We would like to clarify what actually happened regarding this move. First, the booking was not made by you, but by your daughter. She specifically requested an expedited delivery to be completed on a Sunday, and this request was made on Friday afternoon. Despite the very short notice, we did everything possible to accommodate her request, including changing routes and asking our drivers to work extra in order to complete the job on time.

We informed your daughter that the driver would arrive in approximately one hour, as he first needed to unload another job at the warehouse before heading to her location. While the driver was on the way, he called to inform the customer that payment would need to be made by cash, Zelle, or postal office money order, as clearly stated in the contract your daughter reviewed, agreed to, and signed at the time of booking

Instead of being understanding of the situation and the extra effort being made to complete her move on a Sunday, the customer became upset and wanted to cancel the move. Our manager then stepped in, calmed the situation, and offered a solution by allowing payment over the phone with a credit card, even though this is outside of our normal company policy.

At that point, your daughter asked the manager to speak with you directly. As soon as you answered the call, you identified yourself as a police officer and immediately threatened legal action. The call is recorded. We explained that the driver was already about 40 minutes away and that payment by credit card would still be accepted, but you continued making threats and ultimately decided to cancel the job yourself.

We completely reject the accusation of fraud. Our team made every effort to accommodate an urgent last-minute request and provide solutions throughout the process.
