I recently had the experience of getting a Kohler walk-in tub installed. We initially came across Kohler online while researching walk-in tubs, and they stood out because they had local crews ready for installation, unlike some other high-rated brands where we would have had to find installers ourselves.
The presentation was handled by a very pleasant and knowledgeable representative who had over 20 years of experience, which was impressive. The installation process was mostly on schedule, taking about three days. However, there were some issues with our hot water heater. Since we have a propane system, the existing heater wasn’t adequate, so a bigger one was installed. Unfortunately, the state inspector had some concerns, so we're still working through that issue.

I first learned about Kohler when I was looking online for a suitable tub. I found an email from them, reached out, and they came over on a weekend to discuss pricing and features. I agreed to having them do the job. The installation team did an excellent job; they spent a little over half a day installing the tub, and we tried it out the following day.
We purchased the walk-in tub primarily for safety reasons, as both my wife and I are 85, and she was having difficulty getting in and out of a regular tub. Since installation, I find myself using the shower less often, opting instead to hop into the tub. While we haven't fully utilized all the tub's features yet, we appreciate how easy it is to get in and out. Overall, it works fine and meets our needs.

We chose a Kohler walk-in shower as their walk-in tub was too expensive for us, but we love our shower. The installation process went smoothly without any problems. Initially, three people came out for the teardown, and we managed some drywall work ourselves. One person completed the installation afterward.
The quality of the work was excellent. My husband loves the new bathroom area, especially now that it includes a grab bar for added safety. We would definitely recommend Kohler to our family and friends if they need any bathroom installations. The new shower has greatly impacted our lives.

I love my Kohler walk-in bath. I'd wanted one for years, especially when my husband was ill, but he was resistant to the idea. Sadly, he passed away last November, and I decided it was time for me to get one, as my old tub was too hard to get out of. The guy that came was so good. The installation was smooth, done by two great guys from around Beaufort, and only took a day and a half. They were terrific.
I'm 92 years old, and I especially love the bubble features—it’s like taking a bubble bath. However, I think it could be difficult for someone very ill to use because the jets are powerful, and they might need assistance. Still, I’m satisfied with my purchase. Growing up, my sister swore by Kohler for their quality, so I knew I was choosing a reliable product.

I saw an ad on TV about Kohler and decided to go with them because of the quality of the product and the brand's reputable history. The salesperson who came to my home was very professional and well-informed about the product. Watching the installation was amazing; it was a two-day job, completed very professionally, and I am very pleased with the results.
The quality of the walk-in tub is good. My spouse and I are an older couple, so the safety features are particularly important to us. Having this tub has definitely enhanced our safety. The only issue we encountered was that the water supply took too long to fill the tub, but that was a plumbing problem on our end, which has since been repaired.
Overall, I am pleased with the product and service from Kohler and would recommend it to others.

I recently had a Kohler walk-in shower installed, and the process was generally very smooth. I initially came across Kohler while researching online. A Kohler sales representative visited my home, and I found him to be very informative and helpful. Although I initially considered Jacuzzi, I decided on Kohler because of the representative's compelling presentation.
Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen medical situation requiring open heart surgery, the process was delayed. However, the sales rep was very understanding and allowed me to postpone payment until financial assistance from the VA was confirmed. Once everything was set in place, the installation crew effectively managed the job, completing it in two days despite an initial hiccup due to a broken component during delivery.
The seat and the long hose are particularly beneficial, as both my wife and I are disabled. The easy-to-use switch on the hose is a thoughtful addition. We chose a white design to complement our bathroom's aesthetics, and I am very satisfied with the product. It has significantly improved our daily routine, particularly for my wife, who is in a wheelchair, as it eases her ability to shower.

We decided to install a Kohler Walk-In Bath for safety reasons due to medical issues in our household. Kohler's reputation and our familiarity with the brand led us to choose them. The sales visit was thorough but overly long. We had already decided on Kohler, but the representative had to present a detailed company history, which wasn't necessary for us. My husband had just returned from the hospital and it was exhausting for him to sit through it.
The installation team did an outstanding job. Our house, built in 1941, posed some challenges, but the installers skillfully solved them, ensuring that the electrical lines were discreetly run. The final installation was seamless, and they cleaned up perfectly afterward.
We're very impressed with the walk-in bath itself; the quality is superb. One minor issue is the showerhead's positioning, which seems to sit too far from the tub for comfortable use while seated. One remarkable feature is the jets' self-cleaning function, preventing mold growth, which is a brilliant piece of engineering.
We acknowledge the product is expensive, but it reflects the top-notch quality and engineering that Kohler is known for. Kohler products are a significant investment, but if within budget, they are definitely worth it.

