Moving from Florida to New Hampshire with Purple Heart team was a nice decision my wife and I took. Getting in touch with them was very easy. The minute I called, they answered almost immediately and asked me a few vital questions about my move. When that was over, they sent one of their agents who came and prepared the bill for our move. Looking at the estimate they gave us, we were convinced and knew that they would do better. They gave us three days to enable us to get well-prepared.

I used Purple Heart moving group to move from Dallas Texas to Portland Oregon. They are a very dishonest company and I would not recommend them to anyone. The quote I received was erroneous and lower than it should have been because the representative that I gave my inventory to left items off the list he entered for my order to reduce the price of the quote. Despite their company policy to review the itemized list again before pick up, this step was missed. No one from Purple Heart ever called, despite this being their policy, so my list was never reviewed for accuracy prior to the moving day. They tried to show up a day early, and could only reschedule my pick up for the day after I had requested.

Purple Heart was able to resolve the issue. Thank You.

Hired this company to move my things was a great pleasure. They were very fast and hardworking. I really saw the professionalism in these guys, as they carefully brought down my 2 large couches and a huge wardrobe right from the 4th-floor of my flat down without struggles. Besides, they didn't dent or scratch the walls. Initially, I thought they would damage part of the walls, windows or the items to pass those things but surprisingly, they did it in a real professional manner. They're a really wonderful team and highly recommended!!!

Writing this review to, hopefully, save somebody some time, anguish, and trouble. If I had to describe my biggest complaint with Purple Heart, it would be lack of communication. Example - We were informed that the movers would be there on X day. We waited for hours, constantly calling and being told that someone would call us back in 15-20 minutes. An hour and a half later, I would call back and be told that someone would be calling me back in 20 minutes and that the truck was still scheduled to be there. The scheduled time came and went and still no call back. I was calling them back every hour and a half to find out where the truck was. NO ONE from Purple Heart called me, all contact was from me.

I needed to move 65 sets of Dining Table from New Castle, DE and I got these guys did the job for me because I knew they were knowledgeable in packing and moving things like that. Their price was super reasonable and the movers were mindful of the goods. Being the third time hiring them, they did something special for me. Guess what? Absolutely nice price! They made a discount for me, just for hiring them thrice. That was a great thing of this company! Would recommend them to many people!

They showed up at the exact time and date. They worked at a bit slow pace but did a nice work at the end. Even though they were slow as not expected, they carefully loaded all my belongings without a tiny scratch, not to talk of damage. Absolutely, this squad did a marvelous job! I'm looking forward to working with them again for my next move.

Purple Heart transferred 325 cartons of wine to my shopping plaza a month ago and was very happy with the entire staff. Based on the number of items they had to carry, they used one of their mid-size trucks, since they have many sizes of trucks for their business, and I was comfortable with the truck they provided. The loaders were very careful in loading and unloading the items. Since they knew that the goods were breakable kinds of stuff, they really handled them with utmost care. The loading and unloading took them about 5 hours and I appreciated that none of the items went wrong, everything went very smooth and quick. For sure, I'll let these guys do my job again!

My first contact was, with Mike, whom very happily took my deposit. My move date was suppose to be May 14 or 15. Contact person was Kelley. I called, when I did not have a date (several times) kept leaving messages for Kelley, who did not return my calls and never did!! Finally spoke to Marney and was told my name was not on the board and was told I would get a refund that day. Hasn't happened. She called later and told me they found a driver, but would need to use a shuttle, because the driver wouldn't be able to get down my street. My street would have been a straight shot and not a problem. I refused. Probably would have to pay extra. I was able to contact a 'real' moving company and will be here to give me an estimate and have me moved out on Friday. My flight to my destination, is the next morning. I will write a letter to Purple Heart and recommend, that Kelly be removed from her job.

You absolutely CANNOT afford the hassle of a company like this at a stressful time like moving. A $1700 500sq ft 1 bedroom move has now become $3800! This is not a reputable company running an honest business. They are a scam exploiting the dignity of the sacrifice American Purple Heart recipients have made. The estimate is brief over the phone with room to miss things. Once you agree to the move, you are transferred to a new group, then another, then another. I received conflicting calls from many employees causing confusion over dates, the date was changed again on the day of move due to miscommunication. The movers who showed up were not who I spoke with. They told me they were doubling my estimate in hopes that they could just go home. I was told once they arrive, customers are subject to their fees, not Purple Heart.

