Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. Delivered in Calgary Alberta. 2 days after delivery my sister said the flowers were all dead. When I found out I emailed their customer service asking for new flowers or refund. Days passed, no response. Finally a phone call saying they needed a picture. I explained I had no picture. They finally emailed saying it is past 7 days. What a horrible company - never use them. I see why they have 1 star overall. They suck!!!!

Used this company many times before with no issues. But now this company has went completely downhill. Not sure if it’s management or whatever, but worst flower company ever now. Bought flowers from them 2 days before Mother’s Day, even paid for express shipping. On mother’s day they send message and say they can’t deliver today, will deliver tomorrow. Then the next day same message and day after same message for a whole week. I call them to tell them my concern, customer service is terrible, no remorse, no apology for delay, nothing. Just tried to offer 5$ discount on $200 flowers.
I told them, "No, I want refund, it’s already week after Mother’s Day." She said she can’t do refunds so will have to transfer me to manager. Manager never answers, probably no manager even exists, just put me on hold to pretend like she tried. Tells me manager busy, but she can offer 10$ off. I said, "No, thank you. I want refund," she said she will pass message to manager. Next day flowers magically arrive, worst flowers ever, nothing like what I ordered, like 2 roses and some grass from my backyard. Flowers maybe worth 10$ max. Then they send message to say sorry we can’t do refunds after order is delivered. This company has became a big scam. I see nothing but bad same reviews from everyone.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. They say they offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. They do not. I contacted them at least a dozen times via email and phone calls (taking hours to get through by phone). They did not offer a replacement or refund. They offered a $7 credit on a future order. Why would someone order again when they are 10000% dissatisfied? They offer pictures of items that you will not even remotely come close to receiving. Avoid this retailer at all costs. Disgrace to the industry.

Just before Mother's Day, I found JustFlowers. On the website it indicated that flowers can be delivered on same day 5/9, so I spent $100 on a medium size bouquet. Later that evening I received a text saying they couldn't deliver on 5/9 but will be delivered the following day (Mother's Day - Sunday). On the evening of 5/10, I received another text saying my delivery will be pushed to the following day again!. I didn't hear from them until Tuesday, 5/12 indicating the flowers had been delivered. UNACCEPTABLE!!
The customer service said they can give me a $5 refund because the flowers had been delivered. They couldn't care less that the delivery was after Mother's Day even though that's the whole reason to have flowers delivered so your loved ones day would be special (NOT TWO DAYS AFTER!). I deserve a total refund of my delivery charge of $25.00 but they wouldn't budge. I will NEVER use this company again. I will inform everyone I know to avoid using them.

I used this website to have flowers delivered to a friend who just experienced a loss. I filtered to find flowers that were available for same-day delivery. I placed my order at 8 am, ensuring plenty of time for the delivery to be made. Later in the afternoon, I was informed via email my order could not be fulfilled that day. I called and asked when it would be fulfilled, and they said the following day (Saturday). I checked my account Saturday and saw that my order had been cancelled. I have yet to receive an email or anything indicating why, so had I not checked my account, I wouldn't even know about this. I am currently waited to be refunded the $78 I spent. 0/10 experience, seems like a scam based on other reviews, and order that have been fulfilled are less than satisfactory. Do not recommend ever using this site and it should probably be taken down.

Very disappointing experience with JustFlowers. The bouquet that was delivered looked completely different from what was ordered, and on top of that it arrived 3 days late. When you order flowers for a special occasion, timing and presentation matter — and they failed at both. What made it even worse was customer service offering only a $10 refund as if that fixes the situation. I don’t care about the $10. People need to know to be very cautious ordering from this company because they clearly cannot fulfill what they advertise and promise.

Wow.. How can this business still be in business. This was a scam. It’s a week after Mother’s Day and kept getting messages that, "Sorry we couldn’t deliver flowers today but we will tomorrow." Flowers never delivered. SORRY MOM. Then when you call for a refund, they offer you $5 off of a $125 flower order. No I want a refund! "Ok how about $10 off." NO I want a refund. "We understand. How about a $15 off." NO I WANT A REFUND!! That’s when they get rude and say, "Did you read our policy before ordering?" I said, "Yeah most of it." He says, "OH, so you’re saying you did not read all the policies?" Anyways after being spoke to rudely and 15 minutes of begging. I am finally getting a refund. DO NOT buy from this company.

I placed an order with JustFlowers.com on Saturday before Mother’s Day for a floral arrangement specifically intended for Mother’s Day delivery. At the time of purchase, the order showed an expected delivery date of Sunday, May 10 (Mother’s Day), and I paid approximately $28 in delivery/service fees associated with weekend/holiday delivery.
After the order was placed, the delivery date was repeatedly changed. The flowers were never delivered on Mother’s Day, and as of filing this complaint, the order still has not been delivered over a week later. This order was time-sensitive and tied to a specific holiday occasion. A flower delivery arriving long after Mother’s Day defeats the purpose of the purchase entirely. Despite charging premium delivery/service fees, the company failed to provide the service as advertised.
I am requesting:
* Immediate cancellation of the order* A full refund to my original payment method, including all delivery and service fees
* Written confirmation that the order has been canceled and will not be delivered
I believe the company’s handling of holiday delivery expectations and continued postponement of delivery dates after payment is unacceptable.

