We were impressed with BCI’s presentation when they came in and showed us what they had and their prices. We showed them what we had. They showed us the brochures and things that they had. And just a very good visit.
The guy was very presentable and his presentation was very nice. He used religious terms. In other words, he was trying to make us feel like we were doing business with God. It was just one of those salespeople who was going to get there one way or the other. He wasn't pushy at all. And they immediately told us what their financing plan was. And we were in a bind. We had some medical expenses quite a bit.
We needed to do the bathtub because my husband had dropped a hammer when he was putting up some wood trim in the bathroom. And it's made a little hole in the bathtub. He patched it, but it was ugly. I just got tired of it and I wanted it done.
The installation turned out to be much faster than expected. They came in and ripped out the old and put in the new and carried out all the trash and cleaned up after themselves. It was just immaculate. And it was a one-day deal. There was one thing they had to put—the soap dish– and they had to do it another day. It was very efficient.
We were very impressed with the young man who was here. He was very good. And he was staying in Tulsa. We invited him to our church. He very nice young man. And I was glad. We're very pleased with the installation. And when they got through, it looked nice. I was very pleased with BCI. And I really liked their finance plan. I was just really happy with that. We paid it off early and got it before there's any interest. It was good deal for us.
Now we have the new tub put in, the whole shower wall, the new all-new hardware and a grab bar. The tub had a place to put your shampoo. It's mainly used by my grandson. It is very suited for him. We let him choose the product that we did because we wanted him to be pleased with it. It's smooth, clean, and very presentable. I wouldn't be embarrassed for guests to use that bathroom. It's very nice.

I looked for a reliable company for my bathroom remodel and chose BCI Bath & Shower. I opted for their shower installation service, and it's been about a year since the remodel. My experience with their sales representative was generally fine, although there were some issues later on. While the salesperson didn't identify that the subfloor needed attention, which caused a delay, the installation team was truly exceptional.
The team initially did the demolition and informed us on how to handle the subfloor issue before returning to complete the installation. Their guidance was incredibly helpful. The quality and design of the shower have been fantastic, and we absolutely love it. Throughout the process, the installers were informative and kind, making the experience much smoother. Overall, I'm very satisfied with BCI Bath & Shower and would definitely recommend their services.

My wife and I are both elderlies, and I didn’t want to have to step over the tub to get in the shower. The installation was good, and guy worked by himself and he was a very decent young man. The quality of the work done is the top-notch, and he did an excellent work. However, BCI Bath & Shower was extremely expensive. I would have second thoughts in directing somebody to go ahead and get it done. You have to prepare yourself for it, so you won’t get stuck in a monthly payment.

My granddaughter destroyed my bedroom and my bathroom. I just kept seeing BCI Bath & Shower being advertised on TV so I went with them. But apparently, they’re more expensive than other companies that I've been seeing now. I got a walk-in shower from them. I've never used it but my sister visited twice and she and her husband have used it. I have my own walk-in shower. She said it’s wonderful.
They told me I was supposed to get a gift card but I've never received anything. I guess it was just a big old lie. But I've already got it done. It's being paid for. I had a brand-new cabinet and a brand-new sink put in. Their customer service is very good and very friendly. In terms of price, I think I paid a little bit more than I should have.

We wanted to have one of our bathroom tubs taken out because it was cracked in the bottom. We hired BCI Bath & Shower to do a plain white walk-in shower for us. We chose not to have glass doors as we like shower curtains better. Installation only took two days. They did a beautiful job and were very clean. There was no mess at all even while they were working. When they closed down for the first day, they did a lot of repair like pulling the tub out. They had everything clean so that we could use the toilet and the sink in the bathroom. The next day, they were out here about 9:00 in the morning. They finished up the job and it’s perfect. We like it very much.

When working with BCI, we started and ended up with problems. They said that they cannot make the design when they came to do the installation. Then the faucet start leaking, so I had to order the part for them to come and replace it. The base of the floor was also making cracking noises, which they didn't do anything about it. So I don't recommend them.

BCI gave me better pricing and more for my money than anybody else and they were the most honest. We had the tub taken out and the shower put in. We also had safety bars and a seat put in because my husband has a disability. It looks great and everything is perfect.

BCI came out quickly and gave me a good price. The install was good. I work from home and they were actually quiet and not disruptive, so that was a win. The installers did a nice job. The tub looked good and they cleaned up well. I was satisfied. My mom likes it. She says it works good and she's very happy with it. It was a little pricey, but I was satisfied overall.

They may have very fine products, I was looking for fiberglass repair and they couldn't refer me to anyone, so they hung up on me after they called me and I found that to be very unpolite. I guess I was wasting their time.

We called for someone to come and talk to us about BCI. This man came and he was marvelous. He had this charisma and he seemed honest and very sincere. We love it. The installation went wonderful. They sent two of the nicest fellas. They were very thoughtful. We have a total care son and another son who has special needs, so we're busy. We have a small house and they were very thoughtful of our needs. They didn't do a thing till they asked. I was very impressed. They worked quietly. They didn't bother anybody. They did a beautiful job. They're quality people. We're very pleased with our shower and I love the seat.
