and I need to call back 10 minutes later. I asked her what her supervisor’s name was and she said it was Alan. I called back at 12:42 pm and spoke to another operator named Matthew. I asked for the supervisor and he told me that I needed to explain to him what the problem was. I explained the situation and he also told me that I would only be refunded the product price. I demanded to speak to a supervisor. He stated that he would explain the situation to the supervisor and put me on hold. After several minutes on hold, Matthew came back on and said the supervisor was unavailable. I asked if I could go to the factory in Rancho Cucamonga, which is local to me, and he stated no, I could not go, it was against company policy. I asked him if it was against company policy for me to speak to a supervisor or he was just refusing to connect me. He told me that he would again speak to his supervisor and put me on hold. A few minutes later he came back on the line and told me the supervisor authorized him to refund my full purchase. He required me to mail the items back and call back with a tracking number.
I mailed the Walkfit products back at the cost of $6.00 so I could get my refund of $75.85, which should not have been charged in the first place. This company is horrible and I strongly recommend anyone not to purchase anything from this company. But remember, if you're persistent, you may get the same result. Well, WalkFit On-line order entry process does not give the buyer the option to either approve or cancel the order. Once you hit the submit order button, without telling you how much the total order value is, your order is confirmed. This is absolutely unethical and utter deception.

Walk Fit definitely uses business practices that are "suspect!" I, in good faith, placed an order via phone after viewing infomercial. Using the automated phone order system, and after giving my credit card number, I was bombarded with numerous supplement bargains, magazine offers, and additional shoe aids. This became increasingly annoying and was bordering on harassment!
I tried to cancel at that time or speak to customer service but neither was an option. After 15 minutes of sheer irritation, I closed the order. At that time, the system hung up on me--no confirmation number, no total of purchase (stupidly, I ordered 3!), and it was unclear if each pair would be charged. I called back immediately but customer service hours for Saturday were unavailable. So, I then wrote an email on the website to inform Walk Fit of my wishes to cancel. No response.
On Monday, I called customer service and was told that my order was not "in the system" yet and it may take 4-5 days. In retrospect, cancelling with my credit card may have been better. When the merchandise arrived, the original package was returned to UPS with a tracking number. When I requested for a return, I was credited $59. The original charge was $89 and some change! Okay, this was war! I was outraged that this amount was held when I asked for cancellation before processing of order!
Please, anyone wishing to order from Walk Fit, beware! Walk fast and away from this company! Today, two months after the order was placed, I had an unpleasant phone conversation with a customer service person, who then informed me that I should have been informed with the no return of in the event of a cancellation! You guessed it. I was never informed of this and the infomercial failed to mention it. At the time of the order, it was left out by the "fembot" on the other end. So I am awaiting a full return of charge at this writing. And the funny thing was that I was hung up on during that last call!

I ordered 2 WalkFit--one for my husband and one for myself on 02/09/2010 for a cost of $34.90 plus tax of $4.61, ship cost of $14.90, total $54.41. After several months of not using them, I followed the return instructions exactly. First, enclose the order form and package items in strong box. Second, return using Parcel Post to the Rancho Cucamonga address. Third, insure the package. Fourth, don't send C.O.D. I also called the 800 and left a message to inform that I was returning the items and supplied what my order number was along with my phone number.
Two weeks later on 7-13-10, I called after verifying the signature for confirmation that they had received the package. I spoke to Roger and after he looked up my order number, he confirmed the received package and said that a refund was being processed and that it would take 3-5 days more to process the refund. No mention was made that I didn't qualify for a refund.
On 07/22 12:30 p.m., I spoke to Andy and he informed me that no refund would be issued due to the fact that the refund policy was 30 days. I asked to speak with his supervisor Andy (ext. **) and he verified the no-refund but that the refund policy was for 60 days. There seemed to be a confusion even as to their understanding of their refund policy. Both said the refund policy was very clear and I asked where. I had not seen that on the return instructions but both said it was on the infomercial of their product. Nowhere else was this made clear and certainly not on the order invoice that was enclosed on the product when it was shipped to me. Otherwise I would not have returned the items. As it is now, I paid $54.41 to get the product and $18.25 to return the product and no compensation was being offered (such as a credit for another product, which I even suggested).

