How do Jacuzzi Bath Remodels work?
Jacuzzi provides a free design consultation to help you find an ideal tub or shower for your new or existing bathroom. The company offers everything from walls and bases to fixtures and accessories to replace your existing tub or shower. You can buy its products online or at a local showroom. Installation is available through the retailer or a local service company.
Jacuzzi Bathrooms operates through third-party dealers nationwide. Bathroom options, offers and experience vary from location to location. Installation timelines can also vary by dealer.
Jacuzzi Bathrooms advertises one-day remodels. "One-day" refers to the physical swap of the tub or shower unit once preparation is complete. Pre-work — including measurements, product ordering, permit approvals and any structural repairs discovered during demolition — can take weeks. Reviews often note confusion around this timeline.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel cost
While Jacuzzi offers some budget options, many of its products are known for luxury materials and styling, making much of its catalog more expensive than competing brands’ showers and tubs. For example, Jacuzzi bathtub prices typically range from about $1,100 to $9,800. Prices can vary significantly by item type and retailer.
Jacuzzi provides a custom quote during your consultation. That price is valid for one full year.
FAQ
How long does a Jacuzzi bathroom renovation take?
Jacuzzi bathroom remodels can be done in as little as a day; however, for larger bathroom remodeling projects, renovations might take longer. Your remodeler will walk you through the timeline before starting the process.
Does Jacuzzi handle the installation process?
No, Jacuzzi does not handle the installation process, though local showrooms typically offer installation services. If you purchased your Jacuzzi tub at a big-box hardware store, you’ll need to arrange installation with a bathroom remodeler or install the tub yourself.
What warranty do Jacuzzi Bathrooms products have?
All Jacuzzi baths are covered by a limited lifetime warranty that applies to the bath and all components, as long as they were purchased through an authorized dealer and installed by a certified technician.
Where is Jacuzzi bath remodeling available?
Jacuzzi bathtubs are available nationwide. Check its website to find a showroom and to view nearby retailers’ product selections. Ratings and reviews can vary by retailer, so make sure to narrow down your search to the showroom closest to you.
What materials are used in Jacuzzi bath remodels?
Jacuzzi bath remodels use Tri-Tek™ composite acrylic for its tubs, showers and wall surrounds. This material has a high-density PVC core and dual aluminum backing. It’s scratch-, UV-, and wear-resistant. It also has an antimicrobial surface layer, making it easy to keep clean.
Still have questions?
Are Jacuzzi Bath Remodels worth it?
Jacuzzi is a household name for bath products due to its high-quality, reliable fixtures for both standard and luxury bathrooms. Many of its products are expensive, but the company has options for varying budgets, and financing is available. Jacuzzi bath installation is often fast, but note that it’s typically arranged through a third party.

