U.S Claims is unprofessional, Vince was absolutely the most unprofessional person I've ever seen. He doesn't return calls, keep you updated. They are very very slow process. I feel sorry for the people that have to work under such an incompetent person. Try to find pre settlement funding elsewhere.

I have two separate lawsuits, my DUI lawsuit is about to settle, the one that I requested a settlement for was for a road-rager two years prior. They ended up giving me 3k, and put it against both of my lawsuits. One of my lawsuits were going to settle for 25,000 which will be paying off the 3K they let me borrow., Just waiting on a release. So I requested additional funds for my first lawsuit., Which is well over 25K. They said no because I still have the outstanding 3K in my lawsuits. Were both included when I borrowed it. I did not approve that., And I will be getting the 25K settlement within the next month, they want the 3k paid off before I can borrow money from them again. This is the second time I requested for additional funds and they specifically told me to call back when I had more procedures done which I had about five procedures done.

Our attorney's office has been trying to contact these guys for a week to pay off our loan and they're nonresponsive.. Just racking up their fees. I wouldn't use these guys. Everything goes through a cellphone.. They don't pay off other loans before moving forward with opening another either so we've been accruing fees on another loan as well. This screams scam to me. Some guy from their "sister company" called on a Saturday and blew serious smoke about being able to get more money that following Monday.. Haven't heard from him since. **AVOID**. I'm not adding a screenshot of the deposit but I will say we got it at the beginning of June.

Darlene was amazing in helping me. I called her 3 and 4 times a days. She called people until I got the help that I needed. She is a wonderful person. I just want to thank her for everything that she has done for me.

I have worked with many, many funding companies. Jason and US Claims have been outstanding! They are extremely fast in getting funding for our clients. They also make it very easy. I highly recommend them and I will be continuing to use them!

Recently worked with Matthew ** on getting a loan for an existing client. The process was very simple and completely painless. Matthew was able to make sure everything was processed quickly and did great job following-up to make sure all went smoothly with client.

Updated on 2/22/2021: So after Ii wrote the first review I found out a little more information. Turns out that Via had sent an email to my lawyers that morning. I dont know how it worked out that my lawyers didn't receive the email to this morning. They immediately contacted me. So I contacted USClams to try and get things situated and to see where things went wrong. The manager on duty answered and I immediately knew he had an attitude. We literally got into a shouting match. I mean this has ruined me from ever wanting to get another loan. However we did come to terms and hopefully my loan is getting processed as we speak.. All I have to say is ohhh my. Not one of my best experiences dealing with a company at all.

My experience with US Claims is limited, we have funded one client through them and everything went smoothly, our client was very pleased with the process. However, we have worked with Jason ** for many years and cannot say enough great things about him. We have worked with many funding companies over the years but Jason's level of care and attention is unparalleled, really no one even comes close. He's not just "business" motivated, he is people motivated. He is hands-on with our funding requests from start to finish. He is extremely responsive and he follows up after the job is done to ensure the firm and the clients were happy with the process. He is an asset and US Claims is lucky to have him (as are we)!

My experience with US Claims was very good. There was a lot of hesitancy and stalling on my lawyers behalf and Irving was patient and steadfast in his pursuit to get my loan processed. My calls were always returned and he really worked hard to help me get my loan. I would gladly recommend Us Claims to my friends.

The reps and everyone assisting you to receive your loan once approved are extremely professional as well as prompt and courteous. They have your best interest at hand. After paperwork is in place, funds are immediate.

U.S. Claims helped our client stay in school. Because of a server auto accident our client could not finish out their semester in college. Because of this they were denied their grant for the next semester. With the money from U.S. Claims they were able to pay for one semester thereby reinstating eligibility for the grant. USClaims's rep was very helpful and we were very satisfied with him. When we lost our card, we called him and he asked a couple of questions about the address and some other stuff and helped us immediately. The next day, he called us and said that our new card was on the way. Then a couple of days later, he called and asked if everything was fine and if we got the new card. We like USClaims and we're 100% satisfied with them.

I had selected Buckeye FUNDING to obtain an advance. I received a call from Scott ** who said he had been recommended by my legal firm. Scott explained the advantages of receiving the funding from your company. You provide a cap. Buckeye did not. I cancelled Buckeye and went with you. Scott saved my from a potential disaster.
