The admission team promised the world and described all the opportunities a Keller degree would offer; however, the story changes after you get the degree. I received my MBA from Keller Graduate School and have found it completely useless - and possibly detrimental. I was very excited to earn my MBA in Marketing from Keller and, despite working full time, achieved As and Bs throughout. I enjoyed the program and many of my instructors—a couple who also taught at Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School and Loyola University Chicago's Quinlan School of Business. Everything was portrayed as sunshine and roses until I began to try to get a new job with it.
People have literally (Yes, I do mean literally) hung up on me when I mention my degree from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Many corporate applicant systems don't even include Keller in their drop-down lists of recognized colleges and universities worldwide. Fortunately, my strong work ethic, personal passion, topical reading, lifelong learning, and creative, strategic thinking in digital and content marketing have been the basis for my success. Despite superior performance reviews, awards for top performance, and revenues generated, others with education from recognized programs have been promoted over me. Success has taken far longer than if my degree had opened doors instead of closing them. The degree has had zero impact on my career trajectory.
Another nasty little trick I discovered is that although the MBA in Marketing was part of the catalog at that time, my transcript now says General Studies instead. I've also learned that DeVry does not hire proven, successful, and highly recommended marketing professionals with a Keller degree but prefers to hire those from Princeton and Yale, for example. Many of them contributed to the questionable marketing and sales practices that have gotten DeVry into a lot of hot water and caused them to pay huge settlements in lawsuits over their questionable practices. I can't imagine how they've fooled the accreditation folks at the Higher Learning Commission and the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (www.ncahlc.org) for so long.

Took me 10 years to gain enough experience to find a decent paying job. Nobody's fault but my own.

Keller Grad school is a rip off. Graduated in 2013 with 6 figure student loan debt and an MBA. Ended up homeless 2 years later. Degrees don't mean ** anymore these days. Save your money. Experience is way more important than a piece of paper.

I wanted to conduct this review to give an accurate feedback of Keller. This is the positive and negative. Foremost, understand that this university is regionally and nationally accredited so there’s no worries there. Secondly, please remember every University from Harvard, Yale, etc has their ups and downs but it’s not where you go to school it’s what you do with the education. Just because you went to an Ivy League school doesn’t guarantee you a high paying job it’s the education and experience you retain and utilize. Keller in my opinion is one that works with students, they have good and bad professors. Some work with and for their students and some don’t, that’s at any University. But one thing I was impressed with is the abilities of the student advisors. I’m an alumni of DeVry also, and I expressed my concerns of having a BA and Masters that work together and they formulated my path perfectly.
I’m three classes in out of 10 more to go and my professors are very passionate about their students and are open at all times for them, this is to curve issues stated back in 2017 from another graduate. Also, please understand this school is not on the top 10 in the US, however again it’s what you do with the education and how you use it is what makes you successful. The MBA which is my major as well from Keller is regionally and nationally accredited so regardless of the school the degree will always hold weight because of those credentials by the HLC. Again, it’s not the school you attend it’s the use of the education you obtain.
The biggest and only problem I have with Keller is that it is a for profit school. Meaning the tuition is about 5000 higher than that of the average non profit school. This needs to be corrected and tuition rates curved to avoid issues. Another small issue I have with Keller is that I feel the acceptance rates need to be challenged a little making the acceptance more prestigious in its entitlement to this University. Overall, you will have your goods and bads anywhere you go to school but Keller got 4/5 from me losing one star due to the for profit aspect and acceptance rates. Thank you for your time and god bless.

My experience at Keller has been very positive! Making the decision to attend Keller was an excellent choice because the student is important. I’m important and I matter. Every roadblock I experienced I had support to guide me either my advisor, professor. I believe education is important because it can change the direction of your life. The exchange of ideas with classmates is very informative. The work is challenging! But it is a good challenge, at one point I felt I was over my head and I was going to quit. That same day I had a voicemail from my advisor saying how proud everyone was of me for making the decision to return to school. The message was so positive and eased my mind. I felt empowered.. I can do this and I am doing it at Keller.

