Its clinicians are trained in obesity medicine and use Found's MetabolicPrint tool to design treatment plans based on your health history, lifestyle and weight challenges.

A licensed clinician trained in obesity medicine reviews your intake form, decides whether labs are needed and builds a treatment plan tailored to your biology.
• Health coaching: The company assists clients with clinical consultations, health coaching and medication delivery. The app gives you access to your care team via messaging, support from a health coach and access to meal planning, workout plans, recipes and an online community.

Compounded medications are included in the monthly plan costs, but branded GLP-1 medications are billed separately.

Found operates in most U.S. states but is not available in Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, D.C. and West Virginia.

The program is fully telehealth-based, so you can access services from home in eligible states.

You're eligible for a full refund only if you cancel within three days of purchase, or before completing your first medical consultation, whichever comes first. After that, membership fees are non-refundable, and prepaid six- or 12-month plans are not prorated.

Medications and lab kits can't be returned once shipped.

You can cancel your membership at any time through the app, but refunds are limited to the narrow window described above.
