My washer was not repairable but Choice Home Warranty is replacing my unit of my choice with a gift card. This was unexpected, and I do appreciate it, however, the amount of the gift card does not cover the entire replacement cost, but I am happy that I am able to get a new unit.

Excellent service. It took a few days (weekend included) to get a technician out. So my elderly sister, and disabled brother had to surfer in the extreme heat. But that is understandable during the peek season. However, John the technician was professional, polite, and efficient. Thank you.

Steve was knowledgeable, patient and pleasant. He solved a problem that had been ongoing for me with my kitchen sink. There was an old garbage disposal that kept getting clogged and stopping up the sink, which made my dishwasher water overflow onto the floor. I would reccomend him to anyone!

The BTs Top to Bottom were professional and helped us when we were in a bad spot with the AC going out. They were able to get our AC fixed in about 30 minutes after arriving, which was amazing, as my wife is currently 7 months pregnant and the AC was very much needed.

I have good experience with Choice Home Warranty so far. Their phone line is easy to get to. The wait is not long, and I was always able to talk to a "human". The case manager Dennisha ** was professional, courteous, and helpful in getting my claim fixed.

We had an emergency with our pool while on vacation. Our caretaker found our pool pump was not working. He contacted the people who open and close our pool to have it repaired. He didn't know we had Choice Home Warranty who he should have contacted to do the repairs. When we returned home, I contacted Choice Home Warranty that we had a problem and repairs were made without authorization. Hello, I like to write this review to thank Richard **, my case manager, He helped me with my claim last year and was so professional and kind and understanding that I never forgot him and now that I had an issue with the same claim, I was able to reach back out to him and again he was efficient and professional. Followed through and called me back in order to start a new claim and try to help me resolve this issue again. Truth is because of people like Richard Palmer that I referred Choice Warranty to my daughter and will always refer Choice Warranty. I really appreciate him and the customer service I receive from him.

Choice Home Warranty has been really great the past few years! They seem to be more apt to dealing with your issues than they were years ago. There are some little things they are sometimes picky about, but they have to be careful at times and make sure the problem is legit. Thank you Choice Home Warranty!

Took a week for repair people to show up. Unacceptable. Repair people say two weeks for approval of repairs. Unacceptable. Until my repair is approved I have little feedback on final outcome of claim. So far all work has been slow and not acceptable.

We have been very happy with Choice Home Warranty! If for some reason the technician couldn’t fix it they have been fair in helping replace the appliance in question! Highly recommend! All of the technicians have been fast, knowledgeable, and friendly!

Service was Great! Did not like the idea if you do not answer your phone, (mind you, they are not in your contacts) Your phone thinks it is spam. Then they do not come out to service you. Only, after you have been waiting over a week for service. They finally sent a voicemail days later, then I rescheduled with them. This time I called them to confirm they were really coming out to service my home.

Complex repair, respected his workspace, cleaned dripping water, made sure system worked after repair.

The tech, Frank, was awesome. However the layers of phone calls organizing the appointment was terrible. My appointment was changed three times, the GE support number couldn’t give me clarity on the time of the appointment. We lost all the food in our refrigerator due to the unorganized nature of scheduling a tech. Unfortunately the tech said the appliance is broken and will need to be replaced, after waiting over two days to get someone here.

I did my claim online which was easy for a leak in a pipe in my ceiling. They found someone fast. He had to of course cut a hole in the ceiling. They don't fix the hole. He did a great job fixing the pipe. So far I am waiting a couple days to fix the hole. The only thing since they don't fix the hole I was told I had to pay an additional 100.00 to have someone come fix the hole. I could have done this all myself for less than 40.00. Instead, you want me to pay 200.00. If I submit a claim there is a leak in my ceiling that should be ALL one claim. Not 2. The company that you sent did a Great Job. Not happy about paying twice for a Job though.

Everything was well explained and easy to understand. Pricing for total plan was good as well. Lorenzo took the time to explain coverage for each item. The whole call took only minutes. I recommend Choice warranty.

It was simple steps to file my claim. I'm so happy that I have this insurance to come home to a leakage with my hot water tank and I called. I was told a plumber will call me 24 to 48 hours. Choice was the right choice for me. They will save me hundreds of dollars!

CHW does a good job on listening to issues throughout the claim. I had a tech blow me off twice & they understood my frustration & were able to get another company to take the claim. They were very prompt & professional.

Extremely disappointed with Choice Home Warranty Service. I called on Sunday afternoon because my air conditioning stopped working — on one of the hottest days of the year — and it is now Tuesday with no technician sent and no response from the company. Two days without AC in extreme heat is not a minor inconvenience, it's a real safety issue, especially for anyone vulnerable to heat. This is exactly the kind of emergency a home warranty service is supposed to handle quickly, and instead I've been left waiting with silence. If you're considering Choice Home Warranty Service, think twice about how they handle urgent claims. The service I received was excellent! Everything was explained to my satisfaction. I am glad I took the time to get my policy with Choice Home Warranty completed today. My agent explained everything to me and I am happy I have my new policy.

Spoke with Patrick who was extremely knowledgeable and informative with setting up our home warranty plan. Very well explained and great promotions offered. We have yet to use our plan but feel satisfied that we have picked one of the best Home Warranty Companies out there!

The service team assigned to our claim is exceptional. They are professional and explain the whole process well. Choice Home has also been excellent. Scheduling is easy and fast, and they have also been fair with their coverage with no surprises.

Terrible trying to get a plumber and by the time they came the water puddle was gone. 2 days later and sees no problem and charged me by doing nothing. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. This is why they are cheap.

Garage door failed to close all the way. The chain hang down when the sprocket snapped. Got a schedule in 3 days. Technician Ban ** arrived on time and made quick repair on the garage door opener motor. The door operates smoothly. I would recommend his excellent work.

Entered claim on Choice web-site on Monday morning for a leaking ice-cube maker in my refrigerator. The Choice assigned repair person was at my house Tuesday morning and repaired quickly. Great service!

I rated you an 8 due length of return visit, mix-up/change/change again, so yet 8. Part that is needed not ordered, so problem goes on, really no one's fault, but problem persist the that tech was not a fix. Advised me he placed order, so about another week,

It was easy because I got my quote online. What I didn't like was after I signed up, I got an email from a supposed manager stating that he could offer me a cheaper rate, which it wasn't. I don't like to be spammed after the fact. I feel harassed.

Everything was explained to me and the prices were given, so I would know right from the start what I would pay each month and how much my service call would be. I will be canceling my other home warranty as soon as this one takes affect.

I had another company come out last year 5 times on a brand new unit and still no results. This guy solved the problem and showed me the problem. My unit has been working just fine. He was friendly and professional.
