The CouchBed was good at first. But after laying on it for so many days in a row it flattens. It is very uncomfortable almost like it is turning into a couch underneath you. Very awful I would say. I am very disappointed.

I ordered a queen CouchBed in December 2018 around the holidays. My credit card was charged and I received a confirmation email that said the bed was being prepped for shipping and that I would get another email when it shipped. It's been 6 weeks now and I've heard nothing from the company. I've tried contacting them multiple times through several channels and have gotten no response.

I was looking for a pull-out bed and I came across the CouchBed. I thought it would be a perfect solution for our playroom for our kids and that would turn into a bed for someone who would come and stay with us. I ordered the light gray queen-size CouchBed online which was super easy. It took me just a few minutes to do it. The delivery then came earlier than I was expecting. My sister-in-law unboxed the CouchBed and she said it was pretty easy. It was heavy but that was to be expected. It expanded in less than a couple of hours. The CouchBed is a little bit firmer than I thought it was going to be. We have a Purple mattress which is supposed to be pretty firm. But the CouchBed is much firmer, so it’s not the most comfortable bed but it’s doable.

We were buying a new house and looking for some things to put into one of the extra rooms, and it seemed to be good timing that we saw a pop-up ad of CouchBed on Facebook. When we bought one about six months ago, the delivery was fine. However, the website could’ve used a little bit of a better interface for the purchase. The punch-out for putting in your payment was a little bit of a challenge. Also, I was a little bit disappointed because when I had been looking at the CouchBed, their website indicated that they were gonna have the platform base for it available very soon and that has not been the case. They just released them from back-order this month. So, we’ve had the CouchBed on the floor for all that time, which is how most people use it. And since we’ve had the CouchBed that way this long, we will not buy the platform especially that it looks like they’re charging almost as much as the couch for the platform.

I am a college student living in a 4 bedroom house, so naturally my room is rather small. I bought the CouchBed so that I could have some more space in my room when I want it. The gap in the mattress is noticeable first of all, a lot of reviews say else wise and that's nonsense. Also, I feel that the mattress could be softer but it strikes a necessary balance in order to be soft but also function as a couch and keep its form. My only reason for discontent with the softness is the price. I paid 450 for my couch bed after finding a 10% discount code on a reviewer's website, which is enough to buy two nice memory foam mattresses that don't fold into couches and would probably be softer.

We love our couch bed. It’s so comfy and functional. Way better than any futon. Our only complaint is that we dislike the blue color. It doesn’t look like the color online. We waited longer to get the blue but are so disappointed with the color. Originally I was calling to order a swatch sample but they don’t provide them. Providing a swatch would have guaranteed ordering a color we like. Otherwise it’s an amazing product and I would give it 5 stars.

We absolutely LOVE our CouchBed! We ordered the queen size in grey and it looks absolutely beautiful in our guest/playroom. After placing our online order, product was shipped in a timely manner and we had it almost a week later. The cover is so easy to take off and wash - which is necessary with two toddlers. Everyone that has stayed over said they loved sleeping on it. Will be purchasing another soon for our kids room!

We are in transition right now since we're building our house and we live in a small place. We put everything in storage, so we needed something to sleep on and that would function as a couch as well. We were dead set on getting a sleep couch that we turn into a bed and we coudn't do it, so we hurt our back too much. Then I was able to purchase 2 CouchBeds. We got a blue twin size and a charcoal queen size. The online ordering and check-out process was fine too. One time, I asked them on Facebook a question about when the platforms would be in and they responded immediately. I would like the platforms to be cheaper, though, as I would love to have one. Still, the cost of the product in relation to the quality is perfect. When the CouchBeds arrived, I couldn't believe they were gonna take a little container. Then they took a couple of hours to be expanded, which was hardly any time. We also find them very much comfortable. So, we love CouchBed.

I like the CouchBed as it is the right size for the room, very comfortable and very easy on the wallet. It is easy to fold into a couch and unfold into a bed. It is great for my office if I need a place to rest while I work. It is also great if company stays over and I need a quick place for them to stay. My son also loves the CouchBed!

CouchBed is so comfortable and sleek! It’s perfect for my son's playroom. He can climb on it without getting hurt and guests can still use it as a bed! It’s better than any futon I looked at! The memory foam is very comfortable!

I bought the queen CouchBed thinking it was going to be a bit taller and less like a cushion on the floor. When I tried to return it, I was told to wait because the platform would be in stock or if I wanted to return it, it was on me. I feel like buying this was taking a chance so there should be a better recourse for those who do want to return it and not bear the high shipping costs and burden of taking it to a shipping store. I ended up selling it for less than half of what I bought it for. It was just an all out disappointment.

