Very easy onboarding process. Each representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was explained thoroughly which makes me more comfortable with the steps to come. The calls were done when it was a convenient time for me. The process was easier than I anticipated.

The whole process seems to be very straightforward and easy to follow. I'm looking forward to working through this process with this component program. I had been wondering exactly how this would play out with my debts but I can see the light now and I'm relieved that things will work out.

Talked to a rep for consolidation of credit cards. My first payment came out of my account Dec 1 and the next payment is tomorrow, Jan 1. My credit cards still haven’t been paid off. I can’t find the paper I wrote down the name of person I talked to so I don’t know who to call. My name is Janice **. The credit cards still companies are charging very high late charges.

I was able to set up a repayment plan successfully, and the representative answered my questions thoroughly and assured me I was on the way to removing my debt. All I have to do now is hope this wasn’t a scam, like the one that I subjected to and put me in debt to begin with.

I told her to let me think it over for the weekend and I'll call back on 10/13/2025 and I did I started the process. With talking to each representative my fears are getting better.

FRAUD. Before getting the paperwork done Ciara and team was calling again and again. After all the research I told them I don’t want to proceed with this loan due to some personal reasons and they said, "Okay that’s fine." Now after a month they started deducting $490 from my account and no one wants to talk. They do answer the call and then hang up after hearing that I didn’t wanted to proceed but money deducted. Horrible experience, if this continues I will take legal action.