If you're thinking about a remodel on your bathroom, Jacuzzi is the best. They're good to work with, and they're helpful. I fell and hit my head in the bathroom, getting out of the shower, and had a concussion. We decided maybe this is a good time. We called the Jacuzzi people and said, "We're interested in looking at a shower.” That was when they came out. They were great from design on. The first guy that came out was the design guy, and he went through. We designed our shower, and we got the pricing on it. He gave us a timeline and told us exactly what to expect because they were out several weeks before they would be able to install our shower. He said they would talk to us. He walked us through what all the financing options were, exactly what to do, very specific about what to do, and what would happen.
We would get at least weekly calls from Jacuzzi or emails giving us updates on where they were with getting the materials and getting things fabricated and where we were in the installation queue. Really, really good about communicating. We were very impressed. The financing arm was good. They were Johnny-on-the-spot to say, “Here's the consumer portal. This is how it works. This is how your contract with us will work.” You can go out and check your stuff at any time. We always got an email from them.
Once the work started, the materials were purchased, we got emails from the lending company asking us to approve the purchases. We hadn't changed our mind. We got two emails from them, one approving the purchase of the materials, and the other was a sign-off that the installation was successful and that we would pay for the labor. That was good.
When they were getting ready to install, we got a call from Jacuzzi three weeks in advance, so we could set up a specific time. We got another call a week in advance to let us know who will come out. The guys showed up at 8 o'clock in the morning, and they were done by 5 o'clock. It was like nobody had ever been there. Everything was cleaned up. They vacuumed out the bathroom. They got all the crap everywhere. And the shower was in. The lead on the install team walked us through, explained everything to us about how everything worked, how the warranty worked, what cleaners not to use, had handouts showing us what cleaners not to use because you didn't wanna avoid the warranty using the wrong kind of cleaner. It was good information.
Half an hour after they left, we got a call from Jacuzzi saying, “How’d they do? And what can we do better? And would you recommend us?” We told them that the only thing that that we thought that they could have provided would be a handout on using the different settings, because it's different than the shower we're used to. But it was easy once we got into it. It looks a lot more complicated than it was. But they called half an hour after to see, how was the team? Were they polite? Were they thorough? Did they do everything they needed to do? And yes, yes, and yes.
It's a gorgeous shower, and it's easy to use. It's nice to be able to step into it without having to step over. So, you feel a lot more comfortable. Because we're 70 and we each have mobility issues, we got the grab bars. We picked out the shelves that go in, and they double as grab bars. Plus, we got grab bars. We also got the drop-down seat, which is amazing. We also got a handheld wand feature that we wanted. You can always grab on to a grab bar in there. They're handy and sturdy.
The installer told me the seat was rated up to 325 pounds. The seat is sturdy. They put it at exactly the height we wanted it. We asked them if they could raise the shower curtain rod because we opted not to have doors. But when we did the design, our designer said, "How about if we just make the shower a little wider so it's more spacious?” Which made all the difference in the world. Most walk-in showers are narrow across them, so they always feel claustrophobic. This feels extremely spacious. It was 4 inches that they added. We have a small lip. We got a 4-inch lip on the shower, which you can still use with a wheelchair if you need to. Also, the shower is easy to clean and keep clean. You just spray it down with your spray of choice, as long as it's one of their recommended ones. They don't recommend a brand. They recommend a type.

My husband's very ill. And the bathroom we had, even though it was a step up of maybe six inches, was too high for him. He was holding on to the shower bar to get in, and he needed to be able to sit down. We went with Jacuzzi for remodeling because they're a well-known name. Second off, I could go back to Costco if I had any problems, and Costco gives an incentive if you buy through them, which was nice. I didn't know that at the time until after we bought, or after the guy was already here and we were measuring up.
The salesperson wasn't pushy. We laid it all out; he walked through with me. Because I wasn't going to buy that day. We had an independent contractor who kept telling us he was going to come over, but he never showed up. And when we got done with the whole process, and he gave us the estimate, I asked him if he could give me some time to talk to my husband, and he did.
He had a phone call to make. So he went out to his truck, and Bill and I talked, and we decided that we needed it to get done right away. And they couldn't do it right away, but they said they could do it within six weeks. The other thing was Jacuzzi told us that it would be done in a day, and that was another thing. We only have one bathroom. So you need that one-day thing. But the guy came back, and we made our decision to go ahead with it.
We did the shower, and we did the seat. We did the grab bars, and those grab bars come with it. We did the corner shelving, too. We didn't feel like we could afford to do any more fancy stuff. They have a tray that I might have liked to have had, but it wasn't that big a deal to me. And he doesn't get so anxious when he has to take a shower now, which is wonderful.
Installation couldn't have been any more perfect. Those guys came in. They were very polite. They asked if they could use the patio to set things out on, and we told them, absolutely. They brought all of their equipment up onto the patio. Whatever they moved, they put back at the end of the day. They were in and out of our back door, getting things and taking care of things.
They were not loud. They had some music going on that I could only hear when I went to the back of the house where our shower is. They were courteous. I offered them something to drink; I told them where it was, and I told them to help themselves. They were just very nice, young men. There was one other thing they did: throughout the process, they would ask me if I wanted to look, which I did. Several times, I went back and took a look at what they were doing, and they were so efficient and cleaned up at the end and cleaned up the patio at the end. Couldn’t ask for more.

