The entire moving experience felt smooth, organized, and professional. The crew arrived prepared and remained focused throughout the day. They treated every belonging with care and respect. Communication was consistent and reassuring. Everything arrived safely and was placed exactly where requested. This was a truly five-star moving experience.

Global Elegance contracted with Goodview Moving and Storage, who picked up our property Sunday 05/31, with a first available drop off date determined of Wednesday 06/03. On 06/02 evening they contacted us to advise our check had bounced (it hadn't) and didn't respond to any more calls from us. Thursday 06/04 I spoke to Global Elegance again who hadn't heard the line about the check bouncing, and when she called them for an update they had "cleared up the check issue", that they'd mistaken it for another customer's bad check, and that our stuff was now 1400 miles in the opposite direction, in Goodviews storage, due to this. I have been told to call back every 2-3 business days for an update when our property will be delivered since then.

The move involved transitioning into a newly renovated home. The crew paid close attention to floors, walls, and entryways while unloading. Their careful handling protected the property and reduced concerns about accidental damage. The level of awareness was impressive.

If you need help moving don't look any further. These guys are the real deal. Professional and they take care of your stuff like it's their own they're very polite when manners. They dress professionally, haircuts, all of that. I guess what I'm trying to say is this is the best moving company. I hire so far and I hire more than 10 moving companies and my lifetime customer service and professionalism is very important and they showed all those important factors.

They gave special care to all of my furniture and dismantled and reassembled my bed frame without asking. I would blink and a mountain of stuff would be gone.
