I had a lot of questions for Devonte when he came to install my tub. He was able to get everything done in a day and spent much time with me to be sure that I understood everything about the tub and how it worked. I was impressed with the all the ways this tub afforded me comfort and relaxation. Devonte was cheerful and proud to represent Independent Home; it was obvious during his training for me. His goal was to teach me how to take a wonderful bath and obtain the comfort I deserved and needed.

Independent Home has what we wanted in a walk-in-tub, with an attractive price. We determined we need Hydrotherapy for the many conditions with which we seniors live. We like the safety and comfort features, especially the slip-resistant flooring, angled grab bar, built-in handrails, high-pressure water jets, air therapy and built-in heating for a consistent, spa-like experience. We will be able to slide from our wheelchair directly into the wider heated seat. While waiting for the tub to fill with water, we can feel the Vibrio sonic massage on our shoulders. We can direct the jets to reduce restless legs and muscle pain. Arthritis pain can be lessened by the massage and heat from the heated jets keeping the temperature at the desired level.

Purchasing a tub from Independent Home went really well. They were immediate in contacting me, and they were fast in coming out to the house and getting a time set up for installation. I enjoyed the man who came to fill out the paperwork with us and do the financial part of it. The installation crew was also very good and informative. They made things very easy. They seemed to think about a lot of little things that make up the big things. It made things work more smoothly.

I saw an advertisement on my tablet for Independent Home and we ended up buying their top of the line product. It was very easy and they worked with us. At first, we told them that we were not going to do it. But the salesperson contacted me again, then I talked with my husband and he we'd go ahead and do it. Then, the installation was a one-day affair. I wasn't home at the time but my husband was. And when I got home from work, they were just finishing up. But I didn't do a really thorough inspection and I should have because there are a few items there that I need to contact them so they can be addressed. It doesn't look like some of the ceiling was done correctly and it looks like there's some gap.

I wanted to go through Safe Step Tubs and I was going to get the free toilet and $2,000 off the whole complete thing. But Danny, the guy that was in charge of Independent Home, showed me and explained to me that it was probably about $12,000 cheaper for me to get the Independent Safe Step tub. So I went with that and it had the same features. It just didn't come with $2,000 off or the free toilet, which I was still hoping for to get a new toilet. Other than that, the tub is really nice. I got the top model because I wanted the aromatherapy, the massage and the jet.

I gave them this rating because they left a small amount of trash and a screw in the driveway. Also the install was scheduled for 6/18 and 6/19. Instead it was installed 6/20 and 6/22. They worked till 8:30PM to finish up. Other than that they did a fantastic job!

Independent Home representative Rick ** was outstanding as a representative and very detailed! He convinced me that I needed using the Independent Spa to get healthier and relieve pain without pills.

Amazing service, called them and had a new shower in no time.

I'd give them no stars if I could. They were supposed to demolish and install the tub in one day. It took weeks and then they put it against a open wall and attached on one side uneven. We still smell our sewer lines open which we never did before with the old Jacuzzi tub. They destroyed our window sill paint by putting plumbers stuff on it. The tub is two inches higher than it's supposed to be with wood blocks partially unevenly under the metal thin legs, and the shelf on one side almost to the floor; it looks really ugly. Taking out the flooring and the tub sitting in there on the cement, our new floor was never able to be put all the way under it. The guys weren't plumbers; they were handymen. Then because they took off my front door to bring it in, they put in back on and now it's hard to shut my door or open it and locking or unlocking it takes a lot of strength.

I had a good experience and would recommend. The sales and installation process was easy. Everyone was punctual and respectful. My bathroom looks just like it did before except with a beautiful new accommodating walk in tub/shower.

Alex was our installer who was very professional and friendly. He was very informative on everything that he was doing and what the end result would be. I would highly recommend him and Independent Home for a walking tub. Price was within our budget and the financing was easy to get.

Julio was the first to call and set up our appointment with Hannah. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. He explained a lot about the process. Very helpful. Hannah was great. The Installer, Josh was professional and did an excellent install. His helper, Micheal was very kind and did everything he was ask to do. They worked well together. The tub is great and the company is great to work with.

Everything was perfect, very pleasant guys. Very neat and orderly. Cleanup was beautiful!!! Would highly recommend this company and their employees!!! Very satisfied customer!!!
