No one wants to need a company like Blueprint Resolution Services. But when you do find that you're in over your head you want a company exactly like Blueprint to throw you the lifeline. We were in a mess. Clearly our strategy of avoiding the problem and hoping it would go away was a failed approach. The team assigned to us was part therapist, part tax expert, part accountant and part historian. And it took all those parts to help us figure out where the issues were, map a plan to resolve them and execute on that plan. Our situation was complex. It went back years. The ramifications were becoming untenable. It was also a mess of our own making. But we have an ally in Blueprint and that has meant everything. I felt respected, heard, and most importantly, not judged. I do hope fervently that I am never in the situation of needing this kind of help. But, if I ever am I will call Blueprint without hesitation or delay.
