    Talked to a rep for consolidation of credit cards. My first payment came out of my account Dec 1 and the next payment is tomorrow, Jan 1. My credit cards still haven’t been paid off. I can’t find the paper I wrote down the name of person I talked to so I don’t know who to call. My name is Janice **. The credit cards still companies are charging very high late charges.

    Although we haven’t been with them long, so far, I’m so happy we signed up. I see someone else was skeptical at first, so was I. But they were professional, to the point and were convincing. I’m glad they are. In just 7 months they settled one of our accounts, the biggest one. I believe the average is a year and a half. We’re very pleased. The staff is always helpful and willing to help.     FRAUD. Before getting the paperwork done Ciara and team was calling again and again. After all the research I told them I don’t want to proceed with this loan due to some personal reasons and they said, "Okay that’s fine." Now after a month they started deducting $490 from my account and no one wants to talk. They do answer the call and then hang up after hearing that I didn’t wanted to proceed but money deducted. Horrible experience, if this continues I will take legal action.
