Cadre services
The largest service Cadre offers is in real estate investing. It has two investing options: The first is the Cadre Direct Access Fund. This investment fund focuses on quality properties ranging from a value of $50 million to $200 million. The goal is to find properties with stable tenants to create a higher level of cash flow for investors.
The second real estate investment service is Deal-by-Deal, which allocates a portion of the equity value of selected assets for Deal-by-Deal Investing. The deal is then released to all members on the Cadre platform, with an investment minimum of $50,000. Investment allocations are granted on a first-come basis, and the deal closes once the syndication is complete.
Along with its real estate platform, Cadre offers several additional features. These include:
- Dedicated investor-relations representatives
- Fee transparency
- Deal marketplace
- Robust online software
- Liquidity potential
- Private securities
Cadre fees
Cadre fees vary based on the investment deal. For the Cadre Direct Access Fund, the minimum investment amount is $25,000. For Deal-by-Deal Investing, the minimum investment amount is $50,000. Cadre clients are subject to transaction fees (usually 1% of the investor’s pro rata share of deal capitalization) and an annual asset management fee (usually 1.5% on equity value). Other fees include a 1.5% fee for sellers and 3.25% fee for buyers. It’s important to read Cadre’s Investment Advisory Agreement for a complete fee description.
