OM Van Lines serviced my move from Ft. Lauderdale to Houston. I was very stressed moving a 4 bedroom home to a different state. John ** and Customer Service helped me with any questions or concerns I had....this really helped me to relax throughout the whole process from pricing and booking, to pick up and delivery. It was all done in a very professional manner and I had no surprises whatsoever! I highly recommend OM Van lines and I have to several friends and family members and they had the same experience!!! Thank you OM for being there and accommodating all my requests!

We were googling some companies, and OM Van Lines had a couple of good reviews. They were local, not far from where I was in Staten Island. So, I called them. They gave me a quote, which we thought was fair. Then we just booked with them. The move was from New York to Florida, so it was a lot of miles. Our coordinator was very nice.
We were very happy with the price. It was very fair. The final price was very close to the estimate. We had a couple more items that we forgot to tell them about. So, when the foreman came, he was really nice. I said, “No problem. It's not on the contract. We needed to add it.” He told me the price that it was gonna be, and then we just added it in. Delivery was great and quick, too. They delivered our stuff just in about five days. My sister needed a mover and I recommended them to her and she did use them.

I recently used OM VAN LINES for my move, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was professional, punctual, hardworking, and handled all of my belongings with great care. From start to finish, the communication was excellent, and they made what is usually a stressful process feel smooth and easy. The movers were friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. Nothing was damaged, and the pricing was fair and transparent with no surprises. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy movers. I would absolutely use them again!

I like that OM Van Lines is a smaller company, and they paid more attention to details. They were also quick on getting back to me with the quote. The original coordinator that I had was Gus. He did a great job going back and forth and getting a lot of changes. We had some delays before closing, too, that we didn't anticipate. So, they were great. Also, they rescheduled us and didn't charge us any fees. I was very happy with the overall experience.
The move was from Goshen, New York, and I moved out to Fort Lauderdale. Like any other moving experience, especially long distance, we always experienced a little negativity. One thing got scratched but it was not a big deal for us. We didn't even look at it negatively. We just look at it as part of the thing about moving a long distance. Overall, it was great. Delivery was quick. We got our stuff within seven business days from them picking it up.
The guys that they sent out did a very good job. Manny was our foreman. Their guys were very friendly at pickup. Overall, I really like the guys that did the service. They're very nice guys. Nobody was complaining. Everybody did their job and got our stuff on the truck. The trailer driver, Elver, was also nice. He put everything where we wanted it and got everything done perfectly. It was a little bit of a tight squeeze at the tractor trailer on our street, but he made it happen.

I called Mabey's Van Lines and they recommended the OM Van Lines. They were excellent. We had about eight boxes, a recliner, and a couple of barbecues. The move was from Florida to New York, and I have not received my stuff yet. They told me that it may take up to 30 days, and it's only been two weeks. Other than that, the mover was very respectful and efficient. He treated my stuff like it was his stuff, and everything he did, he explained to me.
For example, I had a statue that was my mother's, and I had it all wrapped up, and he said that that wrapping would work, but they'd do a better job of wrapping, so it wouldn't break. So, he put more bubble wrap around it, then he put it in a box that was sturdier. So, I can't say enough good things about the man who came to do the packing and the moving. Also, he looked at my name, and asked if I had relatives in New Jersey. I said yes then he said that he had a someone in New Jersey with a similar surname, and it turned out that that was my cousin. All in all, I would use them OM Van Lines again.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. After my belongings were picked up, I was asked for my "first available delivery date." The question was never explained, even though I asked multiple times for clarification. I later learned my shipment had not even been assigned a driver and had been sitting in storage for several days. At no point did I request that my belongings be stored or that transportation be delayed. Had the company clearly explained that my answer would affect dispatch, I would have instructed them to begin transport immediately.
The lack of communication caused unnecessary delays and additional expenses. I also experienced poor customer service, including repetitive, unhelpful responses instead of clear answers to straightforward questions. When I contacted their customer service to communicate my complaints, they ignored my messages. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Moe and his two packers did a fantastic job today. This was the best move I’ve ever had in 15 moves, and it was led by Moe. I am requesting that Moe deliver to my home in Ohio. He was outstanding today. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and a great leader that delivered a great move for me today. Moe, I hope I see you in Ohio.

Fantastic moving service. I've moved at least 4 times in the last 10 years and by far this has been the best experience so far. These guys are great from the very friendly and knowledgeable customer service to the hard working uniformed crew that showed up at our door. These people actually care in regards to making the customer feel secure and comfortable that they're in good hands and the best part other than the excellent service is my quoted price didn't go up any penny! Thanks guys!

I just moved my mom to Florida, and we hired OM Van Lines. I spoke with Janie in the office and she explained everything in detail and was not pushy like the other companies who contacted me. When the guys showed up, they took really good care of my mom's stuff, which was so important to us. I really appreciate how hard Manny and his crew worked and we are so glad we found OM Van Lines. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks me and we will certainly use them again for any future moves we make. Thanks, guys.