When I started the application process, the school was so helpful. My admissions counselor walked me through every step. She would give me items to work on and schedule a call for follow-up, which kept me on task and made the process quick. I have since completed half of my coursework and have really enjoyed my classes. I am amazed at how helpful the professors are. They are quick to respond to emails and willing to work with you when something outside of school needs your immediate attention. I wish I had done this years ago!! I always thought getting a master's degree would be extremely difficult and take every waking moment to complete. This has not been the case. With careful planning and discipline, you can work, go to school, and have a social life. Don't get me wrong. I have had to give up some fun things, but nothing will ever be able to replace a master's degree and all the opportunities it will afford!

I have attended many colleges. I have taken college classes at brick and mortar locations as well as online. I have taken college classes at both community colleges and at universities. I currently attend Keller Graduate school. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree awarded by DeVry University. Out of all the colleges I have ever attended online or have spoken to peers about, DeVry and Keller are far superior to other colleges for multiple reasons. DeVry and Keller University books are digital, and affordable. I feel sorry for the college students still being forced to purchase hard copy books by mail, not receiving them on time for their classes or receiving the wrong version of the book they need and paying 2 to 3 times the cost of the digital books that DeVry and Keller use.
All of the professors at DeVry and Keller University are extraordinarily qualified for the teaching position they are in. My statistics professor previously worked for NASA. He was passionate about the topic and material which helped my drive to learn the material. Of course, the majority of the professors in my Master’s degree classes have higher degrees or are doctors with many years of experience in the fields they teach. The math classes I took for my undergraduate classes were the absolute best math classes I have taken in my entire life. I learned more and felt more confident about math after taking DeVry’s pre-college algebra and college algebra classes. I took algebra classes in high school and in brick and mortar college classrooms but will always sing DeVry’s praises about their math classes as they are the best… and I took those 10+ years ago.
DeVry and its graduate school Keller are ahead of the curve in every way. I have also felt DeVry proud with their ethics policy. They have a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism and this is important, just as it should be. Everyone looking for a degree that will stand the test of time need schools that scrutinize and enforce ethical conduct. Schools that do not maintain strong ethics policies may not be able to maintain their accreditations. DeVry and Keller are prepared for today and the future, respectable, forward looking, care about their students and are far superior to other colleges, universities and other online or inhouse learning environments. DeVryProud. DeVry & Keller Alumni.

The course was good the Professor was bad!!! The Professor (Kelly **) gave very poor instructions and when we as a team and as individuals asked for her help she gave reluctant and vague guidance. If you wind up in her class switch out IMMEDIATELY!!!

I really enjoyed this class, and it was much tougher than I expected. Global Perspectives for International Business requires weekly presentations, weekly individual case studies, weekly team course projects, and weekly class discussions from start to finish. Be prepared to "show up" each week and write, research, critically analyze and defend your positions on multinational corporations and their partnerships with solid research and your experience-based opinions. The professor welcomes all different opinions and perspectives, just make sure you defend your positions with balanced rationale.
We were encouraged to discuss all situations and ask questions, and as long as we kept close to the subject matter, we were able to discuss current political situations along with historical influences and possible future alliances. All factors affect international business and must be considered -- language, religion, ethnicity, politics, education, demographics, economics, class, and much more. This is one class that should be required in all graduate programs. I took International Relations in undergrad (different university), and it was good -- but not THIS good. This class was intense with a heavy workload, but it was well worth it.

Professor was great! I have been attending this school for some time now, I have graduated from DeVry and now I am attending Keller, so I have had a lot of professor, and I must say professor ** is in the top three of professor that I have had along with professor **, and professor **.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. The admission team will promise you the world and tell you of all the opportunities a degree from Keller can offer, however after you get the degree the story changes. I received my MBA FROM Keller Graduate and have found it to be completely useless. In fact one of the career counselors at the Phoenix location told me "unfortunately an MBA is kind of useless now." I wish I would have known that before I spent all the money on it. Every position at their laughable career fairs rarely required a bachelor's degree never mind a master's. And employers, they are quick to tell you that an MBA from Keller carries no weight at all. Avoid the mistake I made and save your money!

