My mother is 86 years old. She went in to get her glasses fixed and was talked into getting a new prescription put in the old pair and a new pair. This is fraud and taking advantage if the elderly. I am trying to reach the store but the manager is refusing to speak with me. They keep saying she is on the phone every time I call. They will not provide me with someone else. She now has to pay for two glasses over $2,000.

Great service as always but ROXY is amazing! She made what normally takes me at least 2 hours of trying different frames to in under 30 mins finding exactly what I wanted but didn't know I did! She is so fun and cheerful as well. 10/10 recommend.

Review for Sterling Optical – White Plains Road Location. I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by the experience I’ve had with the manager at this Sterling Optical location. As a patient with severe myopia, I’ve been left without proper vision for over a month—all due to the unprofessional, dishonest, and unethical behavior of the store manager.

I got $100 off when I purchased my eyeglasses here due to their current offer. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They help you pick out exactly what fits you. I totally recomend this place. Thank you!

Alla was great with explaining my options. I got lenses that were a better fit for my daily use, and they worked with my insurance fast. What stood out was how clean the whole process felt, no long waiting, no confusing upsells. They offered a great price, and I didn’t feel rushed into buying anything either.