To Los Angeles, was approaching, my husband did the whole arrangements and told me to get prepared in the next few days, that the movers would come and move us, which I did. Three days to the date of our move, the agent appointed to our move called and told us to get ready to be moved in 3 days time. An early hour of that date, the team showed up with all their materials needed for the job. They instantly went into our apartment, disassembled all our pieces of furniture and disconnected our home appliances and boxed them all. They arranged everything and then loaded them in the truck in less than 2 hours and head for our destination. The crew was very obedient, calm and knowledgeable! They took proper care of our things and nothing was damaged. I really appreciated their fastness, hardworking and friendly style and we will highly refer all our families and friends to them. Excellent Service!

Purple Heart team made our relocation a superb. Comparing with my past moves, this company is pretty unique. From the very day, I came in communication with the Customer Service, that was when I realized that I was at the right place. Jessica didn't behave like a boss or a manager, this lady got me through every factor of the things needed to do before & after my move. She was absolutely competent and accommodating. I was provided with the appropriate and most effective laborers to take care of my job, and generally speaking, they did very well. The best driver I had met ever since I began to relocate. Lino was a nice person, he drove carefully so that my fragile item could be secured because I had many assorted breakable items. All of the squad that worked for me were respectful, obedient and professional. I highly refer this team to anyone that needs a reliable and quick service for their move.

I got these guys via online search and was very happy that the reviews I saw on their account were not far beyond the truth. These guys amazed me with their wonderful services. Quickness! Friendly attitude! And GOOD price! They moved my goods from three locations in Florida and delivered them to 5 locations in Jacksonville in Florida in 2 days. The services they provided me was superb. The Customer Service was a great thing for me during all my transactions with them. At some point, they were calling often to know what was going on and also whether I was satisfied with their service. Absolutely, satisfied with everything Purple Heart team did for me and without hesitation, I will refer many of my friends to them who want to move their things in a well-disposed manner.

These movers were hired by us to move 12 large pianos and 30 guitars from two different warehouses and also to three different locations within the State of Florida. They gave us a nice price and did a wonderful job. The movers were very careful and serious about their duty. They loaded everything in a real professional manner, separated the two items from each other, so it was very easy and fast for them to unload the items when they arrived at the places we wanted them to unload the stuff. The driver, Richie, was nice and drove with extreme carefulness. By the time every product was delivered, we didn't find anything missing or damaged. Everything went so smooth, just the way we wanted them. Definitely, we wouldn't hesitate to tell all our friends and business partners about this company and their services.

Purple Heart Moving Group moved 8 Outboard Engines from West Palm Beach, Florida to Eagleville, Delaware for us just last month and we were happy with their services. We booked them 2 weeks before the move because we were waiting for the consignment or quantity of the merchandise to be completed before they can come. Soon as the products were completed, we called them and they showed up in an hour's time, not minding the time we scheduled was not yet reached. The movers and the driver were so friendly and hardworking. They carefully lifted and handled everything with utmost care. They were as well quick and professional in loading and unloading the items. This company delivered our goods and services in 6 days and we are very happy with everything they did. We will get in touch with them from time to time. Great Service!

I hired these guys to move 145 sets of Home-Theaters from my old warehouse to my new stockroom at Florida recently and they really performed very well beyond my expectation. The movers were extra careful in handling my goods. Though at the end of the delivery, only one broke and shattered due to one of the movers mistakenly packed it wrongly and based on that, it slipped and damaged. If not for that, the movers were great and fast. From the loading and unloading took these guys less than 5 hours to accomplished the task. However, they were very sorry for that mistake and apologized, which I accepted. I recommend them for their professionalism and will use them again soon.

The crew working with Purple Heart and storage were outstanding! We paid for a storage option to keep our possessions which include pieces of furniture from our old residence for 4 months until eventually, we transferred to our new home. All of the movers showed up at our old house on the day of the transfer. Those things were kept in their storage facility and immediately after the 4 months, we called the Customer Service again to schedule one more transferring from the storage to our new home.

Purple Heart moved my house furniture a couple of weeks ago and it was the most stress-free move ever in my life, after many years of moves. I did move coast to coast, through the entire state, as well as various towns and cities - using the services of not less than 5-8 different moving agencies. These men are definitely the most respectful and experienced I have ever in my life utilized. They turned up earlier, all of them worked well together, did not leave a mark on any on my wall surfaces, absolutely no filthy on any bed mattress or even pieces of furniture - very ethical. I was worried they could be delayed since I have gotten the actual move scheduled ahead of time which happened to be on a Saturday afternoon, even so, the truth is, these guys showed up earlier than expected! I was blown away precisely how quick they caused it to be.

The moment I gave them a phone call, Customer Service responded with a voice of encouragement. The person on the CS gave me a hope and advice that motivated me to trust them. The agent came to my workshop and gave me a list of an estimate and I was happy to accept their price because it matched up with my budget. Two days later, they showed up with their materials for the task along with a nice truck, and they began loading immediately.

