I Highly recommend this company. Fast shipping, reasonable monthly cost ($299) with no hidden fees. Great customer service and easy app for reorders and communication with a physician. No hassle refunds, noticeable results in a short time.

Sprout by far not even close has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They don't answer emails in a timely manner. If you leave a message, I have left several they never call you back. The big joke is if you call, they state, "The call volume is very high, and you may have a long wait." If you wait for a long time, the message comes up, "We are closed, please call back later." lol lol lol.

Noooo. Customer service contacted me 2 weeks after my many request. Phone calls are a joke. First month of product with absolutely no difference. Going direct to Lilly and their script card gets you great price thru Walmart pharmacy.

Sprout Health has terrible customer service. I’ve left several voicemails and emails but no one will respond. The prescription they sent did not have enough medication to get me through the month. I’ve tried and tried to get someone to respond but no one will. Absolutely unacceptable!!! Would not recommend.

I'm giving it a 1 star only because it wasn't difficult to get the med--BUT after you get med good luck getting any help--they NEVER answer the phone you have to leave a message BUT they never call back. Emailing you can get responses but it's many days later and you go back and forth between support and then them telling you to message provider etc... I'm trying to cancel my next shipment and getting no response but yet I have copy of email I sent, time I called, I even messaged the provider so will dispute the charges

I am filing this complaint regarding an order I placed with Sprouts Health on November 22, 2025 for a prescription medication. As of today, December 9, 2025, the prescription has still not been mailed, despite repeated follow-ups and assurances from the company. Between November 22 and December 9, I sent eight (8) emails requesting updates. On December 6, I received a message stating that my prescription would be mailed on Friday, December 5, or no later than Monday, December 8. However, as of the morning of December 9, the order still shows “not shipped.”
In their communications, the Help Support representative Kelsey ** repeatedly addressed me by the wrong name, despite my information being clearly provided in the order and emails. I believe this mix-up contributed to the delay. Additionally, both Kelsey ** (Help Support) and Dr. ** were unhelpful and failed to provide any solution or explanation beyond repeating the same inaccurate shipping assurances.
Timeline of Events:
• 11/22 – Order placed for prescription; payment processed.• 11/22–12/6 – Eight support emails sent; no clear update.
• 12/6 – Email from support promising shipment by 12/5 or 12/8.
• 12/9 – Order still not shipped; no satisfactory explanation.
• The company provided false and misleading shipping information.
• There has been an unreasonable delay in fulfilling a paid prescription order.
• Customer support was unhelpful and failed to resolve or investigate the issue.
Why I Am Filing a Complaint:

I first ordered Sprout on Sept 11 under a promotion and received my first order. After that point, there was never any communication. I was charged $299 in Oct & Nov with no product. Called 3 times, emailed, and no communication!

The company's customer support system does not work effectively, no one answers the phone and no one response to emails or provides assistance to answer questions. I have attempted multiple times to make contact with the company to ask general questions, but no answer.

Please save your money and go with a reputable company. I never received ANY product from them. Nothing. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone. But sure as heck they will charge you every month. I’m convinced they are just a scam.

My experience with Sprout started off on the negative side and it’s still going. I ordered my GLP1 for three months with a promotion of $50 off, making my price $700 for the first three months. I was charged $750. I have emailed them about the pricing error, the delay in shipping and have not heard back yet. I also emailed them prior to my pricing error issue about not being able to open the email link they sent that has a code to access but NO ONE has responded to that email either. There seems to be a HUGE issue with communication with this company. They charge you right away and then leave you hanging. My next step will be to file a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau). I ALWAYS take screenshots when I order anything online and I included those pictures in my email to Sprout. At least I have proof for the BBB if it comes to that. Don’t waste your time with Sprout, they are not worth it.

By now you've read the reviews. If you have no administrative issues this will likely work ok. Just know in advance that if you call, the phone will ring 4 times and then go to voicemail, and no one will return your call. I've only called 150 times but that has been the case each and every time with no exception. My guess is that there is a single employee doing everything and that leaves no time for listening to voicemail much less returning calls.
I needed to change my billing info. After 48 hours I got an email response, but we apparently are looking at entirely different websites, although I don't know how that's possible. You log on by entering your email, get a magic link (no password required) and there's the site. For nearly three weeks it's been impossible to update billing info.
I dropped my vial of tirzepatide and it broke, leaving me without half of my monthly medication. That was a week ago. I've had no luck getting assistance so I could replace it and couldn't order it because my billing info has changed. YUCK!!! The lady who has been sending me emails (Jahallil?) said she'd have IT contact me immediately. That was 10 days ago and no one ever has...so you understand what "immediately" means to this company.
I have no issues with the health care because I haven't had the need to contact the physician--I've had no side effects other than feeling a very mild and persistent nausea for several days after the injection--so I can't really say anything negative about the health care side of the house. Just know in advance that there is no possible means of communicating with ANYONE for ANY administrative or IT issues. You will be totally on your own.

