Trying to talk with someone or get a return call is like pulling teeth. They purchased a bunch of foreign coins costing thousands of dollars. Beware of this company. I read other reviews and see many of the with the same story as mine. Doubtful I ever recover the loses I experience over the course of year. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Fisher sold us coins for our personal portfolio and an IRA at exaggerated prices. It took me years to recover my losses, and my wife's IRA is still not worth what she paid for the coins. We did not discover their overreach until the CEO contacted us to exchange our coins for a new portfolio. When I inquired with other dealers, I learned that the coins offered for the exchange were available at significantly lower prices elsewhere. That is also when I learned that the coins we purchased were significantly marked up at the original purchase date.

I am 70 years old. I invested in silver and Gold through Felix **. I heard about Fisher Capital through Charlie Kirk. I believed this was a Christian organization and that Felix was a Christian. He was very helpful and walked me through the process. He promised to touch base with me every 3 months and would always be there for me. All of this was a lie. As soon as the paper work was signed he dropped me like a hot potato. He never returns my phone calls. I have charges on my account I don't understand. I asked him to send me paper statements and which he said he would but has never done so. I am depressed and can't sleep. I realize he only pretended to a Christian and cared about me. He is trying to move up the ladder at warp speed. Once he told me I hadn't heard from him because he had been on a trip and got to meet Charlie Kirk and President Trump.

If you've ever dealt with a talkative, braggadocious used car salesman then you'll quickly find out what that is like! I should have followed my gut instinct and hung up the phone, but I got suckered by all the hype! Don't deal with them! I lost a third of the value of my investment even after the metals have skyrocketed!

Fisher Capital took my money, it kept reducing till nothing is left and no one is talking to me for months, hired CWPSC and they were the ones who sorted me out. I wouldn't advise future investors to get involved here!!!

I moved my IRA to gold and silver a few months ago and already increased the value of my investment a lot. The people are helpful and educated me. I chose them because of all the help they gave me, and because they were not condescending as were other companies.

I hadn’t had very good luck with Fisher Capital. My investment started out at 500,000. Now, it's down to 100,000. I don't know where all the money's gone. The person who took my money doesn't work there anymore. I don't know how to log on to my account. They gave me an account number and said that I had to get ahold of American Estate. They said they couldn't help me. I can't get American Estate to call me back either.

My experience with Fisher Capital was great. I'm retired and I wanted to put my money where it's safe. I liked the guy from Fisher Capital that was talking to me and explaining stuff to me. There was somebody else that I spoke to and he was also very knowledgeable. Then you send them a check. They overnight it. You get your metals within 28 days. They also have a lot of information to share. It was extremely easy.

I had a good experience with them so far. However, they may be a little slow in updating the information on my home page. It's updating, but it seems like it's slow to me a little bit. But their customer service has been great. They've sent me plenty of information and disclosures.

Fisher Capital called me and I talked to them then did some research. They called me again and I asked how it worked. I told them to take the money out of my 401(k) and put it in there. It was a four-week process. They called me up, said it was done, and told me the things that we talked about. I did a 70-30 on silver to gold percentage. Alex did a good job. He knew what he was talking about. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me on anything. He was just trying to make sure that he could give me as much information for me to make a decision. But I haven't heard from them since two days after and would like to have them check in on me.

I decided to go with Fisher. They walked me through the process really nicely. They were very helpful and explained things to me. This was a move I had to make, so I made it. I was hoping that I made the right decision. It's a lot of risk to take everything and to put it into precious metals and not touch it for 10 years. I could lose everything. I've got to educate myself more on the things that I can do if I feel it's going up and I can turn some of that around into something different. All in all, I've recommended Fisher.

The process was long because I took my time and they explained everything. I asked them a lot of questions. I talked to the CEO and he walked me through the best investments to make. When I had some questions, and the next day it was Easter weekend, I left him a message and he got back to me during the weekend. He was on his way to catch a plane and he still called me. The people at Fisher Capital were really nice all the way and wonderful. The man I worked with helped me pick out the things, too, and I appreciate that because they have many pieces. One thing that they told me is to make sure that I'm going to be holding on to it for five or more years because it does have a markup on the gold. I didn’t know that and I appreciated them telling me that. Also, Fisher is a Christian organization and that meant a lot to me because I'm a Christian myself.

They were very nice and they followed up, which is one thing that's very important with sales. Also, the process was easy.

After talking to Fisher Capital a few times and seeing what the process would be to set up a metal IRA, I decided to go with them. The process was pretty smooth and their reps were great. Their ability to get back with the information you need is as quick as it can be, considering that when you're setting up an IRA through them, you've got to work with Kingdom Trust and then whoever you are moving your investments from. That’s always the hiccup but Fisher Capital went well beyond where they needed to go to help me out.

I had all kinds of stuff going on and I would tell the guys at Fisher Capital that I'd try and meet them at this certain day, then we'd text back and forth. But they were persistent and professional. I appreciated every minute of it. Working with them has given me more assurance that, if the stock market takes a turn for the absolute terrible, I'm not going to get caught up in that. I'm going to have some money when I get there or need it.

Fisher Capital has been awesome. I trust them. The company where I had my money played hell with them. They made them jump through hoops. But Fisher Capital was so patient. Their heart is in the right place. They've got ethics.

They were professional people. We got along great. I got good quality silver coins.

They were really insightful and knowledgeable about what they were doing. They were also very patient with me. I questioned them on the things that I didn't understand and they answered. They asked if I understood what they were saying. I highly advise Fisher Capital.

The Fisher Capital guy that worked with me got all the different types for the amount that I had put in. He was really good,. He helped me try to get my money out of my everyday stock stuff over to them. That was a big issue. But he worked real hard with that, and finally got that done. My only concern is I don't understand the smelt value and exactly how the gold and silver actually work and where I can see my growth. I don't like that's on them. If I can see a line graph of it going up and down, I can understand. I like to see a progression. But overall, I have been very comfortable with my money there. My money is safe and I won't have to worry about what the market does.

Fisher Capital was able to answer my calls. They talked to me and explained in detail all the places I had. The buying process was good. I talked to a couple of different people and they were all on the same page. I knew they were talking with each other. I told my rep what I was looking into and he threw different offers and packages. He explained things very well to me.

I retired in 2021 and over the 30-some odd years, I had different mutual funds and savings and things in that regard. We came into a reckless and corrupt administration and I did not want to lose the value of what I had. It was amazing to me that I even answered Fisher's call when I was driving. The rep was talking to me about it and I said I would be interested in hearing more about it because that was in the back of my head. I could see a loss in some of the things that I already had and I thought it might only get worse. Rather than not gaining as much, at least staying steady with what I already have was my reason for going with Fisher. I would rather just not lose anything and to elevate slower depending on how things could go. This could go well and i could get more.

Austin is the guy that I work with at Fisher Capital. He's been my caseworker from the get-go. He has been amazing and very informative. He's walked me through when the investments that I had in were not so readily willing to let go of my money to put it in this. He still calls once a month to check up to see if there's anything else I need.

I was contacted back by Nick and after speaking with him, I decided to go with Fisher Capital. He's gone above and beyond to help me and my wife. The process was very easy. They took control of the amounts that we had. They introduced the products that would be available and possibly be the best investment for us based on the amount of money that we invested. It worked out well. I've talked to guys at work and informed them and if they're interested in investing, Fisher Capital would be the guys they should contact.
