Bc Tax helped me with sorting out some old tax issues that I'd been avoiding. They took time to explain everything clearly and I finally feel like I know where I stand. They are reliable, trustworthy and professional.

I owed a lot in taxes and was getting letters from the IRS. I found them searching online and called. They were super easy to talk to and I never felt rushed. After talking it over with my wife, we decided to go forward and it was the best decision I’ve made. They have been handling everything. Highly recommend.

Don’t go to them. They are going to steal your money. They don’t do what is supposed to sadly. They told they are going to help. Long story short they close my business the state. No help from BC Tax. $1000 loss. Thank you for nothing.

We had a lien on our property. The rep was very nice. She said they would take care of everything and get the matter settled with the IRS. I spent 1200 dollars and they didn't do anything but take my money. We settled the matter ourselves and got everything straightened out. We borrowed the money to pay to satisfy the IRS. The rep kept in touch but BC Tax is a scam. Try to avoid them and the IRS altogether.

I had to have some back taxes filed and I was trying to get my tax situation back in hand. The reps I worked with did a really good job of letting me know where I stood and what needed to happen. They kept me abreast of their procedures. The only situation I had was that there were times when I had to call and leave messages and then wait for a call back. When I'm really anxious about getting some information, it seems longer than ever. Other than that, I'm satisfied. Last year, they were still monitoring some stuff for me. But I got an email from them reminding me about my 2022 taxes, and that they were going to file them for me if I needed them to.

BC Tax is doing my taxes every year. They send me a PDF pamphlet and I fill it out and send it back to them. It’s simple and easy. If they have any questions, they send me emails. They call and ask me. The reps are very professional and always have answers for me. They always respond quickly when I have questions and are straight up. I live in Hawaii and I work with a company out of Colorado, so there's a time difference. So if I send them a question in the afternoon and they are closed, they always get back to me first thing in the morning. I've never had a problem working with BC Tax. It's always been good. It’s very painless, thorough and accurate.

Corrinda has been my tax representative for years. I will always go to her for my tax needs. She is so attentive to all my questions and is very efficient. I can not thank her enough for being so great and easy to communicate with. Would recommend to everyone.

They became my advocate for tax issues and my power of attorney. They came between me, the IRS and the state. They guided me through the process and got me in a position where I didn't clear my tax debt but I got on a program I could afford for repayment. Communication wasn't perfect because sometimes I wasn't available when they called or it took them a few days to call back. But they didn't leave me hanging out to dry. I got my questions answered and the information I needed. I'm satisfied. They did a good job.

They were honest and very professional. I've been very happy with them. I have found them extremely helpful in working out a payment plan for me and continuing to move forward to try and get myself out of this mess.

I had good experience with BC Tax. I like the rep. He was personable. I trusted him so I went with them. They were able to get the tax lien on hold. Then finally, everything got dropped. If somebody asked me, I'd highly recommend them.

I had some tax issues and they were able to get those resolved. Working with their reps was all right. We had no trouble staying in contact with each other. Everything went fine. They were able to reduce my tax debt significantly. If you have tax problems, BC Tax might be a good law firm to contact.

I had expected a little bit more guidance from BC Tax but all in all, I was happy. I was able to get rid of a large amount of the debt. I would recommend them to anybody else.

BC Tax has done everything that they said they were going to do. They've been very patient with me. They've gotten a couple of things done. They reach out to me on a frequent basis, check on how I'm doing and update me when they can. I've been working with this one person, Barbara, and she's very good. When something needs to get filed, she calls me and tells me to do it.

It was an excellent experience. They were able to come up with a resolution for me. They did a great job. I was very happy with the service. I would use them again and I would highly recommend them. I no longer have to worry about this thing hanging over my head. BC Tax saved me a lot of worries.

Associate from this firm call me about my taxes. I told him about a another firm that took my money to get started with them. I never got anything done. This person help me get my money back from them. Wish I would have got them earlier. I trust them 100 percent. One of the best firms who would help me get my money from another firm.

The communication on their end was great. They were on time. Dealing with the IRS is very difficult and they did all of that. So, I didn't have to do any of that and it was nice.

We've had a great experience with BC Tax. It was a strange deal. Our tax attorney had failed to respond and got us in big time trouble. The IRS was putting a lien on us, and they were gonna force us to liquidate. Once they decide to move, they move very fast. I talked to the people of BC Tax, and I got a reasonably good feeling when we started out on the project. The guy that I originally talked to left the company. But a woman by the name of Jasmine took over it. She's done a wonderful job. We've become pretty happy clients. We were very lucky with BC Tax. They did a good job and we're pleased. They gave us hope again.

The reps seemed really nice and they kept being real sweet to me. But I've paid BC Tax almost $10,000 and they've been doing on these taxes that they give me the run around for at least three years. They haven't really done anything but charge me more and more and more. I'm in the middle of firing BC Tax right now. They said I have an amount due with them, which is crazy. They've done nothing for me. I've paid them to file some back taxes, which I can pay anybody to do. Then they keep telling me, they're touching base because they have a meeting with the IRS to make sure they don't do a garnishment on me. But my real lawyer that I hired here at St. Louis told me that that's crap and that anytime anybody gets involved, as long as you're doing something with the IRS, they're not gonna do anything to you. So it's been a bad experience.

I was working with Paula first, but she retired, and Nicole took over. She told me who was taking over my case and the information. They gave me the contact. And I love BC Tax because they got good communication and good customer service there. They let their customers know what's going on, and they respond back quickly. And they work together as a team. I like that. They are very helpful and they will get the job done.

BC Tax did an excellent job. Did a total research, and I gave it a try. I got connected with Jasmine. She has been nothing but motivated and helpful. We worked together through COVID. She always took the time. If there was something that I needed to be addressed immediately, she did that. She got up early to call the state because we were on time differences. And even with closing out, Jasmine told me that if I had any questions, I could always reach out and ask her. Didn’t limit me and she was very personable in a professional way. She went above and beyond.

BC Tax reached out to me. I got a bunch of phone calls from different people when the tax lien went on. And after talking to them and other people, I went with them because they explained it to me the best. The rep was very professional and very good. BC Tax has been very helpful. I've been having this tax problem for a long time. I couldn't have fixed it without them.

BC Tax has been very good at helping me work through my issues or taxes. And Nicole who is the person that I work with has been very helpful. They have helped me get my patched things situated so that I can pay. I've been very pleased.