My experience has been thus far very good. From my understanding the staff are willing to help students in their classes and reach their goals. This is why I wanted to continue pursuing my MBA with Keller Graduate School of Management as an M.B.A. candidate.

Coming from Colombia-South America, it was difficult to figure out how to continue my career. At Keller, they took the time to guide me. Finishing my Master is one of my personal goals and Keller Graduate School of Management allow me to take online and offline classes. My professors are knowledgeable and open to any questions (they set time to really pay attention to my questions). The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I will never hire a Devry University or Keller Graduate School grad. I attended this University and was appalled by the professors giving all answers to the class. It was a waste of a drive and my time. Professors were rude and didn't want to do their jobs - teach. When teaching did occur the answers to sample questions were not correct. This institution should have closed down 20 years ago.

I am currently a student with Keller Graduate School of Management/DeVry University. I have been a student with this school for a little over a year. The education has a high level of quality. The instructors are not there for the check but are there for you to understand the material and ensure that this is explained in a comprehensive form. The real world relationship between the instruction, the modern world, and current learning trends is amazing. No TEAMS is a big plus. Keller is recognized as pure quality and valued education. Classes are 8 weeks long and start 6 times a year. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a great school that values the education and lives its mission statement. This would be the one.
I will say what you put into it, you get out. Do not think you are going to get an A and not show up. But one night a week or internet classes the school works with you for whatever your goals and schedule may require. Amazing staff with the can do and will help attitude. My hat is off to the entire school, very proud to say I am a student here and will be completing a double Masters by December 2018.

Please do not pursue Graduate degree unless you have guaranteed job placement from Keller. I graduated with my MBA in June 2014 and still not employed in my profession. The amount of student loan from Keller is almost equivalent to a 2 year medical degree. I will never ever pay off this loan. The only help that Keller offers is with your resume or some 'coaching'.

In Jan 2006 I took GM545 Business Economics and received an A-. In Spring 2009 I was advised that I needed to take this course again and was entered into the course by the recommendation of my advisor. After realizing that this was a course I had already passed I then withdrew immediately. I thought that this withdraw would be automatic, was told that this would not reflect my financial aid or my academic status. I was dismissed after this semester due to my academic progress. At the time I was dealing with financial and work hardships which made me fall behind on my academic studies. I reentered Keller in Fall 2014 and completed my degree in July 2015. It wasn't until I was applying for my doctorate with another school that I realized that Keller Graduate School had given me an F plus taken my financial aid after they were not supposed to.
Also, the accounting course that was paid for in Summer of 09 should not have been paid for because I was already dismissed from the University. I called on 12/8 and talked to someone and they had someone from student services named Cheri ** to call me back. She was very rude although I was speaking to her nicely she hung up in my face and sent me to voicemail repeatedly. The only complaint I have is the fact that I was treated rudely and I was not given a good explanation. Also, I was told the reason why I got an F was because back then they did not do W (withdrawals) but did only F's if you wanted to withdraw. I may have the person's named spelled wrong of whom I talked to but I do have her direct extension number which is **.

Short version: I told Keller I would not need any student loans. I paid for each class in advance. Keller proceeded to take out student loans for each class. Each time, I told them to stop taking the loans. They continued to take loans. The last class I took, I demanded they return the last loan amount. The amount they withdrew from my account was to pay for my last class and to return the money back to the student loan. They failed to apply the portion to my last class, sent me a check in the mail. Then they put my account on hold and have been harassing me ever since. The last insult was the amount that is allegedly due. They now state it's now a Keller loan and are applying interest to this "loan" each month.
I would avoid this college at all costs. They stated that the loan people kept sending them the money. When I spoke with Direct Loans, they stated that they do not send money unsolicited, Keller had to have requested the funds. I would avoid this college at all costs! I am now in debt for over $8,000. My credit rating has suffered so I am no longer able to finance my home. Keller is now threatening to garnish my wages, lien my vehicle, lien any other property the state provides for.
