Their pricing was competitive, and they struck me as the most honest compared to others I considered. I had a tub removed and a shower installed, complete with safety features like shower bars and a seat, which was crucial for my husband due to his disability.

I found myself needing to remodel a bathroom in anticipation of my elderly mother moving in with me. I wanted to ensure she had a walk-in bath for her convenience. After some difficulty getting timely pricing from companies in my area, I decided on Rome Bath Remodeling, an affiliate of BCI Bath & Shower. We showed them what we had and they showed us brochures and the tings they have. Also, they provided financing options and we had just faced some unexpected medical expenses. It was a very good visit. For the installation, they managed to fit my schedule earlier than expected, and the entire job was completed in just one day. They ripped out the old tub, put the new one in, carried out all the trash and cleaned up after themselves, everything immaculate.

However, I did notice that they seemed more expensive compared to other companies I've since seen. I had a walk-in shower installed. While I haven't personally used it yet, my sister and her husband have, and they find it wonderful. This feedback reassures me that it was a worthwhile investment, even though I'm still paying for it. On a separate note, I never received the gift card—$200 or $500—that was promised to me. I didn't pursue this further, assuming that perhaps it was never a legitimate offer. Also, the service team was commendable; they were both friendly and maintained cleanliness. I'd rate their service quality with a 5 for their exceptional professionalism. The overall experience was satisfying, though I do feel I might have paid more than necessary, which makes me rate the pricing a 4.

They may have very fine products, I was looking for fiberglass repair and they couldn't refer me to anyone, so they hung up on me after they called me and I found that to be very unpolite. I guess I was wasting their time.

We called for someone to come and talk to us about BCI. This man came and he was marvelous. He had this charisma and he seemed honest and very sincere. We love it. The installation went wonderful. They sent two of the nicest fellas. They were very thoughtful. We have a total care son and another son who has special needs, so we're busy. We have a small house and they were very thoughtful of our needs. They didn't do a thing till they asked. I was very impressed. They worked quietly. They didn't bother anybody. They did a beautiful job. They're quality people. We're very pleased with our shower and I love the seat.