I needed something that was unbreakable for my house specification rental. I got a gray, queen size CouchBed thinking that it wouldn't break since I've had futons that have been broken by my guests. The overall purchase and check-out process was very easy. The only thing about the CouchBed is that its profile is very low so it doesn't really look like a couch. But its purpose is to be more of a bed than a couch, so it works fine. My grandkids love it too. Also, I like the cost in relation to the quality. I had a great experience with CouchBed.

I was browsing through the internet and I was looking for a sofa bed. CouchBed looked like something which was different from the traditional style. It looked very attractive and I just liked it. I bought it and was shipped to me on time. The overall quality of the CouchBed is actually very good. I use it more like a living room sofa. I spend a lot of time on it and it’s pretty comfortable. Almost everyone who comes to my place really likes it too. I like the quality of CouchBed and it wasn’t more expensive than the other things I see around.

I ordered from CouchBed and paid them $500. Navigating through their website was simple and fairly easy since they really don’t have a lot of products. I like the style of their product and thought it would be convenient, but it was not. I checked with CouchBed twice before the couch was delivered to make sure that it was delivered to the door and not my apartment office, but they didn't do that. So, I had to walk the couch bed all the way across my complex at least seven times. It was also overpriced and it’s not as comfortable as I thought it would be.

I live in an apartment and I purchased my CouchBed for my style and what I need. Plus it had good reviews. It’s a twin and it’s light gray, and it expanded pretty much right away. It’s very comfy and it looks like it will last a long time. It’s exceptional and I love it.

Purchased a CouchBed with the frame. No frame was ever shipped... Company gives excuses every month as to why they have not shipped the frame. Told today that it will be next month (which is what they told me in August, September, October, November and now in December.). So we are at 6 months as of December 2018. Now they say - just ship it back... Well, when you receive these couches; they are small vacuum sealed boxes that are easy to carry. Then when you open them; they expand like too much yeast in a cake where 1 person cannot carry much less put in a box to send back. So; I asked them to send me a box and shipping labels for the sofa. I have now been told that we have exceeded the 30 day return policy. We are now going to arbitration via my credit card back-charge... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They do not have it together!

I got the red twin CouchBed as it looked like exactly what my son would need as an extra bed in his dorm. My son loves it and he says it’s the best purchase he has up in his dorm. The one thing I thought, which I couldn't tell from the website, was that on the twin, the seating is not so great for an adult. It worked out fine for him, but if I had been buying it as an extra piece for my house, I would have been annoyed. Still, it’s serving its purpose and he’s thrilled, so I’m happy.

I saw a demo on Instagram and CouchBed seemed like a nice concept rather than getting a futon for my kids. When they are in their room, they could flip it to a sofa. I ordered the CouchBed for my son, then I came back to order the frame. I ordered two frames and another bed and I received the bed in a timely fashion, but I never received the frames, so I recently canceled the order for the frames. The beds I purchased were queen sized. One was gray and the other one was black, but I'm not happy since we don't have a frame. I just have a mattress on the floor right now. I have not had a chance to reach out. They told me I had to donate their mattress and they’ll refund me, but I haven't had a chance to take care of that because I have to buy another bed for my kids.

I looked into a small apartment and I needed something for it that's smaller. I saw CouchBed on Youtube. I ordered a single CouchBed that's red and the process was very easy. At the time, though, I didn't know if I should buy the platform for it or not as there were no pictures or any Youtube videos about that. I called them about the platform and they responded timely. They called in and said they were working on that. So, I didn't buy the platform because I wanted to make sure I knew exactly how it worked. It would have been helpful if they have some pictures of the platform, but I've seen the Youtube video since and I wouldn't have wanted that, anyway. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with CouchBed. The quality of the item is really good.

I was digging around online looking for futons. CouchBed looked neat and I got a queen size from them. The ordering process was really easy. Also, for the cost, the product is of fair quality. However, if we're gonna try and sleep on it every night, it would suck. Nevertheless, what purpose I use it for, it’s excellent because it’s more space in case we have multiple guests.

Our house was undergoing some remodeling, and I didn’t have a spare bedroom. I bought a CouchBed so that I could have a spare bed for my niece who was staying here at that time. The ordering process was pretty simple. I read through the comments that somebody regretfully didn't get the frame with it so I got one. The bed was brought to me quick. The frame have been backordered but it was efficient. The bed will go in my basement fine. I think it was a great solution for my problem. It’s kind of a flip bed, flip chairs. It’s utilitarian. I would definitely recommend it.