This company is great! They are really Experts. They were highly Solution Oriented. The Customer Service was quite simple to access and also very helpful. There was a small move in our home that requires a moderate size van, even so, the company was prepared to ponder over it and charge reasonably. The representative worked well along with my cousin to really make it work out as planned for us while I was away. The price was very good (one of the best). All their workers did their job nicely and also correctly.

We called quite a few movers as we were able to and Purple Heart answered without delay. Thanked Purple Heart for responding to us and then came to help move us. The Customer Service was excellent, responded to our phone calls and pointed out the actual step to go by to ensure we have the most effective and quick service necessary. The coordinator who also followed up with us to accomplish the results was also a nice person. The coordinator made sure everything went quite nicely right from the first step to the finish.

I am a home builder and familiar with different moving companies across the United States. Formerly based in Michigan and had transferred my business to the State of Florida recently. I had used many movers over the years in moving my materials from marketplaces to my sites. However, I have not tried Purple Heart not until last week when I was disappointed by my favorite movers. To be honest, I testified a big difference between the two groups and Purple Heart was made a big difference. Simply the best and easy to work with!

I did not contract directly with this company. I used a broker that contracted this company. Apparently, this company had horrible reviews and was losing business so Purple Heart Moving Group used them to help their business. Apparently, Purple Heart Moving Group contracts with moving companies that have poor ratings to help them build their ratings and get business. With that, this has been one of the worst experiences. Upon my initial contact with them, we had a firm delivery date of 04/15/2018. I hadn’t heard from them by 04/12 so I reached out to Purple Heart Moving Group and they advised Cobra hadn’t finalized their schedule but they would be in contact. I never heard from them, but on April 15th at 17:26 I received a called from someone named “Simon” advising they will be delivering tomorrow April 16th between 10-14:00.

From the beginning to the end was an amazing experience with this team. I didn't find anything so hard like the previous movers I used. The crew of Purple Heart was pretty different, they are real champions and they took their time describing every step of the moving perspectives. They answered every question and made sure I followed what they were saying. That was absolutely incredible!

The issue referenced in my previous review/complaint has been resolved. I did choose to continue service through this company and a driver was sent to pick up my things.

I have remarks and fiction to say about this moving company. They moved my building materials from my old locality to a new one as expected. They showed up on time and carefully packed the stuff in a professional manner. To get started, they gave me an awesome bill to shift my materials from New Hampshire locality to West Palm Beach, FL. This was a typical long-distance operation, so I was determined to get a reliable and strong mover to do the job. I searched many places and also made a lot more calls but I wasn't satisfied with what other movers presented, which includes how they will face the work. After several interviews with many movers, Purple Heart won my heart. With their explanations and behaviors, I knew I was at the right place. I did all that because I knew that the job was a very hard one. In that case, I needed people who can focus and achieve a good result.

A business partner referred Purple Heart to me when I was planning my move from Kentucky to North Carolina in December 2017. Finally, I phoned the Customer Service to verify how they work, luckily for me, they responded to my call the minute I called them. I asked them some questions regarding my move and they explained everything that I needed to know. However, I was impressed with the answers they gave me so I decided to choose them for my move. While I was thinking of how I could go to the office to conclude everything about my move with them, including the payment, they called back and said they were going to send one of their branch representatives to my house for an estimate, which was fine with me in that way.

I was quoted a price of $4600.00 to move from Indianapolis to Missouri, I thought was a good quote, they had guaranteed that would be the price. When the movers got there, in a Budget rent a truck, the movers walked around the house and said it would cost more. He quoted me $8900.00, that is in addition to the other amount, so the total cost of the move $13,000.00. I had no choice but to use them because I had to be out of my house that weekend since the closing was in two days. Since the scheduled date was not guaranteed on the mover's contract they took an extra 3 days to deliver move house. I was afraid to complain to anyone because I thought I would never see my stuff again. Also, I am still waiting for a call because some of my stuff was damaged and I thought they might do something about it. I feel so stupid and can't believe this nightmare. I wish there was something I could do.

I made a comprehensive research before I went with this mover. Seeing the reviews they acquired, I was inspired to try them. The very first thing I did was to call the Customer Service and in return, they answered my call right away. This impression also motivated me took the last decision. The next step was 2 men came to my residence to take inventory of what needed to be vacated. After a little while, they dropped me the cost of moving my things from Colorado down to Texas and the charge they gave me wasn't all that bad, I accepted it, so we signed the deal. They showed up two days after, with all their moving materials and a nice truck that fit the distance they had to cross. I was highly impressed when I glanced at those tools they presented for the assignment.