I had a Jacuzzi bathtub. My wife and I hadn't used it in five years, and she passed on. So I decided that I was just going to get me a shower. I looked on Facebook, and I saw the Jacuzzi advertisement, and I just said I'll call them up. And the next thing I know, they called me back, and I had a representative come down and give me a quote, and I had him do it the same day. The rep was really good at what he did. I was impressed with that. But when the repairmen showed up, some of the stuff was missing that was on my contract. But they corrected it, and we all came out happy with the deal. I like the whole thing myself. I like the way they put it in. They put it in over my window that I have, and everything looks good. They did an outstanding job, especially the installers. They were awesome.
I like that it's easier to step into than that bathtub. It's good. It's super. And my daughter loves it too. The only thing I didn't have put in it was glass. I didn't put doors in, and I got a shower curtain. But I'm thinking eventually I'm gonna call them back up and have them come put a glass door eventually, not right now. Jacuzzi is a pretty good company. I like them. They're the first company I picked. I've had other people call me, and I just told them, “We have already done what we're gonna do, and I'm happy with what I got."

I just recently moved to Tucson and purchased a house that I knew I was going to have to do some renovation work on. One of the things that I wanted to do was remove the old plastic bath-shower combo in my second bathroom and replace it with a walk-in shower. Although it wasn't the thing that I was thinking about doing immediately, I knew I was going to do it down the road. I got a call from Jacuzzi, and the salesperson came to my house. He was nice, knowledgeable, and explained everything to me. I decided to go for it because I know Costco vets very heavily all of the specialty companies that they work with, so I was confident that I was going to get a good thing.
Also, I've had a spa tub in my house. We bought a semi-custom home and that was already in it. We never used the Jacuzzi feature because we never used the bathtub. But Jacuzzi has been around for a long time, and it's a good and reliable brand. Plus, they could do it fast. They had materials that would match exactly what I wanted to do, and by using my Costco card, I knew that I would get money back. Because I signed the deal that day, I got a nice discount on doing it, and they offered me 12 months of free financing. I was prepared to just write a check for the whole thing, but when you get free financing, you’ve got to take advantage of it.
I wanted just the plain, bog-standard almond because I had just painted my house a very similar color, and the second bathroom is a powder room and guest bathroom. It's tiny, only five feet by eight feet. Removing the shower curtain and having a glass shower door would allow the light from the window not only to brighten the bathroom, but also to make the hallway brighter. So, I was thrilled. The rep told me I'd have to wait four to six weeks for the product to be made because the plain almond isn't the most popular choice, so it would have to be manufactured. And I said it was fine. But I didn't have to wait that long.
The guys who came and did the work were amazing. There were three of them in a five-foot by eight-foot bathroom, and they kept the door closed all the time so the mess wouldn't get into my house. I don't know how they did it, especially during the heat wave. It must have been 125 degrees in that bathroom. They didn't do it in one day, but I didn't think they would.
One of the things I was happy with was that when they took everything out, one of the installers called me over and showed me a little spot on the outside wall where you could see light coming in from the inside, which totally freaked me out. He told me not to worry and that it was all going to be redone. When they cleaned out the P-trap, they went all the way down to the actual sewage connections, the city pipes, and redid everything. I love the little detail on the finishing around the window with the little squares in the corner. I had to pay extra for a built-in shelf, and I was expecting some little thing that was eight inches wide and 12 inches tall. Instead, I got a great big, beautiful shelf with the two spots on it. I was amazed and I couldn't be happier.
One complaint I have is just a design feature. The shower head is just a shower head and I'm going to have to replace it and buy one with a handheld connection. I don't know if Jacuzzi offered it, but I don't remember him suggesting it to me, so I don't think they did. The other thing is the silicone the installers used when they were gluing everything into place has a life of its own and gets everywhere. It's all over the glass. I've had people come out here twice to clean it, and the silicone is still making my shower door look a bit smeary. You clean it in one spot and it just moves to another. The silicone thing is an issue for me even though most people don’t even notice it.
The week before last, I got another call from Jacuzzi as a follow-up. Last Tuesday, somebody was supposed to come to re-clean the glass between 9:00 and 11:00, and I waited all day. Nobody came and nobody called, and I was going to call. But other than that, I'm 1,000% happy. I’ve recommended Jacuzzi to my best friend. We both moved to Nevada, and she just bought a house and is a Costco member, so she is going to talk to Jacuzzi.