I like the design of CouchBed. My buddy had one and whenever I saw it, it would fit perfectly in my apartment. I ordered my CouchBed and I went on and told them that I wanted it to match my living room theme. Since I have a lot of people coming over and staying with me, I wanted the queen size so they have a place to sleep. After I ordered it, it took a while to come in, but that was my fault 'cause I didn’t see that it was on backorder. I emailed them asking when the CouchBed can be shipped out, and they emailed me back within a few hours. They answered my questions, so it was good.

We got a grey twin bed from CouchBed. It was portable, multi-use and good for a playroom bed. I ordered it online. It got delivered when it said it was going to be delivered. It’s designed as a guest room alternative bed and everybody seems to like it. It is the perfect option for a playroom.

We wanted a bed that lets you multifunction and we purchased the queen size charcoal gray CouchBed. The process of ordering that was easy and the communication was good throughout. But when the product was delivered, the box had some problems. The CouchBed itself was fine. But the frame was badly damaged. The latches on the fold-over part for the pull-out bed were broken so I had to re-drill and redo the latch for it.

I liked the look of the CouchBed and ordered a slate-colored twin size online. It was super easy. I received an email when it shipped and it showed me exactly when it would be here. I moved from Missouri to Arizona and it came the day that I got here. It was perfect. The packaging was fine and my son easily unboxed it for me. It is also easy to move around, which is another thing that I like about it. He and my granddaughter carried it into the house for me.

I was looking for a small bed for a spare room that could also work for guests, so we could keep it small, not always have a bed out, but also have a mattress available with it. I went online, clicked some buttons, and ordered a queen sized charcoal bed from CouchBed. Check out process was really easy. I got tracking information for my purchase and it arrived within the timeframe they gave me. Unboxing it was super easy as well, I dragged the whole box into the room, fold it out, and left it for a couple of hours, and it flipped up. I got to use it when we had a remodeling happening in our bedroom, and the bed was comfy and I’m happy. You can get a cheap futon for a lot less, but they’re not comfortable. My cousin and her husband slept on it for a week, and they didn’t know it wasn’t a mattress till after I told them.

During the process of ordering the CouchBed, they were going through some new company manufacturing woes. When everything was gonna be delivered, we got two emails about a month apart saying that they won't be ready for another month. And then they said that again the next month. So it took at least three months to get the bed. That was disappointing, but I'm not disappointed in the bed.

I can’t really rate the product yet, as the bed won’t arrive till about end of October or November the gentleman just advised, as the beds were on backorder. I’m just updating my last review. Finally got someone to answer my calls. There are only 4 people answering the phones. He said there is an option to leave a voicemail. I said they need to have it checked, because I’ve never had the option to leave a voicemail on my end. The whole 2 weeks I’ve tried to reach someone by phone and email to no prevail.

I was trying to replace a futon and I wanted something that I could use as a couch/bed, so I tried to find it online. I called CouchBed to get some information and the person I talked to was helpful. I ordered a queen-sized bed for our vacation house. There were some delays and issues with manufacturing and the frame took longer than I expected. The bed looked like it was ready to go and it could have been used on the day that we got it. The CouchBed is as comfortable or not more than a futon and the quality is fine. However, the supporting legs could use a little strengthening. I put on some additional braces so it wouldn’t collapse under heavy, crazy use by kids. If you use it casually, it wouldn’t be a problem.

I ordered the blue queen size mattress online from CouchBed and I paid through PayPal. I had a little hiccup at first. I ordered the twin bed instead of the queen and I also ordered the queen platform. It was my fault but I caught it before they sent it out. I sent them an email and they did it pretty quickly. But they had the queens on backorder so I had to wait a month. I wanted the black one but they they didn't have it, and I didn't like that. It took a month for my CouchBed to arrive and then it took another month for me to get my platform. The unboxing was pretty easy. They had a little box cutter in there to open up the plastic and it opened right out. Everything was pretty simple to put together.

CouchBed had positive reviews that were published on the website. It appeared from the descriptive information about the construction that it was gonna be a quality piece. It also appeared to fit our needs and to fit the space we had. I telephoned the toll-free number and spoke with someone who I believe was one of the owners. I had a couple of questions and he answered those for me. He took the order and then sent me email acknowledgment.

I wanted something comfortable so I got a CouchBed. I purchased a queen-sized grey one and ordering was fairly quick but the delivery was delayed. The unboxing was fairly simple, though, and after unpacking it and setting it up, it seemed fine a couple of hours later. Compared to other mattress products, it is equivalent to a bed and overall, it's pretty good to use. I have different types of people who like using it and when you open it up to a bed, it's not a big deal. But in the seated chair position, especially where people tend to throw at and the area I sit on a lot, it's no longer as firm as I would prefer it to be. Also, others say that they pretty much have to squat to be on it. Aside from that, it has been great. It's worth it and it might be great for a kid's room.

