Although we haven’t been with them long, so far, I’m so happy we signed up. I see someone else was skeptical at first, so was I. But they were professional, to the point and were convincing. I’m glad they are. In just 7 months they settled one of our accounts, the biggest one. I believe the average is a year and a half. We’re very pleased. The staff is always helpful and willing to help. It’s hard to be in this situation, and embarrassing for us. I thought they’d looked down at us, just the opposite. They made me feel good and comfortable.

My experience with the Alleviate representative was a positive one overall. The rep thoroughly explained what the company's obligation is to me and what my obligation is to Alleviate Financial Solutions. She answered all of my questions in a polite and courteous manner.

FRAUD. Before getting the paperwork done Ciara and team was calling again and again. After all the research I told them I don’t want to proceed with this loan due to some personal reasons and they said, "Okay that’s fine." Now after a month they started deducting $490 from my account and no one wants to talk. They do answer the call and then hang up after hearing that I didn’t wanted to proceed but money deducted. Horrible experience, if this continues I will take legal action.

I received a support call from an agent who was very thorough and clear. He answered all my questions and took his time to ensure I understood the process. I am glad to choose this service. I was laid off from my work and my debt got accumulated. Then I found this service by mail. I was first very skeptical but I called. The representative was very knowledgeable and explained very precisely. Now I am glad I called. They settled already two credit card debt for me. I am paying certain amount every month which is much smaller amount than I was trying to pay.

Was very helpfully experiences, I had problems with another company and all of my questions were answered satisfactorily and my expectations about solutions of my problems were covered. This is the best experience I’ve had in a long time!!! Not only are you helping me with my debt but you’ve decreased my monthly credit card payments just about in half!!!! Everyone has been so helpful and supportive, it’s truly amazing. Everything was explained extremely well and whatever questions I had were answered while still on the phone!!! I finally feel that there is a way out of the debt that I have incurred due to a financial hardship. A way out has been explained to me and shown to me on paper. I feel that this goal is very obtainable and it allows me to breathe easier knowing that soon I will be debt-free.

I thought I was applying for a loan at first. But it ended up being a better path to financial freedom. Advisor was very informative and friendly. They explained every detail of the program step by step. Answered all my questions that I had. They even let my wife ask a couple of questions that she had while listening.

This is the biggest financial mistake I have made in my entire life. In the beginning, it came to my attention as a debt consolidation loan and turned into this. I was told it would slightly affect my credit but in fact, it has destroyed it. I have had multiple accounts discontinue my credit lines and decrease my credit limits for the ones that haven't discontinued business with me. I had zero late payments before getting involved and I have 100% regret. I have been in this program for seven months and they negotiated 1 out of 4 and it was a small one. The continuous phone calls and emails from the creditors is heartbreaking and makes me feel like I just walked away from my obligations to them. Do your research and read in between the lines before making the choice. Like I said at the start of this; major mistake.
