The flowers I got were not the ones I had ordered. Although they were beautiful, they were not what I paid for and expected. I got there as they were being delivered and I took them inside and gave them to the person they were for and told them I didn't know who these were from. The whole time they were from me. DO NOT GO BY IMAGE. DO NOT BUY.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered flowers for a funeral service that never arrived. Instead of making it right and giving a refund, they are arguing with me that they were delivered when they clearly were not at the funeral home. Terrible customer service. Do not use!

The company is terrible. I ordered flowers on Monday, paid in full with delivery charge, and they called me on Friday the day they were to be delivered to the funeral home and requested an additional 25.00 delivery charge. That is ridiculous.

If I could no star review I would. This company advertises services they cannot provide, then refuse to provide the customer with a refund and just proceeds to make deliveries when its most convenient for them. I ordered a $133 floral arrangement with balloons & chocolates on 10/7/25 for my daughter's birthday on 11/2/25. I am in Hawaii and my daughter in Texas. When I called them on 11/2/25 to check on the status of the delivery since my daughter did not receive her delivery, I was told that the florist was closed and they would call me back on 11/3/25. I requested a refund and was told that it was not possible since the florist tried to deliver the arrangement on 11/1/25?? I told them yes, my daughter's apartment manager stated to the driver that she could take the delivery for my daughter, but the driver refused to leave the arrangement with her or contact my daughter at all to get approval.
On 11/3/25 I call into their customer service and speak with Ariann (manager) who refuses to acknowledge that they did not provide the service I paid for and kept making excuses for their poor services. She refused to process my refund and instead called the florist to make the delivery promptly on 11/3/25 so she did not have to provide me a refund.
I ordered the arrangement to be delivered on my daughter's birthday not the day before, after or any other day out of the year, had I known this I would have not used this company at all. Mind you the florist they choose to use Executive Flowers in El Paso delivered the old arrangement they put together on Saturday 11/1/25 that sat over the weekend to my daughter on 11/3/25 balloons were deflated and the arrangement I choose for $133 that they delivered looked nothing like the photo at all. If you are needing a floral or gift delivery company JUST FLOWERS is not it, they will charge you full price for below standard services and product.
Jeneen Hoopai, the florist attempted delivery on the requested delivery date of Saturday, November 1st but no one was home and the front desk refused to accept the flowers. It was over 80 degrees so leaving the flowers and the balloons in the sun was not an option. The shop then redelivered and we've reviewed the photos which don't show any wilting or deflating. We offered you partial compensation but you refused and insisted on a full refund for services rendered in good faith.

Ordered an arrangement for a celebration of life event to be held in St. Joseph Michigan. The arrangement was supposed to be delivered on Friday for the Saturday event. I received a text right at the time of the event saying that "we are sorry to inform you that we were unable to make your sympathy order delivery, sympathy orders are our highest priority and we are terribly sorry". I called the customer service number and was told that they did not have a local florist to handle these. Hard to believe as this was an area outside Benton Harbor, Michigan. The customer service rep which was "outsourced" in another country tried to sell me on not refunding. Truly disappointing experience with poor execution.
John Cameron, the only local shop that serves that area was completely booked by the time we received your order. Our team offered to send the order to the family of the deceased with a discount instead but you insisted on cancellation.

Terrible service! I ordered flowers for my anniversary on Oct. 28 and the flowers never came. I called and they said they had been delivered. I told them I was home and they did not. They got delivered a whole day late. I had asked them to cancel when I had called the next morning on Oct. 29. They did not want to refund! Long story short! BEWARE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Their florist contractors are terrible and liars!