I saw CouchBed on a commercial and I liked it. I bought a black queen and ordering it was simple. CouchBed's reps followed up, and when I called to ask questions, they assisted with everything I needed. Unboxing the product was also simple. The directions were straightforward. My CouchBed is a little firm. It’s not bad and I like it. I thoroughly enjoy it. Also, being able to switch it from a bed to a couch was worth its cost.

A CouchBed fits the space that I need it in and it was low to the ground and it looked comfortable to sit on, as well as lay on. Also, the convenience of being able to flip it from one position to the other was pretty cool. Ordering one was a smooth process but I had to wait to get it into stock again. It took a while but it was delivered in the expected timeframe. My wife unboxed it and she said it was fairly easy. Then, it expanded almost immediately. My wife and I were talking over the phone and I told her it wouldn't be at its full capacity until about 10 to 24 hours from then. But she said it was pretty much still the same when she looked at it about 24 hours later.

I was looking for something that could be a daybed in the guest room by day and a bed by night, so I checked out quite a few different ones, saw CouchBed online and liked it a lot. The checkout process was simple and the communication I received after I purchased was excellent. I bought a beige, queen-sized CouchBed, and everything about the ordering process was very good except not being able to get the color within the timeframe promised. They didn't have the beige cover at the time and I was having company. I interacted with the customer service team through email and they were helpful. They were very quick to send me another color (charcoal) which I also liked. They followed up by sending me the other one for free, so I have two.

Updated on 12/13/2018: After continuous calling to the company requesting updates on delivery of purchase CouchBed platform (with continuous delays of 1 month each); I called the company December 10th. The lady I spoke with told me they would refund the portion of the payment for the platform only. That I had exceeded the 30 day free return period. And that I would have to pay for shipping. I explained that this was (1) purchase. A mattress and the frame. That I don't go to furniture store to buy sofa cushions without the frame. I did back charge my credit card after 6 months of delays. As of today; this remains unresolved since my bank presently does not show the credit being returned. I will update my review as soon as the credit does show up.

CouchBed looked functional for my boy’s playroom when I saw it online. We got one for the guest room we have for when my kids have friends who would sleepover. Their ordering process was super easy. I bought the queen-sized bed with a charcoal color. It showed up when it was supposed to and it looked like it was supposed to. It was also super easy to unbox it and thereafter, we waited an hour for the bed to expand before using it. The CouchBed is totally different from a regular bed. I had an easy experience with this company and would tell a friend to get one of their beds.

I’m happy with the product I bought from CouchBed. We wanted something that was convertible for one of our rooms and I liked CouchBed as an alternative to a traditional futon. In addition, it was well-priced and compared to other alternatives, CouchBed was in line with the pricing. I ordered the queen size in gray on my phone through the website and it was really easy. I also communicated with their friendly customer service team through email and over the phone.

I got a twin size blue CouchBed. I am moving a lot, so it fits my needs and it's easy to manage two pieces of furniture at the same time. It's lightweight and easy to move around. Ordering it was super easy. I just looked it up online and purchased it within minutes, and it came within the time frame. I unpacked it and then it inflated, and it was cool to watch. Then, I started using it after 15 minutes. It's really soft and it retains its shape well. It lasted me really well. However, it was a lot smaller than I expected. Still, I'm really pleased with the product. It is my primary mattress and I use it every night. It's very comfortable and I also really love the pillows that it came with. It takes seconds to transition my CouchBed from a bed to a couch or vice versa. It's so simple. The quality of the product is high and I paid for it, so the cost and the quality are even. I'm happy with the product and I would recommend CouchBed.

I was living with my buddy and I needed a place to stay at his house. I didn’t wanna buy a futon but I thought it has a cool design. It's not like a $10,000 couch, but it's nice for what it is. I can flip it out and it's very comfortable and it looked like a good option for me. I saw the ad about it on Instagram then I talked to my buddy and he also liked it. I ended up purchasing a queen size, gray Couchbed. I bought it online in May but I didn't get it until June.

Our experience with CouchBed is great. We have a space that is an office bedroom and we wanted to have something to receive the guest in case we have someone over. My husband loves to be online looking for new stuff and he found an idea and he thought that it would be great, so we bought the blue, queen-size CouchBed with that intention. It looked like a couch and worked like a bed, so it was perfect for us. The only thing is we wanted a tri-color, but they didn't have it available. It would take another two weeks or so to be available, so we chose blue instead. We chose Amazon for the shipping and payments and it was easy. We let the CouchBed expand and we used it the same day we opened it. The product is great. We had a guest over and they had nothing to complain.