The whole process was great. I've seen the Jacuzzi commercials on TV, and I saw this certain seat that I thought would work well in our shower. I needed a seat and grab bar because we're in our 70s now. It was all about safety. There were two people here, a gentleman and a lady, and they were both very friendly. They showed the different pieces and explained why we would need a new shower, because the shower walls I thought were in good shape. But they said to put their pieces in it. It had to be their shower, which is fine. They knew their products. Everything was great.
The installers got here at 8:30 in the morning, and they didn't leave until five minutes to 8:00 in the evening. They asked me questions about where I wanted the handrails and how high I wanted the showerhead. They put a tarp down from the front door all the way to the bathroom. It was a master bathroom. Even though they did all that, there was still a bit of dust along either side of where that was, and in the bedroom carpet too. They tried their best. And before they came, someone called and recommended that I cover everything up with a sheet, and I did all that. So, it could have been a lot worse. They did their job. I love it.
They were only here for a day, which I liked because we're doing other things at the house now, and it has already been a week and a half. I like the safety and the products themselves. The faucets are all shiny, and the walls are beautiful. I like that you can use the main showerhead, but they also have a handheld showerhead along the pole. It’s much safer in the shower now.

I was tired of stepping over the tub and I decided it was time for a bathroom remodel. I bought the walk-in shower with the chair and the rep from Jacuzzi was good. He came in and took measurements, and told me what was happening. His personality stood out because it was easy to communicate with him. I told him I didn't wanna be bullied, and he understood what I meant. I explained that to him from the beginning.
The installers came out and set up out in the yard. Then, they came in and started tearing things down. They thought they saw some asbestos, but it turned out to be the foam because I had insulation put in the walls. They took the tub out and took everything down to the bare walls and replaced it with their material. The installation took longer than expected but I like the final product. I can get in and out without having to climb over that tub. I don't have to worry about falling. And I have a seat if I wanna sit. Jacuzzi did great. The shower is holding up and didn’t fall down on me. The price was a little bit more than I expected. But I knew when I sat down that it was gonna be high.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel was something that I felt might have quality to it. The installers were on time. I had three showers installed and they're all very similar. However, I had an issue with one. It wasn't crimped tightly enough, so it dripped. I ended up having a leak where we're replacing the drywall and back wall.

My bathroom had a leak. We needed a new situation in there for a while before that. I went with Jacuzzi, and I like the Costco rebate deal and the fact that they were in and out in a day, and then their warranty, too. I purchased a shower. The rep did a good job and presented everything very clearly. Our project got delayed because one of the people putting it in had a death in his family, which was really sad. But we always had communication from the same lady in California, and she just did a really good job keeping us posted about what was going on. The finished product was great. It looked exactly like they had laid out for us. We have recommended it to friends.

They contacted me about the first time that they were going to remodel one of the baths within a week or so when they were going to be out. They had to order the equipment, and they had to receive it before they would schedule it. So that went by without any problems. Then, three weeks later, we were contacted by the second group of installers. Jacuzzi uses a two-man team and a van to do it, and, in one day, they said they could do it, and both of them went well.
My daughter and my grandson were well pleased. They chose what options on each remodeling job as far as a shower rack or a soft-close door. The downstairs got the soft-close door, and the upstairs got a shower curtain. We took advantage of the discount on both projects. We had the offer that it was interest-free for a year, and that was of interest to me since I was doing the financing on it.

We just had our bathroom remodel through Jacuzzi Bath, and we're very pleased with it. They did a fantastic job. They were very professional. Jacuzzi has such a wonderful reputation. We had dealt with them in Scottsdale when we purchased a new bathtub and plumbing and fixtures, and were so happy with them and always enjoyed all the advertisements on television as well. Most recently, we got a new shower. The two men that installed it were very conscientious about our home, and they put the mats down. The job was very professional. I highly recommend Jacuzzi to my family and friends.

The Jacuzzi salesman who came out was wonderful, and he had all the products to show me, which I really liked. And after I met with him, I didn't look for any other options. I went with them and did a tub-to-shower renovation. They took out the bathtub and put in a shower, and it has a seat, grab bars, and a handheld head as well as a regular stationary one, and it's just easy to walk in and out of. The installation was fine. It was long. It took all day, but they got it done in one day. And it seems like they did a fine job. However, a month later, I heard a big crash, and I went in, and the shower rod and curtain had fallen down. So I called for them to come and replace it, but they couldn't come for about five or six weeks. I had no shower curtain for that long, and I wasn't very happy about the service. They're also expensive as well.