From the start, I communicated with the Customer Service and they were quick to respond. I asked them a few questions concerning my move and they also answered me and gave me guidelines on how to get my move started. After my discussion with them, they assigned one of their agents to my job. The agent came and took an inventory of what needed to be packed and then prepared an estimation for the whole of my things. Looking at the quotation sheet, I was impressed with the price they presented because I wasn’t expecting such a reasonable offer like this. So we agreed and the agent left and hoping to see his team in the next two days.

Purple Heart deserves way more than 5 stars! They are excellent all around and I am so happy I went with this company. Their moving coordinators are top notch, they are professional and polite and they explained everything I needed to know about the move and what to expect. Their drivers and movers are hard workers and also polite. They have a customer service department that is on stand-by 24 -7 and they are a pleasure to speak with.

I wanted to write this review because I received such exceptional service from Purple Heart Moving Company. I am retired military and have made many many moves. I have always moved with military movers. Since I am retired, I decided to go with a local moving company. From the first call I made to the company until my delivery day, it was a great experience. The driver was very friendly and explained all that he was doing. The movers were at my home all day without any complaints. They dealt with me asking 100 questions! Haha. I would definitely refer this company to other people. Purple Moving "Thank you" for a great job. I'm at home and at ease and happy!!

Just writing a quick review about my fantastic experience with Purple Heart Moving! From the start of my decision to move, I was very anxious. I must of called 10 different moving companies and they all had a story. I then called Purple Heart. Their Moving Coordinator (I think that's what he called himself :)) was so knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information. Some things, I didn't even know.

I used this company for my recent move from Georgia to Pennsylvania and I am very happy with the final outcome. The pricing was reasonable and the representatives I spoke with were great. They fully explained the estimate and what to expect moving forward. The drivers showed up on time for both pickup and delivery. The movers were great, professional and worked fairly quickly to pack and load all of my items. I did not have any issues with missing or broken items and all of my boxes were properly labeled. I will be using this company if I ever need to move and I will be referring family and friends to them as well. Thanks again for a job well done!

I was given 2 weeks to find a company that would move me across country by my work. I found a few companies that I would consider reputable. I figured it would be important to share my experience so others could read it. I live in, what most would consider a larger house. I have five bedrooms of furniture with lots that has been passed down through my family for some generations. You could say moving is a heap of stress for me. Not to mention, I have 3 kids that were not happy about moving either. I was able to put all of my furniture that I was taking on the list myself.

I used Purple Heart for my recent move from GA to KY and I am very pleased with their services. In my opinion, they have great prices, their representatives are professional and very thorough from start to finish. I was always able to call in and speak with a live person, no matter what time of day or night. The actual movers were professional and showed up in a truck that matched their uniforms. They completely packed all of my belongings and helped to disassemble my larger items.

From the first time that I contacted the company and spoke to the Moving Coordinator up until my delivery, it has been a huge pleasure. I used this company for my move last month from Georgia to Virginia and I am happy to share I had a great experience. I needed to move to be closer to my family after completing school, which I discovered would also increase my chances of employment. I called in and spoke to Henry, who was very informative and explained the entire estimate to me pretty quickly. I gave him a list of all of my items and he provided a price which was hard to resist. I called back the next day to book my move, made a deposit and was explained what to expect going forward.

Ok so I booked a move from my home in Michigan to my new home in Dallas. I used Purple Heart Moving because the guy that I spoke with at the company answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. When they arrived to pick up my things, they were very organized and brought a lot of boxes and wrapping paper with them, which I had forgot to buy! They handled my things with care and the two movers did a great job of loading the truck with no mishaps. I have moved several times and have used some big major van lines but I have to say that I enjoyed the personal touch that I got from this company. I talked to customer service several times before and after my move, and they were very courteous and knowledgeable. Great company overall! Would recommend this company to family and friends for sure!!

I wanted to take out a minute from unpacking my home to make some comments about my recent move from Florida to New York. The Purple Heart Moving Group were all professional from the start! From the moving coordinator that arranged my move to the gentlemen who just delivered my belongings, they were all so nice, They really cared about me and my family. They took such good care of my things! I had some antiques from my grandmother and they took their time in wrapping and packing each piece individually. They treated my things like they were their own. I wanted to Thank them all. I am really happy that they took some stress off of me by being on time and working very hard!! Thanks again!!

I used this company for my move from Miami to Boston and I am very happy with their services. I called in and received a quote based off the inventory I would be moving. I originally had my pickup date for a few months later, but needed to move quicker than expected after speaking with my employer. I was able to call in and get my pickup switched with no hassle.