Charcoal Queen Couch Bed - The ordering process was very easy and my couch bed was delivered to my front door in good condition. I was looking for more comfortable bed than a futon and my couch bed exceeded expectations. I love the concept and the quality. The mattress is firm but I find it very comfortable and so do my guests.

Originally, I was supposed to get a futon type for our spare bedroom/baby’s room and we looked at the stores around us. However, the quality of the mattresses is poor. I liked the way the CouchBed folded and that it had the memory foam. It was easy to put together and then put back as a couch. We went online and I wanted a black one, but it was out of stock at the time and we needed it fast so we ordered the twin-sized blue one. It took five business days for it to be delivered. We opened the box, took out the staples and undid the packaging. It took a while to inflate it, but all in all it was easy. So far, the mattress is good and comfy. We have guests staying frequently and it's been used by three people in three months.

I really do love this CouchBed. I live in a small apartment and having a convertible couch with a small footprint that is super comfy is nice. It is firm, but I personally like firm. I ran into a small issue when I received it. Contacted support, which was fantastic. I would highly recommend this to anyone who asked. My neighbors also love it granted they haven't laid on it in bed mode. I was in the "dog house" with my girlfriend who I live with. Switched it into bed mode in 5 seconds, slept better than I normally do LOL.

We were looking for something for our bonus room that we could use for guests when they stay. We then chose a queen-sized charcoal grey CouchBed. Ordering it was super easy and then we signed up for text and email alerts which were super helpful. The CouchBed was delivered as expected and we received it pretty quickly. The directions for the unboxing were simple and easy too. The CouchBed feels comfortable and we've been very happy.

When I ordered the Couchbed I didn't expect to wait soooo long in receiving my platform! I understand the situation with your manufacturer but 60 additional days is a long time to wait for a product. Please see if there is any way to shorten the wait. We're seniors so it's a bit hard to get up and off the bed.

CouchBed staff was great speaking with me multiple times to get mine shipped to Alaska as they only ship free to the lower 48. A pet peeve of Alaskans, but worth the extra cost to get it here. Made a lovely office/guest room around my queen sized CouchBed and love it! 2 sets of guests now have enjoyed the comfort and I agree as I spent a night on it as well to check it out!

I moved to Louisiana and I didn’t have time to bring my bed so I just got a CouchBed to put in my room in the meantime until I’m completely moved in. I went to CouchBed's website, looked at all the good reviews and ordered from there. I got a dark gray, queen sized CouchBed. It took about four to five days for the bed to get here. It had good packaging and it was easy to set up. I just opened it up and it inflated. I used it that night but it pretty much inflated fully within the first 24 hours.

Returned the couchbed and FedEx Tracking shows delivered. I have yet to see a refund or email stating that it was received. When I tried to call the 800 # I got no answer and left a VM message. I never received a callback and it's been several days. Horrible customer service.

We bought a CouchBed unit as its design allowed us to use it in our RV. We did that online and we got their biggest one, which was a queen, and we got it in charcoal. It would have been nice if they had a bigger option, like a king size, or one that is a better version of it. We were worried that the unit wouldn't come in time for our trip but then it came a couple of weeks ahead of schedule. We then installed it in the RV. We use it as a couch and then we'd flip it over and roll the back like a pinch and we'd use it as a bed. It's a super easy operation. It’s very convenient for that because it's self-supporting, so we don’t need to have a frame and that's really helpful for our RV.

The website is pretty simple to navigate, and ordering was easy. I purchased a grey queen sized couched and a frame to go with it. I had to wait quite a while to actually receive my Couch Bed (about a month from order date), and longer still to get the frame (about two months from order date), but I was fine with that since I was informed of the waits when I was placing my order. While I was waiting I reached out to customer service both via phone call and through FaceBook messaging for updates. Using both methods I got quick and helpful replies and answers. I also got relevant updates emailed to me, which was appreciated.

We moved houses and are without a fourth bedroom for guests so getting a CouchBed was an option for when people come to visit. We ordered a blue queen size on the website and the process was straightforward. But the color isn't very true to what the website said and you can only do so much as far as seeing what they post. The color is more of a blue denim versus a navy blue which was what I was led to believe so that was a bit disappointing. There are no returns either, unless the product is defective. I was shocked at that. I wasn't really happy with the color but my daughter is. The CouchBed is also way too low for me when I try to sit on it. But the kids have been on it and it's comfortable when we pull it out for sleeping. It is a decent product. It was relatively inexpensive and it fulfilled the need. And if you've got limited space, it works very well.

I ordered the couch bed for my teenage son to use in a spare room, mainly for him and his friends while they play video games. They love it and they were practically giddy about the pillows! I didnt notice any smell like I had seen in some reviews. We had no issues at all. I actually use it as a reading couch when no one is home. So happy we got it!