I wish I had seen these reviews prior to placing an order with them. I ordered a funeral arrangement on Thursday for delivery to a funeral on Saturday. JustFlowers contacted me late Friday afternoon to tell me their "preferred florist requires an ADDITIONAL $105.00 to deliver to the church address". I called and asked them to cancel the order since the delivery fee alone was higher than the cost of the arrangement.
Of course the customer service rep could not do this, so I was transferred to a "delivery manager" who tried to talk me out of canceling the order. She tried to drop the delivery fee by $10, then told me she would just issue a credit for future orders instead of issuing a refund. She spent 5 minutes talking over me, trying to make me accept a credit for future orders instead of a full refund. I find it very "convenient" that they waited until after normal florist cut-off times to inform me of the additional charge the day before the delivery was due.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend JustFlowers.com. We ordered flowers to be delivered the day before our niece’s birthday. This was very important to us because her mother passed away suddenly and unexpectedly this year and we wanted her to know she was still loved and cared for. They did not deliver that day but did call me for permission to deliver the next day. That would have been fine, but they didn’t arrive that day either. Nor the next.😫 Finally on the next day they said they would deliver for a $20 up-charge! I recommend dealing directly with a flower shop.

Sent Flowers to fiancée at work for her birthday. Very disappointed with arrangement. Paying close to $80 with delivery and tax for bouquet, the best comments she received was "the card is nice". I called to express my dissatisfaction and after they reviewed the order said it was within their standard and quality. Honestly, I could have gone to my local Giant store and picked up WAY better arrangement at a WAY lower cost. There was more greenery in bouquet than flowers and looked "cheap". I hadn't used them in a while and now realize why. What a scam!

Some of our arrangements have no specific stem counts for the flowers but it will be filled to the amount allotted for the arrangement. Please be advised that the amount allotted for the arrangement will not only go to the flowers, it also includes the basket/vase and the greens and fillers that will be used in the arrangement.

I ordered an arrangement of cookies of chocolate. They were unable to tell what kind of chocolate and cookies were going to be in the arrangement. I mentioned I needed to know as the person has food allergies. Well cookies were strawberry cookies and the person is allergic to strawberries. The person on the phone insisted on me getting a Balloon for 4.00 extra dollars. Well, I was charged 4.99 instead and guess what??? No balloon was on the arrangement. Stupid me should have not ordered from this awful place. Not a pleasant experience.

I ordered an orchid from JustFlowers.com for $137, expecting the lush, pink arrangement shown on their website. What was delivered was a small, sparse orchid in a broken plastic pot, nothing like the photo advertised. The plant even appeared cut short to remove damaged blooms — clearly not the same quality or style I paid for.
I reached out to customer service four times, providing photos and detailed explanations. Their only response was to offer, at first $10, then a $30 credit, which is both inadequate and insulting. The difference between the advertised product and what was delivered is substantial and misleading — this isn’t a simple substitution, it’s false advertising. I have since filed a dispute with my credit card company and a BBB complaint after repeated failed attempts to resolve the issue. I strongly warn others against ordering from JustFlowers.com. The products are misrepresented, and the company refuses to take accountability or treat customers fairly.

DONOR ORDER HERE. Deceptive advertising not as pictured. Flowers were sent by a florist 40 miles from the address I asked them to be sent to. Email notification that what I ordered would be substituted for item a available. Sent to Father in Laws funeral so small you couldn't find! No refund, no cancellation, no discount! The worst customer service I've ever dealt with, they obviously get A LOT of complaints! Horrible horrible fake company.

I ordered a white assortment in a blue square vase for a Birthday Gift for my elderly mother. It was called Serenade You in Blue. Blue being her favorite color. The delivery fee was $20.48. and the arrangement with the vase was on the higher side at $64.99. The delivery wasn't made until 6:30 p.m. on her birthday. What she received was 11 plain RED roses wrapped in paper that was left on her outside door step. No Message, No Vase and No White assortment. I e-mailed customer Service and received a phone call stating that they would refund me $5.00 for the substitution they made. I was told the maximum they could refund was $10.00 and it would take 10 business days to credit my card. They did however, state they would call my mother to apologize to her personally. I declined. Do Not Order From This Company, just go to Wal-Mart and buy a dozen roses for $9.99.

