Review for Sterling Optical – White Plains Road Location. I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by the experience I’ve had with the manager at this Sterling Optical location. As a patient with severe myopia, I’ve been left without proper vision for over a month—all due to the unprofessional, dishonest, and unethical behavior of the store manager.

I got $100 off when I purchased my eyeglasses here due to their current offer. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They help you pick out exactly what fits you. I totally recomend this place. Thank you!

Alla was great with explaining my options. I got lenses that were a better fit for my daily use, and they worked with my insurance fast. What stood out was how clean the whole process felt, no long waiting, no confusing upsells. They offered a great price, and I didn’t feel rushed into buying anything either.

Roxy helped me find lenses that actually fit right with my frame, no weird edges or sliding. I’ve worn glasses forever, and this was prob one of the better fittings I’ve had. They offered a great price and handled my insurance without issue, plus I didn’t feel like I was being sold stuff the whole time, which I really appreciated.

Got Rx sunglasses during the $100 OFF deal and they’re my new favorite pair now. Alla was the best, she helped me figure out the lenses options without pushing anything I didn’t need, accepted my insurance and was upfront about everything. Will definitely come back again.

I've been going here for over 4 years and have had great experiences every time. The staff are extremely helpful & knowledgeable. They will work with you to understand how you as a customer can walk away with great frames at really reasonable prices and they go above and beyond to make sure every box is checked.

Happy to say that insurance really made a dent here. Got my glasses for a really affordable price. The staff were so so helpful in getting me the right deal so I have absolutely no reason to complain.

Quality for price is outstanding. I personally have not been able to find a better pair of glasses. The frames are incredibly sturdy and the lenses are nice and thick. They are also just the right weight which is perfect.
