I will be one to say that Debt Relief does what it says it will do and has your best interest at heart, for sure. No false promises. I'm glad that I made Debt Relief my choice. The associates are knowledgeable, friendly, made sure all of my questions are answered.

I had the pleasure of working with Patrick ** who helped me with my application to NDR. He was friendly and answered all my questions. I have had my doubts about any debt relief program but this one seems the most promising. If everything goes well, I would recommend my friends and family to NDR.

I enrolled with National Debt Relief to help with credit card overspending. My credit score dropped to 504 from 703. Creditors continue to call and tell me they do not work with debt agencies. National Debt Relief. I have heard nothing from NDR, no contact whatsoever. They take $400.00 per month to arrange settlements.

They are #1 in my book, so patient, understanding, helpful. They will answer questions. They will make sure you understand everything and ask, "Do you have any questions." They have help me so much I would recommend to friends and family. You can go online, check your account, everything so easy to follow. They are just the greatest.

I am very pleased with the professionalism and excellent service by each and every customer representative I have dealt with. Would be nice, if you guys could contact each creditor by phone or email and tell them, when we enter in your program to avoid their calls or letters. I understand that you only contact them, once you are going to be in negotiation but to be honest, it would be help you that you did it, before so we can avoid the 80 thousand questions.

We were astounded when the offer to close one of our 5 debts came in. It was a relief and gave us hope for settling with the other large creditors. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the fee to National Debt Relief was not REstated at the time. It would have eased the 'sticker shock' we experienced when we saw the dollar amount we still had to pay the negotiators after the deal was closed. It wouldn't have caused us to reject the offer, but we would have had a clearer picture of the future. We look forward to knocking off the rest of our debt soon.

This process has been very easy, and that is because of the kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable staff. A huge weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. The best part is that I am paying back my debt, but in a way that works best for me and my family. Thank you NDR.

National Debt Relief has been a wonderful experience to work with in resolving our debt. Thus far I am pleased with NDR services. A representative takes you step by step through the enrollment process and what, when and how the process will take place. All inquiries are responded to in a timely manner by phone or email. I have already had two settlements.

I signed up for this in January 2017 and I was recently informed two of the companies are on board. My only concern at this point is John ** was my initial email contact. Since then I have sent him at least 2 emails with questions where I never received a response.

After a bad divorce I am settling with 4 credit card companies. I had good credit up until I started with NDR. Never paid a bill late in my life. Joined NDR before my credit was destroyed to tried and take care of my debt, just as things started getting really difficult for me financially, and I could no longer pay. Well, it is seven months later and only 1 of the 4 companies have settled. I was expecting NDR to send me updates on how things are going and let me know as things progressed, but they have made no contact except with the one settlement offer.

I really like how accessible my information is to me by using the website. The customer service is always on point. When I call with questions they always have an answer. I was able to add new debt accounts easily. I have been in this program for a few months but I have already seen improvement on my credit score and I am working to get it even better. I couldn't have done it with the help of National Debt Relief.

Moe called to get more information about an unsatisfactory review. He listened as I explained what happened. He then explained the negotiation process in more details which helped me understand much better. I appreciated the phone call much better than an email. Thank You Moe!!! Job Well Done.

We were told you had relationships with all of our creditors and you would reach out to them on our behalf. Instead you chose not to reach out to them until they wrote off our account, saying now, "We work with the collection agencies your accounts have been sent to". You misrepresented your services and have left us in an even more difficult situation. I am extremely disappointed in myself for believing you had our best interest at heart, given the unfortunate situation we are in.

I called after talking to my sister about my issues and breaking down often because I barely had any money to live after paying my bills. My payment was reduced drastically and I am grateful that they will be negotiating terms for me.

I'm very happy with my experience. At first I was thinking twice what have I done and people around me telling me I made a mistake. However now I am very relief and most importantly happy with the fast outcome in my account. I have finished paying 4 to 5 of my creditors in less than one year. And the amount of it if I don't do this program I would have to pay for years. My advice is to don't hesitate to ask for help and question. In the customer service they are great and very helpful and easy to talk to. Thank you for the satisfaction.

We were given an amount in the beginning that would be deducted from our bank account and told that number was all inclusive and we would not be asked for more. We've been asked for more. We were told to contact our creditors and close our accounts and to send the do not contact me forms. When National Debt Relief called our debt holders the phone calls would stop. What we have learned had been that those forms mean nothing to the creditors/collectors and that it may be many, many months before the creditors would even be contacted by National. We still have a few that have yet to be contacted at all. We were told by National Debt Relief that what we were doing was not a consolidation but we have been informed by many others that it is. Overall, I'm glad we are at least trying something to tackle our debt but deep down I feel slightly deceived.