I ordered a bouquet from Just Flowers for Mother's Day. I ordered the flowers on May 4, 2026. I had to cancel the order on May 15, 2026, because the order never was delivered. Then the customer service agent told me that they wanted extra money to deliver the flowers. I requested a refund, and I would not recommend using Just Flowers.

Do not order from Justflowers! I had an order cancelled from another vendor the day before Mother's Day, so I placed a same day order on Justflowers.com. Late in the day I got a text that the order was not delivered, and they'd try again tomorrow. No other details. I tried calling the next day, but could not get through to a person. I filled out the contact form, and eventually got a text that it would be delivered as soon as possible. I kept trying to talk to someone to see what the problem was, and to see if it would be delivered that day or not, since it was already late for Mother's Day. Again, late in the day I got a text that it would not be delivered. I was furious! I filled out another contact form and eventually got a response that they would cancel and refund the order. So now it's 2 days after Mother's Day, and I had no flowers! Never again - horrible customer service!

I ordered Mother's Day flowers on 5/5/2026 to be delivered 5/7/2026. I received a text on 5/7, 5/8 and 5/9 that they were unable to deliver the flowers but would do so the next day. Mother's Day came and went with no flowers delivered. I called each day between 5/7 and 5/11, waited over 15 minutes each time and never talked to a representative. This company is just short of a total SCAM. Do NOT use their services.

I ordered flowers the day before Mother's day for Mother's day delivery. I received an email saying they could not deliver will be next day. I have gotten the same email for 6 days saying, "Can't deliver. Will be next day." I have called them each time and they said the florist will deliver tomorrow. Well they still have not been delievered. Today I called in the am and the customer service agent said it would be today and again I got the same email. No delivery. I called again and asked for a refund. They said, "We can give you 10.00 off" if I didn't cancel the order. I said, "No. I want a full refund." Put on hold. Told they could not find a manager to authorize. I said, "You are a customer service. I want a refund now." The agent came back on and then said I would get a refund in 1-4 days. I told them if I didn't I am reporting them as fraud and my bank can go after them. Never use this company. They are horrible business.

Lousy customer service. I had to try to contact them multiple times before I got a call back. I ordered vibrant, colorful flowers. Deep purple, orange, yellow reds. What I got was a blah beige arrangement. I also upgraded to have them add tons of extra flowers. It was flat, no height, very little texture. They offered $7.00 on a $115 order or a resend. I choose resend. Got a call back saying no resend available they would give me $10 credit. She kept trying to tell me it was written on the website. Unfortunately for her, I did read it and it said quite clearly that some of the flowers may be different but they would keep it as close to the picture as possible. I understand and accept that. It does not say the replacements would not only be of a completely different color hue but a completely different shape as well. Do not recommend them, scam!

This was one of the worst customer experiences I have had. This is the second time I’ve used Just Flowers and hopes that this time may be different. I ordered flowers and paid extra to have them delivered on Saturday the day before Mother’s Day. They just arrived today, which is the Thursday after Mother’s Day. I also upgraded the bouquet style and it was supposed to be beautiful lilies and roses and what they sent looks like daisies and green stuff. Probably worth about $20 if that I will never be using this company again.
This is the worst service and the worst presentation of a floral bouquet for Mother’s Day. I have ever seen in my life. Waste of money. When you call in for customer service all they do is make you leave a message about your Mother’s Day order. I will never be using this company again, and I will deter all of my friends and family from using them as well. I could have paid a family member to go to the grocery store and get a nicer bouquet. For way less than $100.

I do not recommend JustFlowers. I ordered a sympathy flower for delivery on 5/13 for my mom. The delivery was not made nor did I receive notification. Managers are "not available". Horrible and just not right. Will NEVER use them again!

If I can give it negative star I would. This business should be shut down and it’s laughableeee.. Suppose to be delivered on Mother’s Day but finally showed up on Wednesday and to top it off, looks absolutely nothing like pictured.. Paid almost $85 for it and you can get way better flowers at Walmart for $15. Just freaking unacceptable that they are sooo deceiving scammer company that need to be out of business. At this rate I think that’s what they are aiming for. I should have check all the reviews but somehow their review showed 4.3 stars, must be fake reviews cause of BBB and here doesn’t look good for them! Lesson learned. Check out my pictures. I would give a zero!!! I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day on May 1st to be delivered May 8th. 2 days before Mother’s Day as to not have a mess up. I ordered a beautiful COUNTRY MEADOW BLOOM. A basket full of spring wild flowers and butterflies picks throughout. An extra box of chocolates 14.99. Not delivered! Then even paid to be delivered early. Delivery was 21.95 by itself. Never delivered Friday May 8th, called and complained 2 times on Friday. They said it was delivered. It wasn’t. We called and they looked everywhere. Not there. Husband called and asked for a refund. They said okay. Then sent an email saying they have to talk to florist and this little jar with marigold and a couple of carnations ORANGE were delivered Sunday! Never use these people. Never again!! 93.00 wasted!