We saw the commercial for Jacuzzi. We went with them, and we did redo the shower stall, and I did the bars and the seat too. The sales rep was here for five and a half hours. She never stopped talking. The installation was fine, except it wasn't totally completed to my satisfaction. Somebody called to check on the installation, and I called, and then the manager called, and he sent somebody out, and they finished the job. I had something extra added. My shower stall had about an eight-inch-wide column on one side. The other side was the straight wall. Then, I had the product put on that column, but they didn't put an edge on the other side. So they had to come out and put an edge trim on the corner, and that guy did a nice job too.
However, I had two other companies' estimates, and they all included the shower door and Jacuzzi's did not. I had to get it separately. They had recommended a company, but I got my own. But the fact that it wasn't included with my price the way they advertised. They said it comes with a shower, and it didn't, because it was just a small shower stall instead of a bathtub.

I heard about Jacuzzi on TV from an ad. And what ultimately made me choose them was the fact that it's guaranteed for as long as I own it. So it's worry-free for the rest of my time living at this place, which is probably the rest of my life at this point. We purchased two showers. The install was going to be one shower one day and one shower the other day. The first shower had some drain issues, which they fixed, which was another reason I liked it- the fact that they were going to fix whatever they found that was wrong. The first shower took two days, and the other shower took one day. But they sent out another crew, so it was on the second day. The quality of work was perfect. They're very nice. It's not the cheapest, but I'm very satisfied.

It was a nightmare. It took more than 3 months. Day one they arrived and performed the demo and while they were inspecting the shower pan they found many deep scratches in the pan. Turns out it had been taken back to the shop by previous installer and sent it out with the installer. I refused it and we had to wait an additional 3 weeks for new shower pan. They did have to put put down leveling compound on the first visit. They returned to continue the job. They tried to install the new shower pan and wouldn't seat properly so they added additional floor leveler but had to return the the next day because they had to wait for the leveler to set. Next day they returned to install the pan and it didn't set right. The tech couldn't figure it out so I inspected the pan and found it was a bad form.
I asked for a supervisor to come and verify my findings. I was correct. So they had to take the pan back and order another one. It took another 3 weeks to arrive but they couldn't install for a week. They came and finished the install. I inspected the work and signed off on it. We had to wait 48 hrs before we could use the shower.
When we took our first shower we found that they connected the hot and cold water lines backwards. They sent a tech to correct the problem. He completed the work and we had noticed that the mix wasn't correct so they sent another tech to correct that. 3 weeks later the shower head malfunction. When we pressed the button to changed the spray it stuck. I was able to unstick it then pressed it again and it stuck again. So we had to have the shower head replaced. Also we were told the shower pan was non slip and it was not so a tech came out. Applied a non slip compound. We also noticed that the caulking is coming loose on the shower pan. It irritates me every time I see the Jacuzzi bath remodel ad.

So he told me about that and that I shouldn't worry because that was not the price I was going to pay. But when I got the bill, it stated $17,000. My daughter and I talked to the guy about it and he said it is what it is and we have to pay that. That's a ripoff. Other than that, the bath is good. We decided it was time for a bathroom remodel because of my husband’s health and he needed some items in the shower for safety. Our old shower was small, so it was time to make it bigger and safer for him. We went with Jacuzzi and got a shower remodel with a walk-in shower that’s about double the size of the one we had before. Plus, this one's on the first floor. I use the bathroom on the second floor, which has got a closet tub, and I take a bath. But with this bigger shower, I probably will end up using it too.
MJ was a great salesman, and the guys who installed it were excellent. We have a little half wall on one side, and I thought that was going to all be open, but they did great with the design, cleanup, and installation. We got discounts, including a veteran discount for my husband, but the remodel was still expensive. We had remodeled both of our bathrooms ourselves about 15 to 20 years ago, but we’re at the age now where we can’t do that. We realized we were paying for convenience because all we had to do was sit on the couch and they did everything. When they left, everything was clean and everything was done. It’s hard to put a price on that, so that’s how we justified it to ourselves. We didn’t have to do anything.

However, the shelves that they put up didn't leave a lot of space in between them, so it's hard to put a bottle of shampoo there. But I like the handheld shower nozzle. It has a lot of power when you need it, and if you don't need it, you can turn it down.