At first I had doubts because my credit score dropped so low really fast, but since I've been in the program I see that it's slowly going back up - NDR has resolved one of my debts and trying to settle on more. They are very efficient and always willing to help with any questions or problems that may arise. I hope to be debt free by the end of next year. Thanks to the program.

I have been very pleased with the way they have handled my situation. Very professional and helpful. I would recommend to anyone... I explained everything to the gentleman and he told me exactly what was going to happen and how it was going to work. And everything went as was explained... very pleased!

I fell into debt due to medical bills. I racked up a personal loan of 18000 and it was settled at a little over 6000. I can not tell you the relief to know that they have worked hard for me to get this settled and out of the way. I have a few more cards to go and I believe they will get them taken care of. I have had sufficient funds in my account to pay at least two of my debts outright. No negation would have been needed. I have watched my credit score steadily downhill. I like the customer service side of it. But I feel like they underestimated how much I would have to pay every month in order to pay off my credit cards. I'm not sure why some of the credit card companies weren't as cooperative as I think they should have been.

Called in to give your customer service info on calls coming in from creditors. Hopefully my account is growing enough to start something! Every time I call in your service is very courteous and seems concerned. Do not need to know the more I pay in the faster you can work. I live only on social security.

I haven't heard from you guys since the start of this program. You're taking my money and no updates on how things are going since I started. I have no idea whether you're working with the debtors or just taking my money. I would like to have updates once in a while so it would satisfy my mind a little. Puns aside, they saved me approximately $6k worth of debt... I was having the hardest time paying off my credit cards because I thought I was a baller buying stuff I didn't necessarily need. But over the course of 2.5 years, I was able to pay off all that debt. They kept me on track and helped with any and every questions I had... Just know that your credit score will take a hit, but to be out of all that debt, it's incredibly worth it. It's hard to be responsible for your actions sometimes, but they'll help you push through it all as long as you give them your 100% or money... Whichever way you wanna take that.

I've needed help with my finances for some time and National has helped me do this finally. They have easy to deal with and very helpful. Anything that I have had questions on they have answered fully and clearly. Also they have helped with making this easy on me and helping with me being at arm's length with creditors.

After reviewing numerous companies and debt payment options, I decided to go with National Debt. Relief. Although somewhat more expensive, I felt it was worth it based upon their reputation, the ease of their client portal, and being treated with respect and dignity.

The entry/application process was quick. However, it has been 6 months and nothing has been resolved. I haven't been contacted with any updates. When I do call to get an update, I'm just told that the process takes 4-6 months for a resolution.

I all good to say with the program. They are very helpful and keep me informed. Been in for 9 moths and have paid almost all debt off all and that feels great to know it's going to improve my credit. I was suggest this program to anyone who wants to clear their debt.

I am only 5 months into my program and am pleased to see one of my credit cards settled and almost paid off. I do worry about the other accounts that are sitting delinquent and no update on status of settlement. I did reach out to NDR customer service and it was said that settling one at a time is normal but not seeing any movement on others is unsettling. I remain hopeful and optimistic but would welcome an update here and there...

I submitted my paperwork 5 months ago and do not get any updates as to status. I have paid enough in now to have settled at least one of my debts. When I worked with ACCC I got emails and updates at all times. I could also log in and see where my accounts were. I feel like nothing is getting done.

To date, I have been very satisfied with this company. I was following the guidelines from the welcome package and found after asking questions for clarification that not all are correct. For example: the book tells us we may call our creditors or use the close account letter to close our accounts. I was told not to do this, that the company would do it if required. Overall, very good customer service.

I can't really say as of yet it's only been 4 months, I'm still getting annoying phone calls. They take the payments out on time every month but we haven't paid off the debts yet. Not sure what else there is to say.

NDR has been such a stress eliminator. The only thing I wish was easier is their website. It's hard to know how much longer we have to pay on what account. And there are no definitions of the words they use (or if there is, I haven't found it). For example, the accounts show 'completed', 'pending', 'enrolled'. What do these mean? It easy to understand 'completed' but what do they other two mean? All my accounts are enrolled so should they all say that? And pending???

It's beyond refreshing to not be judged about my situation and to work with a company that has systems in place to really take care of business as well as keeps me informed every step of the way. In addition, every person with whom I have spoken has genuinely seemed to care and want to help in any way they can. I compare this to so many companies that have someone in a "customer service" job who is happy to pass the customer to the next person rather than help themselves, or who either doesn't know their product or isn't empowered to take action. Dianna ** is the best agent at NDS. She is quick to respond and very helpful and informative. I never fail to get ahold of her and receive a quick and accurate answer. The terms of my program are great and affordable and we have closed on many of the accounts already.

