Roadway Relocation Reviews

Roadway Relocation is legitimately top-tier. I have helped people move a lot and it can horrible as people don't value your items as much as you so you really have to choose the right people and not be total nightmare, but these guys make the process effortless. Right out of the gate, their crew shows up fully prepared—wrapping up every single piece of furniture the right way so it's protected the right way. They make sure that your items don't get dinged up, scuffed, or scratched along the process.

Honestly, moving is usually a total nightmare, but hiring Roadway Relocation was the best decision I made during my whole move. I was relocating from a two-bedroom apartment across state lines, and I was pretty stressed out after hearing so many moving horror stories about hidden fees and broken furniture. From the second I called them to get an initial quote, the experience felt surprisingly human. The rep on the phone actually listened to what I needed instead of just rushing me through a generic checklist. She walked me through the pricing line by line so there were zero surprises on moving day.

I used Roadway Relocation for my single-family home move and had a really good experience with them. From the first time I spoke with them, everyone was helpful and easy to communicate with. They answered my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure everything was set up for the move. The crew on moving day was great. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and were very careful with all of my furniture and boxes. I had quite a bit to move, including some larger and heavier pieces, and they handled everything without any issues. I also appreciated that they were respectful of my home and took care when moving everything in and out.

I usually don't even write reviews, but I had to give these folks at Roadway Relocation their props. I stumbled into discovering them completely by accident while trying to figure out how to get my life moved from Raleigh back home to New Orleans. Honestly, I was stressed out thinking about what I’d have to leave beyond or strap to the roof of my car, but they stepped up and made it easy than I could’ve expected. My coordinator was a great communicator, kept it completely real with me about the pricing from day one, and handled all the heavy lifting behind the scenes while I just could prepare for returning home with a clear mind. If you are looking for a team that REALLY does what they say they're gonna do, while honoring your budget at the same time, definitely check them out. Tell them Eric sent you. Haha. Thanks fellas!

I had to get out of my ole lady's parents' crib, having trouble with my Ole lady, and had to get all my tools and clothes, along with my furniture out of there. It was all over the place, and I didn't have nobody that I could call to help! Then I went online and found Roadway Relocations, hit them up, and they showed up and showed out. It was a house my Ole ladies' parents used as a rental property, so they wanted me out as soon as possible, plus Roadway Relocation moved all my Ole ladies' stuff into a storage unit, and she was moving back in her old bedroom at her parents' house!

This is the best experience I have had in years with a company that is specifically talented in this type of work. The service I received was very warm and welcoming professional and I would definitely recommend them to others that are looking for this type of service I can say that I had a awesome experience and a amazing job done

Great moving company. I love how they move across country. The move across the country was very overwhelming for me and my family. Roadway relocation is very professional and fast movers. The company to choose to move with would be this company. They do everything the right way and get you relocated fast. Thank you Roadway!

I used this company to move from San Fran to San Jose. They were extremely professional and had amazing customer service. I was extremely worried about how I would move my large pieces. This company made it so simple. My husband and I were able to rest well.

What an awesome company. Dave and his crew helped me out in a pinch when I needed it. Moving from New York to Maine was so tedious and they helped me with everything from boxing up my stuff to putting everything back together when we got there.

Roadway Relocation is the best moving company and you should book them for your next move. Everything was handled with care and they got to my destination extremely quickly. Other moving companies I used in the past usually will not box your things correctly or don’t handle your fragile boxes with enough care. These guys everything was perfect, no broken glasses as I do have a lot of antique china sets. But overall they are amazing and great quotes and even better people when you meet them. I highly recommend.

I had a really great experience with Roadway Relocation! Moving can be such a stressful process, but these guys made everything feel so much easier from start to finish. The team was friendly, professional, and super easy to work with. They showed up on time, handled my furniture and boxes carefully, and worked quickly without making me feel rushed. I really appreciated how respectful they were of my stuff and my space. Everything arrived safely, and the whole move went smoother than I expected. Communication was also great, which made a big difference. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience. If you’re planning a move and want a reliable, hardworking crew, I’d definitely recommend giving Roadway Relocation a call. Great service all around!

I was making a big move from California to Florida. I had a lot of big furniture items. I hired Roadway to do the move. They were fairly priced compared to other quotes I got. They showed up on time and loaded everything. Once I arrived in Florida they unloaded everything. Their service really took away the headache of a big move. I would definitely use them again.

Used this company 2 times and they always go above and beyond to please me. 10 stars from me. Everything on time and the team are very respectful. I have recommended two people my daughter and a friend of the family. Again thanks from my family to the team.!