Last year I needed to move, I was extremely low on time and money. I had my kids who are toddlers. I had recently lost my cousin, who was my biggest help when it came to my kids. I had to move 1600 miles away. I accepted a new job in Atlanta Georgia, although I was excited about starting over from scratch, I was completely stressed out.

Wanted to let everyone on the web know what a great experience I had with Purple Heart Moving. My husband is a Vet, so he felt very comfortable with this organization. We moved from California to New York. Our pickup was right on time and our delivery was on time also, despite the weather we were having in NY. I contracted with Purple Heart Moving Group about 2 weeks ago to book a last minute move after I got stood up by another company. They were able to come To my home just a few hours after I called and they got me out of what could have been a bad situation for me financially. I really appreciate the time and effort put into my move and I will always recommend these guys.

Wow! What a great experience we had with this company. I read a lot about moving scams while researching companies so I was a bit nervous to book with anyone but I’m glad I chose Purple Heart. They really do provide excellent service and accurate estimates.

I hired this company after speaking with a few others and I’m so glad I chose them. Nate was my main point of contact. He provided me a quote (very accurate) and kept in touch with me throughout the entire course of the move. On the day of pick up 3 guys showed up very kind and professional. They walked through my home as I pointed out exactly what was going. Everything they put on the truck was wrapped, stacked, and stickered securely. I was very impressed at this point. Delivery took only 3 days and the same crew came to my new home with my belongings. Everything was accounted for as it was coming off of the truck and they began to set up everything in my new home. There was 1 broken drinking glass which was no big deal to me, I packed those boxes anyway so it wasn’t of any fault of them. Overall I rate this company 5 stars and would gladly use them again.

I was satisfied with Purple Heart services. Initially, I thought it would be very difficult to move me since I have not moved for a long time. When contacted some friends, they recommended Purple Heart to me, so I started my arrangements by first of all calling them over the phone. The first impression I got from this team was the customer service responded to my call instantly. Secondly, they asked me about the distance I was dwelling so as to come directly to their office for more information and clarifications.

I was contacted after putting my information in. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable and didn’t push me. I have talked to a lot of people who were persistently trying to get my money, I’m pleased that this person did not do that. I don’t like feeling pressured. I was able to think and research without my phone and email going off every day from Purple Heart Moving. I decided to go with them and I’m happy to say that I did. Very professional and careful. I would tell others to use them if asked.

Purple Heart Moving catered to my dad's veteran status. A discount was applied because of this and he was so please. The communication was fantastic and they have friendly people to speak to. It was, overall, pretty easy. They arrived at a decent hour and got everything loaded quickly. My father and I were pleased. Hopefully we will not be moving again, but we will recommend!

My family and I used this company for our move to California and had an excellent experience all around. We were given a very fair price and our quote was pretty accurate to our actual weight. Everyone we spoke with was very knowledgeable and kind. The movers were professional. The items arrived in the same condition in which they left. Purple Heart will continue to be my mover. I contacted this mover after a recommendation from my colleague who told me about their excellent service. I called and a date was chosen for the move. The guys sent over came on time and carefully packed every of my belongings. The move was super fast and all my belongings arrive within the time frame and also in a perfect condition.

First we were not told they sublet the job out to a different moving company! My BF called to let Henry, the person who answered his phone everytime we called before the move date, that we had way more items put together in 1 area for the movers, than on the list! Henry said, "No problem, you paid a flat rate for up to 2000 pounds, no worries!" Well the movers came, called us as we are in SC, items in MA, said they were to charge 3000.00 instead of 1500.00 plus wrapping of our sectional couch, TV, etc. and that would be more money! Like what? So of course we want to speak with Henry, the planner, but of course no answer, and no callback nor our 550.00 deposit.

I contacted this mover last December for a long distance move and everything about the move was interesting from start to finish, the team sent over did a great job. They carefully packed my goods and delivered them in a perfect condition. I will definitely use this mover again.

I heard about Purple Heart Moving Group from a family friend. I was pleased when talking to them for the first time. Exceeded my expectations. I gave them every piece of furniture in my house that was moving and they were a tad more expensive than other companies. Did some further research and the other companies had terrible reviews. I read everyone and they all said the same thing. Price gouging. I went with Purple Heart and feel as if I made the right move. Everything went smooth.

The movers took great care of my things & paid close attention to detail. They were courteous & respectful. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is moving. Setting up movers to help me was also a pleasant experience. The customer service was also top notch.

The price went up 200$ on pickup, but we ended up having way more boxes than we thought. We were charged fairly and the service was awesome! Super friendly people.