We got the Kohler shower, and it includes a seat and other deluxe features, along with safety bars, which are great. The salesperson explained everything. The installation process was also a positive experience. The team knew what they were doing and completed the installation in about a day and a half because they needed to put in a vent as well. After installation, we waited a couple of days to make sure everything was set before using it.

Our initial sales visit was very positive, and the installation was handled professionally. The installation took around six hours, and the quality of the work was good. I chose Kohler due to the name recognition from advertisements. The sales visit was pleasant and straightforward, with minimal questions from my side, and they promised quick installation, which they delivered just a couple of weeks after the initial visit. The installation team was impressive. They organized for a county inspection right on the day of installation and worked efficiently and respectfully. They laid down protective coverings to keep my floors clean and made sure to explain the tub's features, like not using it for the first 24 hours. I was particularly impressed with their ability to move the new tub upstairs and the old one downstairs without damaging my narrow stairway or walls.
I would recommend Kohler to my friends and family. The tub itself has exceeded my expectations. Although it takes a while to fill, it drains rapidly thanks to a large drain they installed. The need to adjust the water heater temperature was anticipated since the tub holds around 85 gallons, but it's all manageable. The features are great, and it's easy to clean. The tub has three speed settings for the jets, from gentle to a regular jacuzzi, which I enjoy the most. The jets effectively relieve my leg pain at the end of the day, offering a soothing massage. There's also a back heater, which I don't use, as I find it unnecessary for my needs. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase, appreciating both the quality of the product and the excellent service received.

We've had Kohler products over the years and decided to get a Kohler walk-in tub for my mother-in-law because she needed more assistance getting in and out of the shower. We've always liked the brand. The sales interaction was good, and the installation guy did a great job. While I don't use the tub myself, my mother-in-law seems to like it, which was the main goal.

I chose Kohler Walk-In Bath primarily due to its strong reputation. My daughter found out about it through an ad online. The sales representative who visited us explained everything, showed samples and told us how it would work, and we agreed to it. The installation team was absolutely fantastic. They communicated what they were going to do, completed the job within two days, made sure to clean up, and explained all functions of the bathtub thoroughly. Their service was great.
We opted for the tub combo and it has been wonderful during the time we've used it. My daughter, who was especially keen on having a walk-in tub, has numerous times commented on how nice it is. Initially, I was more interested in a walk-in shower but now that we’re accustomed to it, we're finding it excellent. If a friend asked about my experience with Kohler, I would confidently tell them to go for it. It’s so convenient to just open the door and walk in, particularly for older individuals who might find it challenging to climb over the edge of a standard tub. Overall, the customer experience and equipment quality are top-notch, deserving a solid five stars. As for the price, while it’s slightly expensive, it’s worth it, so I would rate it a four.

I have always known Kohler to be a reputable brand, and when my wife and I needed to replace our old Whirlpool bathtub, it was an obvious choice. Our previous bathtub was also a Kohler, but after 50 years, it stopped working and couldn't be fixed. Being in our seventies, we decided a walk-in bath would be more convenient. Kohler recommended a local installation group that did an excellent job. They were quick, performed the installation in one day, and left everything clean. We're really satisfied with their service.
Using the Kohler walk-in bath is mostly a pleasant experience. The only downside, due to its design, is having to sit inside while it fills, but that's manageable. I enjoy the warmth, filling it until our large water heater runs out because I like it warm. It has an automatic shut-off for the bubbles after about 20 minutes. The tub drains quickly, which is a big plus for me. I can start drying off as it drains, making the process comfortable.
We opted for the model with a heated back, which we enjoy, and it includes a bubble feature. It also has a shower head, though we mainly use a separate shower. Overall, the bath's performance is excellent. The water flow and bubble strength are just right. I'd confidently rate it highly and have already recommended it to several friends. Though the cost wasn't cheap, we believe it was worth it for the quality. For anyone who experiences aches or stiffness, this bath is beneficial. After a day working in the yard, it helps alleviate my stiffness, and I just feel much better afterward. I am genuinely pleased with our decision to choose Kohler.

My daughter and I discovered Kohler through television, and she arranged for them to come out for a home consultation. The sales representative was incredibly nice, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. If I had to rate him, he'd get a perfect score from me.
The installation process was smooth and completed by a lovely husband-and-wife team who were also very pleasant to work with. The entire installation took about 3 to 4 hours, and the quality of their work was excellent. Everyone who sees the installation loves it, and I can't help but recommend it to my friends when they visit.
My favorite feature has to be the shower. It's so convenient - I can pull the showerhead off and maneuver it around, which makes using it incredibly easy without needing to sit in the tub. It's just beautiful.
Overall, this has been the best decision we've made, enhancing our home living experience.