Honestly was super nervous about doing a long distance move, but Roadway Relocation made it really easy. The representative I dealt with kept me updated the whole time and the price they quoted up front was actually what I paid. No surprise fees added at the end, which was a huge relief. The movers showed up on time, wrapped all my heavy furniture really good, and nothing got broken during transit. A couple of boxes had some minor crushed corners from being loaded on the truck, but everything inside was completely fine. I highly recommend them if you need to move cross-country.

They were very useful. I recommend them to anyone who needs done. Went to another company, wasn’t very good but Roadway Relocation got the job done. Thank y’all so much for being professional and reliable, appreciate y'all for real. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

It was the best moving company that I’ve had experience with in the past five years they took care of everything that I needed them to take care of. They showed up on time. They were very reliable and trustworthy. Nothing got broke. They packed up every single room in my house, they brought their own boxes, all equipment, materials, dollies straps, tape blanket, blankets everything everything was carefully wrapped even on the unload inside they did a very good job as well. Well, like I’ve stated nothing has gotten broken. Everything got put back together no screws missing just very professional. I would recommend them to a lot of people. I already recommended them to family members and two family members are already in the process of using the company as well overall a five star company did a very good job.

I recently used Relocation Company for my move, and overall, I had a really good experience. The moving process can be stressful, but the team made things much easier for me. They were professional, friendly, and handled my belongings with care. The movers arrived on time and worked efficiently throughout the day. I also appreciated that they communicated with me and answered my questions whenever I needed clarification. Everything was packed and transported safely, and my items arrived in good condition. I had a pretty tricky moving job that included a number of delicate items. I did a lot of shopping around and decided to trust Roadway with the job. Honestly, couldn't be happier. Everything got from Point A to Point B in exactly the same way it left. No missing items, no broken electronics, nothing. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who's looking to hire.

Moving from Atlanta to Philadelphia was hard, but Roadway Relocation made incredibly smooth. From the initial quote, which was transparent and accurate, to the actual move day, everything was handled professionally. The crew arrived and was on point, were very posed with all our belongings, and packed things I thought impossible to pack securely. Unloading at the other end was just as efficient. I commended the communication throughout the process. Without a doubt recommend them for long-distance moves!”. The staff was knowledgeable about my concerns and followed all directions. I would only complained they worked hard and wasn't paid to fit the expertise.

Roadway Relocation has been amazing during my move. I get so stressed and anxious during moves but the entire team was so organized, timely, and careful with my belongings. This is one of the few moves I have made where I have felt calm because I wasn't being rushed and the movers communicated everything they were doing so clearly. All my furniture arrived in prestine condition and all my smaller items were boxed so neatly. This attention to detail is something I have not experienced before. These guys made moving so stress-free that I cannot thank them enough for their services. I would gladly hire Roadway Relocation again for future moves. I trust their work greatly and recommend anyone planning a move to use them as well.

We all know how stressful moving can be and it's even more stressful when it's your aging parents belongings they have gathered over decades! We had to move their entire house from the Jersey Shore back to Philadelphia! I spoke to Jeff and he was amazing during the entire process! He was so easy to talk to and answered questions I didn't even know I had! The crew was great and careful, on time and courteous. I felt bad because we were all a nervous wreck throughout the move but not once did anyone from Roadway lose their patience with us. All of our items were moved without any damage, even some very old heirlooms and antiques. I would greatly recommend Jeff and his team from Roadway! We will definitely be using them again!

When it comes to moving furniture I already know this was the right choice. Ever since last year I have been hearing good things about them. So after all this time I ended up having to use their services. Needless to say they did the job right and everybody was satisfied. They really are good at what they do.

I needed to move farther than expected. The next thing I knew my mover quit on me as soon as I said that. I called here and immediately started feeling like a valued customer. The best part about it all was the fact that the operation went pretty extraordinary. If it weren't for you guys, I literally would not be where I am today.

Handling a move in New Orleans—especially navigating tight staircases and historic street parking—is usually a nightmare, but this team made it look easy. They showed up early, took real care protecting my walls and glass pieces, and didn't waste a single minute. The final price matched the initial estimate perfectly, with zero hidden charges tacked on at the end. Friendly, professional, and efficient from loading to unloading. If you’re planning a move anywhere in the GNO area, save yourself the headache and book these guys.

This company is awesome. The guys worked hard and gave me great service boxing up and loading my product. I really hate the process of moving....and they make it so simple. THanks again Eddie and James for all your hard work.