DO NOT BUY from this place. This is the most deceptive business and should be banned. I ordered flowers for my Mom's BD and requested to be delivered on her birthday. The rep said NOTHING about them unable to deliver on that day, took my money and went on their business. I found out later that her flowers were delivered the day before instead when my Mom wasn't there and I knew she wouldn't be there hence the reason for asking repeatedly to deliver ON her BD. My order clearly stated the delivery date.
When I called the business to complain, they said their policy is if they can't deliver that day, they'd delivered the day before. I'd NEVER place an order for someone who wasn't going to be there in the first place. Their flowers are expensive and every time I said I'd think about it, they kept giving me discount. At the end, with the discount, their flowers are still more expensive than the popular 1-800-Flowers. They messed with the wrong person and I will make sure the entire world knows how shitty this business it. There is a reason they have 2100 1 star reviews out of 2200 reviews! This place is a SCAM!!!!

Ordered a specific arrangement online. When I saw the arrangement, I was shocked…it looked NOTHING like what I ordered and the flowers were poor quality. DO NOT waste your money. Order directly from a local florist! Photos show what I ordered and what was delivered. Customer service was garbage.

I ordered a large plant basket for a funeral and gave all the correct information but they were NEVER delivered!!! Customer service is absolutely terrible! They insist it was delivered and gave me 2 delivery times! One at 9:17 am and one at 4:00 pm!! When I questioned this, they said one was a typo!! Then they said they had a delivery confirmation signature so I called the funeral home they were supposed to be delivered to and they said they never sign for any flower arrangements that they receive!! No help at all and no flowers from our family for the death of our loved one!! And of course, no refund for the flowers NEVER delivered!!! I will be calling the Better Business Bureau so hopefully no one else will be scammed by JUSTFLOWERS.COM!!

I ordered flowers for my niece's birthday, and what was delivered was not even close to the arrangement I selected. At best it looked like grocery store flowers thrown in a glass jar. Basically mums, carnations and filler. (Photos attached.) When I reached out to customer service they offered my a $5 credit. I wish I would have read reviews before I placed my order. I would call this a bait and switch operation. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

On September 16, 2025, I placed an order with JustFlowers.com for a floral arrangement to be delivered to my daughter in Houston, TX. The arrangement delivered was wilted, of poor quality, and did not match the product description or images on the company’s website. I immediately contacted customer service and provided photos as requested. Despite this, the company has repeatedly sent me the same generic responses asking for more photos from “different angles,” without offering a refund or proper replacement. This constitutes false advertising and deceptive business practices. I have already filed a dispute with my bank regarding this transaction, but I believe the Better Business Bureau should be aware of these practices to protect future consumers.

Purchasing from, JustFlowers.com was a terrible experience. I choose an arrangement from their website consisting of light pink Gerbera Daisies with Pink Roses and white smaller daisy like flowers with a Happy Birthday balloon and expedited delivery for my mother-in-law's birthday. What I got was...A delivery at 5:30 pm that was Red Roses with Baby's Breath that looked like a grocery store put them together with no balloon. I was so embarrassed! I'm in disputes now regarding a refund. Never again!!!! Do not go there, you'll be disappointed too.

I had a negative experience with Just Flowers. I ordered 18 pink roses for my mother to be delivered on Mother's Day, which cost around $150, but this company delivered an arrangement of mostly daisies, mums, and filler (and only 3 roses) the day before Mother's Day. When I complained to the company, they said they sometimes have to make substitutions depending on availability and cannot account for the flowers that are delivered. They only offered a $25 gift card in return, which I did not accept because I do not intend to order from them again. I rarely write negative reviews, but I want to warn others and recommend that they do not order from this company.

This policy allows florists to replace certain flowers with similar ones of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery and freshness. Based on the customer-provided photos, the recipient received a professionally arranged bouquet includes pink roses, pink carnations, pink daisies, and assorted greenery.

I can't give 0 stars? I am really disappointed. I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my daughter's birthday and it arrived the next day, at an incorrect address and looks nothing like what I requested... It's a mockery. The customer service is terrible, without any empathy. They don't want to refund the money despite not fulfilling what was paid for. Look the pictures... They are the worst ever.