I wanted something that was like a futon but not really a futon and CouchBed popped up in Google. We've got a Murphy bed in the office for my guests and then it totally broke, so I got this one instead. Ordering our CouchBed was easy and I did it online. I put my credit card in there and then it came within two or three days. It is the blue color queen size one. I have never slept on it, but it is not very comfortable to sit on. My kids like it, though, and they sit on it. They watch TV in there. Also, it was pretty affordable. It was pretty good because it is memory foam. A memory foam queen size mattress itself is usually around a 1000 bucks, and I got the whole couch for basically half that. It's a better alternative to a futon. Overall, I'm satisfied.

I have an unusual small loft space that needed something creative and funky. I ran across some ad on Facebook and started to order a CouchBed from there because it was on sale. But a few hours later, it went off sale. I got in touch with a representative who was professional, timely and helpful. And when they were willing to extend the offer by a smidgen since I had just missed it, I ultimately wound up ordering the queen size CouchBed through the company's website. Their website is good and I liked the fun and quirky feel of it. Purchasing a CouchBed should be a ton of fun, more innovative and interesting, and they really build on that well. But I had to dig for the measurements. I would like to see clearer measurements and more pictures on their website. There are four pictures when you click on an item you want to buy but how the product works is such a neat story and those four pictures don't help you imagine how cool it can be.

We ordered one for our office to have as a spare bed. Our son loved it so much that he said he wanted one to use as his regular bed. Very happy with our purchases!! Would definitely recommend to a friend.

On 6/11/18 I sent a message on FB asking this question: ”Is there anyway to determine when my order will 1. ship and 2. arrive? I know it says "QUEEN WILL BE READY TO SHIP AGAIN ON JUNE 21ST, TWIN WILL BE READY IN JULY, AND WILL SHIP IN ORDER OF ORDERS PLACED.” I ordered a queen on June 2nd. If we don't have it by the first week of July, we will have to buy something else and cancel our order with you. Please advise ASAP.”

The bed is the perfect size for me (twin size) and is perfectly firm! Super easy to convert and I love the dark grey color! The bamboo pillows are amazing as well and the fact they were free is so awesome! I've had many nights of amazing sleep since receiving the bed and pillows!

My son turned 21 and he had been wanting to give his room a little more space, so we purchased a bed from CouchBed. It was the queen and it was gray. The process of ordering was super easy and the communication I received after my purchase has been good. We let the CouchBed expand for least 12 hours or even longer. The bed is good and the cost is comparable. I would definitely tell my friends to consider purchasing one.

The bed & frame are up & functioning. Directions for changing from delivered bed to a couch were unclear; pictures & arrows would help. Assembling the frame was a nightmare. It seemed easy, but pre-assembled bolts fell out of holes, an electric drill was required as well as figuring out exactly how to repair & reassemble it. The slats are firm, but care is needed to make the right pair fit evenly with the left pair. But we will mostly use it as a couch, so it won’t happen often. I think it will become a worthwhile purchase.

I loved the idea and concept behind that couch bed, I ordered it only to find out that it would not work for what I needed it for. I did return the product and that process was seamless and not painful at all. I wish I could have kept it for something else but everything about this product was great.

I’m building a house in Phoenix and I’m from Seattle. I ordered a gray queen size CouchBed online and navigating through their website seemed okay. The box was delivered on the last week of June but I didn’t get here until July 1st. I took it out of the box on July 2nd and I asked about returning it immediately. The material was all wrinkled and the CouchBed looked like it has been used. I let them know about that but the communication with the reps was not good. It took them two days to respond to my questions about returning it and they said I could ship it back at my own expense.

The CouchBed is practical and I’m able to get two things out of it while utilizing one space. I ordered a charcoal, queen-sized one. The ordering process was good, but the CouchBed was six-weeks out on backorder. Their website said delivery would take four to six days, but once they processed the order, it took about four weeks to arrive. I received no communication after the purchase and it was hard to talk to them. When I contacted them on Facebook, they said they would be right back. I got one response.

I ordered the CouchBed first to see if we were going to like it. It was my intention to order the bed frame after we saw if we liked the CouchBed. We needed the height of the frame to make the CouchBed usable for us. Without the frame the CouchBed is useless as we are older. It was good for the small space we had in our 2nd bedroom/office. The frame we ordered about 3 weeks later. That was paid for in May and was told it was shipping in June. It is July 6th. Still no bed frame.