The company refunded me a total of $38.00 keeping $44.65 from the $82.65 for S & H. I called the customer service several times. They refused to give a complete refund. I called the following day, about 48 hours later and while they canceled my accidental unwanted product, they informed me that I had to call again to receive my refund upon receiving my purchases. This makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Four months later, I noticed a continuing charge on my credit card for enrollment in some shopping discount services. Upon my calling, they removed two of the months but I am working on removing the second two. My credit card company cannot intervene in this complaint because they are considered a third party merchant, not the primary merchant I did business with. Even though I gave my credit card to the primary company and it passed my personal information to another party. As of this date, they still owe me $40.
I just received new arch supports in the mail. My credit card was charged $20. I called to tell them I didn't order these. They referred me to a piece of paper that came with the original order of six months ago which states that I am now enrolled in a six month program in which I will be resupplied with arch supports unless I cancel my enrollment. I purchased a pair of Walk Fit inserts. I did not order their supplements but I had no choice as they came with the inserts. One month later, I was charged for additional supplements which were returned for a refund. I was charged $50.32 but my refund was only $43.79. When questioned, I was told I had to pay for shipping. Since I did not authorize the charge in the first place, I should not have to pay shipping. They claim there was a letter included with my inserts that said if I didn't want them, to call and cancel.
Why would I even think this would be necessary when I didn't order them in the first place? When I tried to explain that I refused to pay their shipping and wanted a refund, I was hung up on three times. They refused to allow me to talk with a manager or supervisor and now when I call, I am automatically disconnected. What kind of service is this? From reading other complaints on this company, this behavior appears to be their norm. The dollar amount is small, but their treatment of the consumer is outrageous. They were rude and disrespectful of my right to refuse their product. For $6.53 they have lost a prospective return customer. When I checked the credit card, sure enough several scam companies had charged us for items we never ordered or have even heard of. They also sent a letter saying that they would continue to bill us $25 a month. When I read up on Walkfit Platinum LLC, it seems this company does this to everyone. They either send you more than you ordered and claim never to have received the refund, even when there is a signature for it, or they just keep billing you for things you never order. Then they make you pay shipping back to them or they report it to the credit agencies. How are these people not in jail? The online invoice also showed we were to receive 1 bottle of joint relief plus mystery gift for free. Shipping was $24.85 for a total invoice of $84.70, although, they charged our credit card $87.70.
When we received the product, we got the three arches, 1 bottle of pills, two bottles of mint lotion and three sets of cushion pads to go on top of the arches. The mint lotion and cushions were not listed in the original online order, so we assumed they were the mystery gifts. However, the bill inside of the box was as follows: 2 - size G arches with lotion $39.90, 1 - size C arches $14.95, 3 - cushions $1 trial $44.85, 1 - joint support $5.00, shipping $39.70, Total invoice $144.40, Balance due $56.70.
On 4/16/10, I called and spoke with Jason and expressed my concern. First he offered me a $10 discount. I said no thank you. Then he offered me a $20 discount. I said no again and told him I only wanted to pay for what we ordered. He said that if we did not want the cushion pads, that we could return them at our expense for a refund. I said no again. He said that is the only way that we can get refunded the difference. We shouldn't have to return something we did not order and then pay to ship it back. As of now they have only charged our credit card $87.70 ($5.00 more than the order), but he said they will be charging the balance due of $56.70 at a later date. He was totally uncooperative. I e-mailed WalkFit immediately and repeated my order and asked for confirmation. Three days later, they answered my e-mail by saying I ordered some "cushion" at $9.95 plus an additional S&H of $4.95. Now, my total is $54.75! They did not say anything about an invoice. I went online and saw that these people, once they get your credit card info, send totally unrelated items and charge your account and add ridiculous S&H charges. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company and am hoping to have this "order" cancelled. I am now afraid to order anything online.

Total Scam - I got my Walkfit insoles about 3 weeks ago and now they are charging me $44.85 for the joint formula. I called them up and they told me that I clicked yes on the internet about the formula and that I would have to cancel it and they would not give my money back. They also said you should have already gotten your second shipment and I told them I have not received it. Then they said to wait 5 to 7 business days. Well, I reported it to my bank and told them that I am disputing the charges and they are trying to get the money back. I also canceled my debit card so they cannot charge me anymore. My bank disputed it and got my money back. What a big scam.

I placed an order with WalkFit, LLC. I ordered 2 pairs of WalkFit inserts and 2 WalkFit gels. They gave me 2 small bottles of peppermint for the heels free. Now, they had shipping options and I picked the Media Mail, which is very cheap and it takes a little long to get to its destination. However, WalkFit, LLC charged my credit card $29.80 for the Media Mail, which is one of the cheapest rates. It is absurd to pay so much money for a package under 5 lbs.
I placed a call to the company and they said that they charged me per product on the shipping. How stupid could that be since everything came in 1 package. This scam of charging lots of money on shipping charges needs to be evaluated by Consumer Affairs and money needs to be refunded to all consumers that have gone through this bad episode and an end to this robbery.
