    Been trying to contact this company since early November. You are on hold for hours on their customer service line, if you leave a number for a call back - which is an option - they never call you back. If you try emailing them on their website - they don't respond. If you try emailing their CEO - also no response. Bottom line, there is a lack of communication, unanswered calls and emails, and unfulfilled promises for callbacks or service dates.

    My wheelchair needs to be lemon lawed before I end up getting hurt because of this wheelchair. Here’s why: 1) I’ve had a lot of technical difficulties where my wheelchair errors and then just powers down, twice while I was crossing the street and was almost hit. Then there was a glitch where joystick out of center came up about 20 times when I was stopped and not touching it. It updated and powered off well I was using it.

    2) The chair itself is unsafe the company has sent people out to fix it multiple times
    * because the side pieces that hold me up are constantly falling off
    * the right arm is going to fall off
    * the joystick had to be replaced

    * and more

    They don’t believe in paperwork (showing there were repairs) so I couldn’t lemon law my wheelchair. When I first got the chair the seat cover ripped right at the seams which is covered by warranty but my insurance still paid for a new one. Now I’m waiting on new motors on a 1 year old chair. The batteries needed to be replaced at 6 months, and aren’t working correctly now.

      In 2024 I received prescription for a new manual wheel chair., but the wheelchair did not fit it was too wide, the wrong push handles. One month I met with Jeremy Pierce of National Seating & Mobility (NSM) together with a therapist from Swan Rehab regarding the new manual wheelchair. I have been trying to successfully connect with the employees of NSM office to complete the original order. As of today 7/30/2025, I is still without a functioning wheelchair. I am is 78 years old, quadriplegic, has used wheelchairs for the last 50 years, and this is completely unacceptable. This company is so bad that is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. They are also a vendor from Humana, and Humana is actually very upset with this company.

      Hello, PT here having been on the line for over an hour trying to make an appointment for a pt. at one of the many ALFs. Used to be able to call NSM Niantic branch, speak to a person and set up an appointment in under 3 mins. Now, over an hour later, call centers and garbled voice and no accountability or possibility to contact branch directly. Nothing. Called NuMotion and was able to speak to someone directly and will see how that goes. Too bad, over 15 years of doing business with NSM, but totally dysfunctional and not possible to work with them now. Left message on customer service line, but can't keep my patients waiting.

      Are the good reviews real? Are you serious? This is the worse company I believe I have ever seen! I been waiting 6 months for this company to fix my husband’s wheelchair and every time a tech comes to fix it they bring the same parts. The same parts that they already established the chair doesn’t need 3 service visits ago. I never seen a company do anything like this. It’s bad enough the waiting period for a tech to fix the chair is unbelievable, but then they bring the same parts from the last visit. Honestly, I don’t think they know what’s wrong with my husband's chair, and I don’t think they are interested in finding out.