I like CouchBed's style. It's contemporary and it looks really nice. And the best part is that it's very easy to order. But there's no other options, either you'll get that or the black one. I wish there's other options besides from those colors and if you don't want something checkered or flowery. But the website was really easy to figure out and the bed arrived to our home quick. Also if you are the type of person who likes firm that's perfect. But I thought it was gonna be like La-Z-Boy -- nice and comfy type. I did not know that this is gonna be so firm. So I'm kind of like regretting it at the same time because it's not comfortable.

CouchBed was small and I needed it for a playroom. It was the twin and it was gray, and I got it at a discount. I ordered it online, I processed my credit card and it came in the mail. I was very pleased with how quickly our queen-size CouchBed in Charcoal arrived after I ordered it online. Set-up was pretty easy for my husband and me. My only unhappiness is with the Charcoal color, which appears to have a greenish undertone (sitting on our new gray-toned hardwood floor).

I purchased the Limestone Twin CouchBed and put it in a spare room for guests. The unboxing process was easy and it took just one day to let it expand before we set it up. It's great for guests to use instead of a regular bed. I had guests sleep on it and one of my dogs loves it. We purchased a CouchBed that is light gray in color and it’s a twin. It was for our grandson and he loves it. He likes it mainly because it does make a chair. He’s in college and he needs both the bed and the chair. CouchBed was the only one that we saw that’s made like a chair, which was what we were looking for instead of going with a futon. We wanted a place that can have a dorm room couch which can open into a bed so we bought a CouchBed. We signed in with the computer, pressed a few keys and ordered from there. It's a gray, queen size memory foam. It's not a $1000 Sealy Posturepedic, but it's nice. It's very casual but I like it better than a pull-out couch with all the bars on it. I like the modern look of it. You can get some nice accent pillows, throw it on and you're good to go. Our teenage son uses it, my husband and I use it, and we just moved to an apartment so we're hoping we can use it if a company comes over. I would recommend it if somebody needs a casual place to sit and sleep.

The unboxing process was fun because I’ve never received a bed in the mail before, so seeing it shrink-wrapped and having it expand was different. We let it expand for four hours before using it. I've had the CouchBed for some months and it is good and firm. It's for long-term use and it’s not gonna get soft anytime soon. For its price, the bed was worth it. Then, with the two pillows thrown in, it was a really good deal.

We replaced the couch in our RV with the couch bed and are very happy with it. The only problem is, it is killing or knees getting up from the couch at such a low seating position. It would be helpful if you can provide me a estimated delivery date for our platform.

The experience has been quite good. It saves me plenty of room and it looks nice. But recently the stitching is coming undone. It looks as if it will continue to get worse every time I fold it out to a bed. Can this be fix or replaced?

I’m not completely satisfied with the CouchBed. I’m 61, and it’s difficult to sometimes get up from the CouchBed. I thought if returning it, especially since it’s $300, not a small purchase for me, especially when I live paycheck to paycheck. No return policy stinks! I had a hard time getting rid of our extremely comfortable queen-sized guest bed, but we needed extra space for kid toys and play area. I hesitantly took the plunge and ordered the CouchBed. I wanted a place that guests can sleep comfortably, not take up a huge footprint, and I didn’t want to spend a fortune. I am so thrilled with the purchase! It’s extremely comfortable and is a great place to sit to play with the kids and read books. In couch mode, the seat is very deep and even comfortable for my 6’ tall husband. The Limestone is a nice light gray that blends perfectly with the rest of our home. Due to its low profile, it would be a difficult mattress for older guests to get in and out of, but the platform would easily solve that problem. For our use, it’s safer and perfect on the floor. And the bonus bamboo pillows are amazing!!! My husband and I are using them on our bed.

We were looking for a solution to have a guest bed in a small (and oddly shaped) room. Due to the size and shape of the room, we were severely limited in our options and we were even at the point of purchasing (shudder) a futon—and who wants to sleep on that!?! My husband saw the ad for CouchBed and it was like an answer to our prayers. Very simple purchasing process, and customer support was excellent—providing updates every step of the way. The product delivered on time and was exactly as advertised. We had guests sleep in it that night and they were so impressed that they went home and ordered one too! Absolutely recommend this item. My only note of caution is that this is a firm mattress—those who like a softer bed may want to put a mattress topper on it to meet their desired level of comfort. One suggestion: please sell slipcover for the couch bed to be used while in couch position. I have kids and could really use one!

I love this CouchBed! It's functional, comfortable, great quality, and looks awesome. My toddler loves to climb around it and our dogs fight to sit and sleep on it every time I'm on it. I would buy this instead of a regular couch if you like low sitting and minimal living.

