My experience with Alleviate has been extremely positive. From the very beginning, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. Daniel Valencia made this process stress free by taking the time to explain my debt consolidation options clearly and ensuring I understood each step. What I appreciated most was how manageable they made a situation that can often feel overwhelming. Communication was consistent, and I never felt judged or pressured. I finally feel like I have a clear plan in place and peace of mind knowing I’m moving in the right direction financially. I would highly recommend Alleviate to anyone looking for guidance and support with debt consolidation. They truly made a difference for me.

My dad was drowning me and I needed help, that’s where Alleviate came in. They gave me hope and a clear path to canceling my debt and see the light at the end of the tunnel. Both advisors that I talk to were so kind and it just felt like they truly love their job and they wanted to help. Mathew O. was my first point of contact and he truly made me feel like I wasn’t judged for my debt and made me feel like I could start fresh and being in a better place. He was so encouraging and asked me how I felt and was so happy when I said I felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. He seemed like he generally cared, and I felt like I can trust him and Alleviate to help me. My second point of contact Josefina V. was very kind and sweet as well. I never felt like there was “I gotcha” moment and no hidden agenda like some agencies. I’m looking forward to erasing my debt and working towards a more financially stable future.

Very nice man I spoke to, he answered my questions and was very patient. I had a short wait time which was good and he spoke slowly so that I could understand him. I will give him a five star rating. I can’t think of any more to say thank you very much! I appreciate all your help and support from your team there. I was very nervous about doing this without knowing who you are and if I was doing the right thing, I feel good about it and that I will have a great outcome. Thank God for this blessing

Aaron ** is absolutely amazing! I was dead set on not doing debt consolidation, but he was so real about my situation and explaining it to me that it all made sense. He also informed me that I was paying another company that was not accredited with the BBB. At the end of the day I knew what needed to be done and he was there to help guide me in making the decision and it was so simple with working with him. I am absolutely ecstatic that I will be out of debt in less than five years. If anyone is ever looking to relieve the stress and the hardship that Debt brings on this is the company and Aaron ** is your guy! Let me not forget to mention that he saved me $1100 a month!

The overall experience has been long and drawn out. I’ve had to speak to a dozen people or more on updates to my account that keep going in circles. I hope the process goes smoother throughout the term.

Krista was helpful and polite and understanding when I would ask questions. She would take time to listen and answer me. She would not rush me and she was patiently waiting for me when I needed to look for information regarding the store's account.

Sam was very helpful but Rafael just wanted to rush me through the onboarding. He kept referring to pages in the welcome packet that he knew I couldn't login and see to follow along. Rafael seemed just want to get off the phone. I felt uncomfortable talking to him.

Tetras did an excellent job giving me a detailed summary of the policies and procedures I will expect. He also made sure I knew what to do at each step of the way, including with creditor calls, etc. His very helpful call was another step in Alleviate’s thorough and responsible handling of my current situation.