On 8/15/2025, I ordered an arrangement for my niece's funeral services. I was looking for something substantial, not just flowers in a vase. I found a lovely arrangement online at Justflowers.com. They indicated they could meet the date of the service for delivery. I typed out what I wanted the card to say - who it was from, etc. The MORNING of the service 8/18, they call to tell me they need to make substitutions but assure me it will be the same colors and same size as what I ordered, but they could not do the basket only a white cylindrical vase. I requested a photo of what the substitution was, how could I approve something I had no idea what I was getting? I was not happy, but over a barrel at this point.
I did ACCEPT that there would be substitutions but DID NOT APPROVE the new arrangement. I get to the wake and cannot find my flowers anywhere; there was ONE arrangement with NO card. I assumed it was mine only because of the vase was similar to what had been described. These flowers were NOT the same color scheme, and they were no way of the same size/value. I paid $165 for these flowers and what was delivered looked like someone bought them at the grocery store and stuck them in a vase. The "florist" they used was Edible Arrangements, what the heck? They do fruits. Not flowers. I was told they were the only florist - that is bull. After my first phone call I got an email with a $7 refund offer. I have been fighting with them for 3 days.
TODAY, the refund was up to $30, but still not acceptable. Again, I mentioned no card being with the flowers, she said she could call the grieving family and read what was supposed to be on the card with the flowers. Is she insane. It is too late; these people do not want some stranger to call them up and read a card that was supposed to be attached to the flowers AFTER the service is over. They made one of the most painful days of my life, even more painful.
Janet Knutsen, when we contacted you prior to the delivery, you approved the substitution due to limited flower availability in a very rural part of Vermont. While substitutions are sometimes necessary, we always ensure they are of equal value. In this case, the arrangement was filled to the full amount paid. Yet, we still offered you a significant refund which you refused.

I ordered flowers for my dad’s funeral from “Just Flowers.com” who contracts with local florists, and this particular local florist was Pat’s Florist on West Main St, Richmond, VA. The flowers arrived a couple of hours before our family’s first viewing, after inspecting the flowers carefully I noticed the white roses were already wilted and brown, the special banner with “Beloved Father” was missing which I paid extra for. I looked at all the flower arrangements that were there and alI of them had fresh cut flowers no browning or wilting, I contacted Just Flowers and explained my concerns and how upset I was that I didn’t get what I ordered and for the cost of the flowers, you would think the flowers would be fresh and the banner would have been attached but I was wrong.
The representative contacted the florist and the only offer I received was refunding the price of the banner and $10 for any inconvenience I endured. I told her to keep her $10 and that it was an insult. I will never use “Just Flowers” again. I will go to a local florist myself, I would have done that but I was having to deal with a lot of things at once, so I put my faith in someone to handle it for me. “Just Flowers” does not stand behind their flowers and their local florist didn’t stand behind their workmanship.
Connie Davis, That is the natural state of the flowers. The flowers are not dead or wilted. There is some pollen on the blooms but all of that is natural. The flower are not dead at all. We have already refunded you for the missing banner which we've already confronted the local florist about.

One star is too much for this company. I ordered a beautiful plant for my mother's birthday which was supposed to deliver on a Saturday, it did not arrive until the following Monday, after I reached out for order status. What was delivered was not even close to what I ordered. The item was delivered by Door Dash, not even a florist. The item is dry and looks sick. I called customer service several times, sent an email with photos and their response was to offer a 10.00 credit on an 80.00 order. Horrible customer service. If you want to order flowers or a plant, use a local florist - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They refuse to make this order right. See photos of what I ordered and what was delivered, it's pathetic.

After reviewing the photo you provided, it appears that the florist delivered a dish garden in a nice container, but without the balloon, in order to ensure timely delivery. We offered you a significant discount but you are insisting on a full refund. We do not offer complimentary arrangements. Also, DoorDash is a delivery service that many industries utilize across the board.