Love my couch bed!! However I need a platform for it so badly. The couch is great except for the lack of platform. I am 6’3” and it’s just not nearly tall enough. I know what the dimensions say, but I really believe in the company. I believe in the company so much that I know they’re smart enough to come up with some kind of platform for the CouchBed. Even if I have to move it to food it out. I am ok with that.

Very comfortable, easy to set up, even better than expected! Highly recommend to everyone! Very minimal smell upon unpacking, but it goes away within a few days. This CouchBed is just as comfortable as our regular mattress! Great for use as an extra bed for company or lounging during the weekends!

Delivery was pretty quick. Looks and works exactly as it appears. My only complaint is that the two different pieces, when in bed-mode, separate after even a little movement. This causes a gap that one kind of slides into. Much more prone when two people are using the bed. Considering modifying with velcro but haven't sewn it on yet.

My sister's going to move in so I got a CouchBed for the guest room. The room is basically a big closet, so it just has room for a twin bed, but I figured it would be cool if the bed can be convertible too since my sister will be living in there for a few months. I got the twin in black and it seems comfortable. And with the CouchBed being on sale for $300, plus two pillows, it was a good deal compared to other things that I was looking at. I ordered it online and navigating through their website was very easy. The bed showed up a couple of days later, which was quicker than I thought it was going to. Unboxing it was crazy though because it popped open like a pop tent. I sat right on it and I was thinking it was hard. But then after a couple of days, it expanded out. Then my best friend slept on it one night and she said it was too firm for her but she also said she slept pretty good.

We like the flexibility of the CouchBed being able to convert from a couch to a bed and I needed it for a guest room for extra sleeping space. I ordered a grey queen size one online and it was pretty seamless. The communication was good the process was smooth. I got notified that it was shipped pretty quickly and it was on a good schedule. My wife and my son unboxed it and they didn't have any problems getting it out or anything. However, the CouchBed turned out to be a lot firmer than we expected and I ended up putting a couple of mattress beds on it to decrease the firmness for us, especially where it's pretty comfortable. I think with just the CouchBed itself, it's gonna take a while to get used to. I'd probably recommend it but with the caveat that it's a pretty firm mattress. The cost was very reasonable, though, considering it was dual function and it's perfect for someone that wants a really firm mattress like that.

We were after a solution to have a twin mattress in our living room that we could use for visitors and we’ve got two, young children. The height of the charcoal twin size from CouchBed works quite well in size. It’s now a big couch but if we have people over the weekend, we sort of use it for multiple things. I also saw that they were having a sale, because we’ve been looking at day beds. But we’re kind of concerned that the height of the day bed just creates a bit of a falling issue for us so I thought that it was a great alternative.

I've had a great experience with CouchBed. I got my little boy a gray twin one and ordering it was simple and easy. I just clicked on the ad, clicked on which one I wanted, and ordered it. Then, after I did that, they sent me an email telling me that I purchased the unit, when it was shipped, and when it would arrive. It came on time and unboxing the thing was easy. It has plastic all the way around and the unit came with a safer version of a box knife. I opened it at night and let it do its business overnight. The unit also came with two free pillows which were the memory foam ones, the ones that cost $50 each, and it was great.

We have a guest room, which is basically my office but I don't use it that much, and we needed something that would fit in there that would also be functional. I was looking for a Futon but it's not comfortable. I did everything online at CouchBed and it was really easy. The only thing I was worried about was how comfortable it was gonna be, but everybody worries about that when they purchase something online. We got the denim colored one and the color's a little different than what it is in real life, though it actually looks better in person than it does online. Also, I didn’t have to wait too long. CouchBed was on my wishlist for so long that I was so excited that I finally got one. Since I live in a tiny studio apartment, I planned to use CouchBed as an everyday mattress in the night and couch during the day. It was very uncomfortable to lay on. You can definitely feel the seam on your back. I contacted the customer service and they said wait for 48 hours, which I did. After two nights of sleeping, my back is so sour and painful. Yet you can't return it. So CouchBed is under my normal mattress now. Such a $450 bed box.

I love the CouchBed and it works perfectly in my tiny spare bedroom/office. The only thing is I wish there was a platform for it to sit on as a couch. It is a bit low to the ground. Other than that is made very well and had hardly any bad smell like foam sometimes has. I would buy a second one if needed.

We needed something for our guest room and we like the idea that CouchBed could turn from a couch to a mattress. We purchased the gray twin size and we ordered it online direct from them. They sent an email that it was getting delivered, with tracking, so we knew when it was coming. It was delivered in a box and it was vacuumed-packed, so it was very compacted and we had to roll it out. The mattress itself is pretty comfortable. However, it is a bit weird that it has this seam that usually bumps, so we put a thin foam mattress from another bundle bed on top of it so we don’t feel the seams.