I have used Kohler products for many years and when it came to purchasing a Kohler walk-in bath, the sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in explaining everything. Although I wasn't present for the installation, everything was cleaned up well, and it was a quick process. My husband said they did a good job.
I use the walk-in tub all the time and would definitely recommend it. I can't say it has significantly changed my life since I've always had a bathtub, but I do appreciate the comfort. I've used a Kohler soaking tub before, and this walk-in tub is my first, offering ease of access without needing a stool to get in and out.
Kohler has always been responsive, and when I had an issue with the drain in my last tub, they replaced it with no hassle. Overall, Kohler provides good quality products.

I first heard about Kohler on TV. I was just starting to get bids from different companies for a walk-in bath, but after seeing what Kohler had to offer and meeting with them, I decided to go with them. They seemed fair, and I really liked what they were offering. I also liked their salesperson and the overall experience was very helpful. I recently suffered a bad spinal injury, and the hydrotherapy feature is a blessing—it's amazing! I use the hydrotherapy feature every day for my spinal injury, usually around 6 PM after being active all day. It helps relieve the pain. I've even had friends come over to use it because it's so beneficial. The installation team was fabulous. They were very nice, professional, and made sure to clean up after themselves. I've had other installations before that were a nightmare, but this was a great experience. I've recommended Kohler to quite a few people, and they are starting to save money to install one themselves.

I recently installed a walk-in bath from Kohler. I discovered Kohler when I searched for walk-in showers online, and a few companies reached out. The quality of Kohler's materials was superior, even though the prices were comparable among the options I considered. Jack, the installer, did a great job. He tore it out in one day and put it in the next. The workmanship was outstanding. While the project wasn't inexpensive, it was well worth the investment due to the high-quality finish. I particularly enjoy the overall experience the bath provides. Both my wife and I find our showers more enjoyable now. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and would confidently rate my experience five stars. The price, customer service, and the bath itself all deserve a strong five-star rating.

I first heard about Kohler through some research I did, and I chose Kohler because it was the first company that came up. The sales visit with the Kohler agent was good; he was professional and knowledgeable about the product. On installation day, I was prepared and ready. When the installation team arrived, we just left the room, and they did their job. It took two people to complete the installation.
The quality of work they did was excellent. This product has been helpful, especially since we're an older couple. It alleviates sore muscles; it's not a complete remedy, but it does bring quite a relief. My favorite feature is the bubbles—they're very refreshing, comforting, and relaxing. I chose Kohler Walk-In Bath because I knew they were a reputable brand. The sales guy was very professional. It a professional, timely, and very good experience. They even came to my home for a presentation and provided a clear timeline for the installation, which they adhered to perfectly.
The installation went very smoothly and was completed in just one day. I had a new walk-in shower installed and though I'm not totally familiar with all the terms, I can say we're really happy with everything. We only had to wait overnight for everything to set before use.
If a friend were to ask me about my experience, I’d tell them it was a very good experience with a very good company, and everything works well. My experience met my expectations and was even life-changing.

I purchased a Kohler walk-in bath for my 90-year-old mother-in-law after researching the best options online. We chose Kohler because of its low step-in height, and we're absolutely satisfied with that decision.
The sales representative was great and respected my request not to disclose the price in front of my mother-in-law. Installation was smooth and efficient, despite my mother-in-law's initial apprehension due to the installer's tattoos. However, she found him very nice and knowledgeable. He even returned an extra day to add a backsplash because there was a gap.
The bath itself is amazing; it fits perfectly as if the space was designed for it. My mother-in-law finds it much easier to bathe now, and the features are excellent. We particularly appreciate the heated seat, which I turn on as she gets ready, and the jets, which help with her circulation and soothe muscle soreness.
This purchase has greatly improved my mother-in-law's quality of life, giving her the freedom to enjoy a bath again. I would definitely recommend this product to friends and family. I believe it's the best decision we've made for her. As for pricing, although it was high, I feel it's justified by the quality and features. Overall, I would rate both the product and customer service as excellent.