I recently ordered the "Perfect Day" flower arrangement from JustFlowers for my sister's birthday, upgrading to the largest size available to ensure a decent arrangement. What she received, however, was a complete disappointment that looked absolutely nothing like the beautiful, full arrangement pictured on their website.
My sister immediately sent me pictures, and her first comment was, "I hope you didn't spend too much on this arrangement." That tells you everything you need to know about the size and quality. The photos clearly showed a tiny arrangement, barely taller than 2X a coffee cup(less than 11”), making me genuinely wonder what the original size would have been if I hadn't paid a premium for the "largest" upgrade.
Beyond the misleading product, JustFlowers also failed to deliver the balloons I ordered with the arrangement and didn't even bother to notify me. I only found out when my sister messaged me. After two frustrating calls to their customer service, escalating all the way to a manager, their "solution" was to offer a measly $15 refund for a $110 order. This was an insult and showed a complete unwillingness to rectify their significant failures. Long story short, I was forced to contact my credit card company (Visa) to request a chargeback.
DO NOT USE JUSTFLOWERS. Honestly, the entire experience was incredibly embarrassing. You pay good money to send a thoughtful gift, only to be left mortified because the company you chose sends the wrong product, and then refuses to make it right. It's simply not worth your time, money, or effort to deal with such a dishonest and unhelpful business. Save yourself the headache and choose a different florist.
This order included yellow roses, red tulips, red spray roses, yellow carnations, green button mums, lavender asters, and cushion mums, arranged in a low and compact clear glass cube, priced at $79.99, plus three latex balloons at $5.97 ($1.99 each), excluding delivery and service fees. Next to the chosen price point on our website, it clearly states: “Flowers are designed to be delivered as close to the arrangement pictured as possible.”

I ordered a spray for my father in laws funeral on Monday - funeral was Thursday - I received a call ONE hour before the funeral saying they had exhausted all the florists in the area and could not fulfill my order, but would send a plant instead - I asked for a refund and was offered 10 whole dollars - I don't know how a company can justify not giving a refund when they dropped the ball an hour before a service when the order was placed 3 days prior and they offer a plant that I can't imagine was worth the $150 I paid for the spray.... I am livid, but more importantly sad. NEVER use this company!

Please do NOT use this company. I paid for the upgraded arrangement and received cheap flower substitutes with about half of the stems. Customer service was not helpful at all. They said the photos online were just a suggestion and that perhaps my arrangement had more on the other side, not really missing as I suggest.
Lisa Casey, please note. We have been in business since 1996 serving the entire country with flower arrangements for every occasion imaginable. For your order specifically, it was filled in good faith with an array of fresh white flowers for the occasion requested. Nevertheless, our supervisor offered you a significant discount which you accepted. Now after you have received the discount, you have left us this disparaging review which is very misleading.

Ordered flower arrangement [I Will Fly Away] a Straw basket with butterflies. I upgraded two levels for more flowers then shown. I paid extra to have delivered in morning. It showed up late afternoon. We were not home. No Basket. Cardboard container, different colored flowers then ordered, my message printed on 8x11 sheet of paper folded up, no little card in envelope. If I was home I would not have accepted flowers. Cost was $104. They have offered a $10 refund. NEVER AGAIN!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will deliver the flowers they choose when they want. There were three variables to my order, the date, the note, and the flowers, and all three were messed up. I did not order roses, who I was ordering for does not like roses, yet that’s what was received. The colors did not match, and I was not contacted for a next step had what I ordered been unavailable. There was no note included in the order despite the note I wrote included in the order receipt. The delivery was a day late despite advertising same day delivery. Customer service was hard to deal with, requiring multiple calls during my work hours to explain the situations with little remorse. I am incredibly disappointed, will not be using this company again and will be leaving honest reviews everywhere I can.

I ordered flowers for a funeral. I ordered the day before visitation and paid for 4 hour delivery. The funeral was the day after visitation. One after the funeral JustFlowers notified me they could not delivery the flowers (this is after visitation and after the funeral). Missing the delivery was extremely incompetent, But not notifying me for all most 48 hours later was even worse. DO NOT EVER, EVER USE JUST FLOWERS!!!! They did agree to a refund, we shall see if that happens.
Order placed for a rural part of Kansas where only one local shop exists who has been unresponsive as of late. Customer was notified in the morning on the date of the funeral. Full refund issued promptly that same day.
