We are very disappointed. One of the colors we chose was supposed to be tan, and they're white. When the installers came, it was a man and his son and they were friendly and reassured us that when they were finished, things would be back as they were when they got here. The gentleman did take pictures of the walls but apparently he did not capture the furniture and tables that were in the room. We are assuming at this point that is why it was all left in the middle of the floor. Things that should have been set up on a table were found laying in the floor. Things that were taken off the walls and out of the room were laid across the back of the house. My mother was attempting to put the room back together after they left and was attempting to hang a curtain and knocked herself in the head fortunately, she did not require medical attention.

When they arrived, at 8 a.m. they had assured us that it would be a few hours to the completion. They left our home with the clean up not done. Their trash was picked up and the windows were taken away, we're thankful for that. But still, a few hours is considered to be 3 - 4 isn't it? They were here for a total of 7.5 hours with the overall job not done. Including the outdoor furniture not being replaced to where it was originally. We did contact the company to inform them of our displeasure of the wrong color. The gentleman we spoke to said he will be sending us a check for $250 for our displeasure of the color. After what they want to charge us for the job overall? Seriously? I don't think $250 is a good compensation. This has caused my mother to become irritated and stressed. She is elderly and does not need this problem.

The Installer then asked my mother how she was going to pay for the job and she replied to him that she was not paying for the job because it was not what she ordered and that she was very unsatisfied. The gentleman then left. At this point she is seriously considering contacting our attorney. We will say this as a positive note.\n We really enjoy How do the windows look on the outside. It's too bad. We can't have company sit outside all the time right now.

Our experience with WinChoice USA has been incredibly disappointing! We signed a contract on 4/30/2025 to have 40 windows installed in our home. While the project was a significant investment, we expected quality and professionalism in return. Installation began on July 2nd and ended on July 5th. The crew even worked through the July 4th holiday, leaving us stuck at home during the process. To make matters worse, two windows were damaged during installation. On July 4th, there was a disagreement among the crew members, and one of them walked off the job, further delaying the installation.

Though the windows were finally installed on July 5th, it's now 9/1, and we are still waiting for the broken windows to be replaced and the missing screen to be delivered. When you're making a significant investment in your home, it's crucial to choose a reliable company. Unfortunately, WinChoice USA did not deliver the level of service we expected. You might want to consider paying a little extra for a company that will actually follow through on their promises.

Just had my roof replaced by WinChoice. Too soon to rate the quality of the product, but at this time the quality seems good. However, the quality of the installation is questionable. It seemed like WinChoice picked up roofers at the street corner to install our roof. Only one of the roofers could speak limited English. The "supervisor" (I think he was) spoke English but he never interacted with the roofers except to go to lunch or toss them a drink. He spent his time sitting in his a/c truck talking/texting on his phone, or he would leave and not return for hours. He never once was on the roof checking and supervising to ensure the work was being done properly. The roofers tore my vents off and tried to just put them back without attaching the vent duct hoses. I had to stop them and make them attach the hose and install the vent properly (the "supervisor" was nowhere around).

There were numerous spots where they cut the underlayment vapor barrier too short and the wood decking was visible. I pointed that out to the "supervisor" and he tried to tell me it was ok because the shingle would cover it. I had to explain to him that all wood had to be covered with underlayment before being shingled because wherever the wood was not covered with underlayment, it would be susceptible to rot. I was not able to watch all the shingling and "supervisor" was nowhere around to supervise the shingling and no telling if all the wood was covered with underlayment. I would never have that crew on my roof again!