This house was built in 1962, and the original tub didn't look very good. It's the main bathroom. When guests come over, I want it to be nice. The Jacuzzi salesman that came out here was so nice. He explained everything very well to me and told me exactly what it was going to cost and how long it would take and all that. It all worked out. So, I'm a pretty happy camper about it all. Jacuzzi is superior. They manufacture their own stuff. You don't buy it from somebody else. The installation went very well, except the plumber had an emergency call, and the plumber had to do some stuff before they could continue. So, it took a couple of days instead of one, but that was unavoidable. So, I was all right with that. My water was back on, so it worked out.
The workers were good. They cleaned up their mess. It was like they hadn't even been there. They did their job very quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Jacuzzi. My experience couldn't have been any better. The bathroom looks a lot better. It'll enhance the value of the house whenever I'm not around anymore.
Hi Dale! We're thrilled to hear that our sales team provided you with clear, informative service and that you were pleased with the installation process, even with the minor delay. Jacuzzi was professional. They came in and did the job. The people who put it in seem to be quite intelligent, quite concerned about just how I wanted it, and they explained everything: that this is a lifetime thing, that I can call them anytime if I find anything that I did not like.
Hi Michael! Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a wonderful review. We truly appreciate it!

We did the shower bathtub with Jacuzzi Bathrooms. It was completed about three weeks ago. The installation team was fine. We made it clear that we didn't want them to try and rush it to complete in a day and that we preferred they take two days because we would be here a good number of years.
Thank you for your kind words, Don! We are so happy to hear this. Thank you for choosing Jacuzzi Bath Remodel and we hope you enjoy your dream bathroom for many years to come!

The Jacuzzi representative came out and was really good at answering questions and going over every little detail of it. We did a shower replacement. The installation went like it was supposed to, within a day. The quality of work was really good. My mom was extremely happy. My mom has cancer, and she has a hip issue. So being able to walk into the shower greatly made her life better.
Hi Lee! We’re so grateful for your kind words. We're delighted to hear our team provided a positive experience during your install and that your mother is satisfied with your new shower. Thanks for sharing your experience with us.

The reason we chose Jacuzzi was that we were in Costco and they were telling us about a deal there. We talked with them, and we decided we wanted to go ahead and try it. I had seen advertisements too on TV where they could get it done in a day, although ours didn't end up being done in a day. But that was because of some factors about our building.
The team was really good. We had two different teams, and they were both very polite. They worked well. We had a good experience with the team. The installation was fine. The installers were very efficient, and they got it done within two days. They cleaned up after themselves, too. The quality of the work they did was excellent. The grab bars are positioned in a nice way, and they have this nice, brushed polish, and that is my favorite feature.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We're thrilled to hear that you had a positive experience with our team and that the installation met your expectations. In most situations, our bath remodels are completed in one workday. However, in some cases, more than one day is needed. Our expert installers are trained to ensure that every aspect of your new shower or bath is perfect, leaving you with a spa-like space that you’ll love for years to come.

While the installation only took one day, the trim on the outside the bathtub was not long enough. This left approximately 3” short at the top. When I called to get this fixed, they never called back. Customer service of the approved contractor is not good. The caulk used for a white surround looks dirty, and is not a clean look. My wife was extremely disappointed with the contractor, and I would not use them again, nor would I recommended Jacuzzi bath. For the amount I had to spend for this remodel, I feel I was ripped off.

We had Jacuzzi install a walk-in shower. The sales guy was excellent. Kenneth was very personable and knowledgeable. The workers were very good. They were prompt. The only thing is when they came, quite a few of the products were wrong. But right away, they called, and they had somebody drive over the correct things. The flooring and the bottom pan was the wrong color. The walls were the wrong size of the subway tiles. Two of the shelves were white and I wanted the black. But I told them and they right away called in, and they got it over. So, it was not a big deal. We're enjoying the shower. Everything's great. It was an excellent experience. I would recommend them to everyone, even though they said that they were middle range, price-wise. It was expensive for us, but it was a good value. It was worth it for us.
Hi Judith! We're delighted to hear that Kenneth and the installation team provided you with excellent service. We appreciate your patience with the initial product mix-up and are glad that our team could promptly address and resolve the issues for you. Thank you for your feedback!

