We contacted Jacuzzi to have a walking shower installed and they sent Caliber Home Solutions to do the work. It started out with one of their reps coming to the house to measure and show the products and provide a quote. We accepted the quote and scheduled the work for a few weeks later. The service man contacted us on the day of installation and said he was going to be a little late coming over. No problem but 4 hours is not a little late. There was a problem cutting one of the panels so they had to order another one and 5 weeks later they rescheduled the install. Install went well and the quality of work was good. Here we are 1 year later and the gel coat is coming off the shower pan. I have called Caliber Solutions several times for over a week trying to get someone to respond to the lifetime warranty they claim but no one will call me back. Not very good at after service response.

I am a disabled Veteran who needed a bathtub replaced with a walk-in shower due to mobility issues. Starting with their estimator, Dustin, and continuing with their work staff, EVERYONE went far above what they could have done to ensure this was a QUALITY job. We encountered a couple of issues, but everyone pitched in to make certain that the job was done quickly, professionally, and back on schedule as quickly as possible. Their administrative staff was also a treat to work with, immediately taking ownership of problems. EVERYONE had excellent communication skills. I HIGHLY recommend them!
