Beware! I cancelled what I thought was my subscription and they continued to charge me for months with no drug, email, or contact at all! They refuse refund citing "Terms of Service." This company is not worth your money!

My weight loss experience was great, I was wanting to lose weight as I was planning to have an ankle reconstruction and would be non weight bearing for six to eight months. I started in May of 2025 and in seven months I lost 36lbs and went down 4" on my waist. I am 6' tall and was at 196 when I started and dropped to 160, my blood pressure improved to the point I no longer need medication.
I ordered monthly through November of 2025. Once I reached 160 I stopped ordering and didn't notice I was still being invoiced for December, January and February 2026. I called as it wasn't clear to me that I would be billed monthly whether I ordered or not, as if I wanted to par $398.00 for receiving nothing. I called and explained that I didn't understand that that was the case and my clinician and I decided I would go on a maintenance prescription (small dose) as I was holding at 160 and that I would not be credited but I could order my next three months and not me charged.
I then placed an order in March and wasn't charged but the last two orders which should have been free were billed to my card. I called to complain and cancelled my subscription and they did credit one month, the third month however was never credited even after numerous e-mails and phone calls, it never came through. I made the decision to drop it as I was grateful to have lost the weight and chalked it up to not investigating the company before entering into a subscription I wasn't aware I had done so.

Well, my experience has been Wonderful. I started the treatment about a year ago. I do not work out. Yes, it decreased my appetite. Other Fad diets did not work for me...weigh this, measure that, watch your points, really? I now eat a hard-boiled egg for breakfast, small salad for lunch, and my wife and I split a dinner...and I am not hungry! I drink Lots of water, ( which I had a hard time doing before I started the program). So far, I've lost 30 lbs. Never had any side effects. Slow and steady wins the race. Yes, we are all different. For many years, I said I would do anything to lose weight, so I tried Terzepitide, and I'm glad I did!!

I stopped receiving meds thru them after one vial. It ran out sooner than it was supposed to even when I administered the correct amount of medication, showing that the vial contained less than promised. Then I called to cancel. The real problem occurred when they continued to charge me $389/month for 10 months without me realizing it as it was listed as OPNLP on my credit card which I share with my husband. He mistakenly thought it was a legit charge of his own, and since I didn't recognize the name OPNLP, I didn't have any idea it was Prime Health. Now they are refusing to reverse the charges bc they say "It's a subscription service" even though I was receiving no meds and no contact with them whatsoever. I recommend anyone avoid this dishonest business!

Company continually charged me $398.99 every month when I only received one vial of weight loss medication. I only spoke to their provider one time. They did not make me aware that this was a subscription service.

Terrible experience, I canceled months ago and continue trying to cancel. Their customer service (refunds & billing department is terrible). They keep charging me despite me confirming cancelation multiple times which has now added up to thousands of dollars (without even receiving the medication). I'm now having to dispute this with my bank.