I was under the impression that my creditors would be reached at a timely manner to avoid getting sent to collections. After speaking to someone I was told that you wait until it's sent to collections to reach and negotiate a payment. It's a little disappointing to see my perfect credit I worked so hard for go down so much, but I do understand it was the risk I was taking I just didn't think it would take this long to negotiate and come to an agreement with all the creditors. I still appreciate this opportunity to eventually pay off my debt without going bankrupt.

Why is it taking so long (5 mos.)? I enrolled in your program in good faith but have seen or heard no results to this date. Why haven't all 4 creditors been notified? I am frustrated and confused. Please give me some explanations.

National Debt Relief made me feel at ease and confident that my debts will be handled. The only con is that the funds are not released to your creditors until there is a consider amount of money if not all in your account.

It's been 5 months with no negotiations. If nothing is negotiated soon I'm pulling out based of lack of success in this program and failure of anyone to follow up monthly to bring me up to speed with my case. As I have continue to receive calls and them referrer to you all they continue to come back to me so I assume you all have not contacted any of my credit card companies.

Had rocky start up. They couldn't access my escrow account the first 3 mos. Eventually got on track. Not got to the vendor negotiation part yet. Currently building my escrow funds. Proof will be in the negotiations and if everyone is satisfied. I do like the vendor's attitude when I told them I was with NDR. They backed off.

If I could give them 100 stars I would! Excellent service, I could not be happier with this service. Definitely recommend to everyone having a harsh time with debt. I'm halfway out of debt in less than 1 year! Customer service 5 stars as well!

I am a bit upset with the speed of things. I know you are waiting for funds to build up but I still have the collectors on your program calling me at home and at work trying to collect when I keep telling them about being on your program... It is mostly with the two Key Bank accounts. Hopefully you can use that against them to further settle my debts.

They are professional, informative and extremely helpful in this process which is very stressful. And they are kind people. I appreciate this program very much! I do wish it didn't take as long but I do understand they are helping me so much and that the time is essential. A great program!

I haven't completed my program but only a few months in they have solved a few of my credit card issues! Very awesome and helpful group of people. I love NDR! I would recommend it to anyone who may be struggling with their financials or is just looking to get out of debt altogether!

The focus on creating a positive experience can be summarized as truly professional. All my questions were responded to in a timely manner. Each negotiation was handled to maximize the potential outcome. I recommend this organization without hesitation. We had a great experience.

Overall been a positive experience, some of the settlements have been very good, others so-so once you factor in the fee they charge for each settlement offer. Had a lot of momentum early on (about 3-4 months in), but haven't had anything more in quite some time, about 7 months in and still have more than half of my creditors without an agreement. Wish expectations for how long it can take them to reach an agreement with my creditors had been better set/explained. So some things very good, especially the customer service, and other items, primarily the timeline for settlement agreements has been mediocre.

So far, I have been very pleased with this program. Customer service staff is wonderful in helping me with procedures and with emotional support. The program will save me a great deal, and I'll pay off my debt a lot sooner. My only problem is with the password to get into my account. Resetting it doesn't work. I would definitely recommend the program to someone else.

We have only been in the program for a few months and only one of our debts has been settled that I know of so far. We are receiving fewer phone calls (which we don't answer) than before we started and that is good. I do wish there was more communication with us, I kind of feel our money is being taken every payday but nothing is being done. More communication would be nice. All in all I guess it is working.

They have been professional and very helpful to all my needs and questions. Great staff. They understand my situation and act very well to every situation or questions. I gotta give them props for that. Also will recommended them to any of my friends and family. Great job.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this experience has been with this company. The customer service is excellent and they go above and beyond to please the customer. I highly recommend them. It have helped me immensely. If you have debt they are the go to.

National Debt Relief has done a great job relating the status of my account to me. Also every time I've called with questions they answer them right away or transfer me to someone that can. Honestly calling National Debt Relief was the best decision I've made regarding my credit!

I am very pleased with National Debt Relief so far. They acted quickly as soon as my deposits started to come in to take care of my debit with creditors and was able to settle for less than half on all of them. I have been enrolled with N.D.R. since October of 2016 and so far they have settled about half of my debt and have closed 2 of my accounts.

My only regret is that I wish I started this process a lot sooner. They have very friendly customer service reps - who are ready to assist you and guide you through the process. Being a part of the process, in deciding whether to take an offer or not, gave me great confidence in this program.

So far everything has been great. I do not really know what's going on with my account, so I wish there were more updates and communication with my account. I feel like I am still unaware of the process and I hope everything is ok with my account.

