I had a pretty short time to move and I wasn't sure how much everything would fit in such a short time. The movers were on time efficient and did the work quickly. They helped unload all the furniture at the new place without any rush or hurry and ensured it was placed correctly. Kudos to the crew!

I was dreading this move, but OM Van Lines actually made the whole process completely painless from start to finish. Janie in the office answered all my questions upfront and gave me a transparent estimate. On moving day, Wilson and his team were amazing. They wrapped our fragile furniture and glassware so carefully that not even a minor scratch happened along the way.

This was my first time hiring a moving company instead of just doing it myself with a rented truck. I am so glad I went with OM Van Lines. The foreman was super helpful and explained the whole process before they started loading. We had some really heavy oak furniture and they handled it like it was nothing. I will definitely use them again if I ever move.

Moe and his two packers did a fantastic job today. This was the best move I’ve ever had in 15 moves, and it was led by Moe. I am requesting that Moe deliver to my home in Ohio. OM Van Lines serviced my move from Ft. Lauderdale to Houston. I was very stressed moving a 4 bedroom home to a different state. John ** and Customer Service helped me with any questions or concerns I had....this really helped me to relax throughout the whole process from pricing and booking, to pick up and delivery. It was all done in a very professional manner and I had no surprises whatsoever! I highly recommend OM Van lines and I have to several friends and family members and they had the same experience!!! Thank you OM for being there and accommodating all my requests!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I moved from New Jersey to Florida from an apartment to another apartment. At the time of pick up I was advised after they loaded the truck that I would be charged an additional $900 from the $3200 original estimate in order for them to move the items and they would not move the items without the additional monies being paid then and there. Then, upon delivery they held me hostage again telling me that I owed money for an overage of the estimate and that I had to pay it before they would drop my load. Finally they then told me that if they did not drop my load, I would be charged additional funds for storage until I paid both amounts.

OM Van Lines made my relocation much easier than expected. The crew arrived on time, handled the packing process smoothly, and the foreman kept everything organized from start to finish. I also appreciated the regular updates, which made the whole move feel well managed.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. After my belongings were picked up, I was asked for my "first available delivery date." The question was never explained, even though I asked multiple times for clarification. I later learned my shipment had not even been assigned a driver and had been sitting in storage for several days. At no point did I request that my belongings be stored or that transportation be delayed. Had the company clearly explained that my answer would affect dispatch, I would have instructed them to begin transport immediately.

We were googling some companies, and OM Van Lines had a couple of good reviews. They were local, not far from where I was in Staten Island. So, I called them. They gave me a quote, which we thought was fair. Then we just booked with them. The move was from New York to Florida, so it was a lot of miles. Our coordinator was very nice.

Fantastic moving service. I've moved at least 4 times in the last 10 years and by far this has been the best experience so far. These guys are great from the very friendly and knowledgeable customer service to the hard working uniformed crew that showed up at our door. These people actually care in regards to making the customer feel secure and comfortable that they're in good hands and the best part other than the excellent service is my quoted price didn't go up any penny! I just moved my mom to Florida, and we hired OM Van Lines. I spoke with Janie in the office and she explained everything in detail and was not pushy like the other companies who contacted me. When the guys showed up, they took really good care of my mom's stuff, which was so important to us. I really appreciate how hard Manny and his crew worked and we are so glad we found OM Van Lines. I moved from Tampa and didn't have the greatest experience with OM Van Lines. The price was good, but when they picked up my stuff, they wanted a delivery date. I was driving to Dallas on Friday and I made it on Saturday. I was in Dallas from Saturday to Wednesday, and I knew I'd be leaving after that for training, so I told them, "As soon as possible." The guy said, "Well, we can probably get there before you. So, give me a specific day." So, I told them Monday and they said okay.

I like that OM Van Lines is a smaller company, and they paid more attention to details. They were also quick on getting back to me with the quote. The original coordinator that I had was Gus. He did a great job going back and forth and getting a lot of changes. We had some delays before closing, too, that we didn't anticipate. So, they were great. Also, they rescheduled us and didn't charge us any fees. I was very happy with the overall experience.

Best experience ever! Least expensive by far (and I call 8 companies) and they were quick, efficient and respectful of my stuff. On time, and notified me of arrival time. I referred to my sister who is using them for her move. They walk you through everything, and carry lots of insurance.

I called Mabey's Van Lines and they recommended the OM Van Lines. They were excellent. We had about eight boxes, a recliner, and a couple of barbecues. The move was from Florida to New York, and I have not received my stuff yet. They told me that it may take up to 30 days, and it's only been two weeks. Other than that, the mover was very respectful and efficient. He treated my stuff like it was his stuff, and everything he did, he explained to me.

Wow! Manny and his crew did a great job! We moved cross country, from New York to South Florida. The team packed some items for us and did a nice job making sure everything was packed tightly. Our delivery in Florida came in 4 days and were very happy about that. My sister needed movers to move her from Hazlet NJ to Old Bridge NJ and she used OM also. I would recommend them to anyone moving cross county or local.