When the sales representative visited, though he seemed new, he was personable and genuine, which put me at ease despite my usual caution with salespeople. My main issue was not about him, but I was advised to upgrade my 50-gallon hot water heater to a 75-gallon, and even that wasn't quite sufficient. I wish I’d been advised to do the 90. I'm considering moving up to a 90-gallon if adjustments don't solve the problem. I'm very disappointed. It cost me $2,500 to convert from the 50 to the 75. I do not wanna have to pay again to go to the 90.
The installation was almost completed in one day, save for a missing part that was addressed the next morning. During installation, I wasn't involved much, but the two professionals worked smoothly and competently, leaving me confident in their work.
On a recommendation scale, I’d give Kohler a 4.5. However, I’d advise potential buyers to ask more evaluation questions beforehand. I eventually rated a 5 for customer service and the product's quality, even though the tub's flooring could be more slip-resistant. I had a workaround for the hard-to-lock door, thanks to a helpful installer who provided a makeshift solution with a piece of PVC piping. He gave me a piece to slip over the handle so that I could use my whole lower arm from the elbow to the hand to press down on that to lock it and then to use it to unlock it.
In terms of cost, I found it pricey and wish it were more affordable. While upgrades like these may boost safety, they don’t greatly increase home value, as I’ve found through past real estate experiences. The product does come with good safety features, like bars and a seating area.
Overall, aside from the hot water capacity issue – which I plan on addressing with further adjustments – my experience has been positive. I'm grateful to the installer who swiftly responded to my concern with the lock without needing to engage the company's customer service.

I decided to get a walk-in tub from Kohler because they were one of the first companies I found online, and I've had good experiences with Kohler products in the past. My experience with their plumbing materials has always been reliable, which influenced my decision. The installation team for the walk-in bath was very professional, which I appreciated. As for the salesperson, although he didn't actually sell me on the product since I was already interested, he was professional and personable.
One of my favorite features of the walk-in bath is the sensation of sitting in the water with it hot and streaming around you. It's incredibly soothing and helps with my aches and pains. I definitely feel that the walk-in bath was worth it. They suggested I supplement my hot water, either with a bigger heater or an inline booster, and I regret not following their advice. I'll have to address that now by hiring a plumber for a new hot water heater.

I've been aware of the Kohler brand mainly through advertisements, possibly on TV or in magazines. Their reputation with products like toilets made me confident in their expertise. The Kohler walk-in bath salesperson was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. The installation team was also very nice. English wasn't their first language. They sent a young lady along that was the translator if I had questions. If she needed to ask them a question, she'd ask them and then she would explain it to me. The finished product was satisfactory, and although I prefer showers, the bathing experience it provides is fine. Overall, I'm satisfied with Kohler's product and services.

Customer service, product quality, and the sales representative were all excellent. I first heard about Kohler when my mom was searching for a walk-in tub, as she needed one. Among the options we considered, Kohler stood out because it is a well-known brand, and we really liked their product. The installation process went smoothly. The installers were polite and pleasant to work with, which was refreshing as I had other work done on the house over the summer. They were patient and took the time to explain things if I had questions. The installation took about two days, and the quality was excellent. However, there’s an issue with the trim on one side of the door that is coming off, but I have not reached out to Kohler about this yet.
Regarding the bath itself, the main downside is how long it takes to fill, which might be due to it being upstairs and possibly related to the house's design. On the positive side, the tub drains well, and my mom loves the jets and overall is very happy with it. We're looking into solutions for improving the water pressure to fill the tub faster. The tub has significantly improved my mom's life. It reduces the risk of injury, as she previously had a unique way of getting in and out of a regular bathtub, making it much safer for her.

I chose Kohler for my walk-in bath because the brand has been around for a long time, and I felt confident in their product. The sales representative came to my house, showed me the product, and discussed its features and pricing. I would rate his professionalism and knowledge a perfect 10 out of 10.
The installation took two days. They had to remove a Jacuzzi-type tub set in tile, and they did a great and neat job. As for the product itself, I think it's very good, although I don't have anything to compare it to. I would recommend Kohler to friends or neighbors if they're interested in a walk-in tub.
The tub has made a significant impact on my life by making bathing much easier for me, as I was having difficulty in the shower before.

We liked the sales rep of Kohler and felt he was being honest. He was very knowledgeable, personable and friendly. The installation was a two-day process and everything was good. Loved the first crew that came in. They were great. The first plumber was very good too. They upgraded the hot water tank to a larger hot water tank without us knowing about it. But they didn't charge us extra. They did not put in one of the pieces of equipment that was supposed to have been put in. But when I called in, they fixed that.
It is a great product. We like it. The size of the shower and the tub is absolutely perfect. But I don't like the handheld wand. It doesn't give enough options, like pulsating to be able to put on your muscles to help massage the muscles. But that's the only thing I don't like. It helps my husband. He's older than I am. He's got hip problems and back problems. He also is not able to go to and utilize a public sauna. Now he's able to soak at home.

The Kohler sales rep I worked with was wonderful. The installation team was wonderful as well. Regarding the product, I like that I can sit and either take a bath or a shower.

Kohler is a well built tub. I don't have to step up near as high as the regular tub. I like the jets right now. The installation team did a really good job. The sales rep was nice, and he explained everything well.