My order for Mother's Day still hasn't been delivered. From Saturday through today 5/13/26 I have received a text and an email stating that they "were unable to deliver my order today and have rescheduled it for tomorrow." I sent an email on Monday to their service department with no response. I called them yesterday and had to leave a message, no return call received. I called again today and had to leave another message. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Justflowers is terrible. False advertisement and deceptive with regards to their delivery. This company acts like a brokerage firm and sends orders to FTD who sends orders to local florists. I order for Mother’s Day and the flowers arrived three days after Mother’s Day. They advertise as CA addresses and both of my written corresponded were returned marked unable to deliver.

My first choice on Saturday 5/9/26 was to order Mother’s Day flowers from the reliable company Pro Flowers, but they weren’t going to be able to deliver on Mother’s Day so instead I chose just flowers which guaranteed the flowers would make it on Sunday, didn’t happen and it’s now Wednesday, three days later and you can’t even get a hold of a live person, unless you have a new order strangely enough, so things are in limbo right now, I DO NOT WANT THE FLOWERS, I just want to be refunded, so we’ll see what happens.

I’m so disappointed that I ordered flowers from Just Flowers for my mother on Mother’s Day. I was told that the flowers would be delivered on the day of Mother’s Day and didn’t receive an email until late that afternoon, almost 6 PM saying that the flowers were not gonna be delivered that they were sorry, but that they would be delivered the next day… the following I called and was waiting on hold way too long to stay on the phone. I called twice both times over 30 minutes of waiting time…I had to hang up so I could get back to work.. Later that afternoon on the second day I received an email saying that they were gonna be delayed another day… So then today on the third day, I called and somebody finally answered and said that my flowers were already being refunded and I should’ve received an email.
I did not receive an email about that so I had to have the person on the phone rewrite an email so I had some sort of verification that at least I spoke to somebody but I still have yet to receive the refund or see anything that actually proving that the refund is gonna be made. It was Mother’s Day Sunday and it was really important that those flowers got delivered.. The company, they had one job and literally didn’t do anything to make up for the fact… they did not offer any explanation when I asked as to why or how we could change this all I wanted was the flowers to be delivered. Money wasn’t even an object and they ruined everything without any regard for people’s money or experience or anything so I just would not recommend them.
I’m writing this review because I’m very disappointed that you would think that the top thing that comes up on Google when you’re searching for flowers so that you can make sure they’re done on a certain day the TOP one is paying all this money so that they’re the top of the search list and they’re the one that won’t deliver the flowers… not only where they’re late but they don’t even deliver them at all. It’s absolutely terrible. Use anyone else. Such a mistake using them

I do NOT recommend Just Flowers. I placed an order 3 weeks before Mother's Day and requested delivery the day before Mothers Day (knowing how busy the day would be). It is now Wednesday and my Mom still has not received her flowers. I called Customer service on Mothers Day, later in the day, when I learned the flowers had not arrived. The representative stated the delivery date was changed to Monday - no notice, explanation, or apology. And yet, it is Wednesday and they have not been delivered. On Tuesday (yesterday) I called to cancel the order, but my call was put on hold for 20 minutes and then an automated service told me to Leave a Message. I explained the situation, and asked for a call back and that I wanted to cancel my order. I have yet to receive a call back, refund, or the flower delivery. Very Poor Business Practices. Do Not risk using this service - you might never see your money or the flowers.

Very unhappy with the service, or rather lack of service, from Just Flowers. A plant ordered for delivery on Mother's Day was never delivered and we only received emails stating that it would be delivered on the next available day, without stating what day that will be or why it is delayed. I have replied to the emails and called different customer service numbers provided. No one answers or returns the voicemails we have been allowed to leave. I have submitted an inquiry to have my order cancelled and my money refunded, which was also expressed in emails and phone messages. Let's see if they actually respond.

AWFUL!!! Ordered my Mother’s Day flowers for my mom, NEVER ARRIVED!!! $110 I could have bought her something else but I choose flowers from a company that never delivered, nor have the followed through! Ordered an arrangement for Mother’s Day on May 8 to be delivered on May 10. Not only did they not arrive until May 12 in the evening, but it was not anything close to the arrangement that I paid for nor was it worth the money I paid. The total was $110, and after a bit of research, I found that they went to the local grocery store to pick up one of their arrangements which actually cost about half the price, do not order from them. I called them and it routed you to a voicemail. There is no way to do any inquiry without changing the delivery date. It literally gives you no option. The purple arrangement is the one I ordered and the arrangement shown is the one that they picked up from the picture provided from our local grocery store.

My husband ordered flowers and a balloon last Wednesday (May 6) from Just Flowers for mother day from our (special needs) sons to be delivered on the 9th. When the flowers didn’t arrive my husband called to inquire about the flowers and the customer service said that they would be delivered Monday (11th). When my husband called again to inquire about the flowers the customer service representative hung up on him. This is a scam business. I read some of the just flowers responses to the reviews and they are responding to not rectify but to prolong empty appeasement. I would not only never recommend but I would also warn people to not do business with them.