The start up process was okay and simple but whenever you need help or ask questions you can't just ask it and get an answer till you pass the 50 other questions. You have to start the email conversation about the issue, wait for the email to verify your information then wait again to hear from them just to be told you should call about your concern. There isn't a simple way. Communication needs improving.

I was skeptical at first, but within 6 months they have helped me with 2 of my accounts. They are polite and friendly when you call. If you don't understand they take the extra time to explain. If you miss their call they will follow up with an email. Glad I'm using them.

Nearly seven months into the program, only one account representing ~5% of the total debt has been settled. Numerous fees have been deducted from deposits made for what appears to be very limited activity. My interaction with customer service when I responded to annoying automated telephone messages, that came almost daily, was less than a desirable experience. I was transferred many times before a customer service rep would response to my issue.

Hello. So far, I am very pleased. The negotiation hasn't been finalized yet but they are very professional and know their stuff. The only complaint I have is that, when I signed up, I didn't realize that they don't negotiate right away. They want your accounts to go into nonpayment status so they have more leverage to negotiate.

Happy with the response so far and the money they are able to save me. They contact me with every deal and let me know before I decide to go ahead with it. Have been very professional and would definitely recommend them to others.

Throughout my program, I have been contacted whenever there is a change in my account or if any activity comes up. The customer service representatives have always been very friendly and willing to help. Whenever I call with a question, they have the answers or go through any length possible to find the answer for me.

They are very helpful and answer all your questions. In the beginning it might take some time but it's worth the wait. I now have 1 payment versus 16 and all balances were cut in half. I will finish this program in a couple of years. I recommend this company.

Literally saved my financial situation when I thought I was too deep in it for any saving to be done. I am so grateful for their patience and drive to work with me and all my financial creditors. I started out getting updates, but then it has completely stopped. I am unsure where the other creditors stand. The customer service when I do hear from them is very helpful and explains things very well. The company is great, just would like periodic updates!

They have been collecting a monthly amount of money from me for the last 5 months and so far they have done nothing. I am still receiving calls from my creditors. They have not made any offers yet. I have to wonder what is taking them so long and if I made the right decision to go with them to represent me.

They have been great in arranging payment and getting my settlements, they communicate before making any decisions. I even got my husband into the company to settle his debts. They make sure they run everything through me and do try to get the best settlements. I am glad I would be debt free and not having to keep on wasting money just in interest. If I would had never partner with National Debt Relief I most probably in Bankruptcy. I feel such a relieve.

New to this. So far my experience has been good with them but still waiting to see when will my creditors be contacted and what will be the outcome. Also will I be contacted with what is the outcome with the creditors. So far all I am getting is calls from my creditors but I did refer them to the number that was given but they also informed me that they do not work with debt creditors.

I'm very confused at how your program works. I know I was given a time frame and I'm expecting to be finished in 3 years. I wish I could get monthly or even bimonthly calls or emails as to where I'm at and who is getting paid. I know I'm given a link to check but I would rather have one on one communication. I am happy that I was accepted into the program but I still don't have that peace of mind. I get so many calls from creditors that it is overwhelming. I just hope these 3 years go by fast and I can complete the program. My work email is **. During the week I prefer that email.

When I registered I was told that National Debt Relief was going to contact the creditors. When I asked according to National Debt Relief and the creditors no information was exchange. When I contact I keep getting told that I have to wait.

At this point I would recommend them highly. They settled one account so far. Looking forward to getting the rest resolved. They were very understanding and work well with you to help you out of debt. They explain everything thoroughly to help you.

Our experience with National Debt Relief has been very positive. I wasn't behind on payments; I just had too many and couldn't get out of the hole I had dug for myself. National Debt Relief came to my rescue! National Debt Relief was there to help me move forward from debt I incurred during a difficult period of job loss. They worked with me on a monthly payment plan and negotiated with my creditors so I would not be stuck just making minimum payments on interest.

Thankfully, I found Debt Relief just before I was in really big trouble. I had at least 5 credit cards so full, I was about to not be able to make minimum payments. It took 3 years but I am now debt free. Some cards required serious negotiations but they were handled and in the end, I actually was refunded an overpayment of $5000. In the meantime, I learned to control my card usage and now save the previous monthly payments.

When I contacted NDR I was in big trouble - having accumulated much debt due to a year of unemployment and a sudden medical emergency with no option other than bankruptcy. She was extremely helpful and optimistic about the results and set up a plan I could live with. NDR has already settled 3 of my most aggressive accounts and I know that the end of this financial nightmare is near. I am a huge supporter of NDR!

As a newly single mother with 3 children, working 2 jobs and trying to make a home, I ran up credit cards to fulfill my needs.
