Joe and Linda showed a lot of pride in their work. They put down rugs and pads to protect our hardwood floors. The installation of the tub was done with care and professionalism. We are very pleased with the quality of their work and the way they left our home.

The tub is beautiful and very professionally installed. The installers were great. Looking forward to my first bath.

Hannah was great, she helped Keith get a great deal. The installers, Josh & Mike were considerate, cleaned up after themselves & even installed an unexpected toilet! Woohoo!

It took 3 months to get defective parts replaced. A BBB review stimulated a call 2 hours after posting. I would suggest talking to your installer, and if Headquarters doesn't respond, post a BBB review.

That tub does not work. They have replaced the pump 2 time besides the original. Nothing has helped. They said they will not warranty it anymore and will not return my phone calls.

Independent Home sent a salesman and he seemed to be very knowledgeable and professional. I was looking for a tub and I liked what they told me. The installers were very professional as well. They cleaned up after themselves. It was an easy installation. Two came out and they were done in three to four hours. They did very good work and I'm satisfied. The tub is easy to operate and I'm enjoying it.

Purchasing a tub from Independent Home went really well. They were immediate in contacting me, and they were fast in coming out to the house and getting a time set up for installation. I enjoyed the man who came to fill out the paperwork with us and do the financial part of it. The installation crew was also very good and informative. They made things very easy. They seemed to think about a lot of little things that make up the big things. It made things work more smoothly.

The sales rep was fabulous and professional. She did a great job, and we are usually very skeptical. The installation was professional and efficient, and I could not ask for more.

Nobody else would call me back, and I kept getting weird phone calls from other salesmen. But Independent Home called me back a couple of times and answered all my questions. We got the deluxe tub from them. It ended up being a good deal. We had to change our install date three times and they were very accommodating. It was a great experience. They were wonderful. They did the installation in one day. It was a very easy process.

I had a fantastic experience with the purchase and installation of my walkin tub. Customer service is top notch. The installation team did a amazing job installing my tub.

My installation was delayed because of a crack in their tub. They didn’t vet one of the installers, he was caught on camera rambling through our personal things. There was also damage to my doorway. One of them even stuffed my toilet with paper towel.

Everything that was presented at the sales presentation was provided with excellent installation. I’m doing a walk-in shower. It really has been great and made me feel more comfortable.

I saw an advertisement on my tablet for Independent Home and we ended up buying their top of the line product. It was very easy and they worked with us. At first, we told them that we were not going to do it. But the salesperson contacted me again, then I talked with my husband and he we'd go ahead and do it. Then, the installation was a one-day affair. I wasn't home at the time but my husband was. And when I got home from work, they were just finishing up. But I didn't do a really thorough inspection and I should have because there are a few items there that I need to contact them so they can be addressed. It doesn't look like some of the ceiling was done correctly and it looks like there's some gap.

Everything went great, from estimate to install. Friendly and experienced.

Installer cut pipe when installing and didn't fix before putting up walls. This caused a leak from the upstairs. When I called scheduler she said installer didn't not do it and that I would need to get a plumber myself. I insisted that it wasn't leaking before. They finally had a repairman come out, He took the wall back down and saw the cut pipe. Also the water wasn't getting hot. They plan to be here to fix that this week.

Workers have been here 3 times and it still is not complete. Salesman lied about a filtered water system that doesn’t exist and the included door doesn’t cover the front of the tub. Customer service has an attitude and are not easy to deal with. If you have a choice go with another company.

Independent Home marketing will continuous harass you with never ending spam calls.

His presentation was a 10 plus his professionalism of the company and the price was excellent. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I wanted to go through Safe Step Tubs and I was going to get the free toilet and $2,000 off the whole complete thing. But Danny, the guy that was in charge of Independent Home, showed me and explained to me that it was probably about $12,000 cheaper for me to get the Independent Safe Step tub. So I went with that and it had the same features. It just didn't come with $2,000 off or the free toilet, which I was still hoping for to get a new toilet. Other than that, the tub is really nice. I got the top model because I wanted the aromatherapy, the massage and the jet.

It was very easy to purchase the tub and the installation process was good. The installers were supposed to come on a Tuesday. They ended up having to come on Friday and it was a long day for them. But they were good. I recommend them.

My experience with Independent Home was great from my meeting with the Territory Manager, to my actual use of my new ultra spa-like step in tub. I love all the luxury features and my increased safety is exactly what I was looking for. My Installers, Tristan and Dylan, were also beyond great; they completed the job in one day! Before, during, and completion photos.

The tub is beautiful and fits into our space perfectly, thanks to the installers expertise.

Sales presentation was excellent, price was very agreeable. Using for heath and well being benefits. Sales representative mistakenly measured space incorrectly which resulted in a change in where the tub would be installed, and a delay in installation by 1 week. The installation crew did an excellent job. Very satisfied with the functionality of the tub.

Independent Home left caulking on the door jamb. Independent Home didn’t install the chrome shower drain and faucet mixer symmetrically. They did complete the the walk in shower on time as promised, they also laid blankets going in and out of the house.

Gouging pricing, immoral business practices. Quote went from $19,000 to $9,000. You can’t trust these shysters. If their business practices are this bad, then how do you trust the product. Recommend you steer clear.

Excellent salesman to work with and Tub installer was very meticulous and took pride in his work. We love the tub. Just make sure your hot water heater is large enough. We ended up getting a Rinnai continuous hot water heater.

Excellent product, installation, and staff! We love our walk in tub. Performance of tub is wonderful! We shopped and received estimates. We compared prices and features. The features and price came in below competitors. The installers were great and the tub, appearance, warranty and features are excellent.