I decided to get a bathroom remodel and a couple of companies were offering ways for me to do that. I decided to go with Jacuzzi because of their response to my questions, pricing and expediting the installation. It was just a matter of research and making a decision. I had the tub removed from the bathroom and replaced it with a shower. Everything was done in one day and the three workers were very nice. The color combinations are my favorite features along with the finished product. People considering Jacuzzi should by all means, consider it. Everybody’s needs are a little different. But as far as expediting and getting the job done, creative financing, and if they need it, give Jacuzzi a shot.
Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience with us! We're thrilled to hear that our team was able to accommodate your needs efficiently and that you're delighted with your new shower. If you have any future projects, we'll be here to assist. Enjoy your beautiful new bathroom!

We just had the shower doors installed and they put the doors on backwards and the walls don't match. No one in customer service seems to care about these problems, we've not been contacted about them. I would never recommend Jacuzzi to anyone!!!

I saw a Jacuzzi commercial on TV about the one-day installation, so I called them. I liked that I didn't have to wait weeks for something to get done. The consultation was very good. Their sales rep was professional. I purchased a walk-in shower in June. The installer was respectful and clean, and the installation was very well done. The process took about seven hours. The new product is not lifechanging, but it makes life easier. The showerhead's really nice, and I like that it's easy getting in and out. I'd tell others that if they need to upgrade, they should see Jacuzzi.
Hi Lonny! Thank you for sharing your positive experience! We are delighted to hear that from consultation to completion, both our sales rep and installer provided excellent service.

We had somebody come in to remodel the whole bathroom. We got the total package from Jacuzzi; it was all in one they did. We used it twice. I like it so far. The only problem was the installer did not do all the caulking properly. We had to have somebody else come back out to do it. Other than that, the materials and the product look good. We’re happy with the choice of color.

I got the feeling that Jacuzzi Bathrooms would do a better job and had a better warranty than some of the other providers. Also, I liked the no-interest loan for 12 months. The people were courteous and very clean. The bottom pan of the shower wouldn't accommodate. They're just off-the-shelf one. They had to make a custom one because of the way the plumbing was in my unit. That took a few weeks. So, there was a period there where the bathtub and shower area was torn up. But everything else was functional in the bathroom and managed to get by as it was. The part got fabricated, and the crew came in and put it in together the rest of the day.
We previously had a plastic bathtub and shower surround with just a curtain facing the rest of the bathroom. Now, it's a walk-in shower with glass doors, handles and shelves where I wanted them installed, and they did that well. I love the quality of the fixtures. The valve and associated plumbing and the heads are nice. I was completely satisfied with their work, and it was everything that they said it would be upon completion.
Thank you for your positive review, William! We're thrilled to hear you love your new walk-in shower and the quality fixtures. We appreciate your patience during the custom bottom pan fabrication, and we’re pleased that our team ensured everything was installed to your satisfaction. Enjoy your new shower!

The only reasons for me to hire Jacuzzi in because of their TV advertisement with a well known tv personality and because I was caring for my dad with dementia we needed a walk in shower for my dad's safety. In short everything with process and pricing was fine except for the contractor that took care of use at the time the company went out of business and not sure why Jacuzzi couldn't have contacted another contractor take care of us but since my issues was concerning the shower door they directed me to the shower door company which is in Canada.
I had an issue with water leaks out of the doors plus one side of the shower door when you open to the far end the door will move on it's own, it was once fixed with the last contractor that installed the walk in shower but the concerns with the door and leaking water still remains. When speaking to the shower door company which is Fleuco the guy there wanted me to try to fix myself or hire someone to fix, this supposed to be under warranty repair but they don't do house calls. So I reported them to the BBB but since the contact info I gave the BBB Jacuzzi or the shower company won't respond, so BBB canceled my complaint. Oh and lastly Jacuzzi said since the shower doors wasn't their brand they can't fix my concerns, I said wow and they said if I wanted to have their brand shower doors installed I need to do another bathroom remodel with them, that's crazy!! I rather hire someone local next time.

I decided to contact Jacuzzi re upgrade 2 bathrooms in my home. I am a widower in my 80's. Need to sell the house. Jacuzzi sent '5 Star Remodel' out of ROCHESTER? I signed Contract for 2 conversions total cost $28,000. On June 2, 2026. Gave My ck. for $9,400, 1/3 down payment. JULY 2 CALL from 5 Star, waiting for material. July 8 I requested cancel the project. My 95 y/o Sister in California wants me to visit. 5 Star said it is too late to cancel and they will keep my $9,400.
