What is G-Plans?

G-Plans is a personalized nutrition and weight management platform. The platform offers weight loss medication prescriptions and custom meal plans tailored to an individual's metabolic type (how fast or slow they metabolize food) to help users achieve their health and fitness goals.

G-Plans uses a combination of body measurements, eating habits and lifestyle information to create personalized meal plans. According to G-Plans, these plans are designed to help users optimize their metabolism, lose weight, build muscle and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The program also provides access to a variety of resources, including recipes, shopping lists and nutritional guidance.

In addition to meal planning, G-Plans offers features like progress tracking, community support and coaching from nutrition experts. The platform is available via the website and mobile app.

How does G-Plans work?

G-Plans provides a short, free online “metabolic quiz” to assess a client’s nutritional goals, demographic information, weight loss goals, macronutrients and whether they qualify for weight loss medication. The assessment also takes into account a client’s food allergies, preferences and habits. Then, it creates a customized nutrition plan based on the information provided. The client will need to follow the personalized plan for 30 days prior to a Telehealth doctor visit.

Then, after a teleconference and discussion with a third-party medical professional, a prescription is given to qualified patients for a glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist drug. G-Plans reports its plans typically result in 1 to 2 pounds per week weight loss in four weeks as a patient implements healthy diet and exercise changes.

After a screening, medical professionals assess whether the client qualifies for the following medications:

  • Semaglutide, a glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist. It works by mimicking the action of a hormone called GLP-1, which helps regulate blood sugar levels. G-Plans participants may get access to either Ozempic, Wegovy or compounded semaglutide. The latter is not formally approved by the FDA.
  • Mounjaro, used to treat Type 2 diabetes.

G-Plans cost

The first 30 days to try G-Plans is $39. You have access to its AI nutrition program. For telehealth, a personal nutrition plan, one-on-one guidance and nutrition curriculum, it charges $99 per month, or $129 per month if you go month to month. The plan does not include the price of medication.

The client can cancel at any time. It provides a 100% money-back guarantee for some plans only.

Is G-Plans legit?

Yes, G-Plans is legit, but it is primarily a nutrition and meal-planning platform focused on personalized diet plans. If you are looking for medical treatments or medications related to weight management or nutrition, it’s important to consult with a health care professional who can provide advice based on your specific needs. G-Plans is designed to complement a healthy lifestyle rather than replace medical advice or treatment.

Keep in mind that new clients will not actually meet with a doctor hired directly by G-Plans. Instead, they will meet with a third-party doctor.

Some customers have reported difficulty with customer service communication, and cancellation may be difficult. Its customer service number lies deep within the refunds policy page.

When you sign up you cannot skip the free meals. Cancelling costs $59 but it is worth it. The meals are overprocessed and high in calories. They charge you $99 a month without medication costs, but this gets you a complete blood panel and monthly telehealth meetings to monitor your progress. The monthly cost of ** is $399.... but it really works to "turn off all cravings". With this medication I found it incredibly easy to eat healthy and monitor my portion sizes. Overall, it costs about $500 month. If nothing else works for you, this will. If you can afford it, do it.
