The only reason I'm leaving a 5 star is because of Austin **. I had to wait almost a month before I got my tub. The first tub I couldn't get in the tub. So he had to order me a other one. Josh ** don't know how to measure somebody. Tried to call him and his number was changed or blocked me.

You won’t go wrong by choosing this company. I wish I had done it years ago. The salesman was not pushy. He was just playing informative. The workmen were courteous, punctual, knowledgeable, and thorough. I wish the rest of my family cleaned up after themselves as well as these men did!

Enjoyed working with Independent Home for my walk in tub installation. Best price, convenient financing options, delivery and installation was prompt. Installation team was polite and explained all the features of my new tub. If /when I had a question or concern, there was always someone on the other end of an email or phone.

I love my walk in tub and shower. It is so much easier to get in and out. The spa part if is great for massaging muscles and relaxing. Although it is pricey. In the long run well worth it and I bought before I got too old to enjoy it. I would recommend it for everyone.

So, our sales representative was Rick. He was very nice and professional, it was like talking to a friend. I ordered the biggest model available. The tub is pretty cool, my mother is enjoying it tremendously. She was my reason for purchasing the tub. She is elderly and could no longer use our regular tub because she couldn’t get in and out safely. Now having the Walk-In tub with the door, she is now able to thoroughly enjoy a tub bath, safely! which is a great worry off of my mind. The only thing that is frustrating is that it takes roughly 20 minutes to fill up, but it drains pretty good. By the time it’s finished the water is not as hot as when it starts out to be, and you end up with an almost lukewarm bath. It completely drains the hot water heater. Other than that, it was a good investment to accommodate my mother’s needs.

The young men were so nice and professional. They did a great job!! I can't wait to use my tub. He explained everything thoroughly. I won't have any trouble using it.

I was impressed with the advertisement and speaking with Rosin. I would definitely like to recommend Paul to everyone he was so knowledgeable about the program and products. I truly enjoyed him.

I'm satisfied with the product. Beautiful color, sturdy material and easily to maintain.

The sales person met my sister. She is morbidly obese and suffered a stroke. He should have told us she wouldn't be able to get in and out of the tub they sold us. The install was done by Dumb and Dumber. My front screened door was damaged bringing in the equipment and had fallen off and on the ground note. My bathroom walls and door ways are now damaged. The tub that has never had hot water drains under the flooring into the hallway. The flooring is destroyed. Their are chips in the coating on the pieces and the grout is a mess. The whole process was a nightmare and still is. They won't come and get this crap out of my home. They lied saying I signed off on the job done. I have photo evidence!!!

The crew was great, respectful of my house and bathroom during destruction and installation of my new walk in shower. Very informative of every step, quality was surprisingly great. Job well done.

The tub is fabulous, just what I always wanted. Everyone at this company was exceptional, and I already recommended this company to my neighbor. Best purchase yet.

They are I found to be the best price, installers are very professional, they were very personable, explained all that needed to be done & why, and it was not as noisy as expected, the tub is beautiful!

I gave them this rating because they left a small amount of trash and a screw in the driveway. Also the install was scheduled for 6/18 and 6/19. Instead it was installed 6/20 and 6/22. They worked till 8:30PM to finish up. Other than that they did a fantastic job!

Updated on 07/13/2026: Wonderful experience. Installation went smoothly and the operation was incredible! I love the tub and how my skin feels when I get out. The team was great and very respectful of my home.

Amazing service, called them and had a new shower in no time.
