I had movers scheduled for my mom's move and they cancelled at the last minute and I hired Atlantic to do the job on a 2 day notice. They did an excellent job moving my mom from Delray Beach to Boca Raton FL. Paul and his crew were personable, professional and quick. I will continue to use them for moves in the future and refer them to other friends and family! 5 star movers for sure.

Gustavo and Carlos were amazing! Super communication from start to finish. All my items were packed with care and attention! Would definitely use again!

DON'T HIRE!! FRAUD ... They quote one price, come up with a manifest then they come and start the job and when they are almost finished they come up with an excuse to charge you more money. If you refuse they unload your stuff and the so called owner or boss owned by a man (I don't recall his name, but I couldn't understand him because of his accent... I think **) when I told him that I couldn't understand him he then became very unprofessional and refused to talk to me further and told them to get my stuff off his truck.

I checked several companies to try to find the best way to move our small amount of belongings from Sarasota, FL to Michigan. Initial contacts were positive, but the pickup was several hours later than we had been promised, one individual worked very slowly, and things went downhill from there! We were promised ONLY this company would handle our items (which were outsourced to another trucking company), and after 44 phone calls and texts I finally was notified AFTER 8 WEEKS that our belongings would be delivered.

Gustavo, Carlos, Deshawn were amazing at getting everything loaded. Super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this team!!

Updated on 09/01/2026: Delivered my stuff on August 19th after long wait and stressful stay without belongings which cost me more money. Have to pay someone for my stay in GA. In transit Atlantic Group USA lost part of my vacuums, I notified them but no action yet. Received phone call from dispatcher saying he will pay. Its has been almost two weeks since they promised but now again no response from them. Again without giving one star. I can’t submit my review.

I am writing to share my experience with Atlantic Group USA, which was highly unprofessional. My move, scheduled for June 20, 2026, was cancelled by the company after a "no-show" on the scheduled day. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation and secure a refund for my $520 deposit, I have faced ongoing delays and a lack of clear communication. I would not recommend their services based on this lack of reliability and customer support.

Atlantic Group moved me from Temple Hills MD to Greenville, N.C. a couple weeks ago. The office staff was on point and answered all of my questions. The movers did a great job and took great care of my items. In the end I had more items, but that was my fault as I added items at the last minute. I have already told friends and family about this company and they will for sure use them for their next moves. I give these guys 5+ stars.

I moved with this company last month from Miami to Orlando and it took three, days it was terrible, when you call they seem professional and punctual, but when you give the deposit that is expensive, they do not comply with the agreed schedule and mix your things with those of other consumers in the same truck and you run the risk of losing or being contaminated. When you call and talk to the manager named Anthony, he is rude and says that they are not Uber, also one of the employees openly says that they hate America and Americans. For this and more they don't hire them.

Updated on 03/24/2026: Just an update, as of 3/24/26 I still have not received all of my stuff. The man in charge called me on 3/9/26 and offered me a check for $500. to help me buy another bed, that check is still in the mail? He also stated I might get my stuff buy the end of March. I have given up on them, I bought a used bed so I would have a place to sleep. Do not trust them. You can't believe anything they say. America First is just as bad.

We made the mistake of hiring the Atlantic Group USA LLC. We paid $1000 dollars extra to receive a guaranteed delivery date because we were moving to Manhattan and needed to have our things there on a specific date. Well 11 DAYS Later we finally got our things. And by the way, Atlantic Group USA LLC only has 3 trucks and we could only talk to the driver. He told us lies daily. And after having to spend over 2 weeks in Manhattan, they only gave us $200 to help us cover our costs. We will never hire or recommend this company. You should keep googling if you are considering either company.

Beware of corrupt people! They give you one price, promise a delivery date, don’t label our boxes, change prices, don’t tell you about added fees…and straight out lie! Try and get your contract… Good luck. Try and have them return phone calls or text messages, they don’t, especially if you’re a woman. Most unprofessional people ever. Promised a delivery of 3 days out from pickup of items. Every day was another excuse. 11 days of being jerked around they finally show up. One person to unload… One. I couldn’t believe it. Then they tried adding another $2500 plus fees plus surcharges on.

These people are liars and terrible movers. They misrepresented who they were, sent one unlicensed person to move in an entire house full of furniture after a cross country move. They damaged *thousands of dollars of furniture and years later have not paid one cent. They refused to send another person despite repeated requests and lied that they would pay for the damage. Stay far far away.

I have moved many times. Using Atlantic Group USA was the best moving company I have ever used. Chris and his crew were amazing. Our coordinator was transparent on pricing, solutions-oriented, highly responsive by email and phone, you’ll pay a bit more than with some other movers but it’s worth it. I recommend this company above all the others!

From start to finish, the experience with Atlantic Group Moving could not have been better. The moving team was seriously the best I've ever experienced, and you could tell that they were trained properly. As a young woman, they made me feel incredibly comfortable the entire time and were incredibly kind and professional. I wish all my moves had been with Atlantic group, and I recommend this company above all others!

This was our first-time having movers and it was so worth it. They were very efficient, timely, and communicative during the whole process. They picked up boxes and furniture from two locations, dropped everything off at our new home 600 m away and even rebuilt furniture that was taken apart. They also had floor protection to ensure minimal to no damage to our home and they packaged our clothes and even put them up in our new closet! This was such a stress-free experience for us!

This was by far the best experience I've ever had with a moving company. So professional & quick! They were professional and efficient from the moment we started planning, to getting the quote, to executing the move. They showed up on time and took their time to make sure everything was safely wrapped. I cannot recommend them enough - they are AMAZING. Highly recommend using Atlantic group usa.

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish thanks to my Move Coordinator Chris whose organization and communication skills made the process seamless. They made our biggest move, the EASIEST move we've ever made! I can't thank their entire team enough. From start to finish they were professional, thorough, careful and so incredibly kind the whole way through. Seriously, if I could give them 10 stars I would.