Signing up and receiving the GLP-1 medication was easy and fast! Everything went downhill from there. I received the first vial of tirpezide within days without instructions. An email was sent with sign up information and login directions to contact provider. I was successful in accessing my private medical portal a single time to watch an introduction video. The website looks great and promises help, but it is a scam. The help phone number is not monitored. Don't bother leaving a message they don't respond. Email messages requesting help go unanswered for days to weeks.
I requested help accessing my medical portal for instructions and to contact my health provider. I have administered three doses and still no access to the medical provider for directions or to ask questions. The problem is when you login to your account you can see your subscription, orders and account information. Accessing the provider requires a second login where they send a code to your email address to enter the portal. Three weeks later, numerous unanswered requests for assistance, I STILL don't receive the code to access the portal or help from the help email or phone number. Avoid this if you are new to this treatment.

They shipped my order to my billing address. Should be an easy fix but here we are over a week later with 100 unanswered calls, no returned calls, being told 3 separate times a new order would be shipped “right away,” and delayed email responses asking for information that been provided multiple times. I have reported them to my bank. I told Sprout that and if they provide tracking or a refund then I would cancel my dispute. This company is a scam.

After reading about how great this program was I dove in!!! After they took my money I could NOT get anyone, not support, not the website, not pharmacy, to respond to 1 question. The doc gave me the runaround.

Although the initial process to become a patient and get weight loss meds was easy, their platforms, website, and customer service is non-existent for current customers. They sent an email with instructions to refill my medications. I completed everything, but then got another email saying I didn’t. When I go to login, it directs me to a page for new patients. Links on their website don’t take me to the correct information. This is incredibly frustrating as I am scheduled to take my next dose tomorrow and can’t get it refilled.

I received my first shipment and now it's time to get my next one and I cannot get a hold of anyone to find out when my next shipment will arrive. I would like to increase the dose and they said I would receive an email with a form to fill out and still nothing and I am currently out of the medication.

I joined Sprout a few weeks ago. I received excellent support and very quickly received my order for compounded Tirzepatide. I don't understand the negative reviews. I'm glad I ignored them. The customer service was excellent with immediate response.

Well after being approved for my second treatment and charged, nothing received. Called, no one answers or returned by phone call, emailed, no reply and they have a portal app that you complete to be approved and no response. I did a lot of research and found this is run my MD Integrations which is just a telehealth platform. If you notice on their website they list their "Partners" as MDI clients" not any actual business names. MD Integrations is out of NY and I am in the process of getting more information. They are on LinkedIn, but that does not mean anything or even if they are legit. I have contacted my CC holder, but feel it is important to spread the word, they are a SCAM. Companies like this close today and pop up tomorrow under a new name, so be careful. I now know what to look for now.

Completed my medical history, paid and was approved from Semaglutide. Over a week later, the medicine still hasn’t shipped. Site just shows processing. Their website says medicine ships in 3 business days. They said I can’t cancel and get a refund because the prescription was sent to a pharmacy. I feel like I been scammed.

I am not convinced this site is real or that you will get the medication. The number listed for customer service is different in two different places. One of the numbers isn't to Sprout, it's fake. The other number you leave a voicemail that isn't returned. Emails not returned. The message I recieved from the "provider" was overly confusing with multiple different doses and had nothing to do with what I put in my intake. Beware with sites like this. SCAM!!

I am disappointed in the customer service at Sprout Health. Their advertising does not resemble the reality. It took nearly 4 weeks to get my first delivery and customer support provides very little information. They advertise communication when medication is approved, notification when it ships with tracking number - none of this has happened. I ordered a 3-month supply, and I received only 1 month supply.
I immediately contacted customer support and received a response that they will correct the error and update me as soon as the remaining medication ships. That was nearly 2 weeks ago. I have reached out to them 2 more times since my initial complaint. They have been quick to respond but slow to resolve. I am still waiting to hear when I will receive the remainder of the order I paid for. the upside is there are no hidden fees, the cost is reduced if you order multiple months at a time, and I don't have to meet with a provider on a regular basis, which is my preference.

Updated on 07/19/2025: BEWARE! Still trying to get my personal information removed from the site. After a dozen or so requests since I was never sent my medication and they just keep telling me they're checking on it with the pharmacy. I still do not believe this is a real company! Definitely not one you want stealing your money and refusing to remove your account after a month of begging. Do at the very least, just know your personal information will be kept on the site, just waiting for someone to hack it and steal your personal information. Do not recommend you give your money to them or give them any of your info on their website.
Original review: 11 days into waiting for my prescription. Everything with this place has been slow and nothing like their advertising claims. I'm in two weeks deep and though I paid on day one, have nothing to show for but hours or wasted time and uncertainty. Just how long should a person wait for a purchase? I refuse to wait 11 days without a reason and a correction for why my meds haven't even made it to UPS yet!!!! I have demanded a refund, which I have been told no for, because they claim it's already shipped. My customer service rep just repeats themselves in different pacifying rebuttals. Can't imagine if I had bought 6 months or a year's worth. I do not recommend this company. I do not recommend!! You have many choices out there... Perhaps this one is still just too immature.
