Tl;dr- quote from the broker (Safe Ship) was over $1k less than I'm being told I owe. BLVD Movers waited until after they had picked up my things to tell me there would be high extra fees for delivery. When I booked my service through the broker, Safe Ship, I was explicitly told it would be $1900 to have movers pick up my things, store them until I had an apartment, and deliver into my apartment. At this point I have already paid over $2k (>$1300 to Safe Ship and $780 to BLVD) and they aren't even done. I know 100% my quote was less than $2k because I had already booked another service when Safe Ship called me. I remember because the door to door movers and wrapping of my furniture etc. was around $3-400 more than the service I had already booked. I cancelled my other service because it seemed like such a good deal on comparison. I wouldn't have switched if I knew it would actually be closer to $3k. That's a huge freaking difference.

I am a customer of Blvd moving and also Blvd storage. All my furniture is in storage at one of their facilities pending my final move into my new home. I now find that all of their telephone numbers are no longer functional and there is no one to communicate with or find out where all my possessions are.

They warehoused my belongings for weeks, then had another company deliver my things which arrived 20 days later. Damaged boxes, one with an unknown substance that dripped all over the box, a large wardrobe box that was crushed from above arrived open with my clothes sitting at the bottom and items missing from it, and other things that I'm still realizing didn't arrive. I do not recommend this company!

Tina the customer service manager has completely turned my experience around, I Thank God for her. She has shown empathy, understanding and did everything in her power to help me.

BLVD Moving promised to deliver from Boston to Atlanta in a timely manner. They insisted on fast payment so that delivery can be made on time. Here we are waiting in Atlanta for setting up our home and Blvd Moving tells me that shipping has not even started and all the things are in storage in Boston. They have no date for delivery. Do not use the service. They are a scam.

Today, June 20th, 2026, my family’s nightmare with Blvd Movers finally came to an end—and what we discovered was absolutely devastating!!! My 84-year-old mother and father sold their home and moved to Florida to begin their retirement years. After spending a lifetime building a home and accumulating the possessions they cherished, they entrusted everything they owned to Blvd Movers. That trust was met with excessive delays, poor communication, unnecessary stress, and ultimately devastation. Blvd Movers picked up their belongings on May 14th and did not deliver them until June 20th—more than FIVE WEEKS later!!!

From scheduling our move to packing our items and the truck, we had a great experience with all team members. Everyone was professional, kind and offered wonderful customer service.

This company is an absolute scam, please do not trust them with your money or your possessions. I hired them for a move from Oklahoma City to Denver and below are the reasons why I would never ever hire them again:

I relocated my cafe equipment from NH to CA to open a new branch. The movers packed each coffee machine, counter, and shelf with extra padding. They handled permits and delivery updates as promised. The shipment arrived safely at the port, and unloading took only a few hours.

The relocation from TX to CA included both home furniture and computer equipment. The movers used wooden crates for electronics, marked them by category, and verified each item at delivery. The process was completed without any confusion. Hassle-free moving experience.

The restaurant move from FL to CA went better than I thought. The movers lifted the stoves and counters slow and careful, no scraping or bumps. They stayed cheerful the whole time, even with all the heavy stuff.

I moved from TX back to CA with my bike collection. The Liam and his crew brought extra blankets to protect the frames. Every single bike made it without a scratch. Reliable and efficient throughout the entire process.

I was sending some antique clocks to my brother from FL to CA. The movers brought foam rolls and thick straps to secure them inside wooden crates. They took photos for the paperwork before loading. It took nearly five hours to prepare. Very professional and caring.

The moving from NY to FL helped bring several heavy bookshelves from my cousin’s house in Fresno to mine. They wrapped the shelves in blankets, loaded them carefully, and placed them in the living room. I would highly recommend working with this team.

Sam and Christopher were great. They communicated early and often. They were efficient and make good use of the time moving our materials. Finally, they were patient with is with figuring out where we wanted items placed, and even volunteered to help re-assemble the bed frame. Great team.

The moving service provided by Chris, Juan, and Danny from Arizona was absolutely fantastic. They were professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process. They handled all of my belongings with great care, packed and loaded everything quickly, and made the entire move stress-free. After 20 years in one house, we finally moved from Akron, OH to Miami, FL. Watching strangers handle my things was hard, but they treated each item with respect. It felt like they understood how important this move was to me.

Sam called me in advance to let me know the estimate time of arrival. Samuel and Carlos showed up on time. They did a great job moving all of my stuff safely and quickly. They were very friendly and professional for moving.
