CARFAX only answers customer service questions by e-mail and online chat. You can find a link on the company's Web site: www.carfax.com.

CARFAX says it provides support to customers by email and in real-time through Live Chat. Customer inquiries are addressed in the order in which they are received.

Consumers who want to correct inaccurate CARFAX reports about their vehicles must submit a form. Those completed forms -- and any supporting data -- can be faxed to CARFAX at 866-728-6455
