Coins were sent to Darien MONTHS ago. Over 2 million worth and we have NOT received our money! Can you say scam? How about dishonest? Morally wrong? This is bad business and will not be tolerated!

I invested funds from my retirement account to purchase precious metals with Premier Gold Co, Newport Beach, CA, on 7/7/2025. I spoke directly with Mason **, Portfolio Manager, who did a great job in educating me on the benefits of investing in commodities. Once the decision to proceed with the purchase was made, I was referred to Nicholas **, Premier Gold, to call my broker to roll over funds. All documents were finalized, and funds were received for the purchase of precious metals. I received an email on 01/21/2026 from Digital Trust stating the assets for the transaction have not been received into my IRA,nor have funds related to the transaction been returned to my IRA account. Premier Gold Co did not disburse the assets agreed upon, nor did they return thousands of dollars. I have filed a complaint with the CA Attorney General, CFTC, and will be contacting my attorney.

Zero stars, as with another reviewer, I have been lied to repeatedly and have never received the precious metals I have paid for. Like the other reviewer, in addition to this post, will notify the state Attorney General, local police and any relevant government agencies. The Premier gold website went down and then reappeared under another name, with similar format, leading one to believe it is the same company under a new name. No response from them either.

I used my entire retirement account to purchase precious metals with Premier Gold Co in Newport Beach CA. I spoke directly to the Owner / President of Premier Gold Co named Matthew Calabrese. I purchased my precious metals from Matthew Calabrese and Premier Gold Co on September 16th 2024. It has been over 1 year and Premier Gold has not delivered my Precious Metals. Equity trust has severed relationships with premier Gold and they were put on notice to ship or refund any previous orders. I sent Matthew Calabrese and Premier Gold Co my entire retirement account and they have stolen my entire investment. I have reported Premier Gold Co and Matthew Calabrese to the California Attorney General Rob Bonta as well as the Newport Beach Police Department. I also filed a report with the CFTC and SEC and the FBI.
This is theft! Matthew Calabrese needs to be behind bars. It has been 1 year and I have received no metals. Equity Trust said Premier Gold Co is under investigation and they severed all ties to the company since they have not been delivering customers Precious Metals. Premier Gold Co has been lying and blaming the government shutdown for not delivering my metals which is a complete lie as I purchased these metals over a year ago and the government shutdown has only been going on for the last month. I have sent this to my attorney who will be filing a lawsuit against this company if I do not receive my metals inside my Equity Trust account by 11/26. MATTHEW CALABRESE AND PREMIER GOLD CO is a complete SCAM.

My IRA gold sale pending since June 16 2025. No info given on status, depository contact and all Nick **said was by end Sept 2025 would get full refund. They did not return my latest calls. Nick sent email saying Matthew ** was taking over. Return my refund to my IRA account. I pray I have not been scammed. I am retired and this is my small nest egg and over half my retirement.

I ended up speaking to a sales guy at Premier Gold named Marcus who was fantastic. So I felt really confident. They had all the sort of assurances I would want. He showed me a lot of good ideas, and so I figure they'd be a good company to start with. A lot of precious metals dealers are very similar, but I really liked Marcus quite a bit. He was smart. He gave me a bunch of documentation to look into and some stuff I could read up on my own. He spent a lot of time with me and answered any question I had and actually opened up a lot of ideas I wasn't aware of. He had a passion for it. He was really helping me see all the different aspects of it, and help me make a better decision for what I actually purchased. Everything went really smooth. Now I own gold and platinum. Premier Gold had really good and professional appearance and approach. I'm intending to increase my investment and buy more from them.
Premier Gold has this sort of investment simulator that I didn't see with other precious metals dealers. So I was able to use their tool to forecast and scale out the investment, and that was unique. That was some good technology that I didn't see any of the other precious metal brokers had. It was cool. Gamify it. It's a little bit of a toy, but it really helps you visualize what the opportunity is.

Premier Gold took good care of me. Everything was positive with them. They have great customer service. I can call Matt, the guy that I dealt with, any time that I need to. He's made it easy for me. I learned a lot from him. He explained a lot of things to me about how it works 'cause I was still green when I thought about looking into this. If he didn't answer the phone or if I had to leave a voicemail, he would call me back within five minutes. He was receptive to me.

I had some cash and bought some gold coins on Premier Gold's express spot. They are close to me. I found a bunch of them mostly in LA, but I wanted it to be in Orange County. The process was smooth and quick. They gave me so much information and I'm thinking about doing more stuff with them. Compared to other companies that I talked to, they're very nice. I like them and told my friends about them.

I was very happy with the gentleman that I spoke to. Everything seemed to be in order. I'm an accountant by trade, and it just takes a lot to impress me, and I was very pleased. I was very well guided and I have no issue with the communication at all.
